Comment: I rented a pretty scratched Toyota Tacoma, and when I returned it, I was told that I caused a huge dent and that I had to file an insurance claim when I stated that I did not cause any damage and the damage was there I was told that that’s not true and I needed to file a claim and then I got a callback saying that investigation was done and the damage was there. I was falsely accused and almost spent several thousand dollars because somebody didn’t investigation before they called me to tell me that I was responsible. Roy and George. Terrible customer service. I’ve also rented many many many many times and never had a problem and no one admitted any wrongdoing or apologized.

Comment: I was staying at the Ramada and had to add a friend as a driver, I went about noon new years eve, we went inside and waited for about 10 minutes till a worker without a mask came in and rudely asked us what do you need? i told him i needed to add a driver, he then left with another customer, came back 5 minutes later and told us the internet was down and he couldnt add them, while he was using his iPad to help another customer.... the whole time we were there we noticed car keys scattered unattended with customer credit cards in plain view on the front desk. Not only were the workers rude and unprofessional at this location, they are also careless with their customers personal information laying around. I will avoid this location going forward and would recommend anyone else to as well until they get more professional staff.

KeJuan Feagan provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions promptly with absolute attention to detail. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and to ensure Id be taken care of. Normally I do not write reviews or buy the insurance provided by enterprise but KeJuan insisted it would be a good idea so I followed through and purchased collision protection. LATER that night someone crashed into the back of the SUV I rented while I was at dinner. IF I wouldnt have accepted KeJuans advice it would have not turned out good. Comment: My experience at this branch was truly incredible, and it’s all thanks to Eva.Last minute Me and my friends needed a couple specialty cars for the next day. We called up a few other enterprises around the area and all said they can’t help us.When I called this branch, Eva answered and right away she said that she will work on it and get back to me as soon as possible. Within the hour Eva called me back saying she already has 2 cars for us!!! (One of them she really had to go out of her way to get!)By the next day we have all the reserved cars, clean and perfect.The way she dealt with us was just so smooth and enjoyable. Comment: I was very disappointed with the service I received at this Santa Monica location. I originally went there at 9am to rent a car for my trip and the lady said there was nothing available for one more hour. She said I could go home and will definitely call me within the hour once the car is washed. 3 hours later no phone call and I am late for my trip so I Uber back to that enterprise and they said oh sorry we forgot to contact you. REALLY!! The worst part was now a new person helps me a shorter young man says the car is washed. I go in the car and I notice the smell of SMOKE which I really have a very sensitive feeling towards smoke and I start to feel nauseous if I am around it. I ask the gentlemen nicely if the car smell like smoke to him? because to me it does. He said no it just most likely a newer car smell because this car is newer. I thought ok that makes sense. I drove off to enjoy my trip and within two hours into my trip I start to feel nauseous and I only get that way when I am around smoke. I was vomiting and I saw the car has 20,000 miles so he actually lied to me because the car was not new and the car smell was from cigarette smoke. My entire trip for a week was ruined by this experience I did not even want to drive the car anymore. I was very unhappy with there service they provided and the lie they told me . HONESTLY AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND DECEIVING

I feel strongly about a company/branch that invests into caring about their consumers and even clientele’s them. That feeling is completely satisfied here. Each member stands out with exceptional service with a smile, positive attitude and constant willingness to adjust and work with their customers. Shout out to the assistant manager Georgina Llana for her ability to delegate between customers. I watched as irate customers from their own mistakes take out frustration onto Georgina and she kept a cool head and calmly explained all options and contracts with them and along the narration reassured them to cool off the customer and then turn to me as I was waiting with smile and charm and welcomed me back to the branch as I was returning my vehicle as if completely un-phased and able to manage different energies within the office. Outstanding. On top of that every time I rent with this Branch the Manager Lindsey always sends me the most empathetic voicemail or message checking to see about my satisfaction with the vehicle and offering assistance with anything else. Every time. This is by far the luxury service that I’d expect at a Beverly Hills /top tier rental service. Coupled with the ability to go out of her way to accommodate me with last minute/same day rentals and offer a friendly smile at the same time is what I define as a luxurious vehicle rental service. Comment: The staff at the WeHo Ramada Enterprise is the nicest, most helpful staff Ive encountered anywhere. They are always genuinely friendly and do what they can to ensure customer satisfaction. When an unruly guest didnt get his way (and was cursing at myself and others in the lobby who pointed out his humiliating behavior), the staff remained pleasant and never lost their cool. We all felt terrible for the service rep, but her smile never broke and she offered everything she could (within her power), despite his attitude. Anytime Ive rented last minute and the car I wanted wasnt available, Ive either gotten a phone call with other options or the staff offered me the closest available option, often at the same rate as what I originally rented. I come here at least once a month to rent a car, and will continue to do so!

In order to use a debit card you need another form of ID with your address on it. So we had to go home and then return. Other than that they were decent.

I had my Graduation to attend and wanted to treat myself to a new car for that weekend and feel as if this old lady was brand new starting all over again and driving that brand new 2017 Volvo added to the excitement. From Kaitlin to Karen the service and courtesy was phenomenal. I loved the 25% discount and would rent more often if that was offered every time. Back in the day there was a young man Brian iat the Santa Monica in WLA who gave me Cadillac to drive on the weekends; by now must be the CEO. Comment: Overall I was satisfied with my experience. The young lady who signed me out was very friendly and helpful. The car was nice, clean, decent size, and in good shape.However, I do have a few complaints.I changed my original pick up date but when I called to confirm a pick up, the main res. # had no record of my change. When I texted the gentleman who picked me up ( I believe he was the branch manager) to ask a parking ordinance question, he never replied.I was not happy with the GM entertainment/info. system in the car. It kept making beeping noises, not sure why. It wouldnt charge my phone. the display kept showing all kinds of odd messages on it about music, and after about an hour, the XM/Sirius satellite stopped playing.I was fine with that last thing as I didnt ask for that service if it was extra money, but it was odd that it played then stopped. And I couldnt get reception for the excellent LA public radio station I always like to listen to in LA, KCRW-FM.I was also under the impression I wasnt getting charged for the day I had to pick up the car. I didnt need the car until Labor Day, 9/5, but because the branch was closed that day for the holiday (I do NOT begrudge people getting a holiday off, especially Labor Day), I had to get the car the day before, on Sunday, 9/4.I never even used the vehicle that day except to drive from the Enterprise office to the hotel I was staying at, where I had to pay $40 to park the car overnight as there is no street parking near where I stayed except for residents with permits. Basically the car cost me an extra $75 for a day I didnt even want or need it (extra days rental plus hotel parking).When I called Enterprise to inquire about this when I saw the extra days charge on my bill, I was told someone would look into it and call me back. Well its now two weeks later and no call back from anyone.I was planning on not reviewing Enterprise because I didnt want to say anything bad about the company, but now that Ive gotten two emails asking me to do so, I figured I would take the time and write my review.Thank you.
