Comment: We went to this area to get a car because our car got into awreck so our insurance referred us to this enterprise on Abby and BLackstone. My car rental is fully covered by my insurance 40$ a day up to 30 days. Now when I came to return my car, a woman and man told me I had a fee charge of 108$ for what ??? I was told that my insurance only covers partial, which was untrue because I spoke to my insurance company and she told me I shouldn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. They only return 108$ of my security deposit back. These people couldn’t even give me an explanation of why I was being charge 92$ . They completely gave me 2 different receipt . 1 that was sent to my email and 1 was handed to be because I went back in to ask for a receipt, it was completely different one. The first guy that help me got my rental car said I was goin to get my security deposit back if there was no damaged to the car, the 2 people that I return my car to had let me know that he was an intern and he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. In my experience, the intern was correct I should’ve got my security deposit back.. I was getting scam by his associate.

Comment: Employees should be able to know their own policies. Rather than assisting with the simple task of renting a vehicle, they find ways to complicate the process. Avoid this location, Ill recommend visiting the Shaw & Blackstone location. Went it, no reservation and I got the vehicle I wanted in less than 5 minutes in and out.

I cant tell you how happy I was.I walked into the Enterprise rental car on North Abbey in Fresno, I was distraught, upset and feeling like I was not going to be able to find a way out of my situation. My transmission was fried in my car and I had no form of transportation. I had very little money and my credit was just ok. ​When I walked into the Enterprise Rental Car on North Abbey in Fresno, I was greeted by Oscar as soon as I walked in the door. I told him I had a reservation. He had me in a rental car and out of there in less than 15 minutes. He was the most polite customer service person Ive ever dealt with. He asked me if there was anything else he could do for me? Thats when I broke down, he listened to my situation and told me to go see Andrew over at Enterprise car sales just up the street and told me everything would be okay. Never in a million years did I think that this young man would even bother to help someone like me, or even care what happened to me after I left. Oscar didnt just help me with a rental car, he called ahead and spoke with Andrew ar qîù there and met with Andrew, who by the way gives a whole new experience to buying a car, he was kind, honest and he also reassured me that everything would be ok. I was thinking to myself like where has this company been all my life, they actually care! Sure enough I was approved and purchased a 2020 Nissan Versa with very low miles and a very low down payment and was fully refunded for my rental car. I will never go anywhere else to rent or purchase a vehicle, ever again. Oscar and Andrew went far beyond their job descriptions to make sure i had what I needed when I left Fresno and I was still able to make it on time for work. Thank you Oscar, and thank you Andrew, you are exactly what companies need when it comes to customer service, you actually do your job to the fullest of your ability and you actually take the time to listen because you care! They also let you change your return time if you need to. When I returned the car it was a quick and easy and they offered to give me a ride back home. I liked my experience with Enterprise on 1122 N Abby St in Fresno, CA . Will rent from there again.

I got hit by a big rig a few months ago and insurance paid for everything but the body shop I went to was HORRIFIC (Michael Toyota body shop)… that’s another review though.. ANYWAY Alex was super patient and kind every time I spoke with her, she went above and beyond to try and alleviate the worry that the body shop was causing me! For that I am forever grateful! Comment: They were great to me! especially after all the trouble I went through with a prior rental at a different company who only takes credit cards but had no problem taking my online payment and demanding I use the same card I used to reserve, for pick up as well. Thank God Enterprise doesnt discriminate against using debit but they do require verification of address when using debit so make sure you have pge or utility if your renting using debit as form of payment.!! This 2022 Malibu is so Sheek!!

Comment: I rented a car at this location i used my AMX card for them to place the hold on the CC and paid for the rental with my bank card although i paid with my bank card i was charged 22.00, 18.00,740.00 and 807.00 on my AMX card i went to the branch to figure out what happened the associate who assisted me was very kind he saw my concerns and couldn’t figure out why i was charged so much he needed to escalate to the branch manager who was not in the office at the time he would have her call once she returns she has not returned my call i called again she is not in the office this is ridiculous again my service was great but i was charged triple so be careful

Do not recommend, I assume that like most people when you look for a review its to find out if this place is a good place to rent and it is not. the staff was all smiles at the start, but when they had my card guess what, new charges were made . It doesnt matter if manager says it fine manager in this branch has short term memory loss if it meant more money for them . Very weird condescending vibes like I said in the beginning it was smiles, but after wards even my accent was an issue. Comment: The check engine light came on in my rental car, so I called the branch (Redding) I rented from and they recommended I go to the closest branch for them to perform a diagnostic on the issue. So I went to the 1122 N Abbey location in Fresno.The employee at this branch offered me two solutions, first that I go to a pepboys and diagnose their car for them. I refused, so he countered that I should go to another branch at the airport nearby. I was a bit frustrated, and given his reason that there were no cars there for me, I requested if he could see if the other branch had inventory. He refused, and recommended Id call instead.The Airport branch was great when I got there and I was given a different vehicle without engine issues.Ive just never experienced customer service where either its basically solve it yourself or go to another branch.Is it standard practice for enterprise to require customers to diagnose their own check engine light at a pepboys?

Comment: The people try to be friendly. they get you in a but the condition of the car is not all that sometimes it can be nasty. I always take and use my own cleaning products to disinfect. I always check the fluid cause I had a car that I had to go find a auto zone to get coolant so the car wouldnt over heat this was in the middle of no where also. but if the car fluid is low if the have it on site they will top off or up grade your car. dont get me wrong I love enterprise I wouldnt rent any where else the are quick and hassle free Ive been a customer for years.

The car was being cleaned so had to wait about 15-20mins before leaving the lot. Other than the short wait for the vehicle, customer service was excellent. Dropping off the vehicle was a breeze, as I was in and out in about 5 mins.

Comment: Ebony the “Branch Manager” who made us very aware of her title that we don’t give to cents about is condescending and downright rude. The employees were promising a discount because the car we had, had a tire pressure warning on, and they let us leave with it but the new car also had the same warning message.There was a lot of back-and-forth between the employees and the managers and each one of them said different things they promised us a different price and try to charge us a lot more once we spoke to Ebony the careless “branch manager.” We let her know that her employees promised us a discount and a different price when we took the car and that she became irate and very rude and condescending and let us know that she was the branch manager and she personally said something different. Bottom line is train your employees to know what they’re talking about and not a promise customers things that they can hold two if you are the branch manager which is so proudly display train your employees to do the right thing and know their job correctly.

The car which i rented actually has problem with the wiper blade which was not locked or not in wiping condition. Luckily there was no rain during the 1 week rental period. Once switch on, the wiper blade just thrown out if its wiper socket / connector.

If all other enterprises are closed within a 2 hour radius, and you’re forced to use this enterprise please be careful dealing with the manager ebony, she shouldn’t even be allowed to work in a McDonald’s how rude she acts . I don’t know who or how she got hired as a manager but enterprise needs to really consider letting her go, they lost my business three days ago for good because of her i can only imagine how many other’s business her poor attitude and lack of professionalism she’s costing the company.

The representatives weren’t disrespectful but they weren’t pleasant either. I have had better experiences at other Enterprise locations. Mostly because the customer service was AMAZING and they offered Uber rides when their staff was too short to “pick you up” (as their slogan promises). Comment: This Enterprise is very bad to people who dont use credit cards. They have you put down a HUGE deposit just to rent a car for the day. They also want to see check stubbs and a bill! We wanted to rent a car twice per month just to go out of town for a day but the huge deposit makes it too far out of reach for us. I know first hand that the Enterprise Rentals in NJ and NY dont do this and they actually respect their customers.

Comment: Enterprise, the car rental place that picks you up. My experience with them was great. The only negative things were you had to give phone numbers of at least 3 people to rent the car. Also, because I paid with a debit card attached to my bank account and not a major credit card, I had to provide proof of income and show my electric bill. Overall, though, I had a good experience. The car was clean and rates were reasonable -- even for insurance.

Comment: I’ve rented from the Abby Ave Enterprise in Fresno about 7-8 times over the past year. There are plenty of other locations in town, and I’ve rented from many of them. While the customer service is good everywhere I’ve been, the Abby location is superior. The staff is always personable and professional. Even when they’re swamped, they take time to acknowledge each customer and are respectful of their customers’ valuable time. Each car I’ve rented has been clean, well maintained, and has run great. Enterprise locations in Fresno always have the best rates, and I’m willing to bet, have the overall best customer service as well.

This caused me to wait an hour to get the car assigned for me. Would encourage the staff to make sure cars were checked before they were being picked up. Mine needed a tire fixed. Comment: Rented a vehicle last weekend accompanied by my son and brother-n-law . We were assisted by a trainee. While in the process of signing the agreement, we looked around for any damages. The employee insisted that small scratches and dents were not noted. The vehicle had numerous scratches and dents which were not noted on my receipt. However, there was a visual scratch on the passenger side of the vehicle approximately 12 to 14 inches long. My receipt was noted and described as SCRATCH ON PASSENGER when returning the vehicle, I was charged for that scratch and was not refunded my deposit despite that fact that the trainee had noted it down on the receipt. I made several attempts to dispute the damage I was charged for with no success. Mat, the General Manager indicated that the wording on the receipt was vague. I Had been a loyal customer until then. Be on the Lookout! They might get you too!!!!!!! If considering to rent a vehicle from Enterprises, take pictures before driving out of the lot. This shall help people be safe and not charged for existing damages.

From the moment we arrived at the office on Abby, a customer service rep responded right away to helping us to get the best car for our needs. We received great customer service. Most of the time when we go into a business, customers are required to wait while reps are on the phone or computer doing other things. Sometimes I feel like I am invisible by the treatment I receive. Not so at the Enterprise on Abby. They made us feel welcome. They were very professional. I just wish more businesses would treat customers in the same manner as Enterprise on Abby treated my husband and I.It was a great experience and I look forward to renting a car there in the future.(The car we rented was top notch also)Thanks, Enterprise!

Comment: I cant select 0 stars in the rating but that is what I would give them if I could. Long story short, the store manager here has a napoleon complex. I had a car reserved for a one way, via the nationwide number days in advance. The day I show up and need the car, they tell me they need an additional $250 deposit, which is never mentioned by anyone when I reserved the car or in the confirmation email enterprise sent me. To make matters even better, I only traveled light that day and didnt have anything but my debit card on me, so I had to transfer funds via the phone just to rent the car, but then the store manager decides hes just not going to rent to me, at all, no matter what. Im hours from home and in a strange town, and this guy tells me I had probably just start walking. And this is no great part of town either.Hertz around the corner had no problem getting me a one way, and even came and picked me up.
