Comment: I was given a rental authorization from Tesla Insurance, and I chose Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Im happy I chose Enterprise Rent-A-Car because of an excellent customer service experience. Im grateful for the entire team and special thanks to Juan and Brian who assisted me to get the car I requested, making sure the car is clean. Another great extra service is customer pick up and drop off when I returned the car to their facility. I will definitely recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car to families and friends.

Comment: So far everyone that I’ve dealt with at the Pasadena branches have been amazing. Thank you for all your help, especially Faith at the Lincoln Pasadena branch. She went out of her way to help when I weeks ago I reserved a 4 wheel drive with cross bars at the Glendale branch and kept call to make sure they had it, I showed up last Friday to pick it up and trade in my car from the Pasadena branch, come to find out they only had a small 4 wheel drive car that was not going to work, she took care of it and found a big enough 4 wheel drive car in Pasadena for us. My husband also had a great experience with enterprise in Mammoth where someone went out of their way to help us when our car broke drown the day before Christmas so we could get back for the holidays. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone.

Comment: Save yourself some heartache and go to the Monrovia site if you can. I returned my car there and the customer service was excellent there.Re: this Pasadena location, my car was not clean, the driver floor mat was missing, the tire pressure was low in one of the tires, the battery in the key fob was low. I could not get the manager to call me back about my issues after texting images of everything. The only reason that this is as high as 2 stars is because they helped defray some of the costs of because of all of these problems.

Comment: The service is usually great. Today was an off day. I reserved a mini van due to needing space for a long trip. Even though I reserved one online, the one they had was rented out earlier! Cheyenne was super helpful and called a few other Enterprise Rent A Cars without any avail. I was informed there were recalls to a lot of their mini vans and the one other mini van on the lot they had was purchased. I was offered a 4runner or a volkswagen SUV. These are smaller type SUVs and I definitely need a mini van type.I waited and waited for Cheyenne to see if there was any other options. He said they could give me the Chevy Surbaban or The Ford expedition and the prices were $40 more a day, than I expected. He dropped it off to an extra $25 a day with a 1/4 quarter tank!We all know the gas prices and I misunderstood the 1/4 tank. As I returned the vehicle, I was told that it was 1/4 tank credit and not necessarily come back with 1/4 tank, which was charged $7.00 / gallon because I was given the option to fill it up, but due to needing to go to work, I didnt have the time to do this. They couldnt even honor the $5.39 pre filled options.Not to happy this time around and I was told to call ahead next time to ensure there is a minivan, which doesnt make sense because I reserved a minivan online. So whats the point of reserving online if I need to call as well. With that said, I am even an enterprise plus member, so no kind of love for this. I wont be back soon, because of this feeling of being up sold and not clear about the 1/4 tank. So I paid an extra $150 then originally quoted for the minivan.The Ford Expedition is a great vehicle and definitely had enough room and comfort. But again thats not what we originally planned for. Lets chalk this one up to an opportunity to do better the next time. Thanks

Although we were given a SUV slightly smaller than what we reserved, after we found out the cargo space was small, Enterprise help center agreed to change the car to what we reserved and sent us to Enterprise at Lincoln to pick up the car. But the guys at Lincoln didn’t have the car, and they didn’t have the right size car for our need, but they were extremely helpful and searched around for a right size car for us. Juan found a bigger car at Alhambra for us. We were able to get a good size car for all our luggage. We were very thankful to the people at Foothill for their help.

They were very responsive and helpful when we left an important item in the car upon return, and needed to get it back before our flight. Car was clean and in good condition.Only thing to keep in mind - this is a small location, so they won’t have as much variety in choice of car, and can get flooded with customers at peak times. My wait wasn’t longer than 20 minutes (on a Wednesday), so it was better than what you might face near the airport.

I was informed that its because during the first year of the pandemic, 2020, many of the car rental businesses sold their vehicles due to a loss of revenue from the lack of rentals; this causing them to purchase new vehicles for 2021.So we, the consumers/customers, are paying through the roof to rent a vehicle; especially during any major holiday time frame.With that being said, I would like to say that I rented a car from the Enterprise Rental Car location on Lincoln Ave. in Pasadena, CA last week for my vacation get-away and I found their rate to be be better than my usual go-to Hertz account.The representatives there were also friendly, quick and personable. I also benefitted from being able to get a free ride home after returning the car verses having to get a Lyft or Uber. 🙂

Comment: Morning I am plus member if that means anything, rented a vehicle today first car wasnt clean. The inside and outside I was told it was cleaned by Rep but it was clearly not washed prior to handoff.(This is something that a car rental location should have implemented is a strenuous cleaning procedure) So we request for the car to be cleaned per covid rules to be safe. Only the door jams are hit water because thats were the rep saw dust. Next the car has a check engine light that appears and the response from rep, Yea we fixed the issues but we cannot stop the error code from coming up, but your good. REALLY I just recently lost my mother to covid so these covid precautions arent extreme just the daily process in todays world. Of course I am taking car back but I needed to handle funeral arrangements this am, bad start of the week.

Also return the car was a breeze. I did use their inurance instead of mines. I had unlimited miles and I rented an compact SUV (Toyota Rav4), and I had for 2 days, Price was really good as well. I liked that even though it was a bigger car, it didnt burn gas fast and filling it back up wasnt expensive either and I out 91 in the tank.

Most unfriendly woman who helped us, charged a larger amount for the car than booked/confirmed, gave us incorrect information about the insurances and got mad when we asked to explain the insurances. She told us the tank was quarter full(so needed to bring it back same, no full-full option possible) and while driving away from the Enterprise office we directly got the ‘empty tank’ notification. Drop off went good, friendly man helped us. Maybe just one bad day for the staff, but I won’t go back to Enterprise

Comment: Made a reservation 4 days in advance, confirmed via phone a day in advance, arrived promptly when the Enterprise employee told me to (not during my reservation time) and was told no vehicles were available for me despite having vehicles that matched my reservation in the lot. Spent the next 30 minutes waiting for as Adrian (branch manager) called nearby rental car companies looking for another vehicle for me. Another customer arrived and was promptly ushered into a vehicle that matched my reservation. So far Ive been here for 45 minutes and still dont have a vehicle, while the gentleman who arrived 30 minutes after me was in and out in 5 minutes. Cant recommend this branch.

Called in to make a reservation because the other driver insurance company was going to pay, they were super rude declined to help me left me on the phone talking to me self . So I went to the next nearest location they were super nice helped me out got me into a suv but two tires were popped within the next couple days I guess tires were worn out . So I went back to this location to swap because a customer representative on phone told me to go . I went again very rude service that I left because he was like you didn’t get the vechile here we can’t swap it out . Will never come here again

Comment: They allowed me to rent a vehicle with the knowledge that it had a slow leak and the interior was full of stains. The employee told me he just put more air in the tire and it will be fine. Through out the rental period I had to keep pulling over to fill the tire. When I was able to speak to someone about this on Monday the employee said to me just fill up the tire and drive it back to us I have rented from this Enterprise before it is not usually like this, but I will not be using this location again. I may not even return to the company.

I had the car for two weeks and got charged $640 PER WEEK!! Nearly $1300. I couldve taken that money and used it with my current vehicle as a trade-in for a decent down payment on a new vehicle. had they shown me the true numbers I would not have rented the car for more than two days but here I am $1200 later. Just another criminal corporation that I will never again be doing business with. Beware of liars and thieves....

The only down fall was I had to pay an additional $90 for an additional driver whom was under 25 years of age. This was an unanticipated expense considering Ive rented before, with an additional driver under 25 and was never charged for it.

Comment: Horrible experience. Rented a vehicle for 11 days. The amount quoted online was way off the amount that was actually due. The insurance amount was not clear. I rented the car from this site. I had to go to another site around the corner to pick up the car. At that time another agent quoted a cheaper insurance price after asking the previous agent if the price he quoted was the cheapest. We swapped the car for a different car a better running car and by the 10th day that car stalled out even though it was supposed to be brand new. Jeep Cherokee 2016. The whole deal out of pocket cost $600 and an apology. I still have not received all my enterprise plus points. NO BUENO ENTERPRISE

Ive always liked this company, and this branch is excellent!All the young adults working there are friendly, helpful, and dont have an attitude thats prevalent with many young workers these days. They have been accommodating and have followed up with phone calls to make sure that the rental is going well.I love having a branch nearby, and will most definitely recommend and use them again. I dont know what Enterprise does to keep the staff happy, but as a customer, Im very pleased and sadly surprised to find good businesses these days. Well done.
