I called them and they said sorry the car is rented and there is nothing they found. They said they were going to call customer to see and of course they said nothing in there. Somebody stole my handicap and all they said was sorry. What good is that I need my handicap sign and they werent being very helpful and were very rude about it.

Comment: Had the worse customer experience of my entire life by the so called “manager” Felipe Ferreira. He actually is an assistant but lying and saying he’s a manager. I had a reservation but he kept telling me I had to show 4 forms of bills to rent a car. Then as I was looking for things..he kept changing the rules..oh yea it can’t be a credit card statement now..not this not that. Now it has to be within 30 days. One thing after another. Then he told me they were closing. I left crying. He was smiling. So happy to hurt me and see me without a car. This guy needs to be FIRED! I video recorded everything! I’m taking this brand to court! He’s a monster! Needs to check into therapy not be working a normal job! Why is someone this horrible working for this company! Pls reach out to me and I’ll tell you the full story! Absolute nightmare and simply the worse experience I’ve ever had!

I called the corporate office and they simply said sorry, you can go to LAX if you’d like, which is 45 miles away. What a fly by night operation; renter beware!

He handled a bunch of last minute people very professionally and when I begged him not to wash the car because I had to pick up my kids from dance class, he agreed but really quickly sanitized the car for me. Enterprise needs to give the poor guy some extra help at the end of the day when last minute people show up. And their website let me register a car that they didnt have available, which was weird, but Adam/Adam called me and was super helpful in letting me know my options and gave me a better car for the same price I registered for. Really nice guy.

And they turn around and say, Do you still need it? Of course I say yes they come and they pick me up, When I get there the vehicle that I had chosen was given out so they they brought out another car that was not not suitable for me. And the other vehicle that they had available was a it was a sports car so I ended up taking the sports car with a little bit of original discount but still more than double what I was supposed to pay for for the car that I originally had chosen to take.. Now that car is costing me thousands....

Comment: **** FIRST CAR FAILED TO START, REPLACEMENT CAR LOCKED US OUT A DAY LATER ****I have rented from this branch on multiple occasions with little to no issues other than subpar cleanliness and shoddy maintenance of the vehicles. Nothing that ever interrupted a trip though, not until this week. We were given one vehicle which failed to start prior to our trip to Nevada. We were supposed to leave at midnight, so we ended up having to wait until the branch reopened in the morning. Once the branch opened and we explained the issue, we were made to wait for hours for roadside assistance to exchange our broken down vehicle for a replacement, which never happened. We were told we had to wait with the car for it to be picked up, which we refused to do due to our already delayed trip. We were not offered to be picked up when we insisted we had to leave and needed another car. We basically forced the branch manager to accept the keys for the broken down vehicle on our property. We had to get our own ride up to the branch to drop off the keys and get another car. The second car also had problems with the rear sliding doors (it was a minivan), and a day later it locked us out from getting into it (with all our belongings inside) because the remote was malfunctioning. Once again, we waited for hours for roadside assistance which showed up very late and just made the remote work by playing around (not even replacing) the remote battery and without giving us another car as promised. We did not feel safe driving that car either as the last thing we wanted was to go pump gas and get locked out again, and it was loaded with stuff so its not like we could just leave it unlocked (nor would that even be a safe option in any event). We ended up abandoning the car at an Avis car rental in Nevada so we could get a proper car rental to complete our trip. Roadside assistance took forever to finally pick it up. Their roadside assistance is an absolute joke by the way! I contacted roadside assistant three times per day (because they never show up!) and each time they made a mistake on the service request such as incorrect address, and incorrect notes. Customer service is also overseas, so have fun with that. After we had abandoned the vehicle by providing clear information and instruction to the original branch as well as their roadside assistance, they called hours later saying they couldnt locate the vehicle. Why? Because the service note said it was in front of a laundromat and at a totally different address. What??! Luckily the roadside assistance AAA driver was very easy-going and competent and just went to the correct address when we told him where it was. When we returned home, the first broken down vehicle was STILL on our property and had never been picked up (3 days later). I had to call the branch manager and their joke roadside assistance multiple times and threaten to have the vehicle dragged off my property and left in the middle of the road. I contacted corporate and was told regional manager would contact me, which never happened. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever had with any business. I run my own auto repair business and cannot even fathom providing our customers with this kind of service. We would be out of business in no time.

I said no problem, I only live ten minutes away, so when you have my car text or call me...she said be here at 1:00. I showed up at 1:00 and Brittany told me the car I requested was out for an oil change so just hang out for 30 minutes. They had other cars on the lot similar to what I requested but she wanted to charge me more for the fact that she could not do what she told me. All she had to do was text or call and i would happily come later but Brittany is not the sharpest tool in the shed! What a waste of time...went to Budget and was given what they promised on time. Comment: I call ahead to reserve a Economy car for Jan. 8 2019 a Tue. Once I get there all is fine, however once the word Economy Car is said I felt the service drop to that level. The car had big scratches, small dents, Exp. Tags (Nov.) plus a missing Hubcap . I asked Employee Robert if there was another car I could take and was told by Employee Mario I could pay for an Up Grade. I understand this is a business & in no way was I expecting a free car! However a 10% ($2.75) discount could have been offered...any thing could have been offered to make me feel like my money & business is valuable. I just took the car and was on my way. Once I returned the car, Employee Mario again greeted me with substandard service. Not even a ride home was offered by him or anyone else there. I live close so I didnt have to ask for a ride but keep in mind that Enterprise is known for Picking you up and taking you home. I have only rented vehicles from Enterprise for over 25 years. Maybe these 2 employees can be Re-trained on how to at the least provide Standard service and Not Economy Service.

Comment: For the customers out there big advise, when renting a car from this location take a picture, video, get a witness and a written agreement for each dent or a scratch. You will do yourself a favor for dealing later with crooks. They were trying to pin on me a small dent which wasn’t done by me. When I argued back and asked Vahan (the manager) does he has a proof of the car before and after he couldn’t answer. He didn’t even bother to read my contract at the time of the rental in order to know that I purchased coverage for accident in case. They wanted to bill my insurance for the repair on top of it, that is where I lost my patience. He thretened me to call the police in which I answered please do. Police came and guess what they left with their time waisted for a bad customer service and with the advise to take them to court. Moral of the story NEVER get car rental from this location, customer service ( if they even have a clue what it should be) is zero. Employe who originally rented the car to me couldn’t even look me in the eye and said he dose not remember me when he himself picked me up from my home and drove me to the rental location and “helped” me with rental. I didn’t know you could get amnesia in 13 days. I guess it is shocking to know for them not everyone buys their bs and people stand up for the truth. All this could be prevented if they know how to read a contract, listen to the customer and a little training wouldn’t hurt either. Now, do you really want to have business here?

Comment: My family and I have rented from Enterprise many, many times with no problems, but this most recent experience was dreadful, starting with two employees who clearly didnt want to be at work that day. I get it! That they hate their jobs couldnt have been clearer! Why work with the public, however, if you so obviously dont like people? I take that back; an attractive woman came in while I was there, and these two guys were tripping over themselves to be helpful and friendly to her, proving they were capable of civility if properly motivated. But the rest of us in their office were blandly and indifferently processed, rather than helped. Rarely have I ever felt so completely undervalued.The negative experience continued when it came to the car selection process. As a returning customer, I had been offered a choice between a 20% discount or a free double upgrade. Since four adults sized people would be traveling in the car for many miles together, I chose what I thought would be a larger vehicle over the monetary discount. I was offered only small cars, however, that appeared to have more gizmos on them than was standard-or necessary. Things I didnt need. I told the man showing me the car my traveling situation, also adding in that my daily driver is a 1974 Volkswagen- as basic a vehicle as any on the road. I wasnt telling the man this to be chatty, but rather to let him know what I was used to in a vehicle. My needs were dismissed entirely by this man, though to his credit, he did manage to show me how to open the gas tank on the tiny car he offered, and when pressed, how to start the car. The guy seemed much more interested in trying to determine where I was going and why, which I felt was none of his business. I guess his questions were supposed to have passed for customer service. Personally? I would rather hes have shown me how to move the car seat forward, which on the drivers seat, was electronic and incomprehensible to me, but by the time I was seated in the car, he had long left, and I was disgusted enough to not want to run after him. I drove home on my tip toes.This trip could have been great, but the small car and the rental process had started it out on a negative foot. I picked up the car on a Thursday, an hour before Enterprise was due to close- certainly NOT their busiest time. There was no reason for me to have been so completely disregarded and treated like an annoyance. I didnt go there in a bad mood, but I left in one. Why? Because the two male employees there couldnt be bothered.

The price was very competitive compared to other companies, and the customer service reps were friendly and helpful. It is nice to have a branch so close to home. Because of this, it can get busy, so plan ahead if possible. Weekday afternoons are best.

Comment: It is almost two and half years that I go to this place for my rental need and I do it every other week . Personal are very friendly and nice and always I got a very good service. There was Hertz closer to my location and was just a little cheaper but customer service was terrible and finally they closed it, but I always go to Enterprise just because they are very nice.Enterprise is not my friend or my family that I am telling this, but I think in this world that trust losing its values, at least I feel I have to tell the truth about my experience with this company. Comment: The company has made it very easy to check in and out, but dealing with the customer service representatives in person can be frustrating. The last time I went to pick up a car, the line was 3 people deep and I was sitting and waiting while one of two agents stood outside the front door smoking. The other agent went out and asked him to come back in and help, and even a second time had to yell at him from the counter, Im not going to ask you again!

Comment: My experience was like dealing with people that dont care. I reserved a truck for $175 for a 3 day rental and I also asked about a weekly rate of $330. When I called back to confirm, they told me I didnt have a reservation for 3 days but for a weekly rate. No problem. Just change it to the 3 day because there was clearly a misunderstanding. The answer I get is mind boggling. Im sorry but we cannot honor the rate because you didnt reserve it. We now have to charge you $235 for a 3 day because thats what they are renting for now. Im still calm at this point. I point out to them that they have information on their end that I clearly asked about a 3 day rental and a weekly rental at the same time...its noted on their computer system...and that there was a misunderstanding about what reservation needed to be made. At that point, anyone with common sense should be able to see that I actually did call in when the rates were lower and that I did in fact reserve a car on that day but the wrong days were entered. The response I got, which was repeated over and over again from Sterling, was that I had made a reservation for a weekly rate and if I would like I can rent for the 3 days at a higher rate. No matter how much I tried to explain to Sterling his response was the same like he just wanted to annoy me and force me to hang up the phone and give up because he didnt care one way or the other. Im a small business owner and the only thing on my mind would have been to help resolve the situation to make a customer happy to show how much I appreciated his or her business. He also mentioned 3 times that he had customers in front of him and he didnt have to rent to me. WHAT!? Things had clearly gotten personal. This is the finest example of incompetence that I have experienced from any Enterprise. I choose them first because they are known for hiring college graduates and bypassing incompetent employees is my first priority but they clearly let one slip through the cracks.
