Comment: My first but not the last time going here.I had a very positive experience renting a car on short notice because my personal car had to stay in the auto shop over night. I was picked up at the Honda service dealer and got a rental the same day for a compact suv. The rental agent was very knowledgeable and customer service was great.The other rental agent who picked me up was cordial and informative as well. At the last moment, when my car was ready for pick up just 7 minutes before closing, they offered me a ride back to theHonda service center to get my car before it stayed overnight. The rental agents would have to stay a little over their schedule shift yo accommodate me. This was service above and beyond my expectation as I felt that I would have most likely have to call Uber to help me out.

Comment: Picked me up at the body shop and super friendly and efficient. No complaints. Only issue was the used car dealership experience when selecting a car. I said I just wanted something small and cheap because it was hardly going to be driven while my car was being fixed. They kept trying to get my into luxury cars and trucks and suvs. I literally had to walk around the lot and keep pointing out cheap little cars myself. Normally when I tell them what type of car I want they just give me that type of car. Guess times are getting tough.

They called me an hour before my pickup time to tell me they dont have the car that I reserved a month ago. I called them back a few times but i did not get an answer. Luckily, I work nearby and was able to get there in 5mins. No courtesy whatsoever and they made me feel like they just wanted to get rid of me. I reserved a suburban and they offered me a minivan. I needed to fit a wheelchair in the back and a mini van with passengers and luggage wouldnt have worked. Let me reiterate, avoid this place at all cost.

Comment: I have been trying to switch out my rental for a more cost efficient one, and everytime I call or ask the establishment, I continue to get the same answers. Ive asked to be updated or on a call list if any small or mid sized vehicle becomes available and I have yet to have anyone call me. It seems as so that Ive been the one reaching out to the business rather than them contacting me as promised. I got to the point that I would settle and I am willing take any car that is more cost effective on gas and rates being that I will have this rent for about 6weeks due to my car repairs (2022 car parts were on back order). I would like to add that I also feel that all enterprise location discriminate against what type of rentals youre interested. I did my own sting operation and called a few including this location and acted as if I was going to pay cash for my rental and then boom i received offers on available vehicles. Then I also tried calling the same locations notifying them that I would be using my insurance policy and there I was informed that there was a shortage. Now my views has changed completely after I did this research and feels as if enterprise discriminate against insurance rental due to discounted rates being offer and honored. It seems that they prefer cash clients rather than insurance clients for sure.

I was so exhausted to resolve the claims on that day but one of the staff, Sania was so kind and gave me heart-warming words. Honestly her words and hospitality made me so relieved. When I returned the car, fortunately I could see her again and she kindly gave me a ride to a body shop. When I choose the service, it comes down to the person. Comment: 3-25-22 My 5th visit or so in the past couple years.Staff: Really nice people, even the new person that dropped me; she was kind.Vehicle was clean, although could always use more of those bleach type wipes in the car and I like to give a re-touch of cleaning on touchable surfaces prior to driving away with a rental; cant be to careful.Id highly suggest getting a car like I went to the toyota dealership that allowed me to get up to 40mpg to help with fuel price increases lately, Ill be doing that again for sureWould be great if they allowed drop offs on Saturdays after 12 or 1pm11-23-21 My second visit after as many months. Car was very clean requested to pick up and drop off and was able to get that as well. Make sure to tip your people. Would be nice if they stayed open later for pickup and drop off on the weekend instead of early mornings. Ill be back in a few weeks for another rental

Comment: I’ve been putting a lot of money into Enterprise pockets for last few months. I rent luxury vehicles most of the time for 3+ days. I always pay with a debit card in the end because I want the money paid for my expense right away. This time at LAX they tell me that they’re new policy (couldn’t tell me the day it started) was no “prepaid” debit cards are allowed because of theft. How is that possible? Debit means the money is paid immediately. They rudely told me to check the website when I questioned them. I did. It says a debit card can be used at the end of a rental for payment. Should I be taking my business somewhere else? I was very offended and felt as if I was being accused of something when I’ve never had a problem with your company. Please explain this to me.

Comment: I’m satisfied with the customer service recieved however not satisfied with the car. The insurance covered a regular car for the time my car is in the shop. I upgraded (I will pay the difference) to an SUV being that it’s more spacious. I so regret doing that. The SUV which is a RAV4 is horrible when driving it. Everytime you make a stop and press on the gas, the car jumps and pulls. It’s very annoying when driving it and embarrassing. I should have just stayed with what the insurance covered and not have upgraded because it’s not worth my money. Now I’m stuck with this car until I get mine back.

Comment: My experience with reservation was great, as I have found it easy to go on the Enterprise site to reserve a weekend special.My wait time was not as I had expected given the fact, I made reservations and had customers cut the line before me at the counter.My delight came when the representative for my dismay to the line cutting gave me an upgrade and to my weekend special gasoline discount.The over-all weekend was spent traveling with easy around the town with my children ages 11 and 9 who seated comfortably and enjoyed our journey in and around the areas we drove.The end of my weekend and the return of my vehicle finished with a safe ride home in another vehicle that was just as comfortable and roomy, which gave me an incentive for considering to make a purchase on.I felt an over-all great experience until I checked my bank account for available funds and discovered through a bank representative that I was over drawn and charged an over draft fee of 35.00, this was due to an over charge from ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL SERVICE.This was resolved due to ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL SERVICE returning the balance of funds to my account on the 20th from what I presumed would be done on the 16th at the time I handed my credit card to the ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL SERVICE REPRESENTITIVE.Not so satisfied about the service done by ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL SERVICE!

Comment: Rented a car because my car is in the shop. I had to use a debit card because I dont have any credit cards. When I arrived at the location to pick up the vehicle Shay was so awesome. She was nice, courteous, and very patient. I failed to print out my required documents and she waited while I looked up my information on line. With all of that going on she was still friendly. She processed my information and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Not to mention the vehicle was awesome for the price. When I returned the vehicle I was greeted by Drea who was also very friendly. She returned the vehicle within 5 minutes and I was on my way. The office was also clean and not crowded at all. I rented a vehicle again 4/30 and I was suppossed to return it 5/2. Due to my vehicle issues I kept the vehicle until 5/16. When I attempted to extend the rental I called and spoke to Ray and he was so helpful and kind and was able to extend my agreement for the same vehicle for 30% less than the internet estimate. WOW!! I am just in awe with this company. Thank you Ray for your excellent service and for saving me money. 👏😊

Comment: Went here because my truck was at a shop for an accident. Had the rental for 9 days. It was a great car! Was dirty outside when I picked it up and there was a Dr. Pepper bottle rolling around underneath the drivers seat as well but I didnt mind because the at fault drivers insurance was paying for it. If I were I would have asked that they clean and wash it before I drove off. The staff I dealt with were friendly as were the other staff that were taking care of other customers. They WILL try and pressure you into their walk away insurance option which I must say is fairly inexpensive if you have bad luck with cars or tend to be accident prone. All in all I had a great experience here and recommend them if you need a rental vehicle. Just make sure you are keeping track of all the charges.

However when returning the car(the white guy) kept going over to mike (while mike was helping another customer)and asking him about the scratches and dents on the car. He then goes back to the car and stares at It. It almost seems like its an ongoing hustle to scam tourists. Someone from enterprise should correct this problem. I was not happy with enterprise in Torrance off of western. This isnt no huge lot either, it only holds like 20 cars and its in the Japanese tourist area of Torrance. It should have taken 5 minutes or less for me to return the car, instead I was waiting around for this dude to do his job.

Car was clean and check out and check in was fast and efficient. Weekly rental rate was also the best in the Torrance area. Would highly recommend this location. Manager went the extra mile to provide personable, friendly customer service all the while directing his staff to stay on task... a very impressive display of effective management!

Comment: This was the first time we have ever rented a car and werent sure how it would go. We reserved the car thru Costco travel which was very easy. When we showed up to rent the car there was about 10 mins to finalize the rental agreement, we were taken out to the car, shown the main features and drove off. The return was just as painless and took about 10 mins. I would recommend enterprise to anyone. They were very friendly and made the whole experience a breeze.

Comment: I have rented cars all over the country and with various rental companies and this by far has been the worse experience I have ever encountered. To begin with I arrived to pick up my rental and the customer service at this location is horrendous. Additionally, not only was I issued a DIRTY rental car but I was rented one with the service light on and a air conditioning and heating system did not work!!! Upon returning the car I was greeted by horrible service once again. And after telling them my issues with this vehicle I did not even get a apology for the bad experience instead the man at the counter when on to mumble about how thew will have to see about that. Overall, I would not recommend Enterprise. Furthermore, I would avoid this location at all costs.
