Comment: 1st-time renter and the person who assisted patiently guided and waited for me to produce the documents they required, I am following Dave Ramseys Financial Advice (I got rid of credit cards) so I used a debit card. I am blessed to drive a new Nissan Rogue that friendly Jonathan handed and made sure to be cleaned interior and exterior, worth a few minutes wait. Upon return, I made sure I removed all my belongings, car seat, etc., passed by Costco to fill the gas, I was immediately tended to by the same efficient staff, I was also asked if I needed a ride, to my relief I was fumbling on my Uber App, I was not getting data, a couple of seconds I was escorted into a minivan and friendly Matt drove me home safely, thank you for a wonderful experience Enterprise Rent-a-Car of Chino Hills, keep up the good work! They take good care of people courteously, I have observed these with each of the staff that has attended to their other customers while I have waited in their office.

Comment: I rented the car 4/19/24 to 4/22/24 Pick up the car, the outside was dirty because they do not have the wash station. They just clean the inside of the car. They give you a code to take to the nearest shell right there By them to get a free car wash didnt like that. Press for time so couldnt go to the car wash. Everything was fine until I returned the car. Even then, it was still fine until I got a second charge on my card. I was charged for the Rental and the deposit initially. But then a whole separate charge for $318.15. Which charge to my card and then when I called and spoke with a worker there and asked. He didnt know why my car was charged. He said maybe there was extension. I told him no. Even as the receipt shows I turned the car in on time. No extensions were made nothing when I turned the car and everything was fine. Did the walk through fine? So then I asked, he said well Maybe it was a mistake on our part. I said well, is there a way to find out why my card was charged? He said no. Theres no way of knowing why I was charged. I wa Supposed to get my refund back. havent gotten anything back again I returned my car on the 22nd, which made it a Sunday. Today is 4/29/24. Still nothing and then he told Me Before You hung up the phone. Im sending you the invoice now. That deposit of the return that was made to your bank with the number for me to call and track the money down. Still have not received that email. I do not like this at all. Ive been renting with enterprise for little over 8 years. Never had an issue. first time going to the Chino location. I let him know like I do not like this at all. I am very dissatisfied. Didnt care didnt care at all? So Im trying to find out who I can speak to to find out why my card was double charged and why I have not received $636 back. Thats too much money.

Comment: Since I picked up car, the person in the front desk (sorry I dont get his name) was very friendly and offered us an upgrade (which turned out to be an excellent choice), he turned us over to Noel to complete the transaction. Noel was very kind and seemed focused on making sure that we were not just another person on the list to help. Although they were short-handed and it took a little time to get our car ready for rental, Noel made sure all our questions and concerns were acknowledged. Noel explained every detail of the rental and gave us the option to choose as we pleased.On our return, I came back with an injured back and was walking slow as a turtle. Jonathan greeted me and went to inspect the vehicle for the return process. He was kind enough to get me a ride back home. Matt, the driver that took me home was very professional and understanding to my inability to walk fast due to my back discomfort.Overall had a great experience, will definitely rent a vehicle here in the future. Thank you for your hard work and keep us the excellent customer service you offer at this location.

Comment: Ive rented from other Enterprise Rent-A-Car branches in the past with no problems, but that wasnt the case this time around.I rented the car online and picked up the car about 30 min before the branch closed at the Chino Hills Enterprise branch.Although they told me the inside of the car had been cleaned, it simply wasnt. This was evident by the empty potato chip bags found under the seat and smears on the dashboard and windows. Also, the outside of the car had not been washed. We were told they were understaffed and gave us a code to take it through a local gas station car wash. It was also at 3/4 of a tank full.We took it to the gas station to fill it up and wash it, but when I opened the gas compartment, the gas cap was missing. I couldnt take the car back because the branch had already closed, so I spent the next few hours talking to various Enterprise Rent-A-Car branches/representatives, of which none could help or provide us with a gas cap. These are the Enterprise reps we spoke with and what the outcome was:- Roadside assistance told us they were only a vendor and could not deliver a gas cap.- Customer service told us they would email the closed branch and that an open branch would see that email and call us, which never occurred.- Reservation service told us if we purchased the cap, they would note in our contract, but could not switch out the car. The only option would have to be to switch it out at another branch. They provided us with a number to the Ontario branch, which was the closest Enterprise branch open at that time.- We called the Ontario branch numerous times, but they never answered the phone.We needed the car for an early trip the next morning, so we took another hour locating a replacement gas cap and cleaned the car properly.When we returned the car, we were reimbursed for the gas cap and having to clean the car ourselves. While appreciated, we wouldnt have had to go through all that trouble if the car was properly prepared prior to our arrival.While Enterprise reps were friendly, it appears they were moving too quickly to notice things like missing gas caps or maintain cleanliness. Also, it seems there is a lack of communication with the organization itself.

Comment: If I could give a zero star review I would. My step son wanted to rent a car from this location so I took him there. The store manager, Duckki Yoon, was the staff member that “helped” him. My stepson had a car reservation for a car made on the enterprise website. The quoted price was $346 per 8 days. But he was immediately told that the only car available was a $95 per day Audi. All the while me Yoon did not even attempt to offer any options or explanations. My stepson informed of this and immediately went inside after making my own reservation for the $44 per day car. The same person waited on me and again the same response. I then inquired about the cheapest available car and I was told the cheapest car here was $65 per day. I became upset and demanded to see the manager. At this point he told me that he was the manager, then I asked to have his immediate manager. Mr Yoon became agitated. It was at this point that he had no interest in resolutions. I mentioned that I would be contacting the senior VP of regional sales for enterprise since it was clear that we were being discriminated. At this point he asked me if I was threatening him. And furthermore he asked me to leave the store. I was then convinced that a classic bait and switch was taking place. I requested his immediate supervisor and his business card. He begrudgingly complied. Never again will I do business with Enterprise and I will report this incident as discrimination to rent to Hispanics. Shame

Comment: I was deeply troubled by the recent interaction with the manager at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s Chino Hills location who accused me of something I did not do and threatened me to pay or he would send me to the collection and he said I would not be allowed to rent cars from them.I returned my rental car in good condition to the Chino Hills location the morning of Monday, Jan 15th, passed their inspection check, and paid for the two-day rentals. The manager called me on Tuesday, Jan 16th accusing me over the phone of damaging the windshield. When I showed up at the store around 10:20 AM that morning to check on their claim, I saw a giant L-shaped crack at least 18 inches long in the middle of the windshield. I also learned that they took the vehicle to a car wash outside of the store.The crack was so visible that the store associate who inspected the returning vehicle, me, or anyone else would have seen it either from the drivers seat or outside looking at the car. When I told the manager that I do not run away from problems. If I was responsible for the damage, I would pay for it but this huge crack on the windshield was not caused by me asking him why sending me to the collection for the damage was not caused by me, but he indifferently demanded I pay or it would go to the collection, and I will not be allowed to rent cars from them. When I asked him if I could not resolve this issue peacefully with him, was there someone else whom I could reach out to? he arrogantly told me that if I called Enterprise, they would refer my case back to him implying he is the only one and I have to deal with him.

BIG BIG Shoutout to Duckki and his team!!Family visited for a month and I needed another car to fit everyone and take them around LA.Pick up was super easy and fast! Was greeted properly, front desk was able to pull up my reservation immediately after I provided my information. (Im sorry I forgot her name lol)The person helping me thoroughly checked the car and made sure there were no damages on the car and made sure I left with no questions (It was a Chrysler Pacifica and I rarely drive such a big car )Family had a great time with the car and when I returned the car, Duckki was there to assist me, made sure everything was fine and my family had a great time during this visit. This time is Chino Hills location and they completely forget, counter guy basically tells me its traffic jam.....its less than 3 miles between the location to my house, no free way and at least 3 other routes may reach the destination. End up I have no choice but to drive my own car. *The driver end up called after 40 mins behind of the original appointment time.

Not to mention they are now trying to charge me an outrageous amount for insurance I never asked for. I was under the assumption I only had to pay the taxes because insurance was paying for the rental but now they are charging me over almost $500. I would look elsewhere for a rental.

Comment: Today an Enterprise employee caused a car accident with my car, then denied responsibility. When my husband confronted the employee, the employee aggressively stepped up to him to fight him, called him vulgar names, and cussed at him. The incident was witnessed by a customer, and management, who failed to intervene. Enterprise parks their cars all over the parking lot outside of marked parking stalls and drives through the parking lot at unsafe speeds on a regular basis. This location is personally and professionally unsafe, and the employees are incompetent and threatening. Take your business elsewhere.

Adrian was patient all the time with a smile on the face. Later in the day, we called to ask if there was an intermediate car for swap, though there was none, he told us to be sure to call back and check later in the day. Just a few minutes before closing time, there was an availability. He showed us the car and we ended up not taking it but he was still very patient and with a big smile. Even when there was a key entry problem the following day the team (Sheyla & Sally) did what they could and when it wasnt fixable they did what they had to in order to get me back on the road again. I would say calling in isnt the best way to connect with the team. Comment: Not happy with this rental experience. Car did not have a full tank of gas, only 3/4. This makes it difficult to fill back up to that amount, especially considering the number of people waiting in line to get gas. Secondly, the car was incredibly filthy. Had to get it washed myself and clean the interior windows. Lastly, the midsize suv that I reserved was not available which forced me to have to take a gas guzzling full size suv. I had plenty of miles to drive with this 1-week rental, so that inconvenience cost me a lot in extra gas cost. Not a happy camper with this Enterprise experience. The employees were very kind though; that was the one positive note.

Comment: The vehicle was not washed when I picked it up. It was wiped down with a rag and some cleaner. Windows and mirrors were smeared with the cleaner used to wipe the vehicle down. Once on the road the vehicle was equipped with a safety feature that alerted the driver of drifting into the next lane. A good feature if worked properly however at times the sensors would randomly pick up a groove in the roadway and would adjust the front wheels without notice. This action would cause a very unsafe condition for the 9 hour drive to Utah from California. The rear tires had very little tread remaining on the life of the tires. Another unsafe condition for the rain and snow we encountered throughout the trip.Overall I was not comfortable with the vehicle during my week rental.

This last time was the worst and the girl who helped me was an assistant manager!!! I asked them to fill up the tank and it seems they are lazy because when I ask they seem to get attitude and have something to say to me. I spoke to Steven who is another assistant manager and he told me there should never be an issue if I request the gas tank to be full. Either the reps are lazy or need a training on contracted employers with their company. Another time I was asked to provide them with a credit card. Why? My employer pays for the rental and gas. I will now have to find another enterprise out of my way because I refuse to go back there and deal with those people.

This is my first ever review on Google, which says a lot about how BADLY I was treated.Long story short, they dont have any car in the premium or elite SUV class I reserved. The associate did not apology and offered me a Chevy Spark (Sub-compact Car) instead, saying thats the only car they had. WHAT A JOKE when I was expected a BMW X3. When I declined, he said it was ON ME that I didnt want the car they offered -- way to talk to your customer when it is your fault.Later the manager came out, and said they wouldnt give me any SUV. When I complained about the round trip Uber fare I had to pay without getting a car, she gave me an attitude and said she would PERSONALLY order an Uber as if that was doing me a HUGE favor. To make the long story short,I waited for 31/2 hrs to finally have the car. I was informed that there is a crack on the windshield,fine,coz I really need the car. Upon inspection,the back trunk was dirty, the rep pick up some of the trash... then while driving the car, I noticed the windshiled is dirty and also the side mirror. Then I dropped my phn and lo and behold, I saw more trash in the carpet,chips,torn papers,etc in between the driver seat and the console. In short,that car was not clean enough to think that they charge triple rate because of the pandemic, what I got in return after complaining? 13% off my bill... plus when I pick up the car,gas is almost empty and returned it with half a tank. I will never ever rent again from this place.

Comment: I would like to start saying, if i had an option to give negative start then this enterprise deserves it. We rented a car recently for the weekend and booked it for a week. I dropped the vehicle early on Sunday with key drop off services. Before we left the premises, we checked everything whether car has been damaged or not. After three days of dropping car off, we received a call that car had been damaged on passenger side. We explained that, we have checked everywhere before dropping off that vehicle on perfect condition. My wife went to check vehicle and damage looked like someone has swipe the passenger bumper while it was parked. While discussing, my wife was notified by one of their employee was on site to move vehicles on 9/7/2020 while it was holiday, their story doesnt make sense, but as customer are always the victim in corporate trap. Later I got a charge on my account for the vehicle rental that my rental rate were changed from 100 $ a day to 125$ a day since we dropped vehicle early. I was aware that it is usually the case and to verify I asked rental agent at enterprise location whether rate would change if we drop the vehicle early and they replied it would stay the same. Their evil customer service and policies makes you feel crippled. It is very unfortunate to have experienced such a headache especially in a time like this where they try to rob you blind. I would not recommend this location to anyone. BEWARE, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

I rented out a red Nissan that was given to me.This review just reflects on the car and some on Enterprise.When I first received the car it was smelly. I think someone was smoking in the car and the smell just stayed and lingered. I had to put an airfreshner inside just to mask the smell. When I turned on the AC I was able to smell the spurt of sourness smell coming from the car filter. It was definitely not pleasing. It was about 20k miles in. These were a few things that I noticed when picking up the vehicle.For the car, the gas reading even though was digital, was not accurate. The power to the Nissan Versa was not great and my Prius is way better.The customer service was outstanding. They helped me out quickly and efficiently. I do appreciate the haste customer service without being rushed. Thanks

Comment: RA# 81T8GY, From 12/22/2019-12/29/2019We rented a 15 passenger van for a Christmas 2019 road-trip from CA to AZ and NM. Called a week before the rental pickup location to see if they can make sure we get the Ford Transit and they said they would try their best. Now on the 12/22/2019 morning of the pickup, they just had three Chevy vans. All three were pretty dirty on the inside. Having no choice, we choose the cleanest of the three. While driving off the lot, notice the left break light was out (see photo). Exchanged it for another one and waited around 20-30 minutes for them to clean out the second one. During inspection, the wheel jack was not secured in the original position and was half-way extended (see photo). The agent had no idea how it is supposed to be secured so I ended up doing that myself. This took another 10 minutes just to return it from the extended position because I had to turn the knob by hand. Now, driving off the lot in the second Chevy van, there was a warning about the tire pressure. When back to talk to the agent and they said they knew about this and the tire pressures have all been checked. The TPMS sensor needed to be replaced. While going through this ordeal, the other van was rented out so exchanging again was no longer an option. Since we were already late to begin our trip, we took it as is with 20% discount and stipulation that the option Roadside assistance would be included free of charge.Got the van home and while installing hotspot antennas on the roof, notice there is roof damage (see photo). Double checked the tire pressures and the front tires were about 5 lbs low and one rear tire was 35 lbs low! They were supposed to be 50 lbs for the front and 80 lbs rear. I spent another 15 minutes adding air to the tires. Now this is after the agent ensured us the tire pressures have been checked by a shop and the warning was because of a faulty TMPS. The TMPS is bad because the warning did not go away even after adding the right tire pressures.They said this Chevy van is equal to the Ford but it is not even close. We rented the Ford on last year’s Christmas road-trip. The only specification that is the same is that it does set the same number of passengers. It does not have BT so we could not listen to our music on the whole trip, no headrest in the rear to mount our DVD-player, on 12v in the front so had to use a long extension to power the devices in the back.Now finally on our trip, the side door rattles so much on rougher roads. Had to deal with this along with the passengers complaining about this all trip along! On the second day of the trip, the left turn signal in the dash blinked twice as fast so I knew the bulb must be out in the front or rear. It turned out to be the rear which is now the same issue as the first van we exchanged at the Enterprise Rental lot. The trip went well and we made the most of this trip.We returned this on time and Enterprise Rental did add the Roadside to the contract but also charged us $5.99 per day! They did refund this.

Comment: This is absolutely the worst car rental facility ever.. if I can give them a negative 5 star I would. Luis D Macias is the worst manager we have ever dealt with. not honor customer reservation and treat customer very rudely. My wife and I made a reservation for a Van at this location and have a written confirmation about our reservation. When we arrived, we were told they cannot honor the reservation because the reservation was made via a call center and the email confirmation means nothing to them. If the email confirmation in writing means nothing to a company. One would question does any commitments made by the company means anything..the person who present himself as a manager admit to my wife that he had knew about Enterprise couldnt make good on their commitment since Friday morning and did nothing about it. He admitted that he didnt even try to contact us about failing to make good of reservation. He would not try to make good on the email confirmation of Enterprise. This is absolutely the worst company to rent a car from. I have the email confirmation to prove this. Enterprise is company that will not stand behind commitment. Do not book with them ever unless you want to be treated with disrespect.After receiving the response below from the Enterprise... I had already submitted the entire car to the email they left.. Didnt get a response yet.. hopefully it is not a corporate culture to deal with customers in a rude manner and ignore their request..I will continue update the development of the case here. Comment: I had a car accident back on July 12th. I had to borrow a rental car during the time my insurance will let me. After returning the car I let them know to run my card on a Friday, time passed and they did not. And they called. Again I said Friday and yet again enterprise did not run it. And they call again and yet again I say Friday. This time they said they were going to send me to collections, Even tho they didnt run it in the first place. Yes ladies and gentlemen for 35$ they didnt bother running my card they will send me to collections. I borrow my parents car and commute 5-6 days a week and with all the hospital bills and doctor appointments crammed in they couldnt even do one small thing right. Thanks enterprise for the nice extra gift and for not doing your job right. And yes I tried calling and again you guys do the same thing over and over, I get off late from work and there closed by the time I get out and I work when they dont open yet. Next time with future customers when they give you a date to run their card next time dont wait like a month to charge someone when they already gave permission on a certain day. And hello collections.

Comment: **UPDATE**Got the car 1 hr hour after my scheduled pick up time and realized that the white minivan given to me literally went out for an oil change in front of my eyes when I arrived and checked in. So basically they waited till I check in to get the ready ready for delivery and wasted a whole hour of mine on a Friday!! Absolutely pathetic!!Used to be my go to location in Chino Hills but after this time; I’m going else where!! Confirmed reservation and have been waiting for 45 mins for the car to get here. Why keep a car in inventory to be rented when it’s not ready for delivery? There’s another customer here as well who’s extremely angry as her premium SUV isn’t ready either. I know someone from the location will post a comment to this saying they want to look into this matter and blah blah blah.... instead of typing out generic responses pls look into the way you guys operate, it’s extremely shameful for being in the service industry.Enterprise should be ashamed to have their reputable/credible name on this location!!Just shameful, I should be on the road already with my family but instead I’m waiting here to get a minivan I booked over a week away. First I had requested a pick up in the car that had been chosen for me because I had 2 car seats to take with me because I had my 2 grandchildren with me. That did not happen, I guess the person I talked too ignored my request, so there I am changing the seats twice. Then the car had an odor of what smelled like lysol. He said it would go away, didnt so we rode with the windows down and when my husband was done with his car I used his. When I came back with the car they did compensate me, but really, the car cleaner should have said something. I was really unhappy.Most of my experiences have been great with this office.

Comment: We have frequently used this agency location for an overnight and one way rental when dropping off our van for service. Today, the lady in reservations was extremely rude and insisted that we had to rent for the week. I reiterated that, as in the past, we needed the vehicle for overnight only I would be dropping it off in Indio as in the past. In a very arrogant fashion, she said that we would still have to pay the weekly rate and there were no discounts and that was all there was to it. I told her that I was not satisfied with that because this was not our experience over the last few years and she hung up on me. I have sent an email to the customer service. In the meantime, we have rented overnight in one way from Avis. If this is not rectified, we will never be an Enterprise customer again.

Comment: Reserved a luxury car for the weekend to take wife to Vegas for her birthday as I did not want to put miles on my Tesla. Got there and was offered a small Mercedes. No room for people in the back seat. Then offered a mini van. The agent said he would call around and get back with me. I called him back two hours later and was informed that I should call other locations because they may have them. Wait..what...werent you doing that? Never mind..drove my Tesla anyways and had a much better drive. Sill waiting for mgt to call me back. I guess this place is ok if you dont care what you drive.

They had several trucks for us to choose from and if we wanted we could have chosen a sedan. My point is, though, thst they had what we needed. All the associates are very nice and professional. Comment: DONT USE THEM!!! I reserved a mid-sized SUV for my daughter and grandson to visit for the holidays. When my daughter arrived, she was informed that their policy required a major credit card (not a debit card w/VISA logo) for that vehicle. When I informed the rep that it didnt indicate this on their reservation website, I was told that there was nothing he could do and that she could only rent a 2WD car. Yeah, drive to Colorado in a 2WD - I dont think so. He also said there would be no difference in price for a 2WD car and a mid-size SUV...interesting how there is a difference when youre trying to book them isnt there?! I called Enterprise customer service (never bother doing this), I was informed that the policy for renting a car using a debit card w/a VISA/MC logo included a mid-sized SUV. When I informed the rep of what the local shop said, Gwen stated that I should call back and talk to a manager and then read me the entire policy which includes having a paycheck stub to prove employment, a recent utility bill in the drivers name, and that the driver would have to live within a 20 mile radius of where the car was being rented from. When I asked if she could call or, put a note in the system, I was told that she wouldnt put in a note because this policy was already there for all to see. I was then told by Gwen, Well, Im sorry maam that not everything works out in your favor. Award winning customer service? I got better customer service in 3rd world countries! By the way, NONE of these supposed policies are given prior to or during any portion of the booking process. You find out these nuggets when you arrive to start your trip. GO ANYWHERE OTHER THAN ENTERPRISE!!!!!

I was upsold in coverage that should’ve been provided and charged more than I should’ve. I was given no receipt to my email as I usually get after returning a vehicle. The vehicle I was provided had features that didn’t work. The so called manager made me so mad i told him just call me and charge me what you want. Employees cannot be trained if the manager is this rude. Sadly i requested them when i got into my car accident between my insurance company and I we spent over 700 on the worst possible car. I would still be paying them if they cared about their customers. I have no car, but i rather go elsewhere than to deal with these clowns. I think they need training and they need to drop the attitude like they are doing you a favor. Try them at your own risk.

Comment: Terrible experience ever!! My wife had an insurance company rent a car and this store staff played some LOW TRICKS FOR SOME HIDING CHARGE. They add some extreme unreasonable expensive protection/insurance coverage charge on the agreement, and did not even mention it verbally or explain clearly of the charge, then only show her partial of the agreement on an i-pad. When return, they refuse to remove charge, no matter what you say, and no explanation provided. They just told this is how much you owe and then charge directly to your credit card. If you want to argue about it, you have to find out the contact info of their management office by yourself because they just want to cover up their fault. WORST customer service attitude/skills!

Comment: Not only I didnt get the car i booked, but waited 1.5 hours while they are cleaning the car they are giving to us, i specifically told them i will use my own insurance, they said yes, then ask me sign a bunch of stuffs. when we returned the car, shocked to find out we have to pay 30+$ per day for the all coverage we didnt want, and charged us for 7 days instead of 6 days...this is insane, what a rip off, i have been to other locations, good experience, but this Chino Hill location is awful......a week later after this review, I called the company, regional manager patiently listened my story, went ahead refund me the insurance/coverage fee, I feel so much better, would like to update this review and give them a four stars instead of one.

Comment: I called to make a reservation 2 weeks prior to rent a truck. I gave my email address and was told the information needed was going to be emailed and was asked if i wanted the confirmation number given through the phone. I rejected the confirmation number given through the phone since i was going to get it in an email. I never got the email so i called back 3 days prior to my rental to make sure a I had my reservation in the system. It was confirmed that my reservation was at 10 am on Sunday 5/13 for a Ford f150 truck. We got there at 9am to make sure we got there on time to get the paper work done and leave to our trip with our baby asap. When we got there my husband checked in with David and he told my husband that currently the was no available trucks. There was one outside but David said that truck was not available because it needed to be detailed. So he told us we had to wait until someone returns one. There was a couple who rented a small truck and the keys were given to them, but then they came back in because they changed their mind and decided on a bigger truck. They were also told there werent any available. When they were going out, they saw someone was returning a white Ford f150 truck and quickly came in and told them that there was one that was being returned and wanted that one. When the renter returned the keys another lady who works there came to David and showed him the keys of the truck so David pointed with his two hands to the other couple(at this time we were right in front of David telling us we needed to wait until someone returned a truck). My husband and I knew that was supposed to be given to us but we didnt want to be rude. David then told us he had a couple of trucks booked to be returned. Since our reservation was at 10am my husband and I decided to wait. We waited for an hour for David to then tell my husband the truck that was scheduled to be returned was going to be returned until the following day. My question is, what is the purpose of making a reservation if the car/truck you have booked is not going to be ready when you need it? Why in the world were we told to wait because there were no trucks available and when there was one, it was given to other renters? Why make us wait, telling us a few trucks are scheduled to come in, if it seems that it was one truck we were waiting for, after the fact that the one retuned was given to other couple?

The workers were all professional and kept an uplifting spirit and were trying there best to assist everyone the return was also easy and faster. They tired to give me a sedan because the ran out of suvs. I had to asked for a manager to request escalation, because iWas already frustrated, stressed and angry. The agent finally gave me a full size SUV.They said that theven issue was in their system when I did the reservation. But I call the location twice before the pick up of the vehicle the next day and I was provided assurance that they will take care of me.I will not recommended to rent a car from this specific location at this time, because it ruined by the start of my labor day weekend and that is something no body can reset.

Comment: The price is very high & at same time the car quality is poor.The car is not so clean,they explained they dont have water to wash the car.They didnt lease the car with the discounted price as they promised they explained that this weekend was easter day.What terrible explanations to the parents who want to celebrate the easter day at weekends.Their salesman s attitude is very bad,even their manager.They leased a car with 1or1.5 times price with insurance. You have to open your eyes to read in details with each item.When you questioned them,the answer was maybe you could check other company.Oh,my god,hertz,budget,open a office in chino.Only reason is lack of competition&they run business only because of money.By the way,they negotiated all contents with you on electronical document.You signed on screen.They didnt give you a copy like hertz. Comment: Excellent customer service from beginning to the end.When I returned the car I told them that the car engine light was lit up and I encountered a minor issue with the engine that might be related to the engine trouble light being on. They apologize for the troubles and gave me an additional discount for the car issue without me even asking. Little things like this makes you feel welcomed and want to return the favor back to them. Comment: I have rented from Enterprise several times over the years. It is always an awful experience. On two separate occasions, I was given cars that had not been cleaned. When I mentioned, both times they said, oh if you would like to wait, we will clean it for you. This is unbelievable, after having a reservation. Who wants to rent a dirty car, washing should be a given, not an option.Another experience I had was worse. I had a reservation for early morning. When I arrived at 9:30 am, they said I needed to wait for them to get an oil change on the car. I explained to them I needed to get to work. I offered to take it to the location to get it done to save time. I then was told it needed tires. Long story short, I was stuck until 1:00 waiting for the car and missed work.Very unprofessional and unorganized, Unfortunately, they are the closest one around. I often rent and dread the experience each time.

Comment: I had a great experience while I was at the Chino Hills location. They were all very friendly and helpful. I was impressed by Angelica s helpful and friendly customer service, all the people who work at this location were outstanding!

Comment: Best staff and quick service! As a frequent renter, the staff here is always friendly and happy to serve. They spend time with each customer that walks in, whether it be to answer questions or to help unload the car. If you need to rent, this would be the best place in Chino Hills!

Comment: Ive rented from Enterprise for years and have only rented from another company two or three times in my life. I was disappointed with the Chino Hills location (of all places) because they gave me a car that had not been washed or cleaned on the inside and I rented this car for TWO WEEKS!!! Needless to say I am a prime customer.....and to be treated this way? The thing that helped me overlook this problem is that customer service is always good.

Comment: I rented from this area twice. The second time, I had to return the car midweek, I just couldnt stand the smoke smell that reeked inside the car. It was unbearable. They claim that their cars are smoke free but it wasnt and they should charge customers who break that rule.

Comment: One thing to note: do not ever come to this location if you have moved recently and your DL does not reflect your current address yet. I had 3 forms of ID (including a current paystub, registration card from one of my vehicles, and DL) and it was very clear that I now live in Chino Hills (just moved a few weeks ago), but they were not going to let me rent from them (despite having rented from Covina just last month) without having even more IDs, including the insurance cards from all of the vehicles I own. Darren started to question me about what are you going to use this rental for, and why have you just moved, etc. I really felt violated by the time I left, from all the questions and having shown them 3 forms of ID, and STILL not being able to rent, all the while a line starting to build up. So, while this may not be representative of Enterprise in general, do be careful coming to this particular location-- it was outright insulting.Note: I had emailed like the post below suggests a few weeks ago, and still no response. I have never been in an accident in my 27 years of driving, and have always treated their cars with respect-- the same way I treat my own vehicles. Not sure if the rep was just having a bad day or what.

Comment: Staff is great!! The whole process was quick and easy. Car selection was OK. The only problem has to do with cleanliness. They washed the car and vaccumed it right before they gave us the keys but the door handles, steering wheel, and consoles were really dirty and sticky. The interior was tan color but you could see black, sticky marks in all areas you frequently touch inside.

Comment: I was treated with courtesy and promptness.This branch does not have a lot of car inventory, so not easy for them to accommodate everyone during busy times.To keep me from waiting for a car in the bracket I rented, they promptly upgraded me.

Comment: These people at enterprise are so rediculously idiotic i cant believe it. I have my attorney arrange for a rental for me, they give me a call, and tell me to bring in two items. a license and a credit card. I arrive expecting to pick up my rental and I Have my friend with me so he may drive my car back. They tell me when I get there that I need additional information (utility bills corresponding to the credit card) which makes no sense. Not only werent they courteous they were unintelligble. I highly recommend NOT renting from these people. They end up not giving me my vehicle because they asked for additional information that they didnt ask for prior to me coming (on the phone). Very unprofessional. I dont wanna say racist, but they seemed racist. Me as a customer & having a law office represent me - should be enough confirmation first off, and second Im offering them business. a lot of business to have a rental car while my other car from an accident is in the shop. and this is how they treat you? sad.. sad day.

Comment: The differences in car sizes in small and youre not sure what system they use but if you need a cheap rental then they are great. Ive rented from them twice and both times my deposit was returned the next day. A little slow on picking up but they have great customer service.
