Comment: Awesome experience! I have been to a few Enterprise locations and this one was by far the best yet! The shuttle picked me up from my auto shop in a very timely manner. The driver was jovial and pleasant. Amber was very amicable and professional and got me on my way quickly. Tyler helped me when I brought the car back. Tyler was also amicable, professional, and made me laugh during the return, which went very smoothly. He made sure I knew who provided my initial service so I could provide very positive feedback on her customer service. I will definitely return to this location when I need to rent another car.

Comment: 3/29/2024 Enterprise Woodland Hills picked me up from my home 5 minutes away in a vehicle that passengers seat was so wet and stinking of dog that my jeans were soaked on the back side. I had to return home after renting vehicle to change. The kids working the desk seemed to be unconcerned. My last rental at same location was a vehicle eminating cigarette smoke so extreme it was hard to breathe with a/c on. I do not recommend this Enterprise location. Try Hertz.

Comment: At this location, they neglected to tell me that they would be closed on the day of my return (Saturday). When I pulled into their parking lot which is not secure, there was a sign instructing me to park the car and drop the keys in a box. There was also a sign saying that if the car is stolen, it would be my responsibility. Really!?I called another location and asked them how I should handle the situation since no way was I going to leave the car unsecured and also be responsible for its theft. They explained to me that this has happened before at the other location and that two other customers had just called them with the same problem. They told me to bring the car to them and they would check it in for me and waive the alternate location fee.The branch where I rented the car was in Chatsworth, CA, and the branch that was very helpful to me was the Woodland Hills, CA location and Adam was the kind gentleman who helped me out. Kudos to him and his staff!Enterprise reached out to me for more information and I will provide via email along with pictures of the signs in front of the location that was closed for my return.I also had to pay Uber $19.00 for a ride home since my original ride from the first location had an appointment and wasnt available to follow me to the second location.

Although Ive never experienced waiting times when returning rentals at other branches, this was an exception, and I had to wait approximately 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the car I rented had some issues, and because of their limited operating hours, I couldnt exchange it for another one. Despite this, Id consider using their services again, with the precaution of taking the vehicle for a short drive around the block next time.

Roxanne helped me, who I believe is the asst mgr, and she was great. Friendly and knowledgeable. When she asked me when I could return the car the next day which was Sat (they close at 1pm) I said it wont be until around 2-3. She said thats fine, I will only charge for the one day eventhough it was about 26-27hrs later. That was cool. I relaxed and didnt worry about the 24 hr 1 day rental turning into a 2nd day.Thanks Enterprise!!

Made the transaction easy, quick and painless! We got a great rate and had options when we got there. Alex I believe was the gentleman that checked out the car to us. Really great service!I have used them multiple time and this was the best service and experience yet!Also got a couple of texts, whether automated or not, it was a nice touch! One thanking us for using them, second reminding and confirming were dropping it off per plan. As a travel agent I thought this is a great idea. Comment: Im not usually a naysayer, and, read on because it ends up being a good review.Although it doesnt matter what kind of car, I rented a luxury car. Im not bougie, just needed to impress a very powerful woman in our industry for a charity event and my trucks wouldnt have worked for an older woman to try to lift herself into.The guy a the desk seemed uninterested, unhappy, and just pushed me through. The guy who introduced me to the car seemed unhappy and unengaged. The entire car was soaking, he made sure to mention its spot free water that they pay for, and I asked if they could at the least clean the windows. He grudgingly squeegeed the windows in a very unsuccessful way.Later I found the front tires both extremely low with warnings going off, the insides of the windows foggy from lack of cleaning, and although I find it normal that companies rent cars at all levels of gassing, it sure would be nice (suggestion box), at least on a much higher level car to have more than less than a quarter tank.All that being said, when I checked back in, I very lightly mentioned the attitudes of the guys and the minor items, again I dont like to complain, and the guy who checked me in said he was a manager and wanted to take care of me. I said its not necessary but he insisted and went overboard to impress upon me his quality customer care.I completely understand that young employees are SOMETIMES elsewhere in their minds. Being in my industry, I not only practice but coach outstanding customer service on many young people entering my profession. The manager did exactly what should be done in these situations and I am so proud of him for stepping up in a big way. Thank you. He saved the day and Enterprise should be happy to have him!!!

Comment: In the last few months, Ive rented cars from Enterprise as far away as Florida and closer to home: San Diego and Los Angeles. This is a phenomenal company with outstanding service. Plus the cars are always sparkling clean and brand new (or feel brand new). No matter who answers the phone or who is at the desk, they are consistently friendly (no matter which location), as well as understanding: I was unexpectedly delayed on one road trip and late on my return and the Enterprise office waived several hours of overtime fees. Corporate-owned companies like Hertz and Avis are impersonal and inflexible - Enterprise is the opposite: Friendly, flexible, and puts the customer first. I wish all companies were run this well. A+ in every way.

Comment: Using their online reservation system I reserved a large SUV for a 2 day trip. I selected the vehicle from a list of vehicles that were available and even received an email confirming my vehicle choice. At the time of the reservation, I was dropped off at the location only to be told that they didn’t have any large SUVs and don’t know when they will be getting any. The rep said he tried to call me but my phone doesn’t show any calls from Enterprise. They have my email, the same email hat they used for the confirmation email, yet they never thought to try and contact me that way either. As this happened at the last minute, leaving no time to make other arrangements, we had to cancel the trip. Then I had to arrange for an Uber to take me back home. So it will need up costing me $20 for Enterprise to NOT get me a vehicle: Big fail Enterprise. I’d give less than 1 star if I could.

When I picked it up, the service I received from Roxanne was very professional and friendly (a great combination). Roxanne clearly explained all of my policy add-on options including the pros and cons of each. When I dropped it off, the service provided by Garrett was equally professional and friendly and fast. The car was in great shape so overall I was extremely pleased with my rental experience. I rent cars from this location a few times per year for very good reasons.

Comment: I came into Enterprise to acquire a rental at the behest of BMW, since they were out of loaner cars. BMW Calabasas beamed the information over to the Enterprise Car Rental on Fallbrook and Ventura Blvd very easily, and by the time I arrived I was greeted by a very smooth process of getting a rental car with Roxanne. She was extremely helpful, personable, and a good communicator. She went over all my options for the rental car, including my rental car options, and made the process very painless, and a good experience. She was also very attentive to all of my questions.I rarely leave reviews like this, but felt it was necessary because I was quite pleased with Roxannes service, and this Enterprise location as a whole. So far the Audi car that was loaned to me has been great. Zero issues.And lastly, the other staff members I briefly interacted with were also very nice and greeted me with a smile. Also want to say a special thank you to the manager Cindy, who has hired very good people. I highly recommend this place.

Comment: So I’ve been a loyal customer with enterprise all year and am the #1 customer at the enterprise location in Twentynine Palms CA as I’ve rented at least over 10 times from them in the past 8 months. Each time I’ve rented I have used a debit card even though I have an out of state license as I do not have a credit card and am also active duty military so they have always been very kind and make an acception for active duty military. So I reserved a car in Woodland Hills and when I went to pick it up they told me they couldn’t help me since I had a debit card. This made it to where I am now stranded in the city and missing appointments. I’m upset because I have been renting the same way for a long time and this one location won’t accept that. So I definitely won’t be renting from them again. However, I do have to say the representative that was helping me out at that location was very very nice. He was new to the location and tried everything in his power to help me out but in the end his boss said no.

Comment: Honestly i want to give this place a 5 star because they were nice, but i left my wallet in the car upon returning it, and instead of their team actually doing a full inspection on the car and finding it, they half looked through the car and just let my wallet get stolen, and the person who stole it used it to buy almost 1000$ worth of electronics from target, and all my cards were on pause but they were still able to use it, and the thieves are just walking around scotch free, until i go to the police station because we have footage from target of them buying the TV, im a 20 year old college student that is trying to make a living for myself and this didn’t help any which way.

I returned my rental, on time full of gas, everything your supposed to do. The return line was very long, the agent said just leave the keys, and thats it, returned. Not the case. Enterprise called me a day later asking when was I going to return the car. First (Red Flag), second They said I got a parking ticket, in front of there store, where I never parked. Next charged me $25.00 service fee, for something I never did. When I called to straight out the problem, they said dont worry It has been taken care of. Again a lie. I have not received my $25.00 back, they said they refunded it, I have ask to show me proof, because I have not received it. Im not going to go on. NEVER RENT FROM THE RESEDA LOCATION. They need to close it down. NOT PROFESIONAL AT ALL.

Enterprise called to confirm my pickup and said that they had a car in that range.I arrive to pick up the car, they don’t have anything in the size range I had reserved and they had confirmed over the phone, but they were more than happy to upsell me without a discount. Seeing as I need the car for work I have no choice but to agree.They went to charge me for the car and their chip reader is broken. They can’t swipe a car or enter one manually for “security purposes” leaving me without a car, unable to attend my work events this weekend, and with a 1.5 mile walk back to my apartment.The only relatively helpful thing they did was agree to drive me to a competitor who could actually rent me a car after I asked them to.

I made an honest mistake and forgot to leave the key in the Dropbox cuz my dad was in hospital and I was rushing to airport at 10 pm to catch quick flight. I told Tomas I would FedEx key and it’d cost me $50 instead of $300. He wouldn’t negotiate …in fact he said if I disputed the charge I’d be sent to collections . Just found out my dad had cancer ….he didn’t say I’m sorry or one word….DIDNT Care! Just greedily wants money. Could care less about customers. I could care less about Enterprise! Plenty of companies! In fact Corporate customer svc never called me back. Complete monopoly….not worth it. NEVER GIVING MY CREDIT CARD TO ENTERPRISE….my money will disappear . Unbelievable! I’ve been a traveling nurse 9 years. I travel….fly…rent cars ….at least 12 times a year….never been treated so cold and watched my money be taken. $300 for one tiny mistake . Yikes! Never again!!!!

Comment: My Dad had to drive all the way from Tustin, in Orange County to deliver my new debit card that had just arrived in the mail, because they wouldnt accept anything other than the physical card along with me in order to let me leave with the rental car. They wouldnt even do one of those over the phone authorizations, nor would they allow my dad to send me a pic of the card to avoid him having to drive 2.0 hours on a Sunday to hand me my debit card, turn around and sit in horrible Sunday evening traffic on the way home. Close to a 5hr round trip, so he could hand me my debit card because they would not work with us at all unless the card was in hand. I get why, but i also get being a decent person and making an exception so someone doesnt have to drive several hours on a Sunday for some ridiculous reason.

Comment: I have been renting cars from Enterprise for years and have always been satisfied except for two recent rentals. I reserved a full-size car on both occasions, but I ended up in mid-sized cars twice.I tried to tell them that a car, like Toyota Camry, is considered a mid-size car according to the standards of the auto industry, but both times I was referred to Enterprises categories and what THEY consider a full-size. Anyways, they showed me some cars they had that they considered a full- size car, which they were, and wanted more money for the upgrade.I m renting a car for 9 days, so every change in the price would take me over my budget, so I took what they gave me, not what I reserved, despite the fact that they had full-size cars on the lot. Needles to say the smaller bucket seats of a Camry Sport killed my thighs on the long road trip.I wonder if rental companies can discard the manufacturers specifications and make up their own. The three stars are for all my other previous good experiences.

Comment: The staff at Enterprise was great. The gentlemen who helped me was very polite and apologized for the wait time that occured when I came to pick up my rental. The two stars are for them. Everything else about the experience was frustrating. I needed the car to drive to funeral about 300miles away. First the 7 seater premium SUV I reserved online wasnt available when I got there, so I was stuck with a 5 seat jeep wrangler. The car was given to me with an empty tank - which I wouldnt have minded except for the fact that I went straight to a gas station to fill it up and when I turned the car back on, the oil change needed alert came on. Of course, Enterprise was now closed for the rest of the weekend so I was stuck with the car. On my way home, I realized how insanely loud the jeep wrangler is - you can hear everything on the road and on the highway the wind noise is actually distracting. Its a terrible choice to offer as a rentalfor long distances without warning customers. I had to scramble to find an alternate vehicle to drive to the funeral and the jeep just sat in my driveway. They gave me half off but I literally paid for nothing.

They did not honor my rate through the third party reservation. Instead of them asking me if I wanted another rental they wanted me to wait to put it through the washer. It should have been cleaned before I got there. I had to ask if they had another rental which I feel as a courtesy they should have done. I asked for a manager, they person showing me the car named Daniel was all of sudden he was the manager. I ended up paying more to get enterprises insurance even though I got insurance through the third party. Daniel then offered me only 5% off. What is 5%?..... NOTHING!!!!!!! Comment: Booked a small compact for local travel and Enterprise gave me the Chevy Spark and quoted me $138 online. Then I went in and filled out the digital form and it was now $158. I had a driver take me to the Enterprise location and drop me off. I met with a tall salesguy who was a bit brazen and read me the rules like I was going to jail and if I declined the accident and used my own insurance, then they would take $500 to $1000 out of my account as the deductible and that would be that. Hmmm. Then he informed me that the total price was now $179 which was again a slap in the face and I told him that was incorrect and he said no, I was wrong, that was the price. I said screw it and took the little car and did my local chores and it ran fine, although it is dangerously underpowered. I came back on a Monday to return the Chevy Spark on time and a young pleasant girl met me and checked me out. She asked me if I had a pleasant check in and did I have anything to report and I said no, it was pleasant. She surprisingly charged me the $138 that was originally promised and I walked away, surprised and happy with Enterprise keeping their word. Pretty cool experience in the end.

Comment: I give them 1 star because I cant give a 0. I was driving down south when my minis alternator went out. So I had it towed to a place in Calabasas and got a rental. My first complaint was that their policy didnt allow me to put a cash deposits. 2ndly when I returned the rental the next day, my card wasnt returned the deposit for 3 more days; forcing me to have to sell some stocks to pay my mechanic. But lastly, my biggest complaint was that they wouldnt give me a ride down the street to pick up my car, even after it got dark and I was standing cold with my 3 year old daughter.

If a car had an issue all I had to do was make a call and exchange for another. Everyone who helped us during our rental period was very helpful and kind. TJ, Joeseph, Bobby and Lauryn are completely responsible and genuine. I use them whenever I need a rental. As a veteran, they always make me feel welcomed and complete the task correctly and in a timely manner. I cant speak highly enough of this particular Enterprise location and those who work here. Comment: Excellent customer service. Didnt have a vehicle in my category and upgraded me at no charge for the inconvenience. Easy to use tablet check out system gets you on the road fast. Location is right off of Ventura Blvd. Parking area is tight and packed with vehicles parked opposite the parking lanes making leaving with your vehicle slightly inconvenient. Be prepared to back out your rental.

Comment: They were friendly and courteous. Waited for car to be cleaned, readied, and inspected. Then they find out its assigned to another location (huh!?), so the whole thing has to move onto another vehicle. They upgraded me for free, but my kid was now late to school with a tardy slip and convoluted explanation. At least they offered the upgrade compensation. But then, the upgrade vehicle was 3/4 full of gas. To me, THEY should always fill it, because THEY ALWAYS WIN. They way over charge if you return it under where you received it and then WIN when you inevitably over-fill it. Even with my calculations and trying not to fill it, I returned it nearly full. (I only used a quarter tank.) They gave me a hand-written coupon to apply it to the next rental...but..seriously...like with gift cards, they likely count on you losing that. I rent a car once every year or two...so...whats the likely hood that I will use that gas coupon. (I would like to charge an administration and handling fee on that coupon.) If I do have it next time, once again, Ill be in this weird realm of how much do I put in the car, how much is a gallon of gas, how much should I not put in the car?....yadda. The number one rule of any business should be Make it easy to do business with you. I dont find that to be true with Enterprise and their Heres the car...it has some fraction of a full tank of gas in it.

Comment: I really like Enterprise Car Rentals. This company really makes you feel like it’s a family run business that cares for details beyond the corporate structures. I have been a loyal customer & even bought my daughter’s first car from Enterprise (even though I paid a premium for it-I did not mind it) and have continued to use them for all my rentals. But my last experience (even though they made up for it) was not so positive. I won’t get in to details here but I guess mistakes can happen in any organization. This one was also one that fell through the cracks.

Comment: I have rented multiple times from enterprise both for pleasure and business, but I have never experienced a mistreatment and lies like yesterday in this branch.about a month ago, I rented a car there and because I had a mediocre experience, one of the guys called me and offered me a free upgrade voucher. it never arrived in the mail and did not make a note in my account either...yesterday, I was at a different enterprise location where there was no car available, the manager called the Calabasas branch which offered to pay for my Uber ride, great.Surprise, when I got to Calabasas, T.J. told me that I did not understand correctly and he could not pay for my ride. On top of it, he told me there was no free upgrade on my account. Surprise again.-Still, with which face you tell a returning customer that he did not understand?!?! UNBELIEVABLE-When he asked me who gave me the free upgrade I pointed to one of his coworkers and then decided to give me some kind of upgrade making it sounds he was the nicest person on the planet.I have no Idea why TJ is the manager of this branch, he is arrogant, irreverent and a liar.I was extremely happy about enterprise before bumping into Calabasas.

Comment: I have a reservation order from my insurance company. I called this branch and spoke with them on Friday and asked to be picked up on Saturday. I was told that they are open until1:00 as I asked him what was the latest I could be picked up. He told me to call around 11:15 or so to be picked up at 12:15. When I called on Saturday at 11:20, there was NO answer and the phone just kept ringing and ringing. Now I have no car for the weekend and I had several important things to do. This office STINKS. Had trouble once before as well with charging credit card when they were told we would pay cash. I hope they get whats coming to them. This is not the way to treat customers! Go somewhere else.
