Comment: Worst experience with branch manager Evan. We arrived with a reservation and we were informed that they overbooked and do not have any cars available. The next car available will be ready in 3 hours if we are lucky is what he said. He had given a car to a customer in front of us with no reservation. As a Branch Manager I feel that you should be respectful to your customers and to your employees. He was training and that is great teach your employees hands on, but don’t yell at her because you are frustrated due to the lack of inventory. This was such a bad experience very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this location.

Comment: They rented to us last minute as always. My wife and I use enterprise only. We’ve tried Fox rental once and it was a horrible experience thru the door. Enterprise is always quick and efficient. Olivia (I really hope I remembered correctly her name) was awesome. We will stay forever customers for all our car rental needs. I’m the past 5 years we’ve used enterprise at least a dozen or more times.. My father would only use enterprise when I was a kid when we’d go on our Vegas summer vacations. I will show my kids (when licensed) where to go to rent a car in the future. That’s how much I appreciate enterprise

Comment: Horrible experience today with branch manager Dougie we have been a customer since February with all payments being made until this past Wednesday we received a call from this individual requesting for payment we have several issues with past payments with them, charging the wrong card not my card with my attorneys card we was told if we didn’t return car they was going to break contact and report stolen I ask if they can give us til today which is Friday the 30th me this manager got into disagreement to the point I said F boom when my attorney called to make a payment today he said I called him racial slurs so he didn’t want to take the payment lies false allegations against which all calls are recorded contacted Corporate I want them to pull calls please this is totally wrong to falsely accuse defamation of character

Comment: The folks in Port Orchard, Wa 98367, were wonderful, helpful, and very professional.They rented me a Crystler SUV that got almost 500 miles per 20 gal tank. It was a wonderful feeling when you considered the price of gasoline.Check-in was very fast and easy. It took less than 10 minutes.When I arrived at my final destination in Ontario, Ca; turn in was even faster, under 2 minutes.I highly recommend using Enterprise Car Rental as my go to company. You wont be sorry that you did.

Comment: I called your location at 1344 E Holt Blvd, Ontario, CA 91761 the morning of Monday 3/27/23, to confirm my 15 passenger van reservation I had reserved from Monday 3/27/23 thru Wednesday 3/29/23 to be able to use carrying family members to my dads funeral services. Your employee Olivia, answered the phone very professionally and took care of me as if I was her only customer, by letting me know that she was going to call the current customer that was due to return the van that same day, was going to return it and not extend his rental, and she said she would let me know the outcome as soon as she speaks with that customer. A few minutes later, Olivia called me back and said my van would be available as planned. When I arrived on Monday 3/27/23 to pick up the van, she checked me in and walked me to the van waiting for me to take, and she said that the actual van I was supposed to rent, came back with body damage and could not rent it out, so she called your nearest location in East Ontario, CA and luckily they had one available and said they went there to pick it up and bring to this location just for us. Wow, that was sure an act of going above and beyond for me the customer and I and my family surely appreciate Olivia and your team there for taking care of us that way. Olivia was super friendly and ensured that I was satisfied with the van before I took it off the lot. Thank you Olivia for taking care of me the way you did, and I will surely be coming back to you if I need a van in the future.

Comment: I was okay with the car and service, until I extended the car for a few more days and I received a final sale on my credit card while I still had the car. In all my life of renting a car from Enterprise, I have never have a close final bill while I still had the car. Which means, I had no availability on my credit card to extend the car any further. I was so angry and upset because I was told two different things. Totally, not the best service because Olivia, the manager had told me that the authorization falls off after 30 days, however, I was charged the $3079 and a 409 authorization on the same day. I was so confused, then another manager told me when your bill gets over $2000 they have to close it out all while you are still driving the car. I was charged for days I hadnt even used. I dont think that was right. So I turned the car back in before I was through using the car.

Comment: Needed to rent a car for few hours and all the places at the airport were sold out. Went here and the plan was to return it to the airport. However, there was damage to the front end that Iade sure the agent noted or so he said he would. When I got to the airport to return it they said there was no record of it in the notes. We called the place and were eventually able to get them to confirm it was damaged when I picked it up. Jessica at the airport was very helpful, but then while on the shuttle with my daughter who is 3 years old the branch manager calls me and hangs up on me in the middle of the conversation. Very unprofessional and I will stay away from this location in the future and probably Enterprise as a whole!Update: Followed the directions in the response from Enterprise and have yet to speak to anyone in management. Their customer service is garbage and I will never rent from them again!

Comment: BEWARE!! This place ripped me off for $750. Manager ducky refused to fix it. Said he would refund 20% of the $750. First off they didn’t even answer my calls for over a month apparently there was no manager on site for that long. I finally got a phone call in return and I had told them they over charged me!! He refused to fix their mistake he asked if I can prove it he will refund me. I was charged $30 a day for over 3 weeks, same day I went to pick my rental up I told them to remove the $30 daily waiver fee because who the heck will agree to pay something like that? They never removed it. Either way I WIN. He refused to help me and refund the $750, I refused his 20% refund of $750. Not only did I provide the proof to my bank to contest this $750 fee, they approved it and gave me my refund. Enterprise lost a customer. I spent $1900 on a 3 week rental I was willing to pay it but not the additional $750. Sorry I won’t get played. Thank you ducky though for the terrible service.

Corey, a manager in training had me wait over half an hour in the cold to have someone tell me there is nothing they could do for me. I lost time, money and most importantly, was unavailable to attend a loved ones funeral due to the incompetence of the employees. Although I was extremely cooperative, professional, and at the least kind, the employees went above and beyond to make sure I did not receive any kind of service. I hope this review helps someone in the future when choosing where to take there business

We are instructed to return the family rented vehicle by 11:30 pm and we made sure to give it back by 9:00 pm. The moment we entered the lot there was this big intercom with an aggressive tone male pre-recorded voice that told us that we were trespassing! Treating the customer like criminals while returning the vehicle is no way to earn our business! For any future customers, take your hard earn money elsewhere! They also did not have the car that was promised and gave us something completely different. Overall experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car is not acceptable!

They were very understanding and knew exactly how to deal my situation. The two gentlemen who helped me were named Omar. Both of them made things easier than I expected which made me feel better. He offered to upgrade us but after consulting with his Assistant manager Evelyn, he changed his mind and insisted that he couldn’t give us the vehicle because it was reserved. I explained that my vehicle was reserved and they gave it away. Needless to say, they sent us away without a vehicle. We called corporate and they hung up on us. Every time I’ve been to this location (3 times now) they are so unorganized and NEVER have the vehicle I’ve reserved in advance especially if it’s anything bigger then a midsize SUV. Don’t use this location if you want to keep your sanity.

Comment: They are not honest here even though that is supposed to be one of their values. We reserved a rental car online through a 3rd party and bought insurance through them as well. Upon arrival the employee said it wouldnt cover the car and that their coverage was what we would need. We showed them the coverage paperwork and explained what other insurances we have and they kept ignoring it saying it doesnt cover the car and we would have to buy theirs if we wanted coverage. We added it and I called the other company to ask why their coverage didnt work at Enterprise but they said it does. They suggested canceling the Enterprise insurance since it was 3 times as expensive!I called Enterprise, and it was very hard to get a hold of them. There are long waits and they hang up on you if youre waiting for representative too long.Finally I got through and explained the insurance we have. This employee said it does cover their cars. I asked why I would need their insurance then and why they didnt accept it before. He just repeating that it was optional and they offer it to everyone. I asked if they could refund the insurance and he said yes if we bring the car back in for inspection. We did but they would only refund part of it which is not what they told me on the phone.I did not feel like they care about their customers nor did they want to make it right. They dont seem to care about being dishonest if it will make them more money. This was our first experience with Enterprise, and unless they can make it right, we will never use them again. Weve had no issues with multiple other car rental companies.------Update: sent an email to Enterprise customer care a week ago and was directed to the regional manager. Still waiting to hear from them. 2/29/2020-----Update: months later Ive sent multiple emails and was told someone would get back to me. They never did. Sent more emails asking the issue to be escalated which after a few more attempts it finally was. Finally received a phone call and the person said theyd refund the one day of insurance I paid for because I wasnt aware of the policy that they wont refund it if it is past the first day. No mention of the LIES the employee told me about the insurance I previously purchased not working. They played it off as the employees was just telling me about the insurance I had the option to buy. Very dishonest company that takes forever to get back to you and doesnt care about wasting your time.

Comment: I scheduled to pick up a suv at this location at 9am, when I got there they told me it wouldn’t be ready for another hour due to increased sanitization in their vehicles. I patiently waited until 10:30, when they pulled up the car it had bugs on the front bumper and headlights and dirt that wasn’t cleaned off properly. I didn’t mind too much the outside because they at least “washed it down.”As I drove off the lot to the gas station, I noticed the inside windows weren’t cleaned for the second and third row. The glass had smudges and fingerprints. Overall I was disappointed with Enterprise. I book through them several times a year, but after having a bad experience I will reconsider going to this location. Giving a dirty car to a customer is not professional, but also unsanitary with everything going on right now.Tried contacting management before posting this, but no response.

Comment: This is my go to rental car place.. I love their service and the cars they have for use are new. I recently used the 2020 Toyota RAV4 and that car is amazing. I’m now considering downsizing from my Acura MDX to the rav4. Before it was always you need a credit card to rent and now they added the debit card option with the regular deposit. I highly recommend enterprise. It’s best to book ahead because their cars are always in high demand.

Comment: This is probably the worst customer service experience Ive had renting a car in my entire life. I did not expect to be told that my vehicle wasnt available after reserving it online but thats understandable things happen thats not the issue so when I show up to the other Enterprise location in my neighborhood I did not expect to have to wait an hour to be picked up after being told 30 minutes I didnt expect to not receive a phone call from that agent I did not expect for them not to have the common sense to call the other location where I left my information two days prior to rent a car from that location. Side note as part of the requirement for renting a vehicle a utility bill must be provided which at the time I did not have on my person but it was on file at the other location. the fact that in college graduate working at the counter didnt have common sense enough to do that or have enough compassion empathy or intelligence to understand that their customer service was already suffering from the earlier full power regarding the booking is beyond me. just because I didnt have a credit card doesnt give the agent the right to have a attitude towards me Ive rented from this company before and giving them thousands of dollars so I expect to be treated with respect as opposed to some arrogant customer service agent who seemingly turn her nose up at the fact that I was using a utility bill to meet that requirement. Enterprise execs please keep in mind that The New normal does not mean that you treat customers this way. I have never written a review before in my entire life but the service was so bad I felt obligated to do so as a warning to the general public I hope this message reaches the right eyes and resonates with the right minds thanks for the previous 25 or 30 years of great service Enterprise but I guess were done.

They were all very friendly and patient, Although it took awhile for me to receive my rental due to high demand and less employees cause of covid cut backs. totally understandible. also they were cleaning my rental as i checked in. The manager helped me out and made sure all covid restrictions were made. Kimberly gave me my rental and she also received it. will defiantly go back to this store for my future rentals.

Comment: Waited outside for 2 hours to get a mini van. Credit card wasnt accepted for a pre-existing reservation so a new one had to be placed. Old one wouldnt cancel even though we never got the car. Finally got the car and found whats in the attached photos inside. It was difficult just trying to talk to the same employee to get the issue sorted out.I realize the employees are only human. I blame the management. It was sloppy and even the best employees to exist ever cant fix a bad system.

Comment: Worst experience I’ve ever had renting an exotic rental from enterprise, I made a reservation when I arrived they did not have the car I requested so they rented me a similar vehicle, as I was driving home the car would glitch and the dash and electronics inside would shut off then reboot, it did this at least 4 times on my way home. I found out car had two recalls for faulty software and a headlight that was not aligned and could cause an accident. I spent the whole next day trying to exchange the vehicle and they would not assist me kept sending me to other offices to find out if they had exotic vehicles I kept calling offices and they would send me to call center no offices answer there phones I was stuck with a faulty vehicle for 5 days then decided the only way to get there attention was to do another reservation so finally ended up there explained the situation they closed the rental out and charged me 3 times the amount I was originally paying and would not help because they said i had to deal with the previous office that they could not help I’m closing my corporate account and renting elsewhere.

None of this was mentioned and we dont appreciate being told that, especially when we signed the bill stating that we would only be charged the rental fee, plus the deposit. Nothing was mentioned or stated about an extra $200 deposit. Thankfully we had it, but what if we needed it for bills? Customer service is of no help, and doesnt even tell us when the deposit will be reimbursed. Its supposed to be a hold, not a charge.

Comment: I’ve used Enterprise rentals for many years. I always had a very good experience until my last rental which was at the Ontario Branch. The option I was offered was a free upgrade to the only vehicle that was available to me that I would not have to pay additional fees. It was not obvious to me that the vehicle had smoke in the ventilation until I started having problems. Nor was it disclosed to me by the employee who helped me. When I was halfway to my destination my nostrils began to burn and my eyes became very irritated and started tearing. Instead of returning to the branch where I received poor customer service I went to branch office in Riverside where I have always received excellent customer service. Anita Ramirez, Management Trainee, took very good care of me. She provided a very nice upgrade and apologized for the difficulties I encounter with the vehicle from the Ontario Branch. Kudos to you Anita!! I appreciate you. Thank you for a job well done. You are an asset to the management team!The 5 star rating is for the Riverside Branch.The Ontario Branch gets 1 star and 2 thumbs down.

I informed Courtney that I was in a hurry to get to work. Upon arrival to the branch she got my paperwork ready and met me outside to inspect the car. After choosing the nearest location that Costco offered me I reserved car at the Upland location on Foothill. I called the location to request a pickup at my hotel that I’d be staying at, the Azure Hotel in Ontario, I notified the Enterprise agent Luis, that the hotel was across from Ontario Airport. He seemed to be in a hurry and wanted to end the call quickly but he assured me I’d be picked up. The day before my flight I called Enterprise again just to make sure I was being picked up first thing in the morning. Luis had answered the call and asked me where they were picking me up, I stated to him Azure Hotel&Suites In Ontario, he then told me they don’t pick up people in Ontario. I was furious as I asked him why he didn’t let me know weeks before when I called. He said “I don’t know, but we don’t pick up there.” After letting him know how upset I was and told him what he did to me was very unprofessional, he then offered to call the Ontario branch and was able to reserve a car for me with them.Not trusting Luis, I called the Ontario branch and spoke with Brittany Martinez to ask about my pickup. What a difference, she was polite professional and focused on me and my needs. She assured me that I would be picked up first thing in the morning. I received a call from Brittany at 8 am sharp asking me if I was ready to be picked up. I was picked up and got car, everything went as smooth as I expect businesses to run. Brittany saved my lack of confidence in Enterprise and will continue to rent from them. Thanks Brittany for taking care of me. If anyone calls the Upland branch and Luis answers phone I suggest you ask for another rep. ANYONE ELSE!

Comment: I have rented cars twice form this location, and both experiences were very pleasant! Courtney and her team were very helpful and were great at explaining everything to me. The process was made fast and easy because of them! The only downside is that many times the car you actually want to rent is not available, but thats more on the companys side than the individual location employees. Overall, a great experience and great service! I leave satisfied every time I come here.
