Comment: Our new spot for Car Rentals!!!! Our visit was quick and hassle free!!!! We came here to rent a car for our Vegas trip and we were instantly greeted and helped by Jared! He asked what we were looking for and showed us a nice selection of cars to choose from! We chose a mid sized suv ! He walked us through and let us inspect the vehicle, which was nice. We signed and were on our way! Return was easy and the car was so comfortable! Definitely will be back!!!

Returned it on Saturday before my 24 Hours were up.But Business was Closed so I couldn’t Return it until their Next Biz Day on Monday (2 Days later).I called Enterprise Customer Support and they said I would Not have to Pay the Extra 2 Day charges since that Enterprise Location was Closed on Sat & Sun.When I went to Return car on Monday they Charged me for the 3 Days (Even though the Biz was Closed for 2 of the Days, Preventing me from Returning the Car).Fine with Me, I simply Disputed the Charges with my Credit Card Company.

Comment: DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I had such a horrible experience here! I was involved in an accident on 4/4/21 and came to choose a rental per my insurance’s rental policy. I understood that I would be taken care of and choose a vehicle within my renters policy range and instead I was helped but a rude man who just came out of nowhere and handed me the keys to a vehicle which happened to be a Chevy equinox. He gave me the paperwork and rushed me to sign everything and did not give me enough time to come up with questions but I assumed I would be taken care of. My renters agreement policy through my insurance stated I can have my vehicle until 4/28 which I did return the vehicle. On the previous day I get 3 different calls from enterprise giving me a run around with 3 different dates of when to return the vehicle. The last two calls I received from them, they called when their business was closed so I was not able to speak to a representative when I tried to call back and see what exactly was going on. I returned my vehicle on 4/28 with no problem but I was told they needed to speak to my insurance before I can get my deposit because my insurance has not gotten in contact with them. On 4/30 I received a call from enterprise stating that my insurance did not want to cover the final day and that my contract with them is frozen. I do not appreciate their unprofessionalism giving me a hard time after being involved in a car accident. The staff here really needs to work on their customer service and communication with clients. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Comment: We used to love this location! We have rented here more than fifty times with a great experience. However on 10/10/20, this place had the worst service we have seen. We were the third customer and the man working there said it would take at least 15 minutes to get a car. The cars were ready and in the lot. He gave customer number two a hard time about proof of address. Customer number two did not give up but decided to go to the nearby Starbucks to wait. Meanwhile, this Enterprise rep spent his time upselling customer number 1. We gave up because we had to get to an appointment. What is sad is that this place had been so great! They would pick us up if we needed, they were really fast, and easy to work with. I now have worries that there was some kind of change in management that allowed this kind of service.

The staff here also are not very thorough with providing you with a vehicle without issues. Recent rentals included broken interior features, no spare tire, and tires with low air pressure even though there was a warning light present on the dashboard. The lack of attention to details are most disappointing when other locations are far better.

Comment: Awful rental experience. I booked a car for 8 people 6 weeks in advance. Upon arriving my car was not ready and no car was available. I had to take two cars and pay extra for having two. This even though i had booked and had a confirmed booking.The AC stopped working in one of the cars after two days and they would not accept us changing the broken car at another rental car place but gave us no choice but to drive back to them.Upon arriving they said we had to give both cars back or we would not get a replacement vehicle. Forcing the other driver to come to also drive back to the rental car place. This was not told on the phone.The replacement car was not the car that was from the original booking. But an old beat up minivan. That we found out had horrible wheel wobble above 50 mph and was at highway speeds.We received no compensation and were treated horrible by all the staff just for asking if they would honor our original booking.Avoid the place at all costs.

Comment: What started off as a great experience as I recently was in an auto accident to which the liable parties insurance had a in network set up with this enterprise and the body shop to which my car is still being worked at. I thought I was getting a sedan but ended up getting a gas guzzler of a mini van( dodge caravan) I received the mini van with no gas to which I was told to mention it to management to be given a gas credit( I never received it). Eventually I took the mini van back because I commute to work and my hourly wage was being negated by the amount of gas the van was using. The helpful employee drove me to a Glendale location to retrieve a more fuel economical car. At this point it went down hill. I was charged some phantom fees different from what was originally charged and my bill reflected a very different from what my credit cards revealed. Which as I was to be reimbursed by the insurance company the difference is 86.48.

Mario was friendly, patient and did the GREATEST job explaining the different types of coverage and exactly what I was signing/initialing! Ive never felt so well-informed when renting a car! Thank you, Mario!! You went above and beyond, and I really appreciate it!!On a related note, the cars here are always washed and vacuumed! I have never had any issues with cars rented here - all in excellent condition! This is also a great place if youre looking to rent a truck!FYI: Enterprise offers GREAT deals through Costco!!!

Comment: Very crowded at 8 a.m. on a Thursday, but very polite staff. Anthony was professional and helpful. I was dismayed, however, to learn that most new cars DO NOT HAVE CD PLAYERS!!! As a result, it was a pretty boring trip in terms of audio choices. In the future I will make my preferences clear for a compact car (I was given a Chevy Impala...beautiful, but a boat), a CD player and a full tank of gas. Its hard to bring a car back on empty.😲On a positive note, Enterprise is conveniently located, literally right down the street and good rates.

Not even a notice beforehand that the location was out of vehicles. The lady that assisted us did not offer any explanation but rather was in a rush to close the enterprise location and wanted us to leave. Left us with no solution but to make a 40 minute round trip to the AIRPORT to another enterprise location. On top of that we had to make another reservation for another vehicle with a way higher rate. Unacceptable. How can an “enterprise” like Enterprise deny a reservation? Shaking my head.

Vehicle selection is vast and they go the extra mile to find the car/truck you need even if they dont have it on the lot. One thing I would caution you, pick an off-peak hour to visit. Place gets hectic at certain times of the day, so wait can be long. Definitely call ahead and ask what a good time to stop by is, if you mind waiting.

If not, than you need to go here because this is the place!I had (maybe) an unusual request for a specific vehicle to rent, a Toyota Rav4, because I am thinking about buying one and the test drives at the dealerships are too brief to really learn anything about the vehicle. Usually when you rent you have a choice of vehicles in a particular class and you get to choose, but because I specifically needed to rent a Rav4, I called around to pretty much every Enterprise within a 10 mile radius - and in LA thats a TON of Enterprises!Karolin and the rest of the crew at this branch were fantastic on the phone and even better in person! They found the Rav4, called me to let me know that they had found one and had it washed and ready for me when I showed up.None of that phony service with a smile here. The crew at this Enterprise had genuine smiles on their faces and were the best Enterprise experience Ive ever had. 100% awesome!!!

Sometimes it’s minor, but on multiple occasions, the car I requested wasn’t available, even when I had reserved it the day before. I’ve also never had an on-time pickup. Most recently, I was given an hour wait time for the pickup, which was another half an hour late. They’re cheap, but you get what you pay for :/

Edgar was a great host explaining my rental agreement and the features of the car. My return was easy, even though it was quite busy on Monday morning. And they even offered me a ride home, which I declined bc I live close but it was still nice. Ill be back.

Comment: I had a really bad experience at this particular Enterprise, but have had great experiences at others. The car I rented was terrible—the cushions in the backseat were not secured to the actual car, and you could basically remove the entire backseat. There were also a ton of scratches and dents all over the car, and I was charged an insane amount of money for it. On top of that, someone from the office called me asking if I wanted TO BUY THE CAR. I said no, and they kept trying to talk me into it. Finally, I am disabled and I mistakenly left my cane in the car. This was my fault. I altered Enterprise of this immediately, but they had already rented the car and said they would call the person right away and track it down. They never made any call. I called them a week later and was told they had never actually contacted anyone. I made an official complaint with the corporate office, and only then did anyone try to track it down. By then, the cane was just gone (they have no idea what happened to it) and they couldnt do anything for me. Just based on the condition of the car alone, I would never rent from here again, especially for the prices.

Comment: This Enterprise is really close to where I reside its walking distance. On Feb I walked in and less than 5 minutes I was being helped with my online reservation and I didnt have to wait so long to for a representative to take care of me. Same thing when I went in on Feb 26 in less than 5 minutes Edward the representative took care of me he has a great customer service and finalize the transaction fast and in a efficient manner. I will use the Enterprise on york Blvd location again in the near future.

Comment: I am upset because I placed a reservation for an economy rental. When I arrived the car was not on the lot and was told I needed to go to a different location to pick it up. I did not have time to go to Pasadena or Glendale (I needed to get back to work). Then when I returned the car they charged me for 5 gallons of fuel ( the car only has an 11 gal tank and the gauge registered 3/4 full which was the level on the gauge when I picked it up). I probably will not recommend this facility). Very dissatisfied

Comment: Bruce is currently managing this location and has always made the rental car experience very easy and stress free. He answers all of our questions; with the advice, suggestions and knowledge he shares with us we have rented the appropriate vehicle for different occasion. This location is small, but nonetheless very busy. Its a first come first served basis, as it should be. And if you have a budget in mind be prepared to pay a deposit.

Comment: My experience with Enterprise was Good, the only problem was I rented two vans for a Saturday(my mothers funeral), since the York Office is closed on Sunday I had to return them to the Glendale office that is open on a Sunday, which was fine. The only thing was by the time it was My turn I was charged $23.33 XS 2 extra for supposedly returning the cars an hour late. I told the York Office because thats where I made the Rental Agreement and I was told I would get a credit on my card, but sadly it never happened.

Comment: I rely on Enterprise. I believe in their company model and typically always have a reliably positive experience. This time around my only complaint was how long it took for them to pick me up. And once I was there, my car still wasnt ready. This meant that I couldnt leave LA until later which turned a 2hr15minute trip into a four hour trip, which isnt the end of the world but still deserves to be mentioned. I will continue to use Enterprise in the future but I do hope that they could improve their website so when you book a car, and need a pickup, itd be nice to be able to set your pickup time on their website once youve booked your vehicle.

Comment: I use this location at least 6 times a year because its next to my house. The biggest problem for me is how often they change their staff. I used to have a wonderful relationship with the staff from a year ago, but now, each time I call, I dont know if Ill get a nice person or not (most times not).In all fairness, I think the office is understaffed and over worked. The guy who cleans the cars is the best and hardest worker there, thats for sure.I would recommend the staff be trained on how to calmly deal with pressure and to speak courteously with clients. Again, always hit or miss with this location -- mostly miss!

Last time the car was not ready at pick up and a drop off they refused to drop me off back at my place even though they were really down the street, the man behind the counter simply would not believe me. Comment: Rented from them twice. first time was fine - i dont like how they rent the cars with the fuel level NOT full. You are expected to return it at a similar level... Im sure its easy for a lot of people, but i always have a hard time and end up filling the tank to be safe. this past weekend i was given a car with a lot of scratches and empty gas tank, they did offer to fill the gas, but i was in a rush so i left. When i returned the car at LAX (they are closed on Sunday) the person that marked the scratches on the form... ACTUALLY didnt!!!!!! so I had to have an uncomfortable conversation with the Enterprise manager at LAX to let them know that the scratches were there when i picked up the car! So. before leaving make sure the scratches are documented on the PINK copy of the contract. i probably wont be renting from this location again.
