Comment: Very disappointed in the service we recieved. Ultimately did not end up renting a vehicle with them. The lady at the front desk, Michelle was extremely snakey and fake and gave my fiance a really hard time, didnt explain to him all of his possible options and was about to cancel his reservation and send him walking with no vehicle when we were dealing with an emergency. Like many agencies the require so much to prove youre a trustworthy person such as a utility bill, credit check, etc. As well as they did not mention the $300 deposit required beforehand until we were already inspecting the car. We spent a lot of time only to be extremely disappointed. We have tried this company in the past and had a similarly disappointing experience. This will definitely be the last time we attempt business with this company. We ended up going with a site called Turo and had a lot smoother experience.

Comment: This Enterprise operation TOTALLY earned this 5-Star rating. I reserved (online) what I thought was a routine vehicle; turns out my request was anything but typical. Contacted Kevin & the staff in advance of my reservation date, explained I needed to transport 6 family members (& lots of luggage) to the pier on a Monday, then pick them up (a 2nd 24-hr rental) on the following Friday. They made it happen; fully met my needs! On both rental reservations! This team is ... the BEST!!!

I had my car in the shop for 3 months and I swear it was better than my own car because I could trade vehicles to suit my needs. Truck for camping, SUV for many people and etc. They are the best there is in rental and my son drove with me for the first time in one of their Rentals. So its sentimental at this point.

(Customer Service) is bad you make a payment get your car payment updated and they still call everyday all day the next for a another payment .Incredibly rude and has horrible people skills (Would rather deal with another rental car company). Comment: My girlfriend rented a car here on the 28th to October 6th. When she returned the car it had a nick on the windshield from a thrown rock. They charged her $500.00 for the nick. It could be repaired for less than $100.00. It was not her fault but they said it was. W we hen the car was left they refused to take her home. Leaving her stranded. I talked to Katie the manager and she affirmed all this. I asked her what they would charge if a tree fell in the car. She wouldn’t answer. I asked her why they didn’t pick up the car at her home and she wouldn’t answer,This is no way to run a business. If you want to rent a car don’t go to this place. They are looking for any excuse to tip you off. She felt like she was at a Tijuana car rental. Go elsewhere. These people are crooks.

Comment: This location is horrible. Been waiting for over an 1.5 hrs. They have a line for checking in, and a line to wait to get your car. Have no restrooms, and no handicap consideration. 2 ladies with disabilities had challenges waiting over an hour for their turn. They also had no safety measures on the waiting area, and didnt meet the covit19 distancing requirement. Staff had no sequential order. People who had arrived in line for 10 mns got a car, and went on their way. When I asked staff about it, I was told they had luxury car rentals, and we had standard reservations. Very disappointed 😞 on their horrible customer service.

Long story short the car feels dangerous, it jerks when put in reverse, and it was dirty when received. I called the next day at 8:02 am, they open at 8:00 am, Josh told me to come in between 4:00 pm- 5:00 pm. I arrived at 4:44 pm and Edward nonchalant tells me that the car isn’t available, and the oil change hasn’t been done when josh made it clear that it would be. Edward lack of concern about my safety in this car sickens me, and his lack of knowledge. How don’t you know what cars you have available. Smh so disappointed

Comment: It took a while to get a car. I rent a car from Enterprise twice a month. The last 2 times there was trash left in the center console (subway sandwich, water bottles). The Enterprise in San Diego gives you a full tank of gas and the Enterprise in Hemet doesnt have the same standards. In San Diego they give me better vehicles than in Hemet with my corporate account at the same price. Its whatever. Theyll get you from point A to point B, but in Hemet, dont expect anything extraordinary.

I agreed at first but the associate seemed to be having trouble getting the steering wheel unlocked so, I opted to wait for the small SUV to “get cleaned” that I was initially offered upon arrival. When I got it, it was clear that it had not been wash, just barely rinsed off. The interior had not been wiped down and there was food and other debris stuck between the seats. I usually have a better experience from this location but the last 2 cars have been dirty. I was offered $20 off of my rental in an attempt to make some type of amends which I accepted.

Comment: I usually have a great experience with Enterprise. But there were a couple issues. It was my first time renting from this location.First, the office was having computer issues. Their tablets were not working, so they needed to print paperwork. Too bad their printer wasnt working either. They may want to test these items on occasion in case they need it. It took 45 - 60 minutes to get a car. Several other folks were also waiting and getting pretty hot.Second, the car looked fine. Tires up and all that. When I headed down the road, the low pressure warning came on. Apparently it had run flat tires. When I stopped up the road to check the air, the highest pressure was 3.7psi. These tires are rated for 51psi. Whoever handles their maintenance may want to check things a little closer.

JUST MAKE IT STOP....when youre pretending to have customers needs at heart. As much as I rent at full price, I dont deserve anymore specials? REALLY?

Comment: Friendly staff, but gave me a very dirty car and it smelled very strongly like body oder from previous renter. I had to use fabrese to be able to drive it to texas.they re rented it without cleaning it. The Toyota Camry ran good also had to go back once I got home tags were expired.

Comment: Customer service is good no complaints. My rental car was full of black dog hair and I had to drive the car with the windows rolled down because it smelled like an ash tray. At the time of the rental I didnt smell the cigarette smell, due to the window was down and it didnt have a chance to concentrate in the car.I usually dont rate companies but this time I was not satisfied with the car!ThanksR.N

Comment: This was the first time renting from this company. I will never use their on line sight again. The automatic system after 7 minutes was still spinning and I have good internet. Then my calls...well after the second try I reached a very nice gentleman who gave me completely incorrect information, making my trip at the location a virtual nightmare.But after two hours, I finally drove off in a nice car. If it had not been for the great Hemet Manager, Brad and also Adrian,at carriage circle location, I would have walked out never to return! These guys are wonderful! But I still question a few things...like... I can only rent at my local location but Hemet was the only one with this weekend special and what if I was out of town and needed a car? or at the airport?hmmm. Then upon returning the car to Banning, was very pleased with my treatment. It seems like this company has a hard time uniting their locations and leaves a lot to be desired at corporate level. It is a good thing this Company has such good employees to recover and carry this company. I will try it one more time but will go completely through the local company.

Comment: I had a great experience with Enterprise and their employees. They picked us up and returned us home. The vehicles were very clean and comfortable and good on gas mileage. I rented in June and July of this year for a graduation and a wedding. Very important events. Thank you for everything. We will always use enterprise. Sincerely, Kim

Comment: Let me start this off with I previously had 2 horrible experiences at the other enterprise in town (rented me a car with expired tags and i got pulled over by chp ) I called her kinda a last stage effort and Brenda answered the phone I told her about my previous experiences and she was very disappointed, She took such great care of Me Im very happy Brenda is defiantly an asset to enterprise, wouldnt go anywhere else Thank You Brenda

Comment: Good service and very quick. The only complaint if it even is one is that I had to wait for the car to be washed. Didnt mind. But when I got the car it was a horrible car wash job. Like I said barely a complaint. But if your going to make a customer wait so you can wash the car at least make it a half way decent car wash job.

Comment: Initially this was not going to be a good review. However, upon returning the vehicle and explaining our concerns, the young lady behind the counter was quick to resolve our issues. We will definitely be renting from Enterprise again.

Comment: MUST READ: I rented a chevy cruz 2 months ago in june from them for a whole month and paid everything i owed with no problems. A shoppung cart hit the vehicle and i also paid upfront for the damages and left on really good terms, one of the employees let my 2yr old play with a tennis ball and complimenting my child.So i rent a car again this month of august and ive been real busy, apparently theyve been trying to get a hold of me and got a hold of my mother and started to threaten her telling her i will be arrested for grand theft auto and they reported the car stolen.I have barely had the car for 2 weeks! The last time i had it for more than a month and paid when i turned it in. Im a military soldier and I do not deserve this. I am definitely taking this to the media!!This is complete BS!! I will never use enterprise ever again! And they claim to be there for their customers. HA!
