Comment: Spoke to live people on the phone twice about my reservation and was not told in advance about the 300.00 deposit until the day i went to pick up my car. I do not like hidden fees. I feel like this is a policy issue and not the responsibilty of the employees i dealt with.They also had no clean mid range cars available so instead of bumping me up the only option was to wait while they washed the car or take it dirty.It was first thing in the morning and they only have one car?! I took it dirty. Not the end of the world but also not great service. When you dont have my car ready, thats up to you to fix.

Comment: Its a pandemic and we needed a car rental. We are a high risk family so when I called to reserve a car, I asked if we could have one that has been disinfected and left alone for a bit. I was told they had a crossover vehicle that fit that description. We made an appointment for 8am so we could avoid groups of people. We showed up and were told we could either have the car that we reserved, but its not ready yet, or we could have this other car (an outback) that has already been disinfected and has been sitting for a day IF we pay a much higher price. I mean - I guess I shouldnt be surprised at the bait and switch tactic, but to use our vulnerability to try to get more out of us seems kinda gross during a global health crisis. Sigh.

Small claims court wasting our time.Please be safe and vigilant when dealing with particularly angry employees who need to make quota etc.This team works together at the expense of others. Comment: I went in this morning to pick up my car and was greeted by Chris. Super friendly and polite right off the bat. This was the first time I had rented a car and he was more than happy to walk me through everything. Since this was my first rental I was only prepared to pay the total for the days I had reserved and was not aware or prepared for the $200 security deposit. Since they do not accept cash I was going to have to go out of my way to uber to a Bank of America and deposit the cash. Luckily, Chris was nice enough to offer to take me to the closest one. After that was take care of everything was quick and easy. Really enjoyed my experience and would definitely recommend this location.

Comment: If you are an Enterprise Plus member, watch your earned points closely. Make sure you have this company account for every earned point. Never have I experienced a company who actively fought against their loyalty members. They tried every excuse to not redeem what I contested. I didnt ask for freebies, just what was earned and showed proof of. Ive never experienced this with another rental company. Phoning customer service was mainly met with uncaring representatives. I spoke with five of them. Finally via email a satisfactory / fair outcome. But this was all a process and waste of time and effort For the most part, renting is easy with good service on the ground, but be cautious with loyalty program and dont think customer service will help unless you stay vigilant.

Comment: Reserved a rental in order to get to a doctors appointment since my car is in the shop from being rear ended. I opted to take advantage of their convenient pick up service only to be left waiting well beyond the scheduled pick up time. It was also difficult to connect with someone onsite to get an update on the status of the pick up. 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up I finally got through to someone onsite who said they would contact the driver. I was then told the driver would be here in 15 minutes (which puts it at 45 mins past the pick up). You would think a company that prides themselves on offering this service to their customers would also give them the courtesy of letting them know if there will be any unexpected delays or any change with arranged pick up time. I now have to reschedule my appointment due this, thanks for a whole lot of nothing enterprise.

Comment: The vehicle I had reserved almost a month in advance was not at the location I had requested. I had confirmed the pick up date with the Studio City office just the week before. After sitting at the office in Studio City for almost an hour I was taken to another location to pick up my vehicle. The manager made no apologies for the fact the vehicle I requested was not ready for me at that location and seemed put out that I did not want a different type of vehicle in its place. I also heard her ask if I was the “tentative “ reservation making it seem that it was my fault the vehicle was not available. The response from the other employee was that I was not the tentative reservation. Very disappointed with her. The gentleman who took me to the second location was apologetic and very polite and the second location had my vehicle and I was out the door within 30 minutes. I am giving 3 stars based on the gentleman that took me to the second location and that I was very pleased with the vehicle I was finally given an hour and a half after my arrival.

Still no call.Continue reading for the whole story...PREVIOUSLY:After presuming that I had finished the check out process, the gentleman directed me to my car and then decided it was time to pull out his iPad and let me know I needed to pay DOUBLE the rental price for insurance. I asked him if it was required, and he said no but..., so I said OK fine, then he said he needed to check with his manager, which apparently means go help another customer since thats what he proceeded to do.After waiting there in awe of this blatant disrespect of my time, I mustered my valuable energy to go inside and speak to the manager myself. The supposed manager began explained to me that I did need to have their insurance, so I asked so it is required?. He proceeded to dodge the question and told me that if I didnt purchase the insurance I would have to take a minivan instead of the truck I had already reserved. At this point I was late for work...Okay, Ill get the insuranceAfter returning the rental, I made a few calls.Below is a screenshot of THEIR website revealing that it is indeed NOT required and the price I paid for their incompetence.

I like their service and I always feel like I get a fair deal.However, about 70% of the time the interior of the cars are not cleaned to an acceptable level. Its a constant problem that they seem to not be willing to do anything about. Ive complained many times. They obviously dont spend much time or money to make sure that you receive a clean car. It seems like the lowest person on the totem pole (read paid the least) is responsible for cleaning the cars.. I doubt that there is much supervision.This is not a specific complaint about this particular Enterprise, it happens at LAX, it happens in Vancouver, it happens in N.C. And it happens here. Its a systemic issue.

I made a reservation this morning (my car broke down and have tons of obligations next few days) - they quoted me $130 for a few days, which was great- and then arranged to pick me up within the hour. NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT SHOW- but they CLOSED when I tried to reach them. They completely blew me off !!!!!!! Then when I called the main number instead of the closed branch.... They told me Id have to go to the airport to pick up my car (on a holiday weekend, mind you) no pick up service, but they also UPPED THE PRICE to $207, and said there was nothing they could do about it. They should not be in business. They screwed up everything - and by the time this all went down - all other rental places were closed for the day.

Comment: Wish I could say my experience mirrored anyone else. The first two times Id been here. Id had no problem but this last time was a disaster.When I showed up everything felt rushed. The car I had originally reserved wasnt there so they initially offered me a downgrade until a customer returned a similar car as I was talking to the staff member.When the paperwork came out I again felt rushed to sign here here initial hereetc and that was my mistake.I was not told that what I was signing was actually extra insurance that would cost me an extra 300 bucks.I should have read it and Ill own that. But I can no longer recommend this location to anyone.

Comment: Amazing staff! Everyone is really friendly and was greeted with warm smiles. We were staying at Sheraton Universal and they sent their driver to pick us up to get the car,didnt have to worry about getting a taxi to them. They made sure we got our keys fast and showed us to our car. The car was clean and happy that it had great gas mileage that allowed us to drive to San Diego with 1/2 tank! Definitely recommend calling them if you need a car.

Comment: Always courteous, prompt and professional. I have used this Enterprise three times in the last month and am super happy with the staff as well as with the cars.Yesterday I unfortunately witnessed a customer throwing a tantrum and was doubly impressed with the way the staff dealt with her.

Comment: 1st off all I don’t trust and agree with Google or Yelp reviews AT ALL overall. I think it is waste of time. Have you ever tried to get in touch with them, well I got news for you, good luck if you find them. Please remember, they created this review business for their own benefit and traffic not for the benefit of your business or mine. Oh by the way, FYI, Yelp is the same as Google Company. They are just a joke. As a business owner, for past many years, this is what I have learned, obviously every business has happy and unhappy customers/clients and that really doesn’t matter. We may not base our general opinion whether the business is good or bad. Every customer/client has different expectation from any specific business, some are happy and some are not. FOR THOSE TYPES OF CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS IT DOESN’T MATTER WHATEVER YOU DO, AT THE END THEY ARE NOT HAPPY. So be it. You may not make everyone happy. As a business owner, I never am concerned for this type of reviews and never follow them. Why, because you guys spent tons of money to train and continues training of your staff and more importantly you constantly run your own internal quality control. Dear Enterprises I own three different corporations and I do travel constantly and I only prefer to rent a car from you guys because your prices are very compatible in the industry and also the cars are in good condition. As to your employees, in my fair opinion they are normal people who work for their ends meet, they are overall very polite. I personally had a bad experience in one of your office in Dallas, Texas, but since I left a message for the manager she called and personally she assists me with my rental. Now if that individual was not ok for me it doesn’t mean she is bad for everyone or with others. So, what is the meaning of that, I should say your business is good or bad. Come on, we are adults, and yet not stupid to believe those kind of reviews. Now, Dear Enterprises continue of your good work and don’t ever think of Google or Yelp reviews, because simply think about it, who is giving a review, for those types of companies? Any business owner who opens a business, that means they put their life savings in their business so obviously they want and will do their best to please all of their customer/clients. Anyone can write a bad review, but for those types of people who are not happy have they really look at themselves in the mirror lately.

Comment: I frequently rent at the Studio City location, typically a midsize suv for weekend roadtrips. It’s always a very positive experience. Cars kept in good shape. Very friendly. It’s my “go to” spot. Highly recommended.
