Comment: Let me start by saying PLEASE DONT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT! ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT INSTEAD. I was helped by Zach. I had a reserved rental through AAA. I asked for a mini van and there was an extra fee of $13.49 besides what the insurance was covering. He asked if $10/day would help instead of $13.49/day after I asked what happened to its only an extra $7 more for a van when we talked over the phone! I was happy that he was willing to bring it down to $10/day! He even told me to add their insurance on the rental for just that day and to call back and have it removed if AAA would insure the rental. He said they would refund it if that was the case. Well I did call AAA and I was told to have ENTERPRISE refund me for that insurance fee, I tried to get a hold of Zach twice and was unable to do so because they wouldnt pick up their phones. When I did get thru, Zach told me I needed to come back to their office and couldnt do the refund over the phone. I went the following day, I spoke to Zack and he assured me that he had refunded the Insurance charge for the rental! He said I emailed you the receipt! before leaving the office. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED MY EMAILS! Zach NEVER refunded me for that insurance premium. In fact not only did he NOT REFUND ME for the insurance coverage which cost me $33.99 he ALSO charged me $13.49/ day for the rental! When I finalized the whole rental return I brought it up the enterprise employee who was working that day. He did refund me the $33.99 for the insurance but assured me that I was being charged the $10/day rental fee. The emailed receipt shows otherwise and the math adds up to $13.49/ day which is NOT what I agreed to with Zach. I tried calling twice and they dont pick up their phones. It would take another 20min drive just to talk to someone about the charges! I mentioned to Zach that I was going to buy a car sometime this year and would probably be checking with Enterprise 1st before heading to the dealerships. Given my experience I WOULDNT BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE AT ENTERPRISE NOR would I RENT another vehicle AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I NO LONGER TRUST THEM!PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT INSTEAD!

Comment: One of the most unprofessional, rude customer service by a manager. She said her name is Alex. We rented a car due to our car being in a body shop from an accident. We dropped off the rental car as we picked up our car at the shop as was requested by the shop. She calls out of the blue and demands that we owe and better pay up or it will be sent to collections. Unbelievable that she is a manager of a branch. Enterprise needs to better train their employee, especially at a manager level.

Comment: They steal deposits at this location. Literally had to reach out to the locator down the street and get ahold of the district manager to refund my deposit. Ridiculous. I Also when I tried to buy a car here the female sales rep lied and said it was a soft check. Which was a lie! I dont know why I believed her🤦🏽‍♀️.Never again will I do business here. Extremely incompetent workers who have no integrity. Do better.

Brought me back to their office to fill out paperwork. The front office young lady was knowledgeable and friendly, taking care of my paperwork and determining the car to rent based on my needs and after doing a walk around inspection to determine existing damage, then providing me verbal instructions on how the car works, I was on my way.

Comment: I saw a vehicle online and set up an appointment for the next day. I was contacted by Carina Carillo-Colorado right away to confirm and went in the next morning. I was greeted with a warm welcome and knew I would have a good experience. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. I had pre-approval through my credit union, and she and Mike Gold (Sales Manager) made that process go through with no problems. I had set up adding the new vehicle to my insurance policy through my app, but was not sure about the start of coverage day/time. She called them to verify and cleared it up. From the time I stepped on the lot to look over the car, test drive, process paperwork and wait for the car to get washed and fuel added, it took just under 2 hours. I had a good feeling about going to Enterprise, and I am glad I did. Thanks Carina!

Car price was $16,999 vs bluebook $25,000.I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson last January, no problems with the car at all, I only wish they kept service records on the vehicles so that the buyer has an idea of when the last tune up or oil change was.I would highly recommend purchasing a car from.this office. The staff is friendly and more then helpful and always giving you that service with a smile attitude.Terri Lamey was my sales rep and her boss Candace LeMaster were both very nice to work with.

He helped me with an issue I had with another branch and guided to me as to how to resolve the issue, and did it during his time off and he did not know me from Adam.This last time, I went to Amirs Enterprise branch in Orange. for my rental need unfortunately they were out of rental cars, but Amir and Kaylee found me car better than I had asked for. Unfortunately, this took a few hours, so we went home. The next day Amir and Kaylee arranged for us to be picked up and gave us an additional day at no cost to us. They also arranged for Janna to take us home. Jana provided us with a fantastic customer care. Every company needs people like Amir, Kaylee and Jana. Great team! Enterprise car rental is fortunate to have them.

Comment: Of all the different Enterprise rental branches Ive rented from over the years (Ive rented from MANY locations), this particular branch in Orange is consistently the worst. They usually hand over cars that are still filthy in the interior. I can deal with a dirty exterior, but when the inside cabin has sand & dirt on the floors, old garbage from the previous renters, smears on the windows, and crumbs on the seats, Im sorry, I cant turn a blind eye. Im actually willing to let things go because I understand how busy this branch is. However, when 9 out of 10 times they hand over dirty cars to me, I feel that its my duty to speak up.Aside from renting out unkempt vehicles, this Enterprise office has lost my reservation entirely. Thankfully theres a satellite office a few miles down the street that bailed out the main office when it failed to do its job properly.

Comment: Had a SNAFU with our vehicle while in California. Had to take it to Honda. Needed to get a rental for 1 night. Everyone at this Enterprise was by far the nicest, most customer service oriented people I have ever met. First off they came and picked me up from the Honda service department, they got me in and out in a car in less than 20 minutes (I had my wife, daughter, and mother in law waiting for me), and on returning the car, got me in and out in less than 20 minutes AND drove me and my wife back to Honda! Additionally the gal who drove me there and the gentleman that drove us back to Honda were so friendly and cordial. Such a pleasure dealing with them. They all deserve a huge pat on the back.

Next day come back. Told supervisor my bad experience. She told me they work 10hr days and they want to go home right at 6. So frustrated she didnt even care. Comment: The Enterprise I rented from is where I have rented from at least 10 plus times. This past Friday, I walk in to pick up my rental and there is all new staff. I dont see anyone from my previous visits. They could not find my name anywhere in their system after 10 rentals, really? I did not want to argue after several attempts to locate my account. 2ndly, the staff is very blank faced, no one was warm and welcoming. Everyone was busy doing their own thing and they werent even warm to each other. Staff is very cold and did not seem like they really wanted to be there. The gentleman who showed me to my car was a little more pleasant but just walking into that office, the atmosphere is intense. Thinking twice about going back there.

Comment: Ive rented frequently from this location for years with mixed results. They rotate entire staffing and managers which give inconsistent information and reliability. Any questions will always give you mixed answers because of the staffing cycle. The only consistency is knowing that, when they do change staffing again, no one i speak to will be reliable or consistent with what is right for months.

Comment: Terrible experience. I had my car in the shop; got a rental from this location. When my car was ready they told me to drop off my car at my car mechanic shop, which I did. I got a phone call from the manager, Brian Luzil a month later to tell me they did not have the car. I was perplexed to hear that they had a car missing from their invetory for a whole month and did not know about it. I told Brian I left the car at the car shop, as Enterprise instructed me to do, they retrieved the car the next day. Then I found out they charged me for the whole month. When I tried to talk to Brian to understand what happened he told me that he did not believe my story and I was responsible for the charges. During our conversation he was rude, cut me off repeatedly, and closed the conversation by telling he will need to hang up on me, which he did. I am still trying to understand what happened here and how a manager can be this irresponsible and unprofessional.

Comment: Completely unprofessional staff!! Was told to be there before 6 p.m. to reserve a car, showed at 5:50 p.m. only to find the doors locked. Called office, at which time, sales rep said that most had gone home for the night or the rest of the staff were all working in the back; that they didnt take reservations or pickups past 5:45 p.m. A note on the door said Gone to pick up customer/drop off car....be back in 10 minutes.Its clear that everyone wanted to leave early, but if the hours are posted that the office closes at 6 p.m., then someone, as unqualified as they may be, should be there until 6 p.m. Nowhere does it say anything anywhere about getting there before 5:45 p.m. for the last reservation.Lost my business for good and corporate will be certain to hear about the lack of professionalism to shave off a handful of minutes of their day.

Also their willingness to pick me and delivery me back to my residence is very commendable. Plus I believe Rachel Kaplan, who is definitely a fox, is an number one asset to your operations there in the fabulous City of Orange. Keep up the good work and Ill keep coming back, if not for your excellent services and prices, at least for Rachel, she is attractive and should never leave Enterprise. Lord, if only I was forty years younger or lease as rich as Warren Buffet, Bill Gates or old Nelson Rockefeller.

Comment: Reserved a full size car to drive across adjacent states and was given one choice when I arrived but then I was told that it had no spare tire, only a patch kit. Not a smart way to travel across the country. My only option was to take one of the smaller cars left on the lot which did have a real spare tire. I was told that the adjustment would be made to my bill when it was turned in, but that too never happened. Sorry Enterprise, but I will not be back.

Comment: My car had to go in the shop. We always use Enterprise for rental because they are so attentive and have great customer service. We called, they were accommodating. We got the size we wanted and used it for the weekend, however we had car issues (needed oil, a/c stopped, felt like the transmission was slipping) so when we returned from our trip and wasnt readyt ready, I extended the rental but requested another car. Although they didnt have the size, they upgraded me to the next size at the same price. Enterprise takes great care of us. The van I have I purchased from Enterprise Sales. We plan on purchasing our next car from them as well. Great service - great choice of cars.

I told them that dont charged me on my credit card and upon return I will pay you in cash but prior of return which is dec28 specified in my contract they already charged me earlier two days before. citibank advices me on my tel that enterprise charge me. in other branch of enterprise they only charges you on the date specified in the contract. I gave my credit card for security deposit.

Comment: We rented a mid size SUV. It was a slightly older model Chevy Tahoe but perfect for our trip. The truck had no gas and the gentleman giving me the truck advised me to go straight to the nearest gas station or I may not make it home. I didnt notice until later that day that a coat had been left in the truck from the previous customer, folded up in the back seat. The next morning when we started to pack up we noticed how filthy the carpets were. With the coat being missed by the person cleaning the truck and the dirty carpets and no gas it was clear that whoever had cleaned the truck was in a hurry.The truck worked great. We had a difficult time returning it on empty. The rental staff was nice enough to give us a free upgrade for the extra gas and the dirty carpets on our next rental.All together pleased as usual with our experience. Would have been nicer if the truck had some gas and been clean.

Comment: Love our Enterprise staff in Oregon, very professional, plus they do go out of their wayto help you and make sure you are satisfied/happy when you leave with their rental.Visiting CA, now, and we are Enterprise Plus Member.Price for a regular compact size car is about $22-25.Enterprise told us, since we did a walk in, the price for a compact is $78 per day.For three days we paid $234.We know its summer, but personally, we called it summer price gougingWe felt they didnt try to help us or call other Enterprise to see if they could help.Kinda sad, but Thank goodness we are going back to Oregon/Enterprise!

She looked it up and said yes, they have 4 vehicles that would work and named them. When I got there 5 MINUTES LATER, they had none of the vehicles on their lot but they did have some that would cost us money. Bait and Switch! This was unacceptable since we were not at fault of a near fatal accident, I asked if they had anything below the tier we were assigned and they said no.Dont believe what they say over the phone theyll lie to you just to get you in the door and then theyll try to up-sell you.

I could not even set the seats because they had no accessories that can change the elevation for the seats. It was not cleaned and I could smell the smoke in the car. When I informed about inconvenience, the lady saidIts okay. How can you be so irresponsible for the service you are giving? Ignore this place if you can!!!!!!!
