Comment: Great location and selection for affordable cars! I had to submit a claim to get my car fixed with Statefarm at Bay Bridge Auto Shop on 90th, so Statefarm covered most of the cost. I was helped by Brandon and Pedro when picking up, and they were so professional and friendly. My car was nice and didn’t break the bank. When I returned it, Elena helped me and even offered me a credit back because I filled the tank more than when I picked up, and that felt really good and shows they’re not greedy and want to have happy returning customers. I’ll use them again for next time I need a rental. Bonus- they all dressed super professional and noticed that they had on an elevated dress attire which made the entire experience feel very VIP

Comment: I had a very unpleasant experience here. A friend rented a car, and while we were deciding between two vehicles, I opened the door of one to look inside without actually sitting in it. Suddenly, an Enterprise worker shouted as if we were stealing the vehicle. I felt extremely embarrassed in that situation. It made me realize it might be perceived as racism. I apologize for stating this, but thats how it felt to me.

Comment: First off, they had no car available, and I had to drive a pickup. Secondly, the lady in front at the podium was rude and just kept repeating the same thing over any over. The african American male was using the N word and profanity left and right as soon as they thought the customers were out of earshot. Unprofessional. Watched him switch up several times. However, Jared was great. Made sure he rectified my situation and was pleasant, so this is not a bad reflection on him. Just need better associates.With that being said, I will give a 3 star due to the customer service from Jared on the way out! I will definitely give him personally a 5 star in the customer service department.

I had made a reservation like a week ago and they told me that they had full coverage and that included cover for the people in the car and when I get here first the security guard was very rude, then I get here and the car is not ready and they don’t offer full coverage and I’m already late to where I need to go and 45 minutes later my car is still not ready. This is the last time I get cars from here. Very poor service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Comment: I am very upset with enterprise in this location. I rented a car with my family and when we got the car it had a very bad smell . I had children in the car. We thought it was going to go away but it didn’t.I returned the car I told them that I wasn’t happy with the car. Freddy the manager spoke to me and said if I didn’t write a bad review or complain about them he said he was going to reimburse me a certain amount but I never thought it was a lie. I called several times and he said he was going reimburse me. The last time I called he said he didn’t remember me or he didn’t remember telling me this.So it’s a lie when they tell you the they will give you a clean car. And they want to buy you by not saying nothing and keeping your mouth quiet.

Thank you.Excellent service.BUT ONE MAJOR ISSUE I FACED THIS SEPTEMBER 2022. Returning the car in Oakland airport is a NIGHTMARE. I found it very very difficult to locate the return place and I almost missed my flight to Lihue. And then had to take a shuttle.Otherwise no complaints. Great organization. Great service. Great vehicle. Got upgraded to a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Woohooo.

Comment: I would rate 0 stars if given the choice because they basically stole my money after i specifically told them that I left my money inside the passenger compartment before turning in a vehicle due to mechanical issues, so I was unable to access my cash. They continue to give me the run around, and still refuse to do anything about it. They told me they already rented out the car a couple of days after I turned in the car and they had to ask the customer if there was anything in the vehicle!! So if an enterprise employee didnt steal my money then they obviously dont clean their vehicles thoroughly especially during this pandemic!! I lost hundreds of dollars that I was going to give to my grandmother and nephew in holiday cards. They keeping telling me theyll reach out but noone has yet to resolve anything and they dont even want to take responsibility for their actions and/or their employees. Its been almost a month and Im growing more and more impatient!

I am told that my car was ready Monday and has arrived been sent to Vallejo and was rented.Im now stuck in this smaller car to drive back to Virginia with my partner, pet and family... Comment: Apparently this location is no longer a rental pick up and is only a car service center. Never the less, this is where I was sent to pick up my rental. When I arrived to the site to pick up my rental I was told by a security guard that I would need to either get to the Alameda or the Oakland Airport. I was luckily able to get to the correct location with minutes to spare. The Alameda Enterprise office was very helpful and accommodating and I would rate that overall experience as positive. My low rating is due to the fact that I was sent to the wrong location and the location was not in a very accessible part of town. Enterprise should remove this location to avoid this problem as I was apparently not the only person that day who showed up for a car!

The location at 98th avenue far exceeds the customer experience of all the Enterprise locations in the Oakland area.Sorry. It is the truth. Comment: The Assistant Manger Julian gave us a rental car and then asked us to come back the next day to return the rental. He claimed that they could not use our debit card, and he actually said we needed a Wells Fargo debit card to process a rental. He also said our DL did not show an Oakland address, so he could not rent to us. I have rented from Enterprise in Sacramento with an SF ID and NEVER had an issue. We worked with Julian directly earlier this month when getting rental and he used the same address and card being provided this time, but he has decided the policy is different now. We were just in an accident that totaled our truck, we walked to this Enterprise. They actually made us walk home. We used this location at the start of August with no issues. 3 weeks later the assistant manager did everything he could to NOT help us. Not sure of the actual policy, but pretty sure making your own rules per situation is NOT proper protocol.

Comment: This is suppose to be a free rental thru my insurance, all I pay is the extra cost for daily insurance since I didnt want to use my own insurance just in case. Its been 11days and these ppl have taken $301.75 out of my account WITHOUT my consent. I called and complained he offered to refund half, they literally put it in my account and took it right back out the next morning. For 11 days its only 186.89 yet they feel the need to pre charge my account when they have no idea if its even going to take that long for my car to be fixed. Whats so unprofessional is they NEVER told me this is how they do business, I was told I would put $100 down and pay the rest when I return the car. I never gave them permission to continue to take money out of my account, I will never do business with these ppl again.

Comment: 3rd time using them this year.5 stars for previous visits due to: no wait, clean car and awesome customer service.Yesterday was a different experience.....the lobby floors were rather distracting (dirty), more employees than customers however only one employee was working, it made me uncomfortable when other customers weren’t greeted by the non working employees.The car was nice..But once I left the lot the alert went off that the front tires needed air, and between the car seats were filthy.I don’t know what changed in such a few short months but please tighten it up.You have such a convenient off airport location and would hate to go elsewhere.

Comment: Problem: I had a car accident. My wallet was stolen. I didnt have my drivers license, but my insurance covers a car rental. My wife was leaving town. We needed the rental car, and I needed to be able to drive it.Solution: My wife is on the same policy, so she rents the car and I can drive it!Totally made up red tape from the people at the rental agency: Im not authorized to drive the car unless they have a valid drivers license on file.Four hours of me getting a temporary drivers license and my wife running the errands I was supposed to run before she leaves later...Solution: I have temporary drivers license, can we add my to my wifes rental?Answer from more knowledgeable employee: Youre automatically signed up to drive a car your spouse rents in the state of CA.Rating: 1 star.

Garret was able to adjust my reservation over the phone in seconds and when the rental car I got was without cruise control ( a necessity for me ) they let me swap it out instantly.
