I reserved a compact SUV since I was taking a trip to Santa Barbara and parking is an issue. I got a full-blown Subaru Ascent, this behemoth fits seven people! I had to pay for off-site parking, and take a Lyft everywhere because It would not fit in regular parking spots. The car also only had half a tank, when I went to fill it, it was almost $100!This location is nice, but I am not sure that I would risk reserving here again based on my recent experience with their stock. Lastly I felt a little rushed on the way and out.

Comment: If there was a zero star entry that I could use, that’s what I would put! My elderly parents have rented from Enterprise for many years and this morning they went to go pick up a truck that they had reserved the previous week. They are going to Sacramento and then Reno and the reason for the need of the truck was because my mom is severely disabled and cannot walk more than five feet without being in excruciating pain and therefore needs to have an electric wheelchair to assist her. That chair would not fit in any other car along with the luggage and passengers that will eventually be in it. So when my parents went to pick up the truck this morning they were told that they couldn’t rent a truck without a credit card! Well they don’t use credit cards because of the dangers of getting into debt that they can’t pay. Instead of Enterprise being understanding and willing to work with them, they just gave them this tiny SUV that wouldn’t fit her electric chair and barely fit her walker! My parents did not have the time to go look elsewhere for another car because they thought they would be all set! Well I’m here to let you all know that the Enterprise on Tustin in Orange California is NOT willing to be understanding or helpful to those who are disabled! From this point on, my family and anyone I can convince will not be using Enterprise EVER AGAIN!

I did come there on Friday 03/10/23 to make a reservation, then confirmed by my insurance company- my reservation has been done/ to get rental car at 8:30AM on Monday 03/13/23.@8:25AM/Monday 03/13/23 I showed up but the rental car was not ready; then wait until 8:50AM the rental care has not been ready yet. I canceled my reservation. The employees and even the manager did not say any word to sorry for their fault. I don’t know if I’m their customer?

Comment: Worst customer service I have had in a long time. I was asked if I wanted to add the coverage for 16 99. I asked if that was for the entire time I have the car. I was told yes. I was charged 116.99 that day 100 deposit and coverage insurance covered the rental part for me. So didnt think anything about it I returned the car and was charged another 90 for the remaining coverage. So 190 bucks later I was told its 16.99 a day for the coverage thats 508 a month those insurance rates are that high? Also, my cheap butt would not have agreed to that.Shady people here.

I come From Seattle and as soon as we got to Anaheim the truck we had rented needed an oil change and was vibrating. I went to 5 different enterprises and I got the run around that no one could help me get another truck. They wanted me to take even more time out of our day (be aware it was already 2 pm) to take it to get an oil change and inspection .Thankfully I came eventually landed at Shawn’s Enterprise in Orange. Him and his team saved our day. We were able to get another truck as he moved mountains to help us out when no one else could (wanted).Thank you Shawn and team!

Comment: First off everyone at the local locations are always pleasant.I did have an issue where the car basically said change oil now the day I was supposed to drive home. I checked the oil and it was a pretty dark color and looked bad, I had to call the main help line as it was 6am and local branches were not open. Instead of sending me to the airport location they sent me 40 min away to a local spot that I waited until 8 to open, I got there and instead of a 7 person suv like I had they had me trying to go into a standard sedan.Local place didn’t have an suv, but said just go to airport and exchange. Which was 30 min away and only 10 min from original location.In understanding now just always take a vehicle to an airport location currently with inventory being so low.

The car size I had booked was not available when I arrived and they were nice enough to put me in a next level rental at no additional cost so I could be on my way. Once, I hit the road I also noticed a nick in the windshield we missed during the initial inspection and I called and they just added a note to my rental. No trouble at all! I like booking with Enterprise because the cars are usually nicer than other places, and the customer service really makes them stand out.

Comment: Once again Enterprise comes to the rescue! I needed a car for a long trip, since I didn’t want to flight during the present COVID-19 pandemic, and I reserve a full size car. The price was more than atractivo thanks to being a Costco member. When I went to pick up my car I’ve was informed that they didn’t have the car I requested but that they had a late model truck instead. I was a bit disappointed but when they offered a modest discount and a tank of gas I agreed. I am glad I did, the truck was perfect for my trip, it offered all the amenities of a car and more. The extra cargo was a bless and the ride very comfortable.Service was top notch from the moment I arrive until I return the vehicle. Fast, courteous and efficient!I highly recommend Enterprise, they continue to be my favorite car rental company.

Comment: I was recently involved in a minor hit and run accident (my car hit while parked), and I had to run the repairs through insurance. My company set me up with a reservation for a car at my nearest Enterprise. Upon my arrival there in the morning the salesmen were barely approachable, kind of dismissive, and didnt have a car that fit my insurance limit. They had more expensive cars, but were trying to get me to pay for the upgrade, or go to another location. They called several, none of whom had appropriate cars so they continued to stall and tell me there was nothing they could do for about a half an hour. I called my insurance, who called Hertz, and they were immediately on top of it. They secured me a car, got me a ride to their location, and had me on my way with a great car all in a matter of about a half an hour. Also with great customer service!! Enterprise FINALLY offered me a comped upgrade after hyming and hawing for that initial half hour and after Hertz had already made arrangements for me. Frustrating experience when already dealing with the stress of an accident, insurance claims, deductible costs, arranging a ride to the rental location. Unimpressed with the customer service I was offered. Highly unlikely to rent through this company again in the future, especially this location.

Comment: Am happy with the service at the counter the only thing am disappointed is when they told me that I have to leave a $200 dollar deposit after return the car am getting it back but guess what am not getting my full deposit they charge me extra for unknown reason besides that everything is ok.

Comment: VERY poor service! They call me 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up a car to say that they dont have a car available for me. Stuck in a bad position being that it was close to closing time for other rental companys!!!
