Comment: SALES representative Destiny tells customers that their insurance policies don’t cover car rentals and need to purchase additional coverage. Of course to make a commission!! This is not only untrue but a scam! The manager was NO help! When I asked do speak to the GM they said the assistant manager is the top of the chain there. Incredible. This location has awful customer service. There was two people behind me in line with the same complaint! Do better Enterprise!

Comment: One of the best experiences renting a car. It was last min and I was a little worried about getting a car from Enterprise based on past experiences around the Airport rental locations. But this particular location, top tier! I want to personally shout out Trenton Williams. Really chill guy. I went there for something regular for my trip just so I can get in and out. But he made some great valid suggestions, and had me thinking more about comfort and having a piece of mind in what I’m in, rather than me rushing. He gave me a great deal to upgrade into a wagoner and got some extra protections. I travel with a lot of camera equipment so it just made sense. Our team, when we are in LA, will be renting from this location. Ask for Trenton!

Must be a LA thing ❤️ although the manager never seems to respond to the reaching out texts during your rental period so not sure if thats a technical or management issue. If LAX airport Enterprise isnt available, I dont find it super inconvenient to come here because of the employees. Thank you for still being nice even though you guys were busy!!! I get anxious when I see a busy place because Ive had people be mean and rude so seeing that theyre not like that here is reassuring.

My returning experience was awful, Im being charged for deep cleaning for dog fur that was already there to begin with.( I have no pets). The car was poorly washed inside when received. Comment: I wish I could leave negative stars. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE! I am being charged thousands of dollars for a car I NEVER LEFT THE LOT WITH. I NEVER HAD THE CAR! I am currently in a legal battle with them. Two of their employees were responsible for damage to the car before I left the lot. So I never ended up renting a car. They are trying to pin it on me even after they admitted it wasnt my fault. They are now involved in a massive cover up. I was lied to, gaslit, and now they are attempting to charge me random amounts of money. On top of this terrifying fact that they keep trying to charge me insane amounts, they are lying to me through out this whole process. The manager Richi is a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PATHETIC human being. He should and when Im through will be fired. It feels like this place is run by thugs. Another employee laughed at me in my face as they were covering everything up. I had a 60 hour trip to LA for work and they ruined the WHOLE trip. They never put me in another car after they said they would. They told me I could rent but with another branch. So the next day I had a reservation for another branch and when I got there they said they couldnt actually give me a car because I was on a do not rent list. They called Richi the monster and richi basically said something to this location on the phone and the location got extremely weird with me and said they couldnt help me. This is a surreal situation and is an absolute nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! I will never use enterprise again, as I was an enterprise + member. I have never had a problem with enterprise prior and I rent over 15 cars with them a year. This branch is extremely dangerous. GO ELSEWHERE. This whole situation is dystopian.

On 10/24 I came in to pickup vehicle, non available and they continually tried to put into a Crossover vehicle. I couldnt get a straight answer from Nick, the Manager.. I spent over 2 hrs dealing with Nick had to settle for a BMW 2 Series or a Cadillac XT4.

They are only open weekdays during business hours (8-5) and will not provide any sort of transfer to another location (LAX Enterprise or my home - actions that they actively promote in their coprorate advertising). Comment: Had been doing business there since they opened and always got great service. Sadly that came to a crashing halt! Rented a higher end crossover. Had an odd ball incident where the vehicle rear door refused to lock (I simply pushed the button and it automatically open or closes and locks, this time trying to open it, it started to beep continuously, checked to make sure nothing was blocking the door to no avail, had to drive it back with it ajar beeping away), of course this had to happen of the day of return. Once at the rental place, after having to explain it to two different agents the manager comes out (Omar), for whatever reason he had an attitude and became belligerent, starting to accuse me of breaking the door. Since I didnt opted for their insurance they demanded I had to give them mine, which I found odd because I gave them that information when I rented the car. Either way he was totally unprofessional and rude and said that he was doing his job and making a report even though it felt he unfairly started to accuse me with zero regard. After a few weeks I get a letter saying that I was responsible for the cost of repairs which ran into the thousands and that they would submit a claim to my insurance company. When I read up on their report they stated that it was an incident of unknown origins. Basically the latch that locks the rear door sensor malfunctioned. Something about this just didnt sit well with me. Their report had the VIN of the car so something told me to look it up. Low and behold it turns out that the manufacture had a recall on this very part and they where sending out a notice to all owners to bring it in to their repair shop to replace it. I made copies contacted my insurance company as well as sending the letter to Enterprise showing them that this was an existing problem. My insurance company dismissed the claim and I have heard nothing from Enterprise since. I also did not get my deposit back, at this point Ive just chocked it up as a loss and simply will never do business with them again. So be warned, they will try to pull a fast on on you if you dont buy their insurance and they do not keep up with any recall notices on their vehicles!

When we arrived later that day they didn’t have the mustang there. Why would you say you have the car after making the reservation for us to arrive and it’s not there? We ask if they could call other places for the car we reserved. The salesperson stated he doesn’t have access to the other lots. Don’t go here, they are incompetent.

Comment: WORST CAR RENTAL LOCATION IVE BEEN TO.After waiting 1.5 hours beyond my reservation time, I was given a vehicle that had not been cleaned or filled with fuel. After driving the car for two days, the oil change light came on, but they wouldn’t exchange the vehicle.Then, they charged the wrong credit card.I have called 5 times to remedy the card issue. Each call has been at least 30 mins on hold (up to 48 mins on hold), and EVERY time someone has picked up the line then hung up before even saying anything. Absolutely ridiculous.UPDATE: 4 weeks later, the credit card issue still has not been resolved. I finally got someone on the phone, who promised that the accounts section would call me back. That was a week ago!

After an hour and so of waiting my vehicle never arrived and the staff advised me that they were unsure if they would have a vehicle available for me. I then asked for an alternate vehicle and was advised that the only vehicle they had available would cost me an extra $15.00 a day. I contacted corporate and was advised that I would be contacted by a district manager because I should not be charged for services that the branch could not provide. I accepted the offer of the additional $15.00 a day after being told a district manager has the ability to refund the difference. Till this day, I have yet to receive any call or email from any enterprise representative. I will NEVER use this branch again.

It was a bit busy, on a Friday late morning, but we were greeted by a representative right away and advised to wait in well-spaced chairs out front, for social distancing! Be prepared to be a bit flexible on what vehicle you get, as it is a smaller location and Fridays are a busy day for cars getting returned and rented out, but all the vehicles were quite new and VERY clean. Thank you so much for making our first trip back to CA in over a year so relaxing and easy!!

Comment: Overall great experience at this location. Had to rent from them because airport locations couldn’t guarantee a 3 row SUV despite my top status at National. Location employees called twice before day of pickup to ensure I was on schedule and to check if I needed anything. SUV had 5k miles on it and was clean and ready upon arrival. Will was courteous and as helpful as he could be with my luggage and my baby’s cargo, a welcomed behavior given my cross country flight with a toddler in hand. Drop off was smooth as well. The young lady who helped me - apologies for not catching her name - was friendly and efficient, very appreciated qualities given my need to return to LAX to catch a flight.I would give this place 6 stars if they could at least offer drop off at the airport, but I understand why they can’t. All told, I’d rent from them again if back in LA for personal travel.

Comment: This is the rental company they had me go to for the insurance claim because a big rig truck hit my car while I was at a red light. The rig drivers slimy insurance company sent me to enterprise and the only car they had available I took because I had to get to work. The car come to find out after driving a few days had roaches in it, I was so disgusted. This was the worst experience I have had with a rental car company.

Comment: This is one of the better Enterprise Rent-A-Cars but once you get approved to get one just be sure you dont get a car that came from too far away because if someone drove down from Oregon believe me that car needs a tune-up before anybody tries to drive around La just to get around it probably would need a oil oil change as well so but this is one of the finer Enterprise rental cars with no Hang-Ups no problems make an appointment and we shouldnt have a problem thanks Enterprise

Comment: Background: An incident involving my personal vehicle occurred; therefore, insurance company sends me to Enterprise for a rental because Enterprise bills insurance company directly.1.December 10, 2018 Monday: I go to Enterprise, lot has 2 rental vehicles to choose from, neither of which are ready to be rented. Inquired about vehicle from another location, Yesenia (Branch Rental Manager) said she would contact me and let me know.2.December 10, 2018 Monday: Yesenia does not contact me; I return hours later, she acknowledges that she forgot to contact me. A vehicle is ready.3.December 10, 2018 Monday 11:34 a.m. – Date & Time Out. Odometer – 28,891.4.December 12, 2018 Wednesday 6:56 a.m. Odometer – 28,917. Engine light comes on, Low tire pressure light on. Tire pressures levels – 43, 42, 43, 25. Call off from work…5.December 12, 2018 Wednesday 7:58 a.m. – I contact Enterprise, speak with Daniel, and inform him about situation. Daniel advises me to drive vehicle (with engine light on and low tire pressure) back to Enterprise. Daniel starts conversation, “I see you picked up the car on Monday, correct? Joseph states, “I can’t go get it [the car]…I can’t go get the car.”12.December 12, 2018 Wednesday 2:10 p.m. – Voice message from Jon (Manager) stating that they can drop off replacement car.13.December 29, 2018 Saturday 10:27 a.m. – I receive “Summary of Charges” from Enterprise, charged my credit card for 3 days (Damage Waiver)TLDR: DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE - Engine light and low tire pressure light comes on less than 48 hours after renting vehicle and less than 30 miles of travel. Enterprises solution - (me) drive their vehicle to Pep Boys, Firestone, or use my AAA to tow it. Conclusion, my credit card is billed afterwards.
