Comment: If you have your car for a month expect $1,000 fee to be added on even though you pay with your credit card the fee to rent it a week but if you rent it for a month they do charge you even though already paid the rental fees just the FYI Make sure that you ask for all the fees. Not just the rental fee they do add on a lot of things when you get to the counter that you have no idea was there

Comment: Everyone was excellent at both branches. Although, it made my day difficult, not having pick up service from my home. The van was not as clean as it couldve been, it was obvious someone had kids in it, previously, who were eating in it. Im not a fan of being charged extra to leave the vehicle at a different branch. Additionally, you should REALLY be open on Sundays at all branches! I rented 15 cars last year and paid extra everytime for a car to sit in my driveway for a day because we didnt leave for our trip until Sunday! Overall, I like renting from Enterprise.

Also, Enterprise never lets me down.Theres only one thing I wish they could change, the air freshener in the vehicles is baby powder scented and too strong. I put open boxes of Baking Soda in the car and trunk, and still could not get rid of that smell. Maybe they can think about getting air freshener that is New Car scented! That would be nice. Thats no fault of DuPri though. He is still awesome!

My 1st car was nice but the inside was vomited inside every where and my last car was scratched outside and had chocolate all over the back seat. Cars really need to be cleaned. Comment: Literally they are the worst service ! I had my dealership set me up with a rental while my car is being repaired. When I picked up the vehicle first they didn’t want to give me a mid size vehicle although that’s what my dealership and myself had requested and were trying to put a hold of 100$! On my card also it had to be credit. Any way I got it resolved with my dealership I was able to get the mid size vehicle I needed and took off with it with almost 95% full of gas.. Well once I went back to return my vehicle they told me that the vehicle wasn’t fully returned with a full tank although I only had the car for 24hrs and literally drove 20 miles to go home and 15 miles to work. And about 10 miles to go return the vehicle let me also mentioned that prior to returning the vehicle I had put in about 9$ dollars of gasoline which is close to almost 2 gallons. I didn’t waste more than that on gas but today they refused to give me back my full 50$ deposit on my card and accused me of not returning the car with a full tank literally told me that I took more gas than I actually did although I showed them a receipt!!! This is literally the second time I have an awful experience with them. I will be making another review on the other enterprise as Well. These guys take advantage of ppl who are in desperate need a car due to whatever reason. And look for any detail to screw you over with any dollars they can take from you.

Comment: I have to give a shout out to Alberto. He really takes care of us. We reserved for a Nissan Roque size and got a Jeep instead. Unfortunately, the trunk was too small for our luggage amount and stroller. We then asked for a bigger car which he showed us a Dodge Durango. It was a nice size SUV for our little family. We took it home and somehow the car lingers cigarettes. I then had to call Alberto back and ask for a different one. We was very kind and told us to take the car back and he show us two different options. We got the GMC Yukon. It was a nice ride and we are very happy to have Albertos help . He really took care of us.

Comment: Planned a mini vacation for me and my family to go South Lake Tahoe.. Booked a Small SUV from enterprise on Franklin and got my reservation. I also read all details on how to pay .. It stated you could book with credit card and pay with another card if you would like .. So I booked with Major credit card and once I arrived I advised I wanted to pay with my debit the whole rental in full .. Per the rental agent I could not do that .. And if I didn’t have the whole amount of rental plus 200.00 deposit on my major credit card I couldn’t rent .. So I pulled up the web site where I booked and showed him what it say .. His reply was yes I know I’m sorry .. The devil was working hard I see .. So no rental and went to Elk Grove enterprise in the auto mall and got a rental using my debit card and was allowed to pay in full for my rental .. So all I’m saying is Don’t use enterprise on Franklin and 47th the don’t honor what their web page say didn’t rent me the suv .. Poor company never will I use them again ...

It was a hassle to even get the rental approved by my carmax care service..I literally had to call my insurance and have them speak to them! Then they gave me a return date on a holiday! I made several attempts to return it that day and calls to corporate to let them know the office was closed..the closest drop off was full and they said I wouldnt be charged for the extra day if I could just take a extra FURTHER trip to the airport and drop it off the next day..well I followed through and ENTERPRISE has not! I rented a car while mine was in the shop. the first car that was dropped off at the dealership was a chevy malibu. it was not my favorite would have sufficed for the week, with one exception. someone had been smoking a cigar in the car and it reeked of cigar smoke and gave me a headache. I was not be able to get to the rental center until the next morning, They upgraded me to an Infinity Q50 for my trouble. I have dealt with this location multiple times and have always been satisfied with the results, although you never know what kind of car you will end up with, it is always at least what you rent or a free upgrade, one time I rented a toyota corolla and ended up with a brand new fully loaded chrysler pacifica with less than 500 miles on it

Picking up the car didnt take too long but I was disappointed that they let anyone in the office without a mask even with the six foot distancing. Four people after me did not have masks. Dropping off the car took too long and the excuse was short-staffed. If you have several reservations in the queue and plan for walk-ins; last minute adjustments should be made to make sure enough staff are able to get us in and out very quickly. During the drop off visit, there were about six to eight people waiting with only two people wearing masks, that number includes me. Other than Enterprise not insisting people wear masks during the entire pick up and drop off process, my total experience was satisfactory.

Comment: Great people...questionable processesI really wish that I could give this place 5 stars because the people that work here are truly awesome, but I have had a problem with the pickup each time that I used the service. The first time I called and arranged a pick up between 4:15 and 4:45 p.m. for a 5:00 p.m. rental. I called the office at 5:45 p.m. to verify that I was still going to be picked up. I was informed that I was indeed still on the route and someone would arrive soon. The staff waited for us to arrive and I received the rental. The thing about it is about two weeks later, the same thing happened. This time I waited until 5:50 pm. thinking that they were running late again, only to find out that they never scheduled my pick up when I called at 2:00 p.m. that afternoon. The driver was annoyed, but it was no fault of mine.They say the third times a charm. We shall see.

I had my two daughters and assumed I would be in and out, based on past experience.Well that wasnt the case, not sure who was helping me; but not only did he delay me, he kept asking for documents which I provided them all. Then he tells me because my SMUD bill, which was paid up to date, that was due the day prior needed to be paid in order to get a rental. Now I could understand they have rules, but give me a break its the 20th my due date was the 19th.So now Im stuck with my two daughters, no car, and late to work because by this time its 8:30 am. I had to wait another 25/30 minutes for a ride home.Needless to say, I will NEVER spend another dollar at this location. I was extremely disappointed with the service. Comment: I’m an active platinum member with Enterprise and I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I’ve relocated to Sacramento and have been a customer at this location for a year. I reserved a small economy vehicle for 2 days and used 500 points to cover 1 day and I was left with a balance of $46 + $200 hold =$246 should’ve been held on my card. The new manager “Hector Cibrian” charged my card twice and held $246 twice.= $492. I have serious concerns about this new team at this location. Last week, I returned a vehicle that I had rented for 5 weeks and when I went to finalize the bill $685~the rental was not in my name AND the dates I had the rental for were not correct! The assistant manager “Ethan Kristensen” held me up 45 minutes scrambling around and turning red faced trying to figure out what to do! And when he finally corrected the situation there weren’t any vehicles left for me to rent that didn’t need an oil change, he offered to clean up the vehicle I just returned (I had 5 weeks) that needed an oil change. So I left without a vehicle that day. Only to return 3 days later to a deal that proved to be even worse. I just wanted to upgrade my vehicle from a Chevy Spark to a comfortable size 4 - door vehicle and this situation turned into a complete mess...and I ended up in an SUV and my costs went up (changed substantially). I was railroaded into this SUV situation because the manager “Hector” move around so quickly I didn’t have time to think and he will go on to the next customer or walk outside and come back in the middle of your conversations. He’s an extremely agitated and inpatient person. Please Note: I have to note also that it’s better for you to take whatever you get because even if there’s no customers in the store the manager “Hector” will move so QUICK and DOUBLE CHARGE your credit card and NOT be clear or accommodating to you. So be prepared to get ran over!!! And by all means do not leave your credit card on the counter while your discussing your rental, it will get swiped very quickly without him going over your charges until after he’s swiped! I’m so frustrated/stressed because I have another monthly rental I’m going to take out, I’m not sure if this location will have the vehicle in my class and if they don’t am i going to be charged all these extra fees in order to get into the next class level?!..... this new management suck!!!!!!! 👎🏽

You need to provide the following documentation: utility bill (smud or pge), paystub and another document that i forgot. i was asked where i worked, my supervisors name, how long Ive worked. it was awkward, but maybe they have been getting bad customers that they required needing to know such personal information. I will probably never rent with them again as they also required a 200 refundable deposit.

Comment: Got into an accident, other party paid for 55 dollars a day . Upon initial pick up of rental i expressed to the manager I wanted a luxury or sports car for a rental and would happily pay the difference if needed. The assistant manager put me in a economy car and assured she will keep checking and swap my car out for when a suitable one came in. She never called me back and told me to call other store locations because she forgot about me . When I called other location . I caught the other manager in a lie . Told him I want to set a reservation for a luxury got it all set . Then when I told I wanted to switch he said he gave it to another customer . He also had something comparable but then made the excuse it didnt have all the paperwork for it but they were showing it to other customers . Horrible experience managers at Franklin location and downtown sac are unprofessional And take no pride in their work.

Comment: Everything went well with my rental, customer service was great, my issue with reserving a vehicle online is, different rates for the exact same vehicle from two Enterprise locations approx 12 miles apart. I discussed this with an Enterprise service rep, was told they have no latitude regarding rental rates. I should say the difference on the daily rate was more than double for the same vehicle. I dont understand. Its justinconvenient, as I would rather use the Franklin Blvd. location thats walking distance from my work.

Comment: 😳I were not pleased with their renting process. Enterprise Rental Co. truly ask for too much information about your life. True examples, such as employer, supervisor name, your work position, utility bill, lease or rental agreement, pay stubs and finally your banking statement. The only they should be concerned about whether you have car insurance and how you would like to pay for the car rental? Never again would I subject myself to this process for only a car rental! Enterprise act like if your purchasing a new home. Ive canceled my reservation! Really Enterprise 😒

Comment: I recently have gotten two rentals in the past two months. My first time rental experience had no issues. The second rental I reserved and was 15 min behind the time to allow for the car to ready. I waited for about 25 min once there because the car was not ready. While parked at night my wife and I began to see a few roaches running around in the car including the inside wind shield. I tried to catch and kill one and it kept getting away. On a different night I see another and when I tried to squish and beat it, it wouldnt die. Because I was out of town I kept the car and my eyes out. When I returned it to the rental office I told the office worker what happened and she apologized and discounted my bill.

Comment: Normally I drive my own vehicle to work, but the other day my vehicles engine died on me on the i5 in between Woodland and Sacramento. I had no other option than to get the car towed to a local shop. Unfortunately for me I dont earn much at my job and the cost of towing and to diagnose my car left me without much money.This is where Marisha comes in. Hands down, some of the best customer service I have ever received. While her coworker estimated my pickup from the auto shop at about 10 minutes when in turned into almost an hour, she completely redeemed the entire location due to her unyielding desire to do right by her customers. I needed the car for 2 weeks to cover not having a vehicle while in town with the option of bringing the rental back early in case my truck was miraculously revived. The first quote broke the bank and I wouldnt have been able to pay for it. She took the time to adjust the rental arrangement, duration, vehicle, and rate to ensure that I would have a vehicle to get to my low paying job. Then when we got out to the lot she notices the vehicle that was chosen has an empty tank and takes the initiative to fill it up for me before handing it over since I wouldnt have been able to afford both gas and food for the week.The cherry on top comes when I return the car early and get the remaining days on my rental refunded. Circumstances forced me to do a dropoff at a different location than Franklin blvd. Their staff accidentally charged the dropoff fee a second time. This wasnt an issue however, as Marisha stepped up to the plate again and got that handled for me as well.Couldnt be happier with the service I received.

The vehicle I rented (a 2017 Ram 1500) was probably the best rental vehicle Ive ever had-and Ive had plenty over the course of the last several years. Comment: The car was filthy dirty, there were greasy fingerprints everywhere, foot prints on the backs of the driver and passenger seats and a water bottle filled with red juice rolled out from under the back seat! Not sure if this was from an employee or the previous renter. If I had time to bring it back to be properly cleaned, I would have, I ended up disinfecting the vehicle myself before I would put any of my own belongings inside. Not typical and very irritating.

Comment: Terrible customer service. Uncomfortable atmosphere.They were 15 minutes late picking me up then took another 25 minutes to just get the car ready. I had reserved the vehicle days before, called ahead of time, and scheduled the pick up early that morning.There was a box of Tampax (ladies hygiene product for that time of the month) sitting on the magazine table. What on earth was it doing there? I pointed it out to the guy who was assisting me but he didnt seem to care or plan to do anything about it.When the guy finally brought around the car he did not inform me what type of vehicle it was or tell me anything about the vehicle except that it started by pressing a button instead of the traditional key ignition. He didnt tell me where the emergency lights button was, how to work the air conditioning, adjust the seats, or the mirrors or anything! As soon as he handed me the keys he vanished before I could ask any questions.Im short so I needed to adjust the seats to reach the pedals and I had to go back inside and flag he guy down again just to show me at least that!Im never ever going back there again for my car rental needs.
