Comment: My insurance company gave me a $40/day rental stipend for Enterprise so I reserved a standard sedan at that rate from this location. I went there and spent some time waiting and filling out forms, they gave me the keys to the only vehicle available so I could check it out.Spent all that time there for them to, right at the end, say this car is $60/day so itll only be $20/day out of pocket for you.I dont really care that they didnt have the vehicle I reserved, but to waste my time and make me go through all the steps only to raise the price at the last second as a way to pressure me into spending money is such a scummy practice.I ended up going to the other Fremont location that same day and they had a bunch of cars available.

I rent a vehicle for a week but unfortunately due to an accident I hurt my ankle, I have no choice but return the car 2 days early. The manager & staffs really listened & go beyond to meet my requirements. This location provides complimentary pick up & drop off services, due to my special condition & upon my special request, they sent someone to pick up the car from the place I stayed. This location is not only doing business but providing an excellent & professional customer service. I definitely will come back in the future.

Comment: The rental for my car went smoothly! I needed a car to drive down to LA for a few days and was quoted about $350 online. When I arrived I was greeted nicely and was told there would be a wait which I didn’t mind. One thing that bothered me was that I reserved a small sized car for my trip and it wasn’t available at the time of pickup. It was a minor inconvenience and I was happy they were able to accommodate me with a larger sized car for the same cost. Another thing that bothered me was an additional $200 cost for what I can best describe as a bartering cost mainly for the return of the car and/or any additional charges. I just did not like that this wasn’t disclosed online. The car return was equally smooth and Matthew did his absolute best from rental to return of the car to be the most exceptional and courteous person. He went over each price point and policy and took his time with me which I appreciated. He had wonderful customer service and was the best thing at that facility. I was charged a bit for not returning the car with the same gas amount as I had returned but that was my fault as it was disclosed in the rental agreement so that is something to look out for. Overall I had a pretty decent experience and look forward to renting from this place on my next trip.

Comment: I always do all my rentals at one Enterprise location which is at 4241 Peralta Blvd in Fremont CA. All the agents are nice and very helpful but the only thing I would say needs improvement is the speed of service from the time I walk in to the time I drove of the lot wiht my rental. Most of the time after waiting half an hour the inital check in, then addtional time is needed to wash exterior. My last 2-3 retnals, I had to forego the washing so I can just get on my way. I was offered a 10% discount though by the agent so it is not as bad.

Comment: The manager Diana Duong and all the staff here working on Saturday 10/17 are extremely unprofessional! I came here to drop off my brother to pick up a rental car, that he reserved. I was parked in one of the stalls right in front of the office and there was a car next to me on the passenger side. The distance between us was HUGE. I am sitting there minding my own business as an Enterprise employee comes and opens the door to the car next to me and slams it right into mine! All my windows were down so I clearly saw what happened. I got out and the employee doesnt even begin with an Im sorry. Of course I am upset so my tone is loud and angry. I ask how its even possible to hit my car when Im so far away and that your job is to move cars around this lot daily! Instead of apologizing he tells me to calm down. Then the manager comes in and starts in on me as if I did something wrong, instead of trying to diffuse the situation. I ask for an apology and their insurance information so that I can just leave instead she says shes calling the police!For what? Your a manager of a rental car office, I am sure you have dealt with unhappy customers. What are you going to tell the officer? We damaged his car and we wont give him our insurance info and hes upset, arrest him?!I finally get a number to some damage report line and the mangers business card. NO APOLOGY from anyone what so ever.I didnt even come here to rent a car, I cant imagine how they would treat a paying customer. Avoid this place at all costs!

Comment: Overall I had good experiences with this location, however, last time I rented I was verbally told upgrade for a BMW was going to cost only $10/day + tax. So I thought it would be dollar or two a day for taxes and took the deal. They explained later that Geico was covering $50/day and the BMW was $60 + taxes a day, and I had to pay the $10 and all the taxes on the whole rental. I ended up paying $18/day extra. I understand thats what their system says but this should have been communicated very clearly from the beginning and not a surprise when I get the bill. I found this dishonest, careful when you are offered upgrades especially if you are covered by your insurance company.

Comment: I rented from this location almost 10 times before I bought my own car. One of the best Enterprise branches Ive been to! They go extra mile to ensure you have a great experience - the owner, Jerry, is a rock star - on several occasions he offered me free upgrades. They also quickly & efficiently resolved any issues I had. Also, this is the only location from which you can rent on Saturday and return on Sunday, when they are closed, AND pay for only 1 day!

Comment: Quick pick up and easy drop off. The staffs were friendly and professional. Initially planned to rent for 1 week, but ended up 4 weeks coz my car ended up in the repair shop longer than I thought. Called every week to extend and every time was easy and quick - took less than 1 min each time. They even offered to give me a ride when I dropped of the car.

Comment: If you go there to pick up a car through your insurance claim they will only offer upu whatever moves slow for them while they have bunch of cars in their lot. I got an uber to went to another location nearby and got a much better car. I would try to avoid this location. They are not professional at all. The reason for not giving them 1 star is that their office looked pretty clean.

Comment: I don’t usually post reviews, but I feel like I have too for my experience renting a car with enterprise. I picked up the vehicle at noon and dropped it off at 4am the following morning at the airport for my flight. I had the vehicle for less than 24 hours. I was told there would be a $100 fee for dropping off the vehicle at the airport. I agreed to the fee. I signed the papers indicating the total would be $140. I am now looking at my credit statement. Total is over $210. With the exchange rate it is $290 for renting a vehicle for less then 24 hours. I have no receipt. Therefore no evidence of what I signed on their iPad. I have attempted to phone enterprise, however no one answers for customer service and there is no voicemail. I will never rent from enterprise again. Rating should be zero.

Comment: I recently rented a car from enterprise.This was my first time renting a car. Ann and Kimmy are very professional and they made the whole experience wonderful. I was picked up by their driver from auto body shop and girls made everything very easy. They make me laugh and it became a fun visit. Office was very welcoming. Ann called me after insurance paid them and my advance was refunded. Both girls are lovely. Ann is very efficient manager. I highly recommend this place if a rent car is needed.Thanks you for your help

Comment: I am renting cars from them since couple of weeks and I was very happy with their services until now. This weekend I took an economy car and when I came to return the car I was told that there is a chip on windshield glass at driver side and I have to bear the cost of replacing the glass which cost me $270. I told her that they might have missed observing that chip while giving the car to me but she did not listen any argument. Honestly I did not notice any such incident that could cause that chip, also I did not took the car on freeway where there is likely chance of such issues. When I was given the car, windshield was completely filled with fog from inside and that could be reason why the person who handed the keys to me did not notice the chip. But this argument was denied because I took the car around 11.00 am (and as per them that time fogs can be there) and I dont have any photograph to prove that there were fogs inside which could hide chip. I had no choice than paying the amount they quoted and accept that it was me who caused that chip. Overall I am feeling cheated & depressed, I felt like paying for someone else mistake. I lost my trust in enterprise and I need to look for other options.

I got exactly what I wanted for a great deal. And it doesnt take them forever to do paperwork, etc,. They follow up after youve driven off from their parking lot to see how youre doing. Comment: I made a reservation for 8:00 am and the car wasnt ready. I was there on a Monday morning and they were really busy. The counter staff was very good and attentive, but the car wasnt ready. I waited a while and then left and dropped off my car to be serviced and then called to be picked up. I could have walked back before they picked me up. I finally left with the rental car at 9:30 and was 30 minutes late for an appointment as a result. I should have known, because the cars never seem to be ready at any Enterprise location I have ever rented from. The car was great and the price was right.

Comment: I was very happy with the vehicle. However, I was taken aback when I asked for my missing sunglasses (Ray Ban Aviator). The driver dropped me at my destination after I returned the vehicle and I called back probably after 10-15 minutes. It was there inside the shelf exactly to the right of the driver. I am 100% confident that it was there only but surprised that it was stolen right after I returned back. It is not a matter of $150 sun glasses but the bigger question is trust? Enterprise use to be my preferred rental agency but not anymore.
