Offered something not equivalent and told my reservation was not enough to cover the price of the replacement vehicle. Our Costco based quoted price was ridiculous according to Will. The employees were absolutely no help at all. Horrible customer service. Zero stars.....

Comment: 1starAssistant manager Takora here is very rude and argumentative. She refers to enterprise vehicles and insurances as hers! Which one of “my vehicles” will you like to rentYou are refusing “my insurance”… she treats the rates the same way. I booked at a rate online and she stated since it wasn’t 48hrs she doesn’t have to honor the rate and gave me a smaller vehicle for twice the price! Horrible customer service! She wanted to give a rate other than what I booked for. When I requested to speak with a manager she said he was busy and was only giving me 3-5 minutes before giving the last vehicle away!Friends and family had the same horrible Experience .After reading other reviews I see others are having the same exact issue. Takora needs to be looked into!A few months back Takora refused to honor a weekly rate. They insisted on me paying a daily rate for a total of over 500 when weekly rates are 275 for the vehicle.5 stars for the manager!Had to do an update 06-27-24I had the opportunity to speak with an actual manager who was very professional, understanding, and informative about policies… Customer service was a lot better!!!Thank you for being able to assist

Comment: Victorville, Ca. I did give them a 2 instead of a 5 because when I rented from them last time in Victorville, Ca, I reserved an 8 seater for 170 for 2 days. I asked the sales associates if they had bigger cars. They showed me a 15 seater van and said it goes for 250 but she can give it to me for 170 a day. I told her no because I have an 8 seater for 2 days for 170 even. Then she gave me an 8 seater SUV and charged me an extra 80 dollars because THEY didnt have the 8 seater I reserved but had an upgrade one. This is their way to rip you off. First off, I reserved this car a week ago and that is not my problem that Enterprise did not save my 8 seater and 2nd of all, she was able to price drop a van from 250 to 170 but could NOT price drop this 8 seater. My total came out to 250 dollars. A whole 80 dollar difference. Just because you reserve a car, they DO NOT guarantee their price or cars. She could have gave me the SUV for 170 just like I reserved but she was mad because she washed the van, pulled it to the front and I did not want it. We did not walk around the car to look for damages. She asked for my insurance and my debit card AND THAT WAS IT. Usually I have good customer service but this time, I did not. When you walk in, you are NOT greeted by the manager that sits in the front on the computer. The wait is an hour or more just to get your car. Definitely needs new management.

Comment: The online site needs to be updated bc I asked for transportation to pick up my rental on the weekend, but it never arrived. I didn’t know that the rental facility in Victorville doesn’t provide shuttle services on weekends. I didn’t find out until someone drove me there. I’m also disgusted that I modified my rental and was charged an extra $137.00. Instead of them deducting it from my $300 deposit I had on file, they wanted me to charge the card again upfront! Needless to say they had frozen all of the available cash that was on the credit card. They should be more transparent with their policies so we won’t get the short end of the deal with hidden fees and services they no longer provide.

Only had a major issue with one car (Ford Escape w/Ecoboost 3 cyl), didnt have enough HP & TQ to continuously climb a major incline mountain rd. Enterprise gladly swapped out the vehicle for us for something more appropriate to continue my trip.

Told us we had an hour wait and to take it up with the other customers. So thats when he told me that he wont rent to us. Very disrespectful. It was all methed up. Long story short rented with avis got a car within 15 minutes no wait no rude customer service. Now we are on our way! GO AVIS!!!!!!

Reserved a van 2 weeks in advance, followed up twice the week before the pick up day, (employees need training on phone etiquette by the way) the store closes at 6pm - I arrive at 5 and Im told the van has a recall so there is no van. So you couldnt tell me that when we talked earlier on the phone????? If you are planning a special trip. I would use budget or avis in apple Valley. I dont have enough time to tell you how horrible the service and staff are!!Lots of talking amount staff, gossiping about other employees....very unprofessional run. Needs new management, chaos every where

I rented a car as a one way from Las Vegas Airport and returned it to Victorville on Civic Dr. First off I was not notified that they had relocated so I went to the old location with plenty of time to drop off the car before they closed. I kept calling the number and no one was answering. I ended having to keep the car another day so of course I was charged for a day and it was not my fault. That is not the part of why Im giving 1 star. Two months later... I get an email from the RECOVERY department saying that I had damaged the car. The car definitely was not damaged and we did a walk around upon the return of the car and everything was fine when I returned the car. I called Las Vegas Enterprise and Enterprise customer service and they did not see anything under my account stating such thing. I also learned that I had not received my deposit back when I returned the car. I also spoke to the recovery department and they are doing an investigation and dispute. I have no idea what this rental place is trying to pull but its not ok. Do NOT give them your money.

Comment: If I could put 0 stars I would! Pls save yourself some time and DO NOT rent from them. I booked a reservation for a suv a week in advance put all my information including payment online for a faster check out, called a day before to make sure everything was good was told I needed my source of payment ID and insurance … I got to the place the day of rental and was told they can not fulfill my reservation due to not having a credit card only debit. I told her to charge the full amount that she needed on my debit card then she came out with I needed 2 utilities under my name? I don’t understand why I wasn’t explained this over the phone this lady was very rude about it even asking how far I live why did she care? I asked to speak to a manager she said she was it and I said oh wow after this another unprofessional worker started laughing in my face! I understand rules are rules but there is ways to treat your customers and laughing is not one of them! This place needs to train their workers on customer service and explaining the needs to rent a suv! Never have I had such WORSE experience

Even though the vehicle they were giving me was exactly what it stated for a full-size vehicle. I’m sorry, but that seems like a little bait and switch on pricing to me. I did express I would not pay the extra price after checking. They did give me the vehicle at the same price. Comment: Hi I rented van 3/11/2024 all windows were dirty, including the Sideview. Mirrors were not clean. No gas in the car first, I have to go fill it up gas I file a complaint, no response got a call next day and pick up another vehicle next day. I go there pick up another vehicle same issue windows are not cleaned. I tell the girl to kindly please clean the window she said OK let me take it for a wash. She comes back in one minute and park the vehicle and leave don’t show me around. Don’t show me the mileage and just left, I go inside as I want to talk to the manager manager won’t come forward or he’s in the meeting that’s how they treat the customers and they barely cleaned the windows I will not recommend somebody in enterprises need to pay attention. They are just employee they need to do their job. Manager and employee need some discipline classes for sure …….

Comment: Disgraceful! Here’s my experience. I booked an online reservation for a compact car for medical appointments for the week. I’m battling cancer for the second time so I wanted the security of not calling for transportation all week long. I arrived at the location early (11:28am) because they called that the online booking shouldn’t have passed 12pm because they close at that time. No worries, I made it earlier. When I arrived, there was a 1 hour wait. When I finally get called I’m told I needed to upgrade my car. I dispute an upgrade and I’m shown a marginally acceptable car as the car I “reserved”. At the rate they were charging for a compact, it was disgraceful. Disregarding the additional $300 they wanted to charge to my credit card that was not discussed prior to my arrival, I was just completed disgusted with the Enterprise experience and left without a vehicle. You have options in vehicle rentals and perhaps this option should be highly vetted before a decision is made. 😡

They didnt give you the option to pick what car you wanted if you had an insurance claim & what I could pick from was a lame selection. It was always packed, and there was no room to park. Customer service was rude. Idk if this other location in victorville is new, but it has better service, and they are fast. I dont remember the managers name, but when I went to exchange my rental, he was getting yelled at, cussed out, and the customer was saying very racist things to him. I wanted to punch him for the guy, lol. But the manager kept his cool and handled the situation well. I dreaded going to this new location because of my experience at the old location, but it was nothing like the last time. Thank you for a fast friendly experience.

Comment: This is literally the worst location ever. My insurance adjuster called them himself. Several times I called several times waiting for Manager who is apparently named Will. I was left on hold well this very busy person went to lunch and then I was left on hold while they closed for the day. I’m literally about to drive to another city or down the hill to get a car because of the incompetence at this local branch. This is nothing new they’ve been horrible forever. Unfortunately the other locations up here have no cars. I’ve reached out to corporate. Hopefully something can be done about this. Oh, and if you happen to get a rental from them, be prepared to spend 2 to 3 hours there to get your car. Absolutely ridiculous

Unfortunately one evening driving on the freeway and piece of lumber fell off a truck and started rolling down the freeway. I tried to avoid it the best way possible but it ended up rolling right into the front passenger bumper. It damaged the corner of the driver side front number. I brought the vehicle back to the Enterprise and as soon as I told the assistant manager Tacora she immediately became aggressive with me as if I damaged her personal vehicle. She didn’t even give me a chance to explain what happened. She immediately walked outside to view the damage. Tacora than walked back inside and with an attitude told me I would need to pay her the deductible now and if I did not I would be going to collections and would not be able to rent with Enterprise ever again. I was a little surprised at her demeanor and why the aggressiveness towards me especially when she had other customer’s on the floor. I explained to Tacora that I did have my own personal insurance that would cover the rental and I was under the assumption that there was a process that needed to be followed if these certain situations came about. She repeated again that I would be going to collections. I immediately felt threatened and attacked and I had to sit down and gather myself. One of the other customers who was viewing Tacora’s conduct said to me “I am so sorry how that lady treated you, but she was nice to me… I wonder why she did that?” Once the lobby was fairly empty I asked Tacora if I could speak with her again. I expressed that the way she talked to me was not called for. I am a customer and there is a way that she could of handled that situation better. Her customer service was very poor and instead of explaining the proper protocol she completely responded negatively as if I was not going to pay for the damages on the vehicle. I felt that she was being judge mental and I was being stereotyped. Her co-worker who I believe was new and possibly in training shook her head yes at my response to Tacora and even apologized for her assistant manager’s behavior. I then spoke to the other assistant manager Stephen who was very professional he also apologized for Tacora’s behavior and stated she may be having a bad day or it could possibly be a training issue. He explained that these situations do happen often as far as slight damages to the rental and that there is a protocol that the employees at enterprise follow. He took my accident claim and explained that someone would be in contact with me from the department at Enterprise who handles damage claims. I wish I would of dealt with Stephen initially. Tacora conduct was absolutely offensive and she needs training. There was no excuse for how she treated me I don’t care how bad her day was. She is an assistant manager she is supposed to lead and be an example for the other employees and she failed. The only reason I gave 5 stars because this review will be going under Stephen’s survey who is the other assistant manager who turned a negative experience into a positive. He is very well trained and knows how to provide excellent customer service. If I were to rate Tacora she wouldn’t even get not 1 star! Tacora needs to take a couple of pointers from Stephen.

Front desk woman was extremely rude from the second we started speaking due to me not having a California license and a credit card. The online reservation for today listed $165 and she listed us for $308 after making the changes required to make the rental. They advised us that you do not do same day reservations although it clearly gave us a reservation number. She was cutting us off and being very misunderstanding when we brought this up. We were forced to cancel due to her behavior.We tried multiple times to work with them but she had no intentions of making it work.

Comment: My husband and I were planning a trip to the Kern River and in an excited/happy mood. This ended once we entered the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Civic Drive in Victorville. They gave our vehicle to someone else. We are an easy-going couple so this didnt bother us as long as we had another vehicle. The Manager, Jessica, was professional but she went on to assist another customer. The woman (we were later told Naj no last name) took us to view the car. She was cold, but we likened this to perhaps a bad day. This attitude continued as I was asking questions. I wanted to go inside to get my insurance information vs. viewing it on the phone outside. She would not let us return inside saying it had to be done outside. Her line of questioning was combative even to request the credit card. I quickly changed my mind about continuing this zero customer service transaction. My husband asked for her name which she would not provide. I said we wanted to speak to the manager of her treatment. She said she would put us on a Do Not Rent list. This keyed me in to her being related/connected to the owner of the franchise.This is not the first time I have rented, but the first time here. As I was trying to explain the situation to the manager she talked over me (in front of other customers) saying Why you lyin? Why you lyin? I dont argue with people like this, so I asked the manager if we could speak privately. I was thankful the manager listened to us but I am doubtful she can do anything beyond this. In other words, no successful company would employ someone of Najs (if that is her real name) caliber. Never argue with the customer or work to insult them. Leave your baggage and prejudices at home. Dont escalate a situation if at all possible. I have no doubt this business will fail/suffer by allowing this type of mistreatment to customers to continue. Do yourself a favor and go to Avis. Also to Enterprise, please save the boiler plate ..we would like to look into this further but need some more information. Please provide your contact information, your reservation or rental agreement number.. This appears to be a boiler plate response to negative reviews sitting as words without action.

I had a vehicle reserved for two weeks, and was given less than 24 hours notice that it was not available to me. I was offered a different vehicle at the same rate, but I wasn’t able to use it. When I asked for a different vehicle, the assistant manager told me that I needed to call myself. They could not guarantee the type of vehicle I needed, and when I asked them to involve their area manager to solve the issue, I was ignored and have received no more information. So now I will be out of money for reservations that I made and paid for and cannot receive a refund for. I used to only rent my vehicles from this place, but they have lost a customer now. I schedule a week ahead medium size car, when I arrived to Enterprise I was told that they dont have mid size car left no mid size SUV nothing only F150 pickup truck. Comment: I reserved a car over the phone, including a pickup location and time. The phone reservation people (apparently not at the Victorville location) were hard to understand. After waiting in the hot sun for well veyond the pickup time, I called to inquire why no one had come and was given multiple excuses and put on hold (twice) for over 15 minutes and with no resolution of the problem. They claimed they couldnt call the location to find out why I was stranded but could only send an urgent message. The two they claimed to send went without response. The actual staff at the VV location are courteous but once I finally got here (an hour-and-a half) after the scheduled pickup time, I was told I had to wait longer for the actual car. Others were complaining they had already waited over an hour for their cars. You need to improve your process and communication skills. The driver who picked m up was very nice (Mary?)

Depending upon the manager at the time the experience has been excellent or extremely bad, usually not much in between.Just 9 months ago It was a wonderful experience, it was just as busy, It appeared chaotic because people new were walking in almost every minute. But it was very well organized there was at least five staff taking people to get cars. You could see it was extremely busy but also extremely efficient. Back then even when it was extremely busy I was usually in and out in 5 or 10 minutes at the most.Theres now a new location and new managers, the experiences is extremely bad again! Ive been here for 30 minutes. There was more than 15 people waiting to get a car when I got here. Theyve checked in another 15 or more people while Ive been here. It is clear they are poorly organized. Hopefully theyll hire a lot more people and if necessary replace management soon this is no way to treat customers. I believe if your business is renting cars you should have an abundance of cars and staff to meet regular scheduled appointments. This Enterprise location is one of the busiest in the state, Its been like this for many years extremely busy. If its always busy then its simple to have enough staff and cars.I finally got a car around 50 minutes after arriving, The lady that helped was extremely nice and friendly she deserves a five-star rating. It appears they might be low on cars. The delay may be related to that. Its extremely expensive for me to waste almost a full hour trying to get a rental car.

Comment: My son and I were on a road trip with a rental vehicle from an Enterprise in another state when we happened to break down about 2 miles from this location. I cannot say enough positive things about how well the staff at this Enterprise handled our vehicle exchange. This location seems to be very efficiently-managed. Unbelievably, we were back on the road in a new/better vehicle in under 15 minutes. Every employee we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. Special kudos to Nicole and the gentleman behind the counter, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. Thanks for getting us back on the road quickly and with no hassle.

Comment: Worst experience of my life. I booked a reservation for a pickup truck for business purposes. I’m thinking everything is all set I just have to pick up the truck and head to my destination. Just to show up at this location and for them to tell me the vehicle I reserved was not available and nothing like it is available. Freaking ridiculous. The staff showed no care for wasting my time. They simply said, next customer. Not a care in the world. Worst customer service EVER!!!Nobody called me before my reservation to inform me. And by reading the other reviews, its a habit of theirs to waste peoples time. Unacceptable!! And before you try to respond to this review with a sorry excuse asking me to email you about “reviewing” this incident which we all know you are not going to do. Comment: I was rear ended and had my car totaled, days before Christmas and as a single mom…it stressed me out so much. I was instantly relieved to learn that I could get a rental through the insurance and was referred to enterprise in Victorville. As soon as I walked in the door, I was warmly greeted by EVERYONE in the office. One young lady helped me get checked in and made sure I had the proper authorization(I can’t remember her name for the life of me) but she was so kind and made my experience so much more relaxing. Then, she let me know that someone would come help me get into a car in a second. Next was Ms. Tesia(I remember her name because that’s my favorite cousins name too!) who was very attentive to my needs and got me in a nice 4Runner so that my kids would have plenty room. Tesia along with everyone else, offered excellent customer service from the initial walk in the door. I was so pleased. Definitely recommend! Especially sweet Tesia, she was like sunshine for me that day. Enterprise has a customer in me for life!

Comment: Enterprise car rental in Victorville, California are dishonest thieves! Do Not go there! My husband rented a car for 2 days and they lied about all this damage he did not do to a Toyota Camry! They kept our $500 deductible and gave him a huge repair estimate for over $2000 for things he did not do, for which Enterprise is trying to get our insurance to pay. When the car was checked out, Enterprise did not adequately document existing minor damage, they listed major dents/scratches as simple scratches, and they did not adequately document the location of these major dents/scratches. When the car was sent to the bodyshop for a repair estimate, my husband received a bill for every chip, nick, scratch, & dent that were never listed on the original contract. You cannot trust the employees and Luis, the manager, to do their jobs correctly, thoroughly, or honestly! When He spoke with the manager, he said it was all out of his hands and with Enterprise’s DRU unit.They are the most dishonest crooks!! stay away! They have a total scam going on and need to be investigated by authorities!!

When I booked my reservation to return the car on the Sunday before Labor Day, I was able to book it, I didn’t think that they would be closed b/c they usually aren’t. That’s even the specific reason why I decided to book with them. Unfortunately they decided to inform me on Thursday (pick up day was Friday) that I will need to pay for Sunday & Monday since they won’t be back open until Tuesday.This is a major inconvenience! The only reason I was informed on Thursday was b/c I returned their phone call from Wednesday about if I was able to pick up at 12:30p instead of 12p b/c they were over booked. I was willing to accommodate them, no problem. I work in customer service so I understand, I didn’t give them a hard time or anything. This holiday comes every year & im sure this isn’t the first time this has happened. Since I don’t work there, I don’t know these things. It would’ve been very proactive of them if they would’ve noticed my return date prior or since THEY knew they would be closed on that Sunday they should’ve checked to see if there were any returns scheduled for that day.Pamela said she’ll see what she can do & call me back. Of course I couldn’t wait around & hope she calls me back so I had to just book from somewhere else.Also, since I called during my lunch break, my boyfriend called them back to see what options we had & they did not try to help at all. He was proactive & called other Enterprise locations & they told him to tell this location to just have us change the drop off location. That was an option that was not presented to us, also he asked if any Enterprise were open on Sunday, they said none but when he mentioned the ONT airport location, they said “oh yea, they’re open”I know you’re capable of great customer service. Be proactive, take initiative, try to find an answer & try to help the customer as if you’re the one that needs help.

I really loved her service.When it was time for me to return the vehicle there were a three slight problems with the vehicle.Miss. If it wasnt for her this review would be very different.When picking up my rental I had a reservation for a midsize suv that online said was available for me at my date and time of pick up. But when I got there I had to sit there for almost 2 hrs waiting for a vehicle to be available (not sure what the point is in reservations when this isnt the 1st time this has happened to me) and no it wasnt busy there was only 2 other customers in there when I got there. When they assigned her to help me she was extremely nice and apologetic but not in the I have to say this as routine because its my job kinda way. In the time I had to wait I witnessed her help multiple customers and she genuinely just seems like a nice person that can make your bad day better just by talking to her.When dropping off a week later she also happened to be the person checking me out and she was the same way that day. I have been in retail management for many years and it can be hard to find workers like her anymore. Keep doing the awesome job being yourself Danielle!! Comment: My wife and I have been coming here for years. We wont rent anywhere else but here. At least 5+ times a year for business and family trips. Why put miles on your rides when you can rent. Join the rewards program and get free rentals and upgrades. Trevan, hope I spelled his name correctly has always taken care of us. As well as the friendly staff. Very, thorough, great customer service, store and vehicles are always clean, especially the restrooms. They provide shuttle if you need a ride. Make sure to get there early the line can be out the door at times. Ask for Vinny the manager he will take care of you.Thank you Enterprise!!

Comment: I HAD to use this place so spare yourself the trouble or prepare for a s&$%t show. Took them 5 days to get me a vehicle because of an emergency. I tried calling multiple times during these 5 days but the line rang for 30 tell you no one is available. Good bye and ends the call. On the fifth day they came and got me I got to experience even more poor customer service. The employee that picked me up had a very overpowering cigarette odor. No mask and dudnt have one when I asked. i even got to experience a personal phone taken on the bluetooth system. Once getting there I still waited another 45 min. The nightmare doesnt end there but come to find out the wipers are useless and fell apart when I first used them. I was unable to contact them about this since visibility was zero during a rainstorm I cant wait to give back the rental and never deal with this branch again with their lack of care for safety and public health.

They had my car already ready to go when I had to pick it up and the paperwork process was quick as well.When I brought back the car, I needed a ride to the next town over. They let me drop off the car at the other location closer to my end destination. They also gave me a ride where I had to go and I was able to take care of some appointments as well.100 percent amazing experience where it was convenient, easy and super professional staff! I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes the wait can be ridiculous because some customers give the employees hard time when selecting vehicles which makes it a longer wait for those that are waiting. Knowing theyve purchased a compact or midsized but tryin to force them to give them a charger for the same price smh.. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The customer service was great, but when I returned my vehicle there was a very rude short black lady. She was snappy and didn’t allow me to ask a question. When I first arrived I went straight to her because she was at the podium to let her know I needed a shuttle and she yelled stay in your vehicle until they check you in and they would help me with that. Low and behold after it took 30 minutes to be checked in and out he sent me right back to that lady to get the shuttle and as I’m walking to her the shuttle is taking off. I waited a whole hour for the shuttle to return. She new I needed the shuttle and could have held them for me. The shuttle driver was very friendly and got me home safe.

I feel its only fair to provide an accurate review based on current service received at this Enterprise over the last several months.Unfortunately, since about November last year, this Enterprise has begun to slightly decline. Their once excellent service has decreased. During a car rental experience earlier in February, they failed to meet our expectations, as we went to pick up our reserved vehicle and were told that no vehicles were available.We waited for two hours until a vehicle became available. I understand that were in a pandemic. I consider myself a patient person and although we have been subjected to long (no previous notice) wait times before, it has never exceeded one hour. No previous notice was given that they might not have the vehicle that I reserved online (which I reserved over a month in advance). At this time, I do not recommend this Enterprise location.

I rented a vehicle because my vehicle was in the shop. First vehicle was fine untill my young daughter and my fiance had a bad allergic reaction due to animal hair inside of the vehicle. I love pets and have one but have to be safe. I returned the vehicle to switch it out for another. The second vehicle seemed to be fine untill I noticed animal hair. I vacuumed and disinfected inside the vehicle. Opon turning on the radio I noticed the volume didnt work so I had to use the steering wheel volume button. Not to mention having to constantly put air in the rear passenger tire. After the seventh time of putting air in the tire I decided to just take the vehicle back to see if I could exchange the second vehicle. When I arrived and explained the issues with the vehicle I received attitude from several of the female employees and was told they have no available vehicles so come back around 2 or 3pm. No problem. I then stated if they didnt have vehicles in my rental class I would take a crossover vehicle. Since Im looking to purchase one. Had ask about purchasing a vehicle from enterprise. Went back at 2pm and was given a nissan rogue. All outside damages were noted except the damaged fog light that the women didnt think I seen her keep looking at. When she opened the vehicle doors I expressed how extremely filthy the inside of the vehicle was. She said If I get it detailed and bring the recipe and they will refund me back the money. I shouldnt have to do that. The woman also said the inside of the vehicles dont matter its the outside there worried about. Not to mention the young man fail to give me all insurance (quotes) Prices he just slaped the 16.99 or 17.99 insurance on. My rental was for Ten days. I know For the first four days was $79 because I went in and spoke to a nice gentlemen that Saturday. The other 6 days was charged eight hundred and something or more it seems. When returned the vehicle the woman who looked the vehicle over seem like she went right to the damaged light first and stated I would be charged for it. She really didnt look over the rest of the vehicle due to her talking about the light and me expressing how filthy the inside was. She told me I would get a two hundred and something refund she did add an extra hundred to my refund. I greatly appreciated it but it was after I showed her the video I took as soon as i got home. It was my proof that I didnt damage the light and how filthy the inside was. I paid them and still two days later $200 taken off my account. The whole time I had the vehicle my bank account kept being charged diffrent large amounts. I just wish someone would have went over my rental agreement better with me. I didnt get an email of my final rental contract. Due to what I experience with the different vehicles. Maybe enterprise should start a pet friendly vehicles like they do non smoking and smoking vehicles. Due to covid they should (spay) disinfect the inside of the vehicles after each customer. I was recommended this location from my aunt Mrs. Noland and Im not sure if I want to rent at this location any more. I would feel very uncomfortable. The employees my not like me very well any more. They were overwhelmed with customers and the wait was long. God bless them all and there families.

Comment: Once I arrived it was chaotic. I checked in and waited for quite a long time but I’m fairness to the staff, they were extremely busy. Customers can be mean and I felt bad how much they were beating in the staff. My only suggestion to this location is to pre- assign cars in order of booking and in accordance to the size vehicle the customer paid for. Don’t make it a free for all unless a booked customer does not show. People should get what the paid for. Great job to the staff handling the herd!

Comment: The reservation system is easy to use and as long as youre taken care of and everyone communicates good about it its all good. The car I rented this last time had some cosmetic issues like the volume dial not working or the passenger seat reclining knob was missing, and the car smelled like cigarettes from the previous renter. I was still able to use the rental for what I needed and had no hassle getting it or returning it.

Comment: One of the absolute worst experience ever! Negative stars is more of a rating for this rental car company. Trevon the supposed area manager belongs in a back office with zero customer contact. Rude, condescending, and just outright unprofessional. How he is the area manager deserves a huge shame on his supervisor. They must be best friends. The rest of the staff takes after him. From absolutely filthy location to unacceptable customer service. Expect 2 hours to get a vehicle. When I mean a vehicle it doesn’t matter what you reserve. Even if your a premier member. Dirty cars, filthy location. Ownership should do a surprise stop. They will be extremely surprised. Renter beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have been warned.

Comment: I was able to make a same day reservation, however we had to wait about an hour after checking in before we got a car. They were a little busy and said there was a shortage of cars so thats why there was such a long wait. Once we did get a car and were about to drive off, we noticed that the car smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Their policy is that you will not get your deposit back if the car smells like smoke. So before driving off, we had to go find our representative and inquire about the smell. He stated the last person had been smoking in the car and thats why they didnt get their deposit back. We asked for it to be noted that the car smelled like smoke already (since there was no mention of it us prior) so that it would not be an issue when we brought it back. I was a little skeptical that they didnt mention anything about the smoke smell in the car prior to us driving off. I kind of felt like we wouldve been charged for that had we not brought it to the attention of the rep. After having the car for a week (initially we paid for 2 weeks) we took the car back and the rep stated we would receive a refund since we only had the car for 9 days. We then had inquire why were being charged for 9 days when we only had the car for 7. The representative asked another employee why it said 9 if we only had it for 7 days and that employee stated it mustve just been a typo. They changed it to 7 days without any hassle.Considering everything thats going on with COVID I understand it might be impacting how businesses operate and/or their wait times. Overall, Id use this business again. The pricing wasnt too bad either. Id just say to be sure you do your due diligence as a customer just to be safe.

Comment: I never rented car in my life, so I had no idea what to expect. I read some review about Enterprise on this location, and its very good review, and they even pick you up. So I decided to rent a car at this Enterprise. Some delay of pick me up time but it was pleasant. When I got there, she found a car that I usually drive. Just took me while to understand what she was telling me that is, Look around a car and inside a car. I had no idea why I have to looking around a car since I never rented a car in my life. Little later I figured out. Car was clean and run really good. Returning car was easy one too. And I didnt have to wait much for them to take me home. Driver gave me good information about health too. I will use their renting service for sure. Excellent experience with this store.

Comment: The best car rental ever! From the time you enter to the time you leave you experience the best Customer service ever! They make sure your car is washed and clean before you leave the lot. Tim was the very nice person who helped me And was a very nice guy. I will never rent from anywhere else. And their prices for rental are very good to. While I was waiting Tim even offered me a glass of cold water. They just make you feel so comfortable. And they pick you up and take you home when you return the rental!

Comment: Whenever possible I always try to rent from Enterprise and have yet to have anything but a great experience, the Enterprise office in Vivctorville was no exception. A wonderful experience from start to finish! I had to leave my Jeep at the dealership overnight and they arranged for a rental, the Enterprise agent was very prompt picking me up and very friendly. The rental office was jumping but never tense, the staff all had incredibly positive attitudes and were very upbeat. I was particularly impressed with how well they worked together seamlessly handing off and pick up the customers they processed thru quickly and with a smile. One of the busiest rental offices I have been to but definitely the most organized and pleasant to work with! If you are in the Victorville/Apple Valley area and in need of a rental car there is simply no other place to go than this Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Mike theCarGuy said so!

Comment: Actually deserves 3 1/2 stars for potential to be good, however, it is Poorly managed. It’s like watching chickens run around with their head cut off. The best thing about them is the fact that they are open on Sundays and it is a bigger site, the smaller sites had better organization than they do. Only one at the counter checking in and out is ridiculous and poor decision/judgment call. Too long of lines to check in and out a vehicle. Staffed well just has no organization. Need training in management skills. Would not be surprised if someone left before receiving their vehicle. Making a reservation has no impact on faster service here. Would not use this site again. I would rather drive further away to Main st in Hesperia on a Saturday to rent my car. I would even return to the Jasmine Street site as well. Have better customer service and manages well of staff. And didn’t even have the vehicle I need even after waiting an hour. The worst experience I had ever had with enterprise. Will never come to this branch again. NEVER EVER AGAIN!However, manager apologized the next day and gave me a rental that I needed. All is understood and forgiven, as I never really wanted to think they were just bad, but made poor decisions that made me feel harmed. Overall, they could use more customer service and management training. Experience was worst than I’d ever gotten, but all is forgiven. They have potential to be great just need the added help.

I witnessed employees moving quickly to accommodate their patrons.Deposit return will take a few days an even up to seven. Comment: Just picked up a rental. Nice little Nissan compact. Awesome blue color. Very clean with all the bells and whistles. It was a little hectic but did not take very long to get past the particulars. Allot easier and not as expensive as I thought it would be for a one week rental. Paid an extra $30.00 to pay for gas so I dont need to worry about having to return the car with a full tank. If you rent with a credit card a nice compact shouldnt be more than $200.00 for a week other wise you will need a $200.00 deposit with out a credit card. Good to know in a pinch. I am very satisfied and the staff was excellent from start to finish. Two Snaps !!!👏

Rented an SUV, didnt like it, quickly swapped me out into another type that was better for me (no price difference) without a hassle. Comment: Ive had to rent a car twice in a month and they are quick, friendly, and informative. Ive loved both cars Ive rented so far. Prices are better than I expected too. They even pick you up and drop you off at no extra charge.
