Comment: I have been renting with the same site for many years now and cannot express how professional, accommodating, friendly and professional they are. Any time there was a glitch in availability of cars or not enough inventory, they always work it out or sing a way to please the customer and find ways to get the customer back on the road and begin their trip. I have always appreciated this about them and the main reason why I won’t rent from any other car rental business. Thank you Enterprise!

Comment: If I could leave no stars I would very disappointed in this location I reserved a truck over a week in advance for my upcoming trip and called 3 days in a row up to the pick up time to make sure they were going to have the truck I needed all they said was hopefully.when it cam to the day of pick up I called several times to make sure they were going to have it but still the same answer hopefully we do when it come time to pick it up surprise they didn’t have it. I called on my way to head over to get it at the last minute that found a truck that was Les then half the size I needed. I arrived to get the truck and I was told it will be ready in about 5 minutes or so from being cleaned. But ended up waiting over 30 minutes for the truck to be done. At this point I’m already behind annoyed with the situation we are going over the final paperwork for the vehicle to find out they are going to charge my over double what I was originally quoted I did the booking over the phone. and they would not do anything to get the price even close to what I was originally quoted especially after reaching out so many times to make sure they had the vehicle I needed and couldn’t even deliver on that. they just gave excuses for why it was over double what I was originally quoted. very disappointed because I have rented multiple times from the commercial division and I’ve had nothing but great experiences over there. Definitely don’t recommend this location for anything.

Comment: I have been dealing with tgis enterprise office for a while now. Always, always have been handled well. From my first rental till my latest rental. Service always good. Employees always friendly. To tell the truth, i feel like some are my friends. Thats how cool they are. The group in the office now led by Jordan P, helped by Matt and Nick, good good people. Jordan took over for another great manager and hasnt missed a beat. She makes it her business to make things smooth for me. I appreciate that. Matt and Nick also do what it takes. Never a issue with these guys. They do their job in a cool friendly manner. I wont forget the pick-up guys, sean and drew. Sean has been there about as long as i have been renting, cool dude all the way. Jordan, Matt and Nick, always try and succeed to get me a decent ride for my occasion. I always appreciate their efforts. I have been a customer for a long time and they take care of me accordingly. Im sure others that rent from this office would highly agree with me. If not, they are haters and must have did something wrong and were charged. But again, great office, great people. Always look forward to renting and having conversion with them. Thanks for your service...This is a continued review to present day...I have still been renting here to this day and no matter who works here, they do their best to get you in a car....I like everyone who currently works in the office, and they do what they can and then some in some cases...thanks for the service

Comment: No Stars!This review is so biased that you cannot post your review unless you choose 1 start out of 5! How unprofessional is that. The reason that I am disappointed that I rented the car for the weekend and went across the toll bridge to go to the Bay Area.. so for those who have not gotten toll bridge fees lately is that the passing of the charge station is without any humans. All toll bridges are now automatically charged to the owner of that license (car). Well .. Enterprise has it in SMALL PRINT that they charge you the toll fee since you usually get the toll charge 3 to 5 days later & they charge you $4.95 on top of that! You cannot avoid this charge because you cannot pay a toll bridge in person like you used to.. So Enterprise makes even more money on top of that. Once again, Enterprise does not let you avoid the additional charges by almost collecting 2x the fee that you would normally pay but the toll booths are no longer operated by humans & technology scans your license plate and you get charged later in the week!

Comment: My experience was not good. When I got to the Roseville rd site the lady at the counter could not find my reservation, if I had not pressed the situation she would have sent me on my way. Secondly there were limited vehicles because it was Labor Day weekend however the lady said I could exchange the vehicle once cars were returning, she said just call us and we will assist you. I called and no assistance. She said no we dont have anything available.So I called all around. At the enterprise site on Broadway, some lady so no problem we will be opened on Sunday come down we will assist you. When I arrived they were closed!! I was so mad. Then I rode around looking for a different site found 1 on Arden way. That site said they had nothing and was not very helpful while I stood there and they talked to each other! I left and called customer service which they were great. She told me I should not be searching on my own, the representatives should have been doing the foot work for me. She was so awesome, she found me a decent car at the airport, had it held and no waiting. When I got to the airport they were also awesome. They helped me.with no problem and was extremely friendlyI wish I could remember everyones name but I was horrified that day and was about to lose it. But for now on I will take the exta step and go directly to the airport!The airport gets all five stars the 3 other places get 2!

Escape worked great for everything we needed and they helped make our trip smooth which is what you ask for. Even got a quick email asking how the vehicle was performing during the trip. Adding on for new trip, they didnt have what I needed available at the time and instead of making me wait they upgraded me and got me out the door to meet my packed schedule. Comment: Possibly the worst rental car experience Ive ever had. I cant believe the SUV that was given to me, was even on their fleet. The vehicle had dings, dents, tears in the carpet and worst of all smelled like a pack of cigarettes. The smell was so bad when we were done for the day, we smelled like we came from a casino. The brakes were shot, the power steering was gone and the alignment was terrible. I reserved the vehicle for two days and returned it after one day of use. Zero sympathy from the staff and no options to make it right. Ruined my 4 day weekend and I will NEVER use enterprise again. The Roseville road location should be closed permanently. Terrible customer service.

Comment: I came here after a car accident for a rental. The staff here is friendly and it was a fairly quick visit even with the available vehicles being cleaned in between renters. I have been in contact with the branch manager who inquired as to my experience, questions, comments or concerns. He has been very responsive and is working on resolving the problems I have with the rental I was provided. Overall, I have no complaints in regards to this company, the company itself is well run (based on a few rental experience) and they try to take care of their customers. But as expected with rentals, nothing will be absolutely perfect.

Comment: I’d like to take a moment to recognize four outstanding employees within Enterprise. Two of them are out of the Antelope California office and the other two are located in your Las Vegas airport office. Their names are Jose Veronica and Brendan Gill (Antelope California branch) and Miranda Griego and Nouvie Johnson (Las Vegas airport branch). My family and I rented a vehicle from the Antelope location to head to Las Vegas for a soccer tournament at 4:00 AM. Before we left we noticed that the rear tail light and rear blinker was not operating correctly. We had to get on the road at 4:00 AM and did not have a chance to contact Enterprise and swap out the cars. At 8:30 AM (already on the road), I contacted the Antelope office and spoke with Jose. He advised that I could go to any enterprise and swap the vehicle out. We couldn’t find a location on the way that had an a sedan available. Jose advised that we could get into a bigger veh and they would cover the gas. We waited to get in town. We attempted to see if the vehicle could be repaired at a local Pep Boys but the issue was bigger then they thought. At this point we attempted to get a different vehicle in Las Vegas. Jose called serval Enterprise locations for us but everything was rented out and stores were closing at 3:00. He then advised that the airport (15mins away) would for sure be able to assist us. I called the airport and spoke with Miranda Griego and she was so helpful, kind and professional. She advise that we call her first thing in the morning as they should have a few sedans in for us. We called her at 9:00 AM and she said, yes we have a few sedans and for us to come on down so they can take care of us. When we showed up we had the pleasure of working with Nouvie Johnson which was calm, cool, and professional. She promptly got us into a new sedan with 15mins. As we were finishing up with wonderful Nouvie, Jose called me to check-in to ensure we were able to obtain a new vehicle. I was so shocked and thankful that he was checking in on us! Now fast forward to us returning home and dropping off the rental vehicle back to the Antelope location. We were able to meet and thank Jose in person which felt great!!! Then Brendan Gill took over to ensure we were fairly compensated for our troubles. He discounted our rental fees and covered some of our gas. He recognized that we had to go out of our way in order to attempt to repair the vehicle and swap it out when the repair couldn’t be preformed. I know that I have a long story here BUT these four individuals took their jobs extremely serious in providing my family and I with an ultimate customer service experience. For this I will continue to rent vehicles for my future travels through Enterprise. If you are there with a reservation code that was provided by insurance company and you have already the full coverage from your own company then it is not needed to pay for extra protection ( optional protection). Else they don’t let you to cancel this option by call or email. They only accept physical appearance at enterprise office. I had this bad experience there and when I asked them to let me talk with supervisor then they didn’t respond respectfully and no one called me back for this issue.

I was charged the daily insurance without my consent, improperly refunded, and couldn’t even get answers from the staff when I called about my deposit refund (9 days after being returned). They are not all on the same page and do not give clear information when renting. I would NOT recommend ANYONE renting a car from here. Try another location, or STAY AWAY from Enterprise completely!!!

This rental went off without a hitch my only complaint is I requested a pickup time of 8am and had to wait a little over 20 minutes to get the car. I drove off the rental lot about 830 but noticed the rental out time was 809am this was a lie. Luckily we planned to return it at 730am so it wasnt going to be late. Rental was a half a tank, and considering we had quite a trip ahead of us wouldve been nice to start on a full tank.

Comment: A couple of weeks ago, I had my SUV in the shop for collision repair. My insurance cover the cost of a rental vehicle and referred my to Enterprise. On the day of my rental pickup, everything went super efficient! The checkin process took me getting in a rental vehicle was less than 10 minutes! There was no lengthy paperwork to sign, it was all digital ( on tablet). Enterprise has streamlined the vehicle rental process but kept customer service paramount! Every staff is on the same page and made the whole thing pleasant for me! Great experience in my time of need!

Comment: Awful experience we had a reservation for 1030 and they kept saying 15 minutes till the car get back well 15 minutes turned into 2 hours and when we got the car it was on empty smelled like an ash tray and had not been washed in a while very dirty . We got the car at 1 pm on a Friday brought it back when they opened on Monday cause they were closed on Sunday and they charged me for 4 days . I would never rent a car from them again . Bad experience!

Comment: It was a hassle to get a car, and 2 weeks later Im waiting for my deposit back. My truck was being repaired & the other drivers insurance was covering the rental car. It took a few weeks to get that sorted out (they cant keep organized), but once it did I was happy to pay the deposit and get the car. They also tried to have me go to pick up a car at a different location, even though I was standing in the office off Roseville/Antelope Rd. My vehicle was fixed in 4 days, and I returned their car. That was over 2 weeks ago and Im still waiting for my deposit back, which Ive called many times to remind them about. I dont recommended them!
