When I turned it in I got screwed over with a dent. Didnt think to lie so I just said I didnt know if it was already there they dont take pictures of the car before so basically I got blamed for it hard times and now had to pay 500.00$ thanks enterprise

Comment: The manager Ed shouldn’t hold that title if he isn’t going to assist customers like myself when an issue arises. Walks out of the back after being called to the front and looked like he had just woken up and seemed bothered by the fact that we had called for him. Worse part a female employee came out of the same room a minute later as if they were busy doing something and we ruined the moment for them. He didn’t end up fixing our issue and pretty much told me I can take business elsewhere which I did immediately!!!

Comment: Rented a seven passenger minivan on my trip everything was good except the van I got had a broken headrest that was not comfortable sitting on that seat, I called the rental place where I got the rental from and told them about the issue with the seats headrest, but luckily they swap it for another vehicle that was big enough to fit all seven of us, so they did take care of the issue, and for that reason I would definitely rent from enterprise again.

Comment: Huge shout-out to Omar, Jose, Jessica, Ever, and Matt! Had a longer-term than Id like situation happen a bit back and everyone there was super helpful and great to interact with. Even as I came in multiple times throughout the month, and even with crowds of people some days, they were able to help me get situated quickly and efficiently. When I would have to wait, they would each go out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and took the time to talk to me. Hope to not require their service anytime soon, but if I need to, this place is definitely my first option.

I was worried I would get there and the mini van not be available.... thankfully they called a day before my scheduled pick up to confirm I would be going through with the reservation. The pick up and drop off was a quick process and I appreciate that greatly! Time is of the essence!

We unfortunately put a little scuff in the wing mirror, however it was under 6 inches and the 6 inch policy was stuck to, which is great. Only 4 stars as the quality of the car wasnt great, wheels felt out of balance and the wind screen was covered in water marks, making the journeys at night a little more awkward. Overall very pleased

This last time was ( Im not gonna say bad) just different from all the other times. The gentleman that was assisting us seemed a little lost, almost like it might have been his first few days working there, he had us walking back & forth all around the lot, he kept asking about my reservation like he didnt know anything about it now normally this wouldnt bother me but I was pressed for time. In the end he ended up upgraded me so that was a good thing. The vehicle was great, clean and very comfortable. I ended up reserving the car for an additional 2 days & the gentleman on the phone was super friendly about it. When I returned the vehicle the lady that assisted me was one of the kindest persons ever. I will definitely be back! And highly recommend this place when looking into renting a vehicle. They work really hard to pressure you into buying all of their add-ons and make you walk the car with a detailed little tool they used to mark all of their scratches and dents and dings with you out in the sun. They go on and on about the claims you’ll have to submit when you return the car with a scratch your ding and the guy we were working with kept talking about how they keep detailed records but he kept missing scratches and dings and dents that were already on the car before we rented it our whole trip we kept worrying about the car because of his detailed inspection.This last van was the worst van we have ever rented.Remember when rental car were nice? Definitely not this one.

Comment: This last experience with enterprise was not as I had experienced before. When arriving for my scheduled time, I had to wait as it seemed there were issues being addressed with other customers. After others were addressed, I was told that I would have to wait for a shuttle, which I was not comfortable taking, to drive me to another location to pick up the vehicle. I decided to go to the location myself to avoid any unnecessary exposure to anyone else. I arrived to the other enterprise location and was immediately assisted. I was shown the vehicle, which was not what I had requested, and basically had no choice, but to take it as they indicated they had nothing else available. The vehicle was not completely clean as there were personal items left in the vehicle and what seemed to be sand onnthe dashboard. I luckily had antibacterial spray and was ablebto spray down before pulling out or having anyone else entering the car. Due to not being given the type of car that was requested, I had to spend additional money on gasoline. Also because it was a sports car and convertible, the windows didnt fully seal which caused us to have to prepare for the rain and cold that was coming. Overall, not the best experience, but had no choice as I would have lost much more money canceling the plans and other reservations made.

Comment: I rented a Large SUV for a quick trip that turned out longer it was so enjoyable that I had to keep this 2020 Ford Expedition Limited longer than scheduled. I’m against Ford vehicles because I think they’re America’s worst American cars made however I was very impressed with this Expedition as I asked prior to coming for pick up as well a pick up if they had a Chevy Tahoe or Yukon. I’m glad they gave me this loaded large SUV and the customer service was superb. The representatives I dealt with were all very nice and time efficient. I recommend them for sure and will continue to rent from this location. Thank you Enterprise!!

Comment: I’m writing this review to warn other customers of my experience and so they won’t Experience the same situation I rented a truck at this enterprise that had no damages to my knowledge I failed to take pictures myself of every inch of the vehicle (including the roof) When I return the vehicle the representative that assisted me (Edward ) accused me of damaging the roof now keep in mind I’m 5’1 this guy is definitely over six feet so when I get in the Vehicle I cannot see the roof nor did I even think of taking pictures of the roof not to mention I picked up the car late at night before they closed and it was dark he put the blame on me and opened a claim so Please when you rent from anywhere take pictures yourself because there are employees like Edward that will wrongfully accuse you and still 120 of your money for a deposit on a claim that I will not get back also enterprise should take pictures if their vehicles every time they are returned from the previous borrowers because Edward has no proof of how the vehicle looked before I picked it up but thinks it’s ok to blame me What I’m guessing happened is that Whatever representative missed the damage on the vehicle is now trying to put the blame on me since I was the last one to rent this vehicle. People please take pictures of the vehicle right the moment you rent your vehicle do not take any representative word Edward even lied to me in my face and said he shined the flashlight at the roof when I did the inspection with him and that was not the case take pictures for your own protection!!!!!!

Made a reservation for an intermediate sedan and got a free upgrade to full size because the intermediate car had a crack in the windshield. Definitely helped that the 3 gentlemen working were quite the lookers.

I had to scramble to get money was told my reservation would be honored if I came back however they failed again to inform me of additional fees so when I finally came back and my car was let go they said theyd give me a different car. I agreed and they sit me in a car and turn it on just to be asked which insurance package I wanted to purchase giving me no option but basic premium or paying a 500 deductible, which at the time under stress of needing this vehicle immediately sounded absurd I was pigeonholed into paying even more money for something unnecessary. Honestly I feel scammed.Nice lady tho.

Andy was the representative who assisted me as soon as I walked in the office, he was able to accommodate me and help with all questions and concerns I had. He was able to fix a situation immediately, when the SUV Seqouia rear mirror had been broken upon the arrival from the car wash. Showing me that it was something that was unfortunately unexpected, instead of having us waiting he gave me options right away! He was generous to give me a 10% off & only charging me a day (originally had rented the vehicle for a 2 day trip). Overall I felt that everyone was professional, they greeted us immediately & had not problem when we came to drop off the vehicle as well. I would definitely recommend this place at this location! After reluctantly having to take an unwashed, tank on empty, Chrysler 300, I was jerked around for 3 weeks regarding my rental and the need to switch it out for something more comparable to my vehicle for business purposes. I was told on three different occasions that Id be contacted and that never happened.Finally the manager calls, 3 weeks later to tell me they are charging me another $100 deposit because they couldnt get in contact with the Allstate agents handling my claim. He mentioned nothing about the fact that Ive been trying to get in contact with him and to switch out my rental. This resulted in an overdraft with the account I had the rental under.I called their HR department to file a formal complaint and they didnt seem to care. Ill never go through this branch ever again. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.

Other than that...they need to retrain or hire new people who arent so quick to get you in and out and make mistakes like not doing a walk around and checking the interior was good. Where I found out that back seat of th Malibu I rented, it wasnt latched and the seat could have fallen on my nieces head if she was alseep laying down in that direction. Thank God she laid up against the door this time. I gave it two stars for the young individual that works their. Thanks other guys need to find position where theyre happy.

Upon returning I left a sunglass which two days later I contacted local office where I rented and asked if sunglass could be recovered. With a visit to the office and checked out all the inventory but did not found. Branch manager was very helpful locating the rented car which was in corporate office. He went and found the sunglasswhich was in very cornered area of the car.. Thank you. It was nice to knowthat staff/manager helped until they did everything to their maximum effort. Very friendly and did not give you any discomfort situation.
