Comment: We rented the car from Enterprise in late April of this year. Julien and other staff at the Enterprise (La Brea and Beverly Blvd. location in Los Angeles) were attentive to our needs, and even though a smaller sized car was reserved, an SUV (Nissan Rogue) became available. They helped us process the reservation with points, and I was delighted to hear with Julien upon the return of the car that it was under $12/day (after using our Enterprise points). The car was very clean when given to us, and the location is extremely convenient (to where we stayed and where our relatives live), and we plan to rent from Enterprise again when we return to LA.

Comment: Warning for non U.S. residence: They did not allow me to rent a vehicle with a valid Canadian drivers license, because it was not a U.S. drivers license. They also didnt go out of their way to be helpful or accommodating in a very difficult situation. This was the worst experience Ive had with a rental car company. I would strongly recommend using a different service.

Comment: The employees were nice, very knowledgeable, and made the process easy. If they have multiple options in stock theyll let you choose the vehicle you prefer thats comparable to your own or charge $15 a day for a better one. They work easily with your insurance, just have to give them your rental reservation number. $150 charged to your card for incidentals but will reimbursed if nothing happens. They have additional coverage if you want more protection than your insurance. And you just have to fill up the gas to where the rental was when you first got it.

Comment: Terrible ! We booked a Jeep Wrangler on Friday, provided contact details and were assured that it would be there by midday on Monday. Now we have just been there and after waiting 20 minutes it turns out that the car is available at this location and would only be available in SEVERAL hours. That doesnt work at all when you book early they dont even call beforehand or make any other contact. That was definitely the last booking with Enterprise for me!

I had a terrible experience with the Hertz around the block where they were unable to fulfill my reservation and staff was very rude and did not offer any alternatives. I went to Enterprise quite stressed, immediately needing an 11 day gas rental for a one way trip. Wilbur was extremely friendly and helpful and was able to find me an affordable solution straight away with no hasstle.

Wilbur is a definite asset to this location. He cares to keep the customers happy and satisfied. Comment: So much wrong with this place. To be brief: reserved a corolla and received an SUV. Picked up at 4pm on Thursday with a quarter tank even though theres a gas station across the street (upon return I was told this was the matching policy). Even though attendant told me I could return after hours (and a key drop exists), after hours drop offs are not allowed. When I described all these issues to the desk attendant upon return, she was extremely dismissive and didnt engage or even attempt to fix the situation. The guy that actually inspected the car gave me a $10 discount for returning the car with more gas than I got it with. Thanks for nothing, Enterprise.

Comment: This is a great car rental lot - the team have been so nice, and even accommodated a last minute booking for me. I first rented a large SUV (Grand Cherokee Jeep) and then a Chevrolet Spark for a month.No pushy attitude or upselling - which is great, give me the details and let me decide.An FYI - Cheaper rates can be found online, through the Enterprise website, but that’s just how companies work, not the local hubs fault, so you can still book online for pickup here.Would definitely rent from here again. Also final note - fill out your forms online ahead of time! You’ll be in and out in under 10 minutes if you do so!

Comment: This location is terrible! I made a comment to the manager, Karolin Khodabakhsh, that their vehicles were in terrible shape. She did not like my comment and immediately became hostile with me and said I should go across the street to Hertz Car rental if I was not happy, which I did. I will never rent from Enterprise again. I would suggest renting from Hertz, which has better vehicles and polite staff. Ms. Khodabakhsh should not be a branch manager as she does not have the ability to deal with customers and instead of trying to diffuse a situation, she escalated it beyond what it needed to be.

But just called to ask a simple question on whether I could return my vehicle to a location closer to where Im having to purchase my new car- which is 45 min away from me. So you know, I want to make sure Im doing my due diligence and not get stuck with two cars far from where I live. I was met with an abrupt placement on hold by whatever male sales rep picked up. When he returned he just kept asking if I was still there- over top of my response that I was. At least give me the opportunity to say yes. Following I, asked my question about the returning my vehicle, he asked me a question back which I responded yes to....then he asked he same question again and got annoyed with me....even though I just answered it. I understand being overwhelmed, but I just asked a simple question- I didnt need to be met with hostility or a lack of genuine listening. You wouldnt have so many customer service issues, if you just listened to your customer for a second instead of barreling over them with the same question over and over. I now have to call back or to the different location because I dont feel like my question was actually answered in a definitive way.

On the day of the pick-up they didnt have it, and did not care at all....they didnt do anything to find us one and just gave us a random car, telling us that if we wanted a convertible we should go to other locations and see if they have one available....so the money we saved for renting a convertible was wasted on a regular car (THANK YOU), who knows when will we be able to save enough to travel again and to rent a car like that....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Comment: I rented a car on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving 2020. I had a reservation I made a week in advance. Someone (Mark?) called to let me know it would take a bit longer to get my car. Turns out: people will extend reservations and that affects my reservation. No problem. Im glad to have 4 wheels. Mark let me know they had a truck or a Camaro. Truck for me could mean anything and I didnt know what a Camaro is. Mark said, Its a sport car. 4 wheels and air conditioning? Ill take it! Mark drove the car over so I could see what I was getting myself into. I was very impressed with the customer service and the deal I got. Mark was very patient with me. My trip out of town was a lot more fun driving a car I wouldnt have thought to try! Camaro! :D

Comment: I am so happy that I rented a care here! I came from Avis and had a horrible experience. I only had a debit card and they made it such a nightmare to lease I asked for my money back. Enterprise made it so much easier for me. Their policies are fair and the customer service has always been top notch! I am always taken care of promptly and efficiently. I got full coverage and when someone hit me they made the process so simple and even brought a new car to my house the next day. I really only leave reviews if I am really satisfied or really disappointed and I just wanted to take the time to thank them!

Furthermore when try to I re-book another car directly with them (to remedy them lacking the car that I’ve previously reserved) they CONSISTENTLY try to charge me a higher price than what is shown online, on enterprise’s own website. Comment: We rented a big SUV for a fairly good deal for the weekend. The person who helped us when we picked it up was friendly and thorough with the pick up process.However, the condition of the SUV was filthy. Even though they said the car was cleaned, it was obvious that it hadnt been. The cloth seats were stained and lint/hair was everywhere. It didnt bother me that much until I got home to load up the car and had to collapse the 2nd row to get into the back row. In doing that, I saw so much trash under the seats (used cups, more crumbs and candy wrapper. Then when I went to put a new water bottle into the sleeve behind the drivers seat, I found the previous renters developed photos from Costco. Ended up having to mail it to them.Also, pay attention to chip windshields. During the walk though, we went over all the dents and scratches but missed a chip in the windshield that they gave us a hard time about after we drove off the lot.

Comment: Had a pretty rough claims experience here. The staff accidentally double swiped my card so I ended up with $900 more in expenses than was agreed upon. Managed to get that reversed thanks to my credit card company.The staff was inflexible in regards to putting the claim through to the proper insurance company of my friend and the driver at the time of the accident. He was on the rental agreement but he wasnt the primary. Why we bothered to stop after people arrived in town to add more drivers to the agreement if anything anyone does falls under my liability? It was never explained to me.What was explained to me was that they needed my $1000 deductible IMMEDIATELY, despite have no estimate of what this damage actually cost. When we finally were able to move the claim over to the appropriate insurance company and I inquired about my deductible refund, I was told to wait three weeks for a mailed check. The idea that a multi-million dollar corporation is holding customers to a higher level of financial responsibility than they hold themselves to reflects a staggering lack of character. Claims are never fun, but the folks here are inept, malicious, or both. Next time I need to rent a car Ill be sure to let them know they can expect a check in the mail sometime a month after Ive returned it.

Elise and other personnel were polite and somewhat apologetic, but said this happens often. They called other locations trying to get cars for me and other people who had reservations -- after an hour I gave up. I needed to transport my husband, who had been hospitalized for 6 weeks, from the San Gabriel Valley to Los Angeles, our old car has no AC and I knew the forecast was for a hot day, so clever plans for rental car and a stress-free ride were dashed by disorganized and rather indifferent Enterprise. Beware!!

The driver was very nice in telling us things to do as we were visiting. When we got to the office, the manager (a woman I forgot her name) was sick but still made it in to take care of costumers. A woman was there getting very irate with her and she never lost control or became rude. She continued trying to help as best she could. The other workers were very nice as well. Kudos to the whole team! Thanks for a great experience guys. We also got a ride home so that saved us from having to catch an uber. Will try again when in town.

We made a reservation months in advance which made the process a lot faster, but it would have been faster if there was more than one person working at the front desk when we got there. Comment: The N. La Brea location is nothing less than wonderful. So well run, so hospitable and thorough. And it is crazy busy in there, especially on weekends. Ive used this location about a dozen times. My needs are usually economy. Ill travel north for getaway weekends. They do pick ups and drop offs, and are generous and quick about it. Vehicles are great and serve my purposes (small/midsize and economical). Never a problem. Ive received amazing upgrades, too!Even with rotating staff, the standard of service has never fallen. I honestly cannot speak well enough about this office or Enterprise. With excellent periodic weekend rates, I dont think of using any other service (rental agency). And my USAA benefits give me discounts elsewhere.I would mention individuals here, if I felt that would be appropriate. All in all, most efficient and cost effective agency Ive dealt with in all my travels. The company should commend their employees for working so well in such a busy, tight and demanding location. (Seriously, please congratulate them!)

The cars have been in very good condition every time. But most importantly, customer service has been textbook superb; the folks who work here are either all naturally friendly and accommodating or at least do a great job of faking it. Seriously, I have seen the staff deal with a whole store full of customers, ringing phones and multiple distractions and not lose their cool. I have always been treated with respect and politeness.
