Comment: The manager tried to cheat my insurance for money for damage that was already on the car. I had photographs to prove that the dents were there before me. The manager did not have photo evidence, but he still insisted on my guilt based on the description of the damage in his employee’s notes. however, for some reason the description did not indicate that the brakes on the car were dead, the engine was on its last days, there were dents almost all over the car, and the roof had technical problems. be careful and dont trust this agency

Comment: Hector (Assistant Manager) was awesome. I found that Entreprise was easier to work with vs my own insurance company. ENTREPRISE made the necessary calls to make sure that I was in a comparable luxury vehicle and even worked with me on lowering the daily price as much as possible. They even took the time to pick me up from my home well outside of the 5 mile radius pick up point. I walked into the location pretty upset due to my personal vehicle being totaled + the headaches of dealing with an under insured insurance claim. They were very accommodating and the manager Hector took the time to check in with me often around how things were going. Sadly Ive been in 2 wrecks within the last 13 months while my car was parked infront of my home. I would highly recommend the Entreprise location on 1510 S Brand Blvd, Glendale CA

Comment: Rented a Suburban from the Brand Blvd, Glendale location. Temperature was in about 72 that day so the vehicle was hot inside. Turned on the a/c as I left the lot. Returned 20 minutes later as the a/c was not working. The location was already closed as it was past 2 on a Saturday. Luckily there were still people there. However, the peoples attitude had changed from one of helpfulness and eagerness to indifference and avoidance as if I was intruding on their time. Gave me a Ford Expedition in exchange. AC was working fine this time and had the windows open so as to cool the car down faster. Got home within a few minutes. Left again about 40 minutes later to discover a funky smell in the car, as if someone had spilled beer or something. Tried to air in out on the freeway only to discover the shocks on the vehicle were completely gone. The ride was very uncomfortable. Couldnt return the vehicle as they were closed for the next couple of days. I have a Enterprise Plus loyalty Program and have been renting with them for over 30 years but it seems I have more problems with them than Hertz Gold, which is my first choice

Comment: Everybody there was nice enough.. The rental car I was assigned has some issues so after 6 days they were nice enough to let me switch to a different car. The new car also had some issues. I tried to tell them about it when I dropped it off and they listened but I don’t think they wrote anything down. I also forgot my garage clicker in the rental and they told me it was found! But when it came to picking it up, they presented a completely different garage clicker that did not match the description I gave over the phone. They claim they have video of the different garage clicker being removed from my visor and that I must be mistaken… but I had that rental for almost 2 months and used my garage clicker every day… everybody in my apartment complex has the same clicker, I even have photos of mine. It was a very suspect situation and that was pretty much the end of their assistance. It’s not like it was a horrible experience but was just a few weird little things.

Comment: I was lent a vehicle at Enterprise while an assessment of damages to my car were being conducted.I was provided a small Chevrolet. The car had discoloration marks, nicks and the door covering the gas chamber would not close due to damage. That said, the car ran great and was economical on gas.The representative who initially helped me was pushing upsells like insurance and other coverage.A few days later, the insurance company called to advise me to return the vehicle by Monday. Later that day, a representative from Enterprise called and left a message advising me to return the car by Monday. I returned his call and advised him I would return the car on Sunday. On Saturday I received two more unnecessary calls from Enterprise reminding me again to return the car by Monday. On Sunday at approximately 3 pm I drove to Enterprise to return the vehicle but a sign disclosed the office closes at 12 noon on Sundays. It would have been nice if I had been informed they close early on Sundays when I spoke to their representative and explicitly said I was returning the automobile on Sunday.On Monday I again drove to Enterprise and was assisted by Kasheem who was the first representative at this location who was helpful, informative and more personable. Promote this man.

Comment: Rental was covered via my insurance, and I didnt explicitly choose to rent from them. Prices were relatively reasonable (if you have insurance). The first vehicle I received seemed great until I found a switch blade in the car. Apparently, they dont clean as thoroughly as they advertise. I got a call from the branch manager apologizing and offered to switch out the car. The vehicle I received literally had 5 miles of range left (annoying) but the car was fine otherwise.I was contacted by customer service and told the district manager was supposed to reach out regarding my lack luster experience, and in the meantime, they would waive taxes on my rental. I followed up twice after not hearing from the district manager and never heard back.Overall pricing was ok. The service was kind but obviously not competent, either a training issue or just the way their systems are set up.UPDATE: After posting this review, I received an email from customer service asking for details so they could fix the situation. I sent them the details again and they still never followed up. Simply a mess.

The first time was because the vehicle vent smelled horrible but this time, my personal credit card was charged for some excess charge, only $1.36, but this should not have happened at all since the rental was through Concur for business use so my personal cars on file should not have been charged whatsoever. I called and spoke with Amber and she said she reversed the charge but this is worrisome to experience issues every time. I have made future reservations with this location and now Im not sure if I should cancel them. The people working there are very nice but I just dont want to keep having problems every time

Ashley and Izzy made sure I got the vehicle I needed knowing I would be driving it until my car repairs were completed. My first rental was an Altima and was very nice but not as comfortable for my long drives to and from work and they were more than happy to put me a a rental that would help with extended hours in traffic. I felt appreciated as a customer and fully understood regarding my stressful situation. I was always greeted with a smile and I will continue to come back.

Comment: I wanted to rent a luxury vehicle for my vacation/road trip (I own a luxury vehicle, so it only made sense to rent one similar to mine). Very disappointed to find out the day I get to the Enterprise lot that I could not rent a luxury vehicle unless I put it on a major credit card! For me personally, at that time, could not use my credit card. In the end I ended up having to get a lower grade vehicle, I was pretty upset. Ive rented a luxury from Enterprise before and have never had to use a credit card for a luxury vehicle. Very disappointing. It also didnt help that the front desk lady wasnt very friendly. The only saving grace of this experience was the lady who help me pick another vehicle, she was very patient and helpful... if it wasnt for her this review would be a 0/1 star.

Comment: Make sure you thoroughly check your vehicle, turn it on and check things like water reservoir and windshield wipers. My truck had no fluidand wiper blades didn’t clean the glass. Be careful when purchasing their insurance coverage it adds up really quickly on long term rentals, i Called two days later to switch back to my insurance but they couldn’t do it over the phone. Insisted I drive all the way back to their office which wasn’t possible due to distance away. You would think 🤔 they had a detailed record of the vehicle condition while we were waking around together. They have portable devices to take photos.

The Assist Manager A.A. basically accused me of being a fraud TO MY FACE while the actual Manager E. N. stood ldily by and did & said nothing. The embarrassment was piercing. But this is far from over. After I prove to them I am NO fraud, theyll be regretting how haphazardly they handled the situation. If you are a person of color I will strongly suggest going to another location because this location is deplorable to minorities.

Every time they have gone above and beyond to make extra accommodations for any of my requests or provide additional deals and upgrades if I was ever inconvenienced. Comment: The particular office location I rented from was stellar in Glendale! Josh helped me and did a fantastic job. I needed a large truck to move some stuff and film equipment. He suggested a cargo van. It was perfect and so affordable.It was more cost effective than U-Haul and had unlimited miles with more room than their pickup truck. They got me in and out in 30 min and I bought extra commercial insurance coverage to be extra safe at a super affordable price. I had gotten charged extra on gas at the end but was able to work that out with the branch with my full $300 security deposit refunded. I travel a great deal and will rent from this location again.

Comment: Probably one of the worst customer service experiences i’ve ever had. after first accidentally signing me up a contract under the wrong name and price, I was given a Volkswagen Golf? that, after driving 10 minutes home, would not start the next morning! it cost me a $75 uber ride to get to my gig, and after calling to explain the situation, i was assured someone would call me back. 6 hours passed before i had to call again and talk to someone else. did you know that enterprise doesn’t keep copies of the keys to the cars they rent? seems absurd. i had to return the keys myself. nobody offered me a ride home. i was told i wouldn’t be charged, and of course a few days later it showed up on my credit card. so i had to call about 5 times to facilitate renting a car i didn’t use. now i have $140 worth of uber receipts. No call or explanation from a manager. who will pay for these rides I took because my car didn’t work? Get it together, in the meantime I’ve instructed everyone at my company to use a different rental service. good luck getting a response

Comment: This branch has unfortunately failed to treat unforeseen circumstances in a humane, civil and supportive matter . During Christmas Eve their rental that they claimed was serviced and ready to go, loss power on the freeway as I was heading to my family’s home, with my two toddler children, mother and sister in the car. We were left stranded on the shoulder of the freeway over 3 1/2 hours, no one at this branch had compassion of human decency to properly handle and support this situation dealing with their defective car. Rep Alex actually told me “I don’t know what your going to do, go to another enterprise and find a new car “ then placed me on hold. My children were crying, I was in fear of our lives and just wanted to get support to get to safety. Placed on hold numerous times, asked why no one was coming to our aid and hours later a tow man from Edmonds towing which was less than 10mins away towed us off the freeway and we remained stranded an additional 2 hours . Every Uber “attempted” to service us said they don’t service the area even the near by Enterprise branch in “Valencia” said they don’t come that far out of radius. So again my family was left. Thank God for Josh Argueta who drove up himself an hour drive to help us, provided a transfer vehicle and gas! I’m so grateful for compassionate and empathetic service agents as Josh. Enterprise what are your policies and procedures for defective vehicles that you provide to your customers?

Comment: After calling in to check if there was availability for a full size truck 2 weeks prior and make a reservation so that I would be assured to have a truck available for me today they came through 100 percent on everything they had promised. Although it didnt start off right, that was because of me being skeptical because of bad experiences renting at either other locations or using other companies. My reservation was for 5:30 pm but I showed at 3;30 because I wanted to make sure they had my truck and if they didnt I wanted to have enough time left to have the problem fixed but when i showed it looked super empty and not a truck in sight. An enterprise employee by the name Josh greeted me when I walked in immediately and ask if I have been helped and asked how he could help me and I was already a little frustrated and nervous because I did not see my truck but he walked me through the whole process and assured me my vehicle would be there and as we were speaking not even minutes later A truck showed up and was ready to be rented. I did show up early to my reservation so I was pleasantly happy that the truck did show and how he took the time to have good customer service through the process even with my slight attitude. When it came to signing the bill there was a discrepancy with the amount being charged and I asked to speak with the manager another Enterprise employee but the Manager named Josh and he dealt with my attitude really calmly and professionally and found the error that was more on my part and was a complete example of why this branch has great employees. I am very lucky to have rented here and had the great service I did. I think it taught me to have more patience and faith in Enterprise as a whole. Very disappointing as Enterprise also had no place to sit in the sun or shade on a very hot morning to wait the extra 65 minutes for a car. Additional EASY UPS are not difficult to buy or rent in order to enhance the customer experience...yet the employees seemed to have no problem ducking inside the building for a cold water for themselves and taking plenty of room in the shade as well. We were actually offered a downgrade instead of an upgrade because the cars in our chosen class were unavailable as were cars one class up. Comment: I’m a frequent traveler. Had experience with all the car rental companies. This is not the worst, but certainly not one of the good ones either. First vehicle they gave me was a Mercedes and the store manager and the representative that day were friendly. After I signed the document and drive the car out of the store, the Break light went on 5 mins laster while I was on the high way. It says “the wear and tear has reached its maximum”. They told me it’s brand new, so that turned out to be not true. I returned to the store the second day to let them check on the break. They brushed it off and by saying “it’s strange”. I was then told that I have to swap to a different vehicle. This time the store manager and the representative were both rude and unprofessional. No apologies what so ever. When I showed them that the 2nd vehicle’s seat is so low for my body height, their response was “that’s the only one we’ve got here.” I ended up having to drive another vehicle that uncomfortably (and probably dangerously) for the rest of the week.

Comment: I was given a car rental. When I drove home I noticed that the car smelled like cigarettes. I left the windows open hoping it would help. But when I got into the car to drove from work it smelled so bad! I called Enterprise to see if I could trade it in for another car! But the manager never returned my call! I hope next time they check cars before giving them to another customer!

Comment: First I wasn’t happy because there was one lady she wasn’t helpful at all she didn’t care customer waiting outside at sun for pickup the car she was talking with phone and so slow and today for the return there was other skinny white American girl she changed my mind because I was about to give bad review with zero star but she was so helpful and nice when I parked and get out the car she greetings to me and asked me are you here for return and I said yes and she was asking how was service are you satisfied …… she helped to drop off the car less in less than 5 minutes it was excellent

Comment: I came from Toyota and there were barely any available cars to rent.I was forced to drive a big truck (never driven one before) because I didn’t have any options to choose from. That was the only car they had available.There was no gas in the car. The windshield on the drivers side and the side mirrors were dirty.When I vocalized these at the Enterprise location the worker said “at least it’s a new truck”.Very unprofessional.

It asked if I need a car for personal trip or press one ☝️ for insurance claims . Comment: I made an appointment on- line for 2:00 April 3rd. We arrived a 2:09 and were met at the door by a clerk that stated rather rudely, were closed. I was taken aback and said we had to Uber over bc our car was in the shop due to the catalytic converted being stolen and that we had a 2:00 appointment and he said, We close at 2:00 and youre suppose to arrive early. I then asked if he could make an exception( we had a family gathering the next day on Easter). He wasnt too happy and said he would talk to someone and went inside. A different clerk came out with my appointment info, was very helpful and courteous, and set us up with our rental car. When I returned the car on the 13th, I had the same friendly service. I like renting from Enterprise and have been satisfied overall in the past. I dont know if the clerk was just having a bad day that met us at the door but his tone and actions arent the best way to treat customers. This particular location might want to change the time when the last appointment can be made on Saturdays so it doesnt conflict with the closing time. I will continue to rent from Enterprise and assume I will still receive friendly service in the future.

Comment: I had a great experience with Enterprise on Brand Blvd in Glendale. I called this particular location to check my reservation with representatives, they were really nice on the phone. When i came to rent a car Steven Eleazer, Management Trainee, helped me with paperwork and found the car that was covered by my insurance company. He was really friendly, nice and helpful! After few days i had to exchange the car with another one due to engine problem. Steven helped me in a fastest way possible with exchanging process. He offered me a car with sunroof that was parked behind others, eventhough he had same brand without sunroof parked right next to us. I really apprec iate his willingness to help and great positive attitude! I felt like we knew each other for years! Thank you!

Comment: People who work at this specific location are something special! Man, i live in Sunland, and itll take me like 10 mins to rent from Burbank aeroport location, but they are always rude, and seems like they dont like their job. I dont mind to drive 30 mins and rent a car from Glendale (brand ) location and see these guys every single time. They love what they do, and they treat customers just amazingly. They have a black guy ( didnt saw the name) working there and that guy put so much love in his job, you may think he works for his own business. I am a small business owner and i had a hard time finding reliable guys for me.To MANAGEMENT - Pay them well, and do your best to keep these guys in your location. they deserve a lot more !

Comment: Being a military veteran, I have done business with car rental dealerships across the globe and many a times with Enterprise. However, this last experience with the corporation may keep me from ever doing business with them again. Almost two weeks in advance, I made my reservation for a vehicle from the Enterprise on Brand. Upon arriving at my set reservation time, I was left waiting for almost 30 minutes to be tended to. When I was finally serviced by Luis, he was brief, curt and anything but welcoming and assistive. Right as he handed me the keys to go look at the car before leaving, I felt right away that something looked off about the vehicle. I voiced my concerns and Luis quickly disregarded me, stating “we check every vehicle before you come, there’s nothing wrong with it”. Seeing he was in no mood to entertain my concerns any further, I got in the car and drove only a few minutes before the “low tire pressure” lights/alarms all started going off. Now more than an hour after my reservation time, I had to turn around and ask for a new vehicle. Almost another hour later, Luis, again, coldly assured me that this new vehicle was all good to go without bothering to check for any alerts/alarms himself. And yet again, I get in this new vehicle and the Empty Gas Tank light is on and there is no Windshield Wiper fluid. At this point, what should have and has always only taken a matter of 30min to pick up a rental vehicle from Enterprise, had now taken up more than two hours of my morning. I notified Luis, who couldn’t be bothered and just left the lot feeling frustrated and disappointed with the experience. When it came time to dropping off the vehicle, I again, had expectations of a similar experience to every other I’ve had with Enterprise – quick and simple transaction. However, I was again left waiting again to be attended to just to drop off the keys as I had already put a card on file for payment. I have never had my time wasted as I had with this Enterprise location and have never dealt with less motivated, apathetic employees. This location surely needs a makeover.

Comment: A little disappointed with the service I received. I went in person at the beginning of the week to try and get a specific car. The lady at the counter said to make the reservation online and to call and specify the car that i wanted. I called back two days prior and the day before. Unfortunately they couldnt get me the car i wanted. So why did they tell me that they were going to be able to do it if this was not the case? I tried calling the Burbank Airport number to no avail- i tried calling them two days! They never answered the phone! Ridiculous! Ive been renting from Enterprise for over 30 years and this has been the biggest let down. The customer service has gone down a bit but they are still my favorite company to rent from. Hopefully I have a better experience next time.

I would really like to give a special review for erika, rodney and bree where a pleasure. even though they were dealing with more customers under a diffuclt situation, it didnt feel the 98 degrees outside that it was because of thier cool demanors. Even upon returning during the week to swap out the car i was greeted and made feel like i was the only person in the faculity that was bustling with customer service at its finest. Comment: Can I tell you that I had the best experience ever. At first my driver to pick me up was late, my dad was murdered and I needed to leave quickly. No one called or showed up. I waited then I called and I spoke with Rodney. He rushed over to get me. I waited agin in line and when Rodney came in he took care of me right away.I was already in tears and ready to go but he made me laugh and said the most kindest words to me. Who ever hired him did an amazing job. If people like him that works there can be kind and sympathetic to me in my time of need I will tell everyone to come and rent here.Rodney thank you from the bottom of my heart. Comment: Absolutely horrible experience with new Employee/Manager Tanya Castillo On 2/1/20 :I have to post this to warn others . I made my reservation on line and showed up to the branch. Not only did they not give me the car I reserved but they tried to give me a car that smelled very strong of cigarette then they wouldn’t rent to me at all with my business American Express card nor my personal visa - because although they are both valid credit cards for myself and my business they didn’t understand that a Visa card is a credit card even though it’s also can be used for debit .The worst part is that initially Tanya Castillo took my card and drivers licensE looked at it and said ok it was good . She said OK and told me to wait about 20 minutes . I waited for 30 minutes, Then I couldn’t believe they pulled a car around that smelled very strong like cigarettes . So I asked for another car . They showed me to another car, but then they told me I couldn’t use the card because it was a debit card even though it says visa on it which means it’s also a credit card - again I use this card every week.Then I try with my American Express gold card that has my business name on it and show them my business card but they won’t use that- I have used that card a lot to rent at enterprise as well.AT THIS POINT I HAD BEEN THERE FOR AN HOUR.I ask Tanya for her business card and she gives me SOMEONE ELSES BUSINESS CARD . The business card says “Ivy Fitzgerald”I ask her if her name is Ivy and she says no . I ask her to give me her business card and she won’t but she AGAIN TAKES IVY’s BUSINESS CARD AND WRITES “Tanya “ on the top of it. And boy was it busy. The representative who attended me worked diligently to find my what I needed, but due to high demand was not able to get me a sedan. Found the next best thing and told me hed keep an eye out for one. I drove off thinking sure you will. Comment: This is the worst rental experience of my life! at first they led me astray and imposed additional insurance and help on the road! when I came to return the car, the cost of the car turned out to be higher than when booking and from a deposit of $ 200 they said that they would return $ 158 but that was not all! they returned $ 133 because there was less gas in the fuel tank than I took, but in reality I gave as much as they gave me! I was just deceived! they didn’t give me any check! this company does not care about your problems, they take the last cent from you! never recommend this company! this is my worst experience

Comment: Horrible! I do not understand the point of a reservation if it is not going to be honored. This isn’t the first time this has occurred. I requested a mini van weeks ahead and the night of, received a voice message past closing hours so I couldn’t talk to a live agent, I was informed there were no vans available. I was provided an SUV and had no choice but to accept since this was done last minute. The SUV did not have the leg room that I needed for my passengers, which made the trip long and frustrating. Bottom line, Enterprise put a huge dent into my vacation experience. I’ve sent a text message and email to the manager and no reply at all!

Comment: Very trash experience. The ONLY good part was the shuttle service they provided. When I arrived, took over an hour for me to be serviced. Kept using the excuse they were short-staffed as if thats the customers fault. When returning the rental, an item was left in the car so I called to have the car checked for the item and was told they would get back to me. They never did so I called back, was placed on hold for 35 minutes and kept getting passed around to several different reps. Days went by before learning that they never properly checked/cleaned out the car, but instead they rented it out. Issue still has not been resolved. Below mediocre customer service provided. Very disappointed and will not be using this service, specifically this location, in the future.

Comment: I went into this branch of Enterprise because I am planning a cross country trip and wanted to look at the Dodge Caravans that were available for rent so I can see how much space Ill have. I was helped by an amazing associate, Gabby! She answered all of my questions and even demonstrated how the seats fold into the floor of the van. She knew that I was not going to rent at this location (its cheaper for one way rentals from airport to airport) but that didnt stop her from providing excellent customer service. 5 stars for Gabby! :)

Regarding the Glendale location, I was picked at my home at the time that was promised and upon arrival was taken care of by Cindy who is very friendly, helpful and a nice experience in itself.I was able to have a choice of vehicles and confident I had made a wise choice. My transportation needs were met and surpassed my expectations.Upon my return I was taken care of of by Dallas who was also very helpful and courteous to which I hold a make or break successful experience. There was a small discrepancy with my transaction that Dallas took care of to my satisfaction.They provided my ride back to my home and was impressed with the whole day. Comment: Shouldve walked the extra 17 min down the street to the other enterprise where Ive never had any issues, and also the security deposit here is DOUBLE the other locations. Not going back.First flag: was talking my car to the body shop and the place called to have enterprise pick us us. Didnt show for 30 min sp we ended up walking to find out it was a 5min walk away...2nd Issue: they didnt end up having any cars left and technically gave me a free upgrade for a car, nbd.The car they gave me did nit have good gas mileage and they said to call back when i wanted to switch and no issues they would switch. After 1 week, i called EVERY DAY (sometimes twice a day) and the always ONLY had trucks :P so i never switched.3rd Issue: upon returning my car, the credit card i had on file for the security deposit wasnt refunded fully because they used it to pay off some of my rental cost, although I was never informed that would happen and said while renting I never intended on paying on that card and would get my fully security deposit back if all went well, which it did. Took lots of explaining and negotiating with the manager to get it settled.Fourth/Final: They took me 2 days & 4 phone calls to get me my receipt. Originally she said she would email it Monday since they were closing Sunday by the time everything was worked out and it needed 2hrs to process AND the printer was down. Never got it. Called twice today, got put on hold once for 30minutes, called again, then found they were sending it to the wrong email though mine was in the system (i got previous emails) AND I wrote it down Sunday before leaving. And it wasnt just a 1 letter typo mistake either.They seem disorganized and I will never be back.

Comment: I was misinformed by the rental agent. I had a reservation to rent a car from 02/08/19-02/11/19. I picked the car up at 12:00 noon and was told that I did not have to bring it back until 02/12/19 given the time of my pick up. She stated that I would not have to pay for the additional time. Well, she was dead WRONG! When the car was returned on 02/12/19, we were advised she made a mistake. I was very upset to hear this information. Also, I did not like the pressure/scare tactic used by the agent to force me to get damage wavier insurance. Overall the service was just poor and I do not plan to return to the location although it is very close to my home.

Eventually went to the counter and did the paperwork, paid then had to wait for another 30 minutes. Finally get called to get my car and I am told they don’t have what I paid for just 30 minutes earlier and I would have to take a cheaper car for the same price or pay more for the next size. Eventually I got the next size for the same price because I don’t like getting scammed. Cherry on the top was they locked the gate for the night before myself and one other customer could get out. Comment: SLOW SLOW SLOW! SUPER DISORGANIZED!!! Friendly but incompetent slow service. Had to wait 30 minutes or more to get my car, even with a reservation and only a few people in front of me. THEN THE CAR WAS SUPER DIRTY! They said they didnt have time to clean it. I asked for another car and it took 15 minutes for them to find they key. They said the cars arent always where their system says they are, and their keys are scattered.If youre in a hurry, go somewhere faster and more organized.

I was reluctant at first since my previous experience was so bad, but they apologized and made up for it. Comment: I always rent my cars from the South Glendale Ave location. The staff is always friendly, professional and pleasant. I sometimes need a pick up/drop off, and they are always prompt and accommodating. My last visit, I was helped by “Aram” and Michael was the driver who brought me home after I returned the car. They were both friendly and professional. I give this Enterprise location 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 😊

Comment: Low on customer safety.I was a genuine Enterprise customer but no more and my bad experience is mainly due to this location.I booked an SUV from NH to be picked from Enterprise LAX. When I reached I was told they only had Jeep. It neither had a back view camera nor I was comfortable driving a Jeep. I raised concern and asked for change, they said “ Switch at any location”One day later I called LAX again and confirmed if I could switch at any location and they agreed.Went to this location at 1820 and gave our preferences. Let me add here I was on a tight schedule yet the matter was really pressing because of my 3 year old that’s why I was ready to wait till things get sorted out. I was going to hills and couldn’t risk a car which I was nervous about.They said they can’t switch because booking was done at LAX. I called LAX up and they were busy. I waited for one full hour at this location. Meanwhile all our preferred cars were booked and given away. When LAX representative received call, they talked to the executives at this location who simply told all their cars were booked.After waiting for an hour I couldn’t get my car changed which was a company policy yet this location refused flatly with lies.I had very scary experiences during my trip and I blame this location only for my ordeal.Rest assured, no more Enterprise rental for me.

Comment: Went through USAA for my rental. Enterprise had a room full of customers. But they had plenty of cars and took me less than 60 mins to get in and out with a car. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I may not always rent a car. But when I do. Its from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 1820 S Brand Blvd. Thank you!

I gave the place 1 star earlier for my bad experience, now I switched to 3 stars because only her amazing customer service.If you interested why I gave the place 1 star earlier, please read below,I booked a full size vehicle to replace my car that had a car accident, and they give me the smallest car ever, not washed and smelly.They told me to come back tomorrow, So I came the day after and they still dont have cars!My problem isnt solved yet! I still drive the dirty smelly car... solvedI dont understand how a car rental company doesnt have cars to rent! Why not saying from the beginning?! Comment: Enterprise has and still is my first choice for car rental. However, I will never return to the one at 1820 S. Brand in Glendale. While our representative was extremely nice and apologetic, her attempts to be accommodating for futile. We were offered two cars initially, neither of which anybody could find the keys. The third car was filthy with stains on the both front seats that looked like they could really ruin your clothing. We were offered a third car, but the keys werent to found for that one either. We ended up with a dirty Jeep Liberty. It was so dirty, it was difficult to see out the windows. Why did we take it? We just wanted to get out of there. During the entire fiasco, my daughter and I were caught in a nasty angry dispute between a representative and a customer. There was yelling and foul language and to be honest it got scary as the conversation grew threatening. The customer was angry that keys couldnt be found for the cars he was offered and the other cars he was being offered were dirty as well. In addition, he requested a car that was parked on the lot after finding all the others were keyless or unacceptable. They told him he could have it but it would take a very long time before they could get it for him because it still needed to be checked back in. He saw that the same car had been used to transport other customers. That was a red flag for him as he was concerned that the car was still checked out under a customers name and Enterprise was driving it around with other passengers in the car. After hearing something like that, I was concerned with liability issues that could occur after I would return my car. This place is very poorly managed. Somebody needs to really crack down on this place.

Comment: Generally a pretty good place and they have some great employees there who are very professional. Its just such a busy location that there are always long lines, whether returning or picking up a car. The big plus, is that they do offer pickup and delivery within a two or three mile radius. Interestingly, the last time I was there (Aug 2017), they said they are now not accepting AAA discount anymore, which was good for another 5% off.

Comment: Took about an hour to get a car on a Wednesday morning with a reservation booked a month in advance. I guess they dont actually reserve the car you booked, they just try to get you anything. Super friendly people that work there, not your typical zombie workers, they were genuinely nice, its not the employees fault, just the place needs more inventory or a better system in place. I got charged $100 more than I should have but they corrected it for me once they realized it was their mistake. I recommend going to the airport instead unless youre okay with driving any car they happen to have at the time. Upon returning the car there were about 15 other people as well and only one poor sweet girl working so it took 30 minutes just to hand over the keys. She was amazing but I felt terrible because everyone was waiting plus she had to answer the phone as well. Enterprise seriously needs to hire more people and get a better system in place here.

Comment: It seems pretty logical to me: if you reserve a car and confirm it, then there should be a car ready for you at that location to rent. But once again, theyre scrambling because there arent any standard size cars on the lot. The reason? People havent returned the cars they were expecting. Thats somewhat understandable, but frustrating, especially when people who walk in off the street are given the same treatment as one who took the time to make a reservation. Im not pleased with the procedures at Enterprise.

I rented a vehicle that was not to comfortable (Nissan Rogue) and Stella was doing everything she could to find a vehicle that I would like, but nothing was available.I called 2 days later and spoke to Guy about changing it and he was very helpful I ended up with a Chrysler 300 and very happy. Everything was easy and smooth!

Comment: My Baby (Prius) was in the shop because my friend hit a pole. I got a deal through my wifes employer for a rental car, price was great. They even picked me up! They were somewhat reluctant to give me my free upgrade that was listed on the reservation paper I had, but I got an upgrade to a Dodge Dart. I had an experience with a bad salesman who was very strange in his demeanor and tried to use shady tactics to upsell me on insurance. He said he would let me keep the gas of a quarter tank if I purchase the insurance during my 4 day rental, he said it was worth at least 20 dollars. I was quick to point out that math doesnt add up, on a 10 gallon tank a quarter tank is maybe 7 dollars gas. Plus they told me it was at a quarter tank but it was clearly below that. I have rented only twice with enterprise and they tried that gas scam both times. When I came to turn the car in early because my car was done faster than expected, They had no problem with that. I told them about the salesman I had an issue with and they gave me a discount even, which made me truly feel like my concerns mattered and is why Im giving 5 stars. No business is perfect but perfection comes when you are good at rectifying mistakes in a genuine way. They did that. When I dropped off the car they looked it over and even though the car had a lot of damage from previous people Im glad they didnt try to pin that on me. She also didnt mention the tank was slightly under a quarter because she probably knows the gas trick they do. I left it almost exactly where they had it. Overall the car was decent, it had damage so it wasnt he best looking which is fine. For an upgrade car it was lacking anything beyond the base model, no Bluetooth for hands free talking on my phone, I think they should make all care come standard with a phone mount for safety reasons and convenience, since phones are so common for GPS and music during car rides now a days. The experience was overall pretty good, I would rent again. Keeping in the things from this visit. They also dropped me off at my body shop down the street, which is awesome, pick up and drop off. Thats great service. Im sorry I forgot the girls name who helped. Whoever you are, thanks!

Comment: Ive ordinarily been met with unfailing helpfulness and courtesy. The last 5 weeks, I have rented a car every weekend, in order to make it to San Francisco from Los Angeles for a show in which I am performing. This week, that experience was shadowed by the unexpected tragedy of a family death. When I went to collect my reserved car yesterday, the woman behind the counter gave me a big smile and said: :Oh, we have nothing for you! My heart, literally, leaped into my throat - I have congestive heart disease. While the woman had no way of knowing I was on my way to a funeral, and had a heart condition, she did know I was a repeat customer for the past 5 weeks, arriving to pick up a car on the busiest weekend of the year. Her joke was cruel, careless, and unnecessary. Ill continue to use Enterprise, but not with this clerk again. Very, very disappointed.

Comment: Never Believe A Single Word of those Agents, and be careful when you read the contract!!!This Enterprise Store is a SUPER LIAR!!!!the body shop worked with them, so a guy picked me up in the body shop. I thought they were nice person at very first, and then, the agent told me that I need to purchase insurance because my own insurance had a high deductive of $500, she said the insurance would only be $13.99, its very basic, its the lowest price. So then, i purchased. But this morning, I decided to cancel the insurance, so I went to a Enterprise store near my home and asked them to cancel my insurance, it turned out that I purchased the MOST EXPENSIVE insurance, which is $30 PER DAY!!!Obviously, the agent was cheating on me !!!!!!! I am so upset about this issue!!! Dont be fooled by those dirty tricks, the best way is NEVER NEVER NEVERr come here!!!!

Comment: Enterprise located in the southern part of Glendale is my go to when I need to rent a car in a hurry or for a planned vacation. The associates there are friendly and knowledgeable. They always seem to have that perfect car you didnt know you were looking for. The only down side would be they could stay open a little later. 6:00 pm is early if you are a working individual.

Comment: From being picked up to being processed was certainly a professional experience, the young lady with whom I travel conducted herself with grace and pride and a love for Enterprise Rent A Car and it showed in her customer service. My complaint comes from dropping off the vehicle. As a frequent customer with a corporate account, it should be customary to allow dropping off a vehicle without having to pay a $25 fee.

I have begun to use Enterprise almost exclusively due to the ease of setting up the rentals.My experience with the staff and service at the Glendale location especially has always been top notched and I will continue to use them for all of my local rental car needs.

Comment: Had to use a rental while my car was at the dealer for repair.Obtaining the rental was rather painless; we did have to go through some paperwork but the person at the desk was nice enough to explain everything thoroughly before I took the car.Now, the car itself had quite a bit of mileage but it worked fine.After I returned the car I was given a ride so I could get my car back so that was nice!

Comment: I rent cars from time-to-time, probably 5-6 times a year, and I always choose Enterprise because of the helpful, friendly staff. Customer service is largely lost these days on companies who are focused solely on numbers - GREAT companies like Enterprise will always get my business because of their attention to their customers and the work they put into making the whole experience expedient and hassle free.That said, Ive not found friendlier, more helpful, harder working staff than at the S Brand location in Glendale. 5 Stars!
