Comment: Rented a car for the weekend for a trip to Vegas, did the vehicle inspection before leaving the lot, got to the house to load my stuff opened the center console to put my charger inside and found a joint inside it. Went back to show the worker so that I dont get accused of smoking in the car and get charged. Other than that no problems with the rental and the workers were outstanding.

Comment: The worst experience ever during my 40+ years of rental. Made a reservation in August 2023 for a 12 pax van to be picked up at the Palmdale, CA location on 3 . Upon arrival, I was told by the agent that the vehicle was unavailable. A chevy Suburban was offered as the replacement vehicle. During rental the Suburban had a manufacturing malfunction with the collision braking system, causing the vehicle to brake when not in a collision situation. Notified enterprise for towing of the vehicle and was advised to go to the local office in Lancaster, CA for another replacement vehicle. Upon arrival at the local office. I was briefed that vehicles were unavailable and to return to the initial rental office for resolution. BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: Received a 7 pax 2 day rental to accommodate 8 passengers. A wasted vacation.

Comment: We were given an EV hybrid and it was garbage 🗑️ it had problems from the second we got the car . First the gas mileage said 600 mile range and after 250 miles it was empty . Then 1000 miles away from home in Blackfoot Idaho, the car was dead the morning we had to leave after our 3 day stay and had to wait several hours for a tow truck and to get a replacement !!! The worker at the Blackfoot Idaho enterprise had to call his manager 8 times because he couldnt release a different car to us because the one that broke down was due for several services like oil change ! Then the next car had an acceleration problem and we barely made it back home !!!

They ripped me off and charged me $350 for one day then I went to return the car and they said hey there’s a dent in the door that was there when I picked the car up, they started a claim for me, but I didn’t need a claim because it was the way when I picked the car up they were very rude And then when I tried to get a ride home, they said no we can’t give you a ride home because you’re 1 mile outside of where we can go They still have not gotten my deposit back of $300. I will not use them again.

Comment: This Enterprise in particular, is always treating myself and my wife right repeatedly. While it is a popular rental location, this means stock isnt always right. Be sure to book in advance as with any rental broker and this location tends to take good care of you if its on them. You may need to wait a little, but if thats it and a couple extra bucks a day for a heck of an upgrade. Ill take it over the alternative!!!

Im bad with names but a taller big guy helped me when I got there and was super polite and helpful. Both times they were really cool about it. Please dont think this is a bad thing. You have to think of the volume of cars that are going through there. I really appreciate these guys being there when I need them. With that being said, try to make a reservation. This place is busy as heck in the morning so the cars move pretty fast.

They wanted me to drive a car with a low tire and bad brakes to the gas station when I wasnt RETURNING the car, just needed it to be swapped. This place is full of kids that shouldnt be in charge of McDonalds let alone a Car Rental Facility.

But, Christian made sure that I will leave the place with a similarly sized vehicle or bigger so I can go on with my day. He made me feel Im important and not a bother to them. That alone, already deserves a 5 star rating but wait, theres more.Upon returning the vehicle, Robert assisted me and made the return as smooth as possible. He also made sure that Im important and arranged a free ride home instead of me taking uber or lift. Luis is their employee who drove me home and made sure I arrive safe and sound. I’m always greeted by name when I walk in with a smile from the entire team. Brian and his team is doing a phenomenal job. My wait time is minimal and it’s always explained to me if I have to wait longer then 5 minutes for the car due to the car being washed and sanitized. No complaints and I’ve been renting know for almost 2 years!!!

The only available car that was on site was a car that was twice the price of the one that I reserved. Comment: The worst rental experience of my life. I called to confirm my reservation that my car insurance made and my pick up from the auto body shop. The lady confirmed someone would be there shortly. I get to the location in Palmdale, the woman took all my information told me what my insurance cover per day then had a man show me the cars they had. This man showed me cars that was not covered by my insurance and told me I would have to pay the difference he also told me they have a waiting list and if I like they can call me when something becomes available. I asked him and the manager if there was any vehicles at the Lancaster location they said no. I called myself and the guy at the Lancaster location told me they had vehicles and they would be happy to assist me. This Palmdale location was not professional, had bad customer service, and was disrespectful. One of the male employees told me they have a waiting list and I can go home, another guy told me they can’t take me to the Lancaster location only back to the auto body shop and the woman manager did not try to accommodate me in any way. Since she had me brought all the way there knowing they did not have any vehicles available and my reservation was made two weeks before. She lied about Lancaster location having vehicles and kept trying to get me to agree to taking one of the vehicles they had and pay the difference with my own money. I will never go to this location again, this place need new employees. The only people who was nice were the two young ladies that picked me up from the auto body shop and took me to the Lancaster location.

The reason I rented a car from them is bc my car was in the shop and so I thought Enterprise would give quality service.... however....I had to switch out each rental car THREE times because all of their cars needed oil changes and maintenance. The customer service is terrible and I had to file a grievance on their assistant manager Jennyfer Cota not only is she unprofessional and petty but her passive aggressive behavior has made me look alot differently at ever renting from Enterprise again!!! Also their employee Jessica is problematic and overall this wasnt a good experience. The staff all give different rates for the same vehicle without informing one another... so clearly the communication between staff is not good. Just dont go here guys go to Lancaster Enterprise or anywhere else but here.All the managers are snakes and Liars!!!! Brian told me he was authorizing my card for a certain amount and actually charged me more than the amount that I owed and then denied it. 😳😳

An updated version of the original review is below:They had two cars available for me to rent with my reservation made two weeks in advance: an early 2000’s Ford Fiesta with a drivers seat that would not go back at all, and a mini suv that even the enterprise employee agreed smells strongly of URINE. I’m 6’1” 280 lbs, making the Ford Fiesta not an option I rode around town tending to my business and personal affairs in their 2010’s unpleasant smelling little SUV. Get your act together enterprise. I work at Wal Mart and we have our act together better than that.

Upon arrival I was SHOCKED at the information given and how it was the extreme opposite of what was stated on the phone.Do yourself a favor and pick any other location. They are very slow, repeat useless information multiple times, and tell you to just bring the deposit.Had I been more prepared the experience might have been somewhat pleasant but as not one employee could relay correct information and I called a verified numerous times with various employees.Enterprise clearly needs better training for their employees. I would be just fine seeing this location go under. I’d rather have an empty business than to let this one continue.

Comment: The staff are friendly, accessible, honest and efficient. Youre in and out in about a half hour, whether you are picking up or returning a vehicle. They have a good selection of vehicles. Conveniently located. My only complaint (not related to the facility): Enterprise, WHY have you doubled your rates at a time when so many people are struggling to keep their heads above water? Economy rentals went from $44 to $88, and the debit deposit went from $200 to $300. That puts a serious HURT on middle class working folks. Individual insurance policies went up, too...what are you thinking??? These rates might be the cheapest in town, but its still price-gouging. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Comment: I am never going rent a car from Enterprise ever. We made a reservation 3 weeks ago. My husband went there in person twice to make sure that we will have the vehicle on the reserved day. He explained that if we don’t get the car on the date we will miss our trip that will cost us 1000s of dollars.Yet just one day before our trip on a long weekend they texted saying, unfortunately they are “sold out” so they can’t give us the car. The text came after hours, we spent hours talking to customer service. Only answer we got was that we should talk to the local office. We waited and called the local office in the morning and the person picked up the phone was so rude, as I was explaining she hung up the phone on me. Her resolutions is that we get a 7 seater, but we are 8 people, how is that even a resolution!So frustrated, don’t deserve this on a long waited family vacation day. We work hard and wait for our vacation all year long. On the day these companies simply ruin it completely and we don’t even have any voice to fight them. Beyond irritated, again never ever renting a car fromenterprise.Reservation means simply a joke to them. They better say we don’t have reservations so people can at least know what will work for them.

Comment: I used to rent from enterprise without any problems. Now this office in Palmdale totally made me never want to use this service again. I reserved my car online. They gave me a 2021 Chevy Malibu. When driving off the lot, the car swerves to the right when you drive. So you have to drive with the steering wheel to the left and hold it in order for you to drive straight. So, one the next day. I am scheduled to bring the car in. On the Angeles National Forrest. The car loses power and completely stop moving. I couldn’t move. It no longer drive. So I call enterprise and tell them what’s going on. First off, I was upset. Let’s understand that. So my voice tone was upsetting. You can here it in my voice. However, that should never give them a reason to hang up on you and you are looking for help to get out of there. I had to walk a mile away from the car to get one bar. I was hung up on 13 times within a 6-8 minute time span. The roadside team continues to hang up on me. And the people at the local office didn’t help either. I had to call my wife to come get me. And the managers still haven’t called me yet to apologize or to offer any type of consultation at all. I’m completely disappointed. And this all happened last week on the 21-23 of June 2021.

Comment: Recently made a reservation for a Full Size rental for 3 days. Authorized a $200 deposit plus the cost, totalling almost $600... Enterprises Google Updates boast, We are open with clean, sanitized vehicles and a new low-touch rental process.Unfortunately, even with the high price tag on its rental, the car was not clean. In fact the dash which is where you need to touch, was filthy. Not dusty, grimey, sticky.. I attached pictures.Also, their low touch rental process included not providing a copy of the contract. I did not receive one by email after I left with rental, nor did I get one in person. (Would have liked to see how much gas they claimed it had..)They did offer a small discount for the car being dirty and the representative said hed take it back to clean it... So I waited.. it wasnt the outside that I had a problem with, but I hoped the interior would get a good wipe down. They presented the car to me 20 minutes later, completely drenched, and vaccumed none the less, but with the same dirty dash that I had pointed out. Pictures attached. They did include a Clorox wipe as mentioned in their Google Updates, guess I was expected to clean it my damn self.. Which I did. But for $600, I expected Full Service.Next time I will make the trip to Valencia.The cherry on top.. Drove off the lot with an almost empty tank. Pictures attached.

I waited a few moments and someone helped me get the car and then I drove away. I came back to return my vehicle and it was like a pit crew in there. It was fairly busy but by the time I backed the car into the spot someone was coming over to check out the vehicle. As soon as the car was turned in they offered me a ride back to my hotel.

Comment: I needed a rental car to drive while mine was in the shop. Enterprise made the whole process extremely easy. I made my appointment with the body shop, including the rental car request. Shortly after I arrived at the body shop to drop off my car, the Enterprise rep arrived with my rental. Smooth as silk. The return process was equally seamless. My only complaint (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the car smelled like cigarette smoke. I didnt think to ask for a non-smoking car, nor was that offered as an option. Other than that, my experience with Enterprise was perfect.

Comment: First of all I tried to reserve a car for Friday in Lancaster ca. they told me that both locations are completely out of cars thats Palmdale and Lancasters I made a reservation for the Palmdale location to be picked up on Saturday morning had a few issues called the guy about three or four times explain to him my position not only did he leave out important details but he also thru his sister location in Lancaster under the bus, so I asked for all details needed to rent a car and its been about eight years since Ive rented a car last time I rented a car you could still use cash,so the guy told me i would need a debit card and so I went and got a debit card loaded the card came to Enterprise and they rejected me and told me they couldnt rent to me, they insulted me told me that my card could be stolen it could be anybodys and did not help me I arrange for a ride to get to this location I live about 25 miles away Im dropped off and Im currently stranded and stuck untilI can get a ride here because of what they told me to do, if a person is getting a bank card for the first time the name wont be on the card didnt explain any of these stipulations to me beforehand I would have not wasting my time and money I spent money on getting the card and loading it and Im losing money because it cost money to put it on and to take money off they had me stuck and stranded outside in the heat and its at least 90 something degrees for hours Ive been really let down I have family that lives on the east coast and theyre here on the West and theyre 4 hours away and I was unable to secure the ride which they told me I was going to be able to, its been over 12 years since Ive seen my family Im really hurt and let down my uncle had sergoury and alot of the family gathered to show support but Ill miss out bcuz a potential humble loyal customer wasnt treated fairly, I would have been happy to return my business when my card comes in mail with my name since thats the only small detail they didnt mention till I was there I feel epically failed a d I am not short on the payment 😩😭😵

They didn’t clean the exterior nor the interior, the interior was full of dust particles carpets were dirty and blood stains on the top interior.Did they forget we’re in a PANDEMIC!Due to this vehicle being dirty on the exterior we didn’t notice the windshield was chipped until after we drove off and we cleaned the windshields with the wipers.The TAGS showed JUN 2020 and license plates WASHINGTON aren’t we in JULY?We only took the vehicle because it was the only upgrade MATT stated was available. After arriving home my family suggested I call Enterprise. This location did not answer their phones, so I called the main customer service line. I spoke with a representative that also was unsuccessful reaching them through the phone. The representative instructed me to drive back to the Location and request the vehicle to be switched out, the representative herself stated they should of never given us a vehicle with EXPIRED TAGS!After taking the vehicle back I Notice all the customers that were getting into their rentals the cars had just been washed. I than pointed out to Matt if all these cars are washed why wasn’t ours why did you give me and my family a dirty vehicle in the condition you did.He stated the TAGS are ok. After all he has the audacity to deny that the TAGS ARE not expired and than states oh it was my bad I didn’t have them clean your vehicle, and I’ll try check to see if we have anything else if not you have to take the downgrade.Really MATT! Can someone please tell me if TAGS show JUN 2020 they are not considered expired and you won’t be pulled over, that’s probable cause to pull you over! Comment: Renting the vehicle was easy and quick once I got to the front of the line. I was upgraded due to lack of the size SUV I had reserved; the upgrade was a pleasant surprise. My rental was to be returned the following day by noon (they close at noon on Saturday) and I realized I was not going to be able to return it on time. I tried extending the reservation on the Enterprise app and was told to call Enterprise. Called the 800# and listened to the recording; call the local office. At 11:11am I called the local office and was on hold until 12:15pm when I gave up. My reservation was not extended officially because no one answered the phone, either at their national headquarters or at the local office. When I mentioned this upon return on Monday, I was told the computer just automatically extends the rental. No awareness that a customer was on hold for over an hour. Returning the vehicle was very quick and efficient. I will rent from Enterprise again but I certainly wont attempt to reach them on the phone - and what good is the app if you cant extend your reservation????

Not perfect vacuuming and I would say not great at being sanitized for COVID-19 but they are always clean enough. The location is further for me to drive but I’d use the Palmdale one over Lancaster any day.

Comment: We rented a full size truck for a camping trip. The staff was friendly and the process was quick and easy. The biggest downfall was that the trucks gas tank was practically empty and the truck was dirty. It would have been nice to pick up a clean truck full of gas, ready to go, for our vacation. Instead we had to go straight to the gas station (not included in our time frame to get out of town) and go home and wash it before we even started to pack it up. Considering its a rented vehicle, I didnt feel my husband should have had to do that but it was necessary. Its also easier to return the vehicle with a full tank instead of trying to play the game of how much gas do I need to put in someone elses truck so that Im not charged extra. Seems like a clever game on Enterprises part. So they got extra gas from us too. Overall the experience was ok and the truck drove good.

When i got to the front Nick apologized for the delay and was up front about the time it would take. I checked in but went to the hotel while i waited. Comment: Friendly people. However, car was not ready when I arrived. Had husbands flight not been delayed, he along with our 2 year old grandson would have been waiting for me to get there. Did receive a larger vehicle because the one requested not available at no extra charge. I do not have vehicles with all the bells and whistles, so having some instruction would have been nice. Although, the overall experience was expensive, but good. Not sure I needed all the insurance I paid for, but never know what is lurking out there.

Every time you get a rental, one of the managers calls you after a few hours to ensure that youre satisfied with the rental. All associates are very friendly and helpful. They also try to upgrade your rental if they have the inventory available.

Comment: Sarah Vallejo provided excellent service. We arrived in our Honda Fit. My wife and I were on our way to Telesis to have body work done on it. Sarah had a Chevrolet Suburban available, but before renting it to us she asked if wed like to wait for a smaller vehicle because she noticed that we were used to driving a compact car. I thought that was nice of her to think of our comfort.All of my experiences have been wonderful with your staff. Sometimes theres a long wait time, but thats because there are too many people waiting for a vehicle; not the fault of the staff. One time there was a power outage in the Lancaster, California office which caused disruption. Again, not the staffs fault. Your staff empathized with our situation and assured us that we were not forgotten.Keep it up!

Comment: I started off with the Lancaster branch but they still lack customer service. Then I try the Palmdale branch and they were the best in everything. Answering my question, understanding my situations to get the best vehicle for my request and the communication is fantastic. Comment: I rented a car while mine was in the shop. I used my debit card because it was only for over night. I was told they would take a $200 deposit and refund it once the car was returned. No problem right...no I return the car and they proceed to not refund my deposit, but take and additional $200 from my account. I spoke with them and the young lady at the counter was really condescending and somewhat rude, explaining to me as if I were a child that it will take several business days for my money to be refunded. Well it would not be an issue if they had not screwed up in the first place. Oh, and did I mention she never apologized for the mistake. I have been renting with Enterprise for years...I will not be renting from them again. In fact I will pay extra not to rent from them. Customer service is a goal for them, not a policy.

Comment: Friendly, knowledgeable staff at the Palmdale location.I have been here several times and the staff is friendly, but incredibly busy. Im not sure if it is under-staffing or poor organization, but there is a sense of stress in the office that could be alleviated by designating a receptionist to answer phones, so front desk staff doesnt have to. When I have called, sometimes the phone isnt answered other times I have been put on hold for a long time. I appreciate that the front desk staff deals with the person in the location first, as it should.The vehicles I have rented have been clean, comfortable, and available as requested. The Courtesy Drivers have been pleasant and friendly.The Enterprise App is easy to use and informative.

Comment: This is a novel, about Sylvia Gamarra & Isaiah Blueford, two people that this location has, that are trully good at their job.We had trouble with our rental while on the highway enroute from L.A. to Az. We found this location, called ahead & limped in.Sylvia worked diligently @ getting us back into another rental so we could be back on our way, but what went on with Mr. Blueford gives me hope for customer service in America. He happened to encounter a disgruntled man, who, wasnt even the one renting the vehicle, an all out agitator. Mr. Blueford handle this guys agitation with pure courtesy, long story short, he quelled this guy with courteous actions & responses, even opened & held building door for him when they went out to rental, helped close his door as he got in on the passenger side! When Mr. Blueford came back in, I had to tell him so & shake that Mans hand! Good job you two!LAX could really use your training & attitudes!

Needless to say my review reflected the service I got.However, after refusing to use this location for over a year I tried again.Well, first huge improvement is the fact they moved across the street to a bigger location. Only slightly disappointed was prior to my pickings up rental I requested 2018 camry for weekly rental. I was told they dont garentee it but if available they would give it to me. Not 1 person can say for sure if they had 2018 camry at all in their inventory. Then next day I tried myself contacting nearby enterprise they told me they have 2 but cant exchange because it needed service. I felt how can both car need service on same day. I was disappointed in enterprise at lancaster and felt like they werent trying hard to satisfy my need. Since I was starting out long trip I couldnt wait to exchange at any location and ended up using hybrid car given to me and felt dissatisfied with performance of that car. Other than chasing to get the right car requesting at multiple time to enterprise rest was all good. So I gave only 4 star not 5. Comment: About 5 weeks ago, I made two reservations online for two full size rentals. When we got there, the girl took our information. She didnt bother to tell us right away that they had no cars. When she did, she said it would about a 30 minute wait. We decided to wait, since it was only 30 minutes. Surprise, surprise 30 minutes came and went and no cars. More people started coming in while we were waiting and different staff was helping them. Then we started hearing them say it would be about 45 minutes to an hour wait time, the cars are on the way here. The staff didnt have any answers when people started asking what was going on. They were very dismissive. This was our first time renting cars and we didnt that making a reservation meant it only guaranteed you the price, and it didnt actually guarantee you a car. When the cars finally showed up, there werent even enough cars for everyone that was waiting. They had also messed up and only put my name down on their list, even though we had a reservation under my dads name, too. Same last name, but the lady who wrote my name on the list didnt realize we had both checked in and given our information. A couple cars were returned while we waited and they tried giving us compact cars, even though we had requested and were paying for full size cars. We declined them and they were given to other people, without being cleaned. Finally the cars showed up. There was a woman who showed up after we did but because she caused a scene and was being rude she got a car before anyone else. They didnt even look at her place on the list, just gave her a car. We got there around 11:30am and didnt leave until around 2pm. It was such a bad experience, specially the customer service that I will never use this location again. I may never even use this company again. The staff needs to be better trained on what customer service is and to not lie to paying customers.

I was stuck in LA traffic getting back to Victorville.They didnt have Key Drop and their only solution was to have someone I know drop it off. Being from New York I didnt know anyone who could drop it off for me. I also had to catch my train, so dropping it off the next day was out of the question.I ended up dropping it off in Palmdale in stead and getting a ride at great inconvenience of a friend (3 hours out of their way).They were very nice at Palmdale, but it seems like this was a lot of trouble, worrying, and inconvenience for something that could have been fixed with a key drop box like many Mechanics shops have.

The only issue I had was waiting 2 hours to get my rental car - my appointment time was at 12pm. It turns out they didnt have the car I reserved and they were waiting for their next shipment of vehicles. I recommend calling in first to see if your car is available before showing up.But once they had my car, the service was a breeze. They also gave me a free upgrade since they didnt have the car I wanted so that was a nice surprise. The car was clean and there was no issues with it. The day I went to pick up my vehicle, the woman who helped me was EXTREMELY RUDE and unaccommodating. I had to get a relative of mine to come by and provide THEIR credit card in order to rent the car. I had originally made my reservation online at least 6 months prior to me picking it up. I was told that there would be a long wait because they were waiting on customers to bring back more cars. Whats the point of having a reservation then???? First time they wanted to charge me when insurance company was paying for the rental which was over $300 dollars. Be careful about credit card changes at check-out.... we are told that some systems (like those at airports) arent compatible with city rental facilities. Disappointing! Also, a relative is still disputing an additional driver charge that was verbally promised but later renegd as per the contract. Positive note- we were able to change our rental for an airport drop-off for a minimal fee - thank you!

Comment: I went in for a small car rental...my rental was given away by the time I was picked up. By the way, I had called first thing at 8:01 A.m. because they open at 8 AM, for a pick up. I didnt get picked up until 10:30. I was told I was going to be the first pick up of the day...and it never happened. My small car was given away and I was given a large car I never wanted. I did not want a large car! We were on a budget and that type of gas expense for a large car was not in our budget. Hence, the small car. And to top it all off, it was so dirty. I had to go home and semi-clean it myself. It was full of rocks, dirt, and God knows what else. It was disgusting. I am the customer and I am paying for your services! I am not taking anything for free. Why was I not treated as a paying customer should be? I called in several times to ask if it was custom for them to rent a dirty car to their customers... All I got was, its a busy day. We only do it when we are not that busy. The hell with that!! It is your job to clean it!! I had plans to leave to San Francisco with my husband that afternoon to enjoy Thanksgiving with family. It never happened. We had to call our relatives and excuse ourselves. My husband was extremely upset and so was I. This is unacceptable. I had made a a reservation a week prior, if not earlier.They did try to make it up to me by giving me a future discount... but that does not erase the experience. I was very disappointed and displeased. We did not make it to SF to see our family... and that, no discount can make up.

Comment: Reserved a car and tried to call them to give the required 24-hour notice that I needed to be picked up. Theyre allegedly open 9 to noon on Saturdays. I called CONSTANTLY from 9 to noon and got put on hold. CONSTANTLY. No one could pick up the phone in THREE HOURS?I canceled the reservation and booked with Avis. There are too many choices out there to put up with lousy service. Enterprise has lost my business.

Comment: Always appreciate doing my business at this branch. The representatives are not only professional, but, accommodating and friendly. They always find a way to say Yes, even if there might be a slight inconvenience. I would definitely recommend arranging rentals through this branch.

Comment: I have started renting from this location a few months ago, and the staff is great there. I really appreciate the hospitality I receive. Its always very busy there which speaks much volume about this location. I will be renting fr the 3rd time in November traveling for the holidays, so i hope the great experience continues. Thus far I am a big fan!

Comment: No good scam. Told $90.00 for a rental from Fri to sun, got insurance on the rental was never told how much it really was...full coverage on the rental through enterprise was double what the car cost per day.. Once I returned the car was hit with a 215.35 dollar bill after being told 90.00 for the weekend,I knew once I asked for insurance the price would go up a little but not double the price though ...Rented cars all over the country never had problem like this ....Went to hurts car rentalA year ago same circumstance fri to sunWent to Vegas and back in that time and had insurance but was charged what I was told it was going to cost total before signing anything and apon return was not charged more than that this is how its supposed to work

Comment: I have been given 5 star service at the Palmdale Blvd branch for two years the staff remembers. my name and are always polite they are always looking to assist to better your experience. I will always use this branch if in Palmdale yet I will always use Enterprise.

Comment: The vehicle I requested online was not available at the rental location. I rented a smaller vehicle, drove it ten miles then returned it because it did not have cruise control. There was no hassle. I was allowed to exchange the vehicle and was given an upgrade for the same rental fee. The service was excellent.

Comment: Ive rented from this location for years. I drive an extra 7 miles to rent from this location when there is another Enterprise office literally 1/2 block from my office. The staff and the level of care I receive each time Im there compared to the Lancaster office is by far above and beyond what the other office does. The current Manager Aaron, and Assistant Manager Erin, are working hard at making sure everyone is treated well.For the most part, the cars are clean, newer, and in good shape. I will continue to rent from this location as long as the customer care is there.

Comment: I think the people who work at the Enterprise office at 445 Palmdale Blvd are awesome group of people! I rent from them frequently, I sometimes forget that Im not Bank of America, and eventually return the car/truck. My aunt who loves the way this office service me, want to thank all of you for your dedicated service to the community. The rental experience is always pleasant, the agents are friendly, and even the guy who picks up, and drop off customers like myself add to the awesome experience I receive at Enterprise 445.
