Comment: I rented a car from this location, staff is friendly had zero problems with the car unfortunately I was Offered The fuel prepaid option, I rented the car for 24 hours.I barely used The fuel and for some reason, I thought I was going get a refund for the fuel that I didn’t used. When I called the location to asked The gentleman I spoke with told me that I had signed the agreement and that whatever I did with the car, it was not his problem. I believe they should explain the prepaid policy to people before they offer it .i take responsibility for not asking, but I think they should do better and explaining. Now I learned my lesson for next time I rent a car Does that sound good?

Comment: Honestly Im probably not gonna book another car from this location their lot is so small and out of the 6 times Ive rented from this location only 1 time they had the car I reserved. Kalvin was pretty cool though he was super helpful he made sure I got my rental I reserved that one time I got it. Other then that enterprise customer service number sucks and the site/app sucks as well. Why list cars that arent at the location or why tell a customer you have the car on the lot and we show up and they dont have the car.. very frustrating. Almost like they want you to pay extra for a car you didnt want. Literally had to pay double my original quote for the car I reserved.

Comment: Kudos to Moval location!!! I must say this location has truly improved. Ive been renting care from the Moreno Valley location for the past several years. The wait time was ridiculous, they never had what you order, they wouldnt make any accommodation. And the customer service was below subpar. NOW with new staffing theyve really turned this location around. The staff actually like working with the people and making sure they are attentive as soon as you hit the lot. With reservation may wait time is less than 30 minutes. My mother always told me if you dont have nothing good to say then dont say nothing but you guys deserve your kudos for a job well done! Thank you!!

Comment: We were given a car that reaked of cigarettes. Had a headache the whole time. Fortunately, we only had the rental for 24 hrs. Additionally, we were given the car without prior inspection and waited hours because they did not have the car (waited past closing time). Not sure why we werent given any available car right away.The representative( Calvin I believe ) was extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I had to call other enterprise locations to assist. Only when we had a male friend come assist did the representatives demeanor change.We also witnessed other customers being treated poorly. One lady stormed out from waiting for so long, one lady asked for a courtesy ride only to be told to take an Uber, and another lady asked when her car would be ready only to be told it will be ready when its ready. Meanwhile all the male customers were being treated like people.Never have I had such a poor experience with a car rental agency. And employees being so unwillful to help.

On Thursday morning, my husband received a call from your branch to arrange a pick-up time for him to get the rental car. They promised to pick him up at 12:30 pm. However, the promised pick-up time came and went, and no one from Enterprise arrived or even bothered to call to explain the delay. This lack of communication and punctuality was completely unprofessional.In a state of confusion and frustration, I decided to call your branch to inquire about the status of the pick-up. A person named Sergio answered my call and informed me that they had only one driver who was currently on his last stop and that my husband was next in line. While he did offer an apology, he admitted that their driver should have contacted my husband to inform him of the delay.I asked Sergio to contact my husband immediately to reschedule the pick-up time as my husband had a crucial appointment at 4:00 pm to see his doctor for an assessment related to the accident. Regrettably, when Sergio did contact my husband, his attitude was far from accommodating. He expressed that the pick-up service was merely a courtesy and that Enterprise was not obligated to provide it. This dismissive and unprofessional attitude was completely unacceptable.This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. We expected a level of service that matched our expectations and the standards of a reputable car rental company. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen far short of those expectations.It is essential for you to understand that customer service plays a significant role in the success of any business. Comment: Horrible place I used this place 2 times and they didnt have the vehicle size I reserved they tried giving me something else. 3rd time only reason I reserved was because my daughter had a discount and everything was fine till 20 mins after waiting they asked me I really needed a Van. I said yes I made this reservation 4 weeks ago! I noticed a tall white dude walked to the counter to help her after he eyeballed me and and asked me for an employee badge and since I didnt have one because it was my daughters discount they said I can have the vehicle still but at 60-70$ more a day!!! Total of 1700 vs 800! It wouldve been nice to know ahead of time when we made the reservation! Never again!! Go to Avis at the Mall in moval its way better and cleaner too!!!

Comment: I’ve been renting from the Moreno Valley location since 2011 and have had good experiences up and until the last couple years. Today I received the worst service I’ve ever experienced and won’t be back. As a matter of fact our company will be ending a multi-million dollar contract all because of someone named Janett.I had 2 appointments booked and still was not offered a vehicle of the same size or smaller as they didn’t have anything. That’s understandable right? I was then offered a SUV at $60 per day on top of the cost for a mid-sized car which I declined.After 2.5 hours from my reservation I return for a vehicle. I refused to give 2 phone numbers and they told me it was a new policy. I said I could give you two but both numbers are mine so it wouldn’t matter but they insisted I give a number for a relative, friend, etc. I refused so the rep got the assistant branch manager. No apologies, nothing for the inconvenience. Instead of apologizing Janett told me I could go somewhere else. After reminding her of the situation she gave me a sarcastic apology and told me I could rent from somewhere else.I took her advice and so should you. Our company will cancel our contract and go to another vendor as well.

Comment: Strongly urge anyone and everyone who needs rental needs to look elsewhere. Try Hertz, AVIS, Budget heck even try Turo anything is better than Enterprise. I almost worked for this company and glad I went elsewhere for my career path. Their customer service is laughable and far from doing whats best for the customer. My fiance had gotten a rental on May 27th due to his Civic being in an accident. They offer so many upsell options that its hard to follow and honestly some of it is just a sales gimmick to gouge you for more money. Immediately leaving the lot, the Toyota Corolla they gave us had a maintenance required light on and a horrendous smell of cigarettes and a slight hint of coffee. The headliner was covered in coffee and or soda splatter, and the passenger assist handle was just dangling down as if it was broken. We tried calling for three days and they never answered their phones, it kept saying the associates were busy, then would ring before an automated message just said goodbye and hung up. Sometimes someone would answer, place us on hold and then just again with the automated goodbye message. We decided to stick with it as the only other car was an unreliable Nissan. The insurance covered the car for 30 days, so we shouldve had to return it by Sunday June 26th, but on Friday June 24th we received a text saying the car had a recall and was in need of being swapped out. After calling they stated the call was being pulled from their fleet because they had sold a red 2020 Toyota Corolla and needed that vehicle. We agreed to bring it back. We brought the car back on Saturday and as I was waiting in the car with one of our two huskies, I noticed the sales associate talking to my fiance. I came in to see what was holding us up, and was told by Kia like the car, they would be charging us a $250 cleaning fee due to extreme amounts of dog hair. The sales associate stated the vacuums we use to detail suck, and it takes them awhile to clean the hair out. First of all, your business having poor equipment is not my problem, and second of all this so called extreme amounts of dog hair was no more than a little hair transfer from us as the hair would stick to us. Maybe they should say if you own pets, dont bother renting because even a single hair in our car is gonna cost you $250. We own two 60+ lb huskies who are currently blowing their winter coat, and its almost impossible for us to get every single hair off of us when we get in the car. I could understand if we transported the dogs in the car, but the dogs never took a single step in the vehicle. They were obviously upset with my anger towards their lack of understanding, they threatened us with Well if you dont pay, youll never rent from Enterprise again like okay do me the favor. We called our bank immediately and advised them of our situation and luckily Enterprise is a service, we advised them of our displeasure with the service and they went ahead and opened a case. They also stated any charges from the company after today would be reimbursed due to unsatisfactory issues with the service Enterprise has provided with no solution to fix the issue. They make you pay a $100 deposit, so if they did common math a cleaning fee would be $150 using my so called deposit. Maybe if the owner would buy their detailing team better equipment, per Kia like the car the vacuums here suck and take forever to clean the cars. Definitely not something an associate should say when trying to force a cleaning fee on a car that did not need it. To summarize, people get a Turo, Hertz, or any other rental than Enterprise. Save yourself the hassle and go with a better and more customer friendly business.

Comment: Why are there so expensive? Charged $9 a gallon for gas. Do not take notes in their own system about damages so you take your own photos. Small parking space and it did get hectic. Returning was a nightmare. I recommend Budget in Moreno Valley.

Comment: We need to be extra cautious while checking out a rental for damages, especially in the night, as they might not be visible. I recently checked out a vehicle at LAX at night. While returning I was told of a possible damage ... Which I couldnt see and I am unaware of. Definitely the damage was not caused by me. Enterprise was kind enough to take care of themselves. The total distance I drove is around 80 miles.

Comment: This is one of the best places I have rented cars. They had what I wanted even at last minute. They all were patient and took the time to explain every charge with me. Shout out to KiyaAryana who helped me. The other girl at the counter who did my return was great as well but I didnt remember to get her name.No complaints and everything went good.Be sure to do reservations because they are extremely busy!

Comment: I’ve been there twice and the service starts good but at the end it’s always bad. I received a voice. message 15 minutes before they closed to tell me I had to turn my car in that same day. I didn’t get enough notice to return the vehicle and had to pay for an extra day. I was promised a credit back and it was never received, when I reached out the manager followed up but it wasn’t related to that credit. She is a new manager and I explained the situation and she insisted that they reached out to me before which they didn’t. That her notes stated that I was informed, I was not informed I have a voice message with the time and date that they reached out to me. I didn’t want to continue arguing but I definitely will not go back nor do I recommend anybody going there!

They told me I could exchange later on, it took 5 days to get a response and finally get it change.I tried sending reports and emails through their Enterprise web, but no response at all... it sucks. Comment: The vehicle was mediocre but I didn’t want to pay more so I accepted it.I didn’t drive the car more than 100 miles, it stayed in my garage for the most part.I dropped the car off in the condition I received it in. Comment: Tried calling this place, they wouldnt answer their phones after several attempts. Finally went down to the business. Four employees standing behing the counter gossiping. One customer in front of me. They had told her there were 2 cars ready to choose from was they were cleaned in a few minutes. I approached the counter, employee quickly said there was only a mini van available for $140. Fyi the previous customer was african American and so was the employee, clearly discrimination. I asked about discounts, i have triple aaa and also a disabled veteran. She paused and said she might be able to take off $10 but it will take awhile to get approval from her supervisor if i was truly interested. I just left and never going back, unless i miraculously turn black over night.

Comment: Reserved a pickup 3 weeks before pickup date. When I go to pick it up the previous renter had “damaged” it and they were fully booked so I couldn’t even get another. Supposedly they called me to inform me, but they say that to remove the blame from them when you arrive and there’s no car for you. This place didn’t even bother trying to get another pickup truck from another location. I went to the enterprise on university ave and they went above and beyond to get a truck for me. Also, they didn’t give me a hard time for being a young renter unlike the enterprise on sunny mead.

Comment: Long story short. They have blamed me for damage on a rental vehicle that I had dropped of at a bodyshop where my Vehicle was being repaired, on Friday. Enterprise calls me following Tuesday (4 days later) that they picked up the vehicle and found “new damage” and are blaming me for it. Rental sat in front of the body shops camera during the 4 days and found nothing. That indicates the new damage. For this to not happen to anyone else make sure Enterprise has an employee there to inspect the car while returning it or record the drop off. Worst experience, worst professionalism!

Comment: I understand stuff happens but my RSVP to pick up was at 12 and when I got there the line was huge and all the customers in line were already stressed and angry. Noone was helped yet, some people were already waiting almost 2 hours at that point from their RSVPs and had no knowledge about what was going on. I ended up not getting out until 1:30pm myself. I thank them for upgrading my vehicle even though it was because the family in front of myself yelled and complained and threatened to call corporate. But come one, decent courtesy and good customer service skills should apply! Not one employee took the time to come out and talk to us to let us know what was going on. We didnt see it hear from any employees for over an hour. That is really bad. I pray you guys train your staff on Customer Service and how to actually run a business of you what to stay in business. Enterprise used to be a great company but Im staying to rethink on that.

You cant just show up, you better have an appointment, all your paperwork better be straight and hopefully they have the car that was supposed to be reserved for you. Comment: My wife and I have been renting from Enterprise for a good while. We never had any problems with them, we have been accommodated by them until this experience we had with This Branch. As many have stated, No Parking, long line, and a very crude customer service. Many of the complaints of rude behavior came from Hispanics like me. My wife waited 40 mins after she arrived, missed the car appointment because of the wait, was not offered another vehicle, and when asked for a business card, the Branch Manager Xavier Jackson flung the card at her and rudely told her to leave and placed us on a no rent list. As a business owner, if my employee, regardless of his position in the company, did that to a customer would be fired immediately. As a good customer of Enterprise, I hope that they will do the right thing by removing this person. With that persons conduct to their customers, it will badly reflect Enterprise and I dont want that for them. Customers in Moreno Valley deserve much better,

Comment: Disappointed. I called to make reservation my car was at the shop Ben Cleymers I was told to call back with authorization number from insurance co and no worries they would pick me up there. When I called back some other lady with a bad attitude said they don’t pick up people no more due to covid. When I got to the body shop my husband took off work to come get me the MGR asked why because enterprise would come, once I told them what they lady says they filed a complaint. They have exclusive arrangements for all clients to be picked up. I texted MGR at enterprise never got a reply nothing. Then I get there to get the car had to wait 25 mins because the guy in front of me had NO reservation and didn’t need a car for two days yet. I had my printout in have and was just ignored. Comment: I am a frequent renter at this location. I was always suspicious about the charges allocated upon renting. After about 6 months.. I decided to use my credit card to pay the $200 deposit, and my debit card for the actual weekly rental. My suspicion was confirmed in regards to them ripping people off for their deposit. I didn’t use my credit card at all during the time of my rental, just to see if the funds would appear back on my card after I returned the rental....IT DIDNT !! They always say that it’s just an authorization, but they do deduct the funds, never to reverse the credit. This has happened to me atleast 5 times,but I never caught it because I was always using my credit card. The last time I didn’t use it at all, just to see if the funds would appear back, and they didn’t issue the funds back. 🤔Can imagine how much additional income their accruing as a result of strong arming peoples deposit.

Im not writing this review for 1 visit, its almost every time I use this location. I rent about 10 cars a year from Enterprise and its only this Morena Valley Enterprise location that act so different from the other Enterprise locations. I will try to avoid this Moreno Valley location. They need to have respect, honor, and if they dont like what they do they need to find another job. I think everything comes from the manager of this location because almost every employees there acts the same way . STAY AWAY FROM THIS MORENO VALLEY LOCATION. They believe that just because you put your bank cards on file with them during your rental periods that they can use them however they want. My pymt . Was 253.00 a week and they ran a 773.00 on one of my cards on a Thursday and turned around and ran a second payment the following Monday for 353.00 . When I called to ask them what was going on the rep hung up on me I called back and got the mngr. He hung up also on me. These ppl are truly amazing over there and if you can.. stay as far away from this branch as you can. Its only going to get worse because the mngr is unequipped to fix the issues when he is the biggest issue there.

Comment: For starters, even with a reservation (So they know you are coming and what kind of car you need) they have you stand outside for over an hour and fifteen minutes, just to get the car to the front. Their reason, they were cleaning the car. To make it worse, everytime an employee would come out to check on you they said its just 15 more min, oh almost done, Any minute now. When in reality, its not 15 min. Its over an hour. My wife is pregnant and missed her doctors appointment which was at the 1 hour mark, and then 15 min later, they brought the car around.So for that long, the car better at least be clean, right? Nope, smells like I am having someone blow smoke in my face while I drive. I am getting light headed and wonder who would be at fault of something happens.If its not obvious already, this is THE WORST experience Ive ever had renting a car. And I rent a car at least 1-2 times a year.Everyother time Ive rented from Hertz or Dollar, etc. They have the cars ready to go, and its less than a 10 min process. And they are actually clean.

Comment: Poorly managed, terrible location. When I picked up the car I was told to ignore the low tire pressure indicator, they just added air to the tire. The car was wet, appearing to be clean but smelled like a dirty dog and the trunk was full of leaves and dirt. The next day I was stuck on a flat, had to put the donut on myself because roadside assistance could not follow simple instructions. Gave me a car with a flat tire and tried to charge me $50. I had to switch out the car the next day in order to make it to my departure. I attempted to speak to a manager when I returned and he ignored me...left me standing outside for over 45 minutes....Go elsewhere. Not worth the trouble. Customer satisfaction is the least of their worries.The companies solution was removing the $50 charge.

Placed a rental for a Chevy suburban or like model on 9/30/20 for pick up 10/18/20-10/28/20 so that is more then 2 weeks ahead of time. Arrived to the location and the representatives were rude to start with. Once I was finally assisted, I’m told that they have been trying to call me (never received or missed any calls) to let me know that they did not have what I reserved and I could take a mini van instead. WTH!! That is not what I ordered and had already paid for!! I kept my cool because my son was with me and I asked the representative to call any other Local enterprises to see if they had what I ordered and he told me he wasn’t gonna bother because he knows they won’t. Comment: I switched from another rental company to Enterprise due to poor customer service. However, this was the worst rental experience I have ever had with Enterprise or any other rental company. It took almost 2 1/2 hours to get my car while others who arrived after me received their car before me, with one customer getting her car within 25 minutes of her arrival and receiving personal assistance from the branch manager who never once came out of the building to check on the rest of us who had been waiting hours.

Comment: Having a reservation doesnt matter at this location,you will wait HOURS to get a car. Its a poor system set up where people who appear to be familiar with the staff can walk behind the gate and pick out their cars, or not even wait. Its rather unprofessional to see it happen while youre sitting there in the heat,waiting. They often tell you that the car style your requesting isnt available,yet you look behind the gate and theres several, or minutes later someone familiar with staff drives off with the class car you asked for.

Comment: I had to wait for 40 minutes for my car to be ready even though I had an appointment. I let it go as sometimes things can happen. When I was given the car, I was checking it out to make sure it was in good condition, but was interrupted by the person helping me out by asking me for my info. The person helping me never had a look at the car with me to verify it was in good condition or to check for dents and scratches and the such. I was hurried to turn on the car and told to leave. I right away noticed that the windshield had a fracture. So I recorded a video because it was not notated. When I got home I called enterprise to let them know about this. The lady said she had notated it. When I went to turn in the car they wanted to file a claim of the broken windshield. I told them I was given the car like this and they straight up told me we did not give you the car like that with an attitude. I told them that I even called and that it had been notated. The manager said it was not notated and that there was no way the car was given like that to me. I then told her I had it recorded in a video and she said prove it. Once I showed her the video she said it was fine, then she said oh yeah I see you called and I notated it. Her attitude was very bad, and if it wasnt for me having had recorded it I would have been charged for something that was not my fault. Their lack of doing their job correctly and checking things then being very mean and having horrible customer service is un excusable. Dont rent here

Comment: Made a reservation at an Airport for a one way. Asked the Airport if Enterprise still offered pick up and drop off service. The attendant told me they do as far as he knows, but he would call and verify. He called the destination dealership who confirmed that they do give pick up and drop off services. We went the car. When we arrive at the destination dealership they told us they no longer offer that service due to the propagated pandemic. The attendant left us stranded with no ride out of there. Ironically the same attendant who said they no longer have that service when we dropped the car off was the same voice on speaker phone with the airport attendant. This company has utterly gone down hill the last few years. What is even sadder is the Area Manager gave their word they would give back to us and resolve the issue. That never happened either. Renters BEWARE before utilizing this dealership!

Comment: I wrote a letter to corporate while I was sitting there. I reserved a car for noon. They called to tell me that the truck was not available but come on down they could accommodate me. I sat there for an hour and a half with no explanation. I asked for the manager who rudely said, you can cancel. She said it 3 times. When I asked how much longer it would be, she said, i dont know because Im standing here talking to you. All I wanted was communication. I was there at least two hours. I write letters when the service is good or bad. All she had to do was be honest when she called me. She said, you even have to wait at Walmart. Comment: My company has rented vehicles from the sunnymead location several times. today i went to pick up my reservation and the girl was extremely rude when i popped my head in The door to see if anyone was coming out to help alls i got was excuse me but there are several signs on the outside this same person that did the precheck walk around the car with me. It took about two seconds never went over what i was looking for or what i would be charged for. Attached is the picture of the scratch i pointed out but was told it was ok because it was not bigger than a circle.

Comment: If i can give them a 0 star i would. I went to their location with a spare tire and the system was malfunctioning. The lady told me they weren’t able to give me another car. Told me to drive to pep boys and they will change the spare and fix the malfunction in the car. I drive to pep boys and they were closed. Went back to this location and they were in the building, but business hours were now closed. I am very disappointed with their customer service.

There was a bit of a wait to pick up our vehicle because there were so many people there, but it wasnt bad because the atmosphere was friendly and low stress.The physical location of this site is not ideal - its a very tight drive in/out. It would be great if they had more space to park, wash, and manuever the vehicles. Maybe Enterprise HQ will read this review and consider relocating (within the area)??Despite the tight parking area - and limited choice in vehicles - I would definitely rent from this location again. Nowadays, it seems like so many businesses negate the idea of customer service. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and have someone actually try to accommodate my requests. Good job!

When we started loading the vehicle with our belongings and our “healthy proportioned” bodies, we realized that it would be an impossible feat; the vehicle was just too small! We placed a call to Gisselle at Enterprise to ask if we could switch out the Jeep Cherokee for something larger to accommodate our “healthiness”.Gisselle agreed to upgrade us to a Dodge Caravan at a discounted rate. When we went back to the site, we were greeted by Ebonee and Rhon; they were very pleasant and helpful! Rhon unloaded and loaded our vehicles with such skill and ease, he made the vehicle exchange painlessly pleasant! We’d (our family) like to thank the entire Enterprise team for coming to our aid in our time of need; it is greatly appreciated! My mother and father law who both have cancer, Breast and lung accordingly are unable to drive and had to rent a car for me to drive them to their chemotherapy treatments. I usually drive them but my transmission went out in my car so we called up Enterprise and got a reservation only to be laughed at in the face by the employees when explaining the situation of the cancer patients.Under their corporate website anyone can rent a car and appoint a Surrogate Driver, in this case me. We have done this several times with this company with no issue until this time. They talked down to us, discriminated against my mother-in-law and her disability and mocked up to our faces.

Comment: So an unfortunate event happened to me last Tuesday a homeless person jumped in front of my car committing suicide and the ordeal has been more than my emotions can honestly handle but due to gods angels in disguise I made it through today and the people here at enterprise definitely helped with that though they have to follow their own policy and cover their own but they still allow me to come in right at closing and pick up my rental no intruding questions asked and nobody was rude or rushing meAlso the young black woman and young black man were definitely worth mentioning(Cherika,branch manager and Duwain,young man who handed me the keys). Also would love to mention the wait time was next to nothing. Id recommend anytime.

Comment: I had a horrible experience and my family and I have been a customer since 2013. Cherika Ramsey which is the branch manager has a nasty and horrible attitude. The way that she talked to my family was way out of line. For her to be the Manager she needs to go back to training. She tried to force insurance for the car. My mother tried asking her questions and her demeanor was nasty. My mother asked her a question in regards to the insurance and she told my mother I dont know how much funds you have but you need an additional $200 to cover the liability or I wont be able to release my car to you. Thats no way to speak to a customer. I really wish the old managers and their team was back at the sunnymead location because with her being the manager she makes enterprise look really bad. You never know what people are going through and why they need to rent a car. Obviously we had the FUNDS to rent the car thats the reason that we came to enterprise. Due to this encounter we wont be returning to rent a car ever again and weve been customers faithfully since 2013.

Comment: Wow rude lady on the phone and in person. We had a check engine lite on and she told me to drive it 130 miles to trade it out. Are you kidding me. So I had to call customer service and force them to give me a car for the rest of my vacation. So the very rude lady gave my wife a car with front end damage multiple hair ties with hair still wrapped in them as well as a nasty hair brush. A very un plesent experience all around. Disappointing to say the least.

The check engine light lit up, she needed to exchange the vehicle for a new one, for fear of the car breaking down during their travels. She called the location they said they dont have anything and its not her locations problem to fix. My friend called customer service they said to go to that location to get a new vehicle. The manager asked her if she was the one that called earlier, she said its still not her problem. My friend told her Enterprise customer care told her to get the new vehicle. She is extremely unhappy and feels that her business is unwelcome. They did however, give her a different vehicle with front end damage. Comment: This is my first time renting from here. Not a good first impression from the gate. Walked into 2 men calling a customer “Annoying”. I was helped right away. I asked for a certain person and the girl who helped me bypassed it just to get the sale. Thinking it was the gal I asked for she Didn’t even say who she was until the end, Kaitlyn. To make it worse she charged my cards wrong and created a big mess. Putting all the charges on 1 card. The original gal who was supposed to help me, Walena, ended up fixing everything. I asked for a 15 passenger Van with tinted windows and Neil & Kaitlyn told me they didn’t have one. FYI- they park they’re vans at Hertz down the street. Where my brother was renting from. So we knew they had tinted window vans available. Anyways... The van they gave me had knocking sounds beneath it. So they were forced to Switch it out and here comes a tinted window van in less than 15 minutes. My return experience was much better. But some of you really need to work on being honest and professional towards your customers. The second star was for Walena and the guy who checked me out. Thank you guys for your professionalism and actually caring for my needs.

Comment: I really like Enterprise and it is and always will be my preferred car rental agency. However, my last two rental have been less than satisfactory. The first time time, the car ran well, however the next morning I go out to leave for work and the car would not start! All bad. The last rental, the car drove horribly and the warning lights kept turning on as if something was wrong with the car. I think enterprise needs to do a better job of inspecting their cars before putting them on the road.

Comment: My experience with Enterprise Rent-a-Car on Sunnymead Blvd. in Moreno Valley was fantastic! The staff there is welcoming, courteous, helpful, and very professional. Renting my vehicle there was super easy, from the online reservation to picking up the car to dropping it off. At every stage of the process, there were absolutely no hiccups---everything went very smoothly. Of course, the people at this Enterprise made it all possible, especially Jessica, the management trainee there. She was extremely helpful in making sure I got the right vehicle for my family and processed my vehicle pick up with efficiency and care. By the way, the car I received was top-notch and economical. Thank you Enterprise!! I will definitely use your services again and again!

Comment: I rented a car from here :when I got it the engine light and tire pressure light continued to stay on. I wasnt offered another vehical or given any sorry of discount. In fact, I was held responsible for damages that werent submitted by me. Being that it was dark and during closing hours when I rented the vehicle I cant prove that there must have been a small crack in the windshield andI woke up to a crack window...Thank God I have insurance thats doubt to pay for it otherwise... they were flung to make me for this at bill...smsh. Nevertheless, prior to that their customer service was great chiming from Lawrence .

Comment: I had a good experience. It started off not so good though, but it was fixed. You need two utility bills in your name to rent. All the bills are in my husbands name, so that was an issue. I got an immense amount of proof and The manager worked with me. Waiting on the vehicle to arrive despite the reservation was another issue. But patience paid off. The vehicle I rented was brand new and I did not expect that. It was lovely. I hated to give it back. The employees are all very nice and hard working. When you go to get your rental, the gas tank will be empty, but you get to return it empty. They also have employees who will pick you up and take you home so you dont have to take the bus. Also the insurance is pretty steep. But all in all I would rent from them again because it was a pleasant experience, and I do recommend them.

Comment: Rental of the vehicle was 287.83 for 7 days. I was not advised that the cost of insurance exceed the car rental till after I returned the car. Insurance was 360.00 more than the rental of the vehicle. I feel I was deceived into believing that I was getting a good rental deal. Boy was I wrong. I thought Enterprise employees cared about their customers and would at least have warned me about the insurance scam. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I trusted the enterprise company and was blind sided. If I could give a 0 star I would. Watch out for the insurance scam.

Comment: I love using Enterprise for my rentals. The only bad thing I have to say is the waiting service. At times, the wait is too long for vehicles to come in! When people have plans and then you have to wait for a vehicle, its a setback on the time you planned to leave and handle business. Enterprise back lot is way too small. HOWEVER, on a much better note, my last experience with the rental itself was GREAT. Besides having to wait almost 2 hours for a vehicle to come in, I did get a free upgrade. That SUV did me justice and served its purpose for what I needed for. My family really enjoyed it and the space it had to offer. I would rent from Enterprise again!

Comment: The staff was very professional and courteous. They understood my situation, the manager was able to work with me and find a car that best fit my needs, even on such short notice . I had a emergency and needed a car, other guys just said cant help me. The manager from Enterprise said Ill help you just give me till the end of the day and Ill have a rental for you. Comment: The experience was exceptional, we had traveled from Columbia SC to Moreno Valley CA in regards to a family emergency. So after a week stay we were returning back home and we were in need of a large enough vehicle to accommodate eight (8) people. Online arrangements could only offer a seven passenger van, however after arriving at the office, my mother-in-law had prior office dealings and we were offered an upgrade vehicle due to the matter as to why we had to travel to California in the first place. Management team was very caring and compassionate, they exhibited true customer service, going above and beyond making sure we received phenomenal service.

Comment: My experience with Enterprise is always good, however on this particular day my experience was a bit disappointing. I found the new location to lack in space for parking. I was also informed a $200 deposit is now required when using a debit card. I did not have enough money available for this transaction. I was told the policy changed in February. The upside to this is the rep was willing to work with me. I was grateful otherwise I would have had to cancel my plans which I had in place for over a month.Enterprise, please make sure your customers are aware of changes, not just by possible email or mailings, but also by your reps when they call to confirm the reservation.

Go to riverside on Indiana staff is outstanding they had my van wit no problem. Comment: We needed a rental while our regular vehicle is being serviced. My husband went inside and said that he received service surprisingly quickly for the number of people waiting. I had to wait for in the car with the kiddos and I can honestly say it was scary in broad daylight. It felt like we were waiting in the middle of a war zone. That being said, the rental SMELLS awful! Terrible smoke smell covered up by an awful grape/floral nastiness. Never again.

Comment: Im very frustrated with the service I received at this location. I was picking up a rental car while my car was in the shop after an accident. When I spoke with the representative and made the reservation I told her I would be picking the car up on my lunch break and would be in a hurry. She assured me that everything would be in place and that they would be expecting me. To my surprise, Im told that all their cars are dirty and they will get me out of there shortly. I explain to the representative that Im running late, and he kindly tells me that they are putting gas in my car and it will be back in 5 minutes. Never once was I given the option to take a different car, and I left there store clearly upset. I dont see why the customer should be inconvenienced because Enterprise is short staffed or low on cars. The whole experience was a complete failure and I wont be using this location moving forward.

Comment: I rent from enterprise frequently.. However, this last visit was not one of their best.. I scheduled a 3:00 pm pick up, didnt get picked up until 3:40.. However, the driver Mike, was very pleasant and courteous.. Got to Enterprise.. No car was ready for me to drive.. I told them j was supposed to be on the road already, and was going to be late getting to my destination, and I didnt mind if I had to wash the car myself.. They said one was almost done, so I waited.. Finally got a Kia Soul.. (Not what I signed up for, but at this point I didnt care) Got going up the road had to drive with windows down the car was definitely a smokers car.. Smell was nauseating .. Tire light came on, had to pull off three times during my trip to Arizona to fill tire.. Got pulled over by police because registration was expired.. Didnt get a ticket since it was a rental.. The worse experience I had ever had.. Already under stress going to visit Mom with Cancer.. Got back into town.. When I brought the car back I told how everything went wrong..all they did was give me a 10% discount.. Whats $20 gonna do? He did apologize for everything that happened, but that didnt really go too far at that point.. I was over frustrated.. Im usually not one to complain, but this experience was the worst by far.. Shouldve just drove my truck!!!Vehicles need to be inspected, not just washed.. And if I reserve a Sedan, I should get a sedan, not a mini suv..

Comment: I drive up north once a month for military service. I rent a vehicle from Enterprise every so often to save the miles on my car. Im always greeted pleasantly and am on the road in a fairly short amount of time. The Moreno Valley location is not far from where I live so typically walk or jog there for exercise. That being said, I have not taken advantage of their pick up service but would if needed. Make sure you get an online reservation in advance, as it tends to make the process smoother and faster - limiting lines and the chance that they may not have what you need. Utilize any discounts like USAA or other programs to make your rental cheaper - I get excellent deals that way. Because I rent frequently, I joined the Enterprise Plus program which earns points for each rental to give you future discounts.

Comment: The car was great, the service was bad, they refuse to pick me up because I was 1 ten a mile to far, I was 3.4 miles, so I walk to pick up car. I was offer a upgrade, that I didnt need. Note I was between 2 pick points 1 was in Riverside CA. Refuse said I was to far, by two miles, the I was in Riverside, but they were not allow to do pick up. So the whole story of Well pick you up was a lie. In CA. I needed a car seen a Hertz rental while walking there, ( Enterprise ) .

Comment: When trying to sell me additional insurance he told me the optional roadside assistance covered the undercarriage. I said no it doesnt, the undercarriage is part of the vehicle &should be covered under damage waiver. He tried to say they dont like to break up the insurance package to which I replied please cancel this line item. Vehicle did not seat 5 as stated on website. I tried to upgrade on a Sunday morning. the nearest location didnt answer their phone for over an hour, then had no vehicles available. The Airport location referred me to customer care who referred me to reservations who referred me to customer care. Without a major credit card I cant rent at the airport. Different policies at different locations I guess. On the + side, I was given a business card noting free upgrade & 1/4 tank of gas next rental. Rental price was adjusted since vehicle did not house 5 adults. Made for a not so nice road trip.

Comment: I find it reassuring to know when ever I decide to rent a vehicle there is an Enterprise not far away. I especially love the fact that I can call and schedule a pick up. I have been renting from Enterprise quite often. I only wish I can enjoy the weekend specials sometimes. As a frequent customer I feel its only fare. My local location (Moreno Valley, Ca.) happen to be one of those which does not participate in the weekend special. something should be done for there frequent customers. Comment: If you ever find yourself needing a rental car, do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid this place at all costs! This occurred Tuesday the 29th of July, My car was in the shop needing body work from having been rear ended a week before this. My father and I were picked up from the body shop by a nice associate. Upon arriving at the location, I was looking around the lot for their selection of rentals and I saw nothing but late 90s model vehicles. As we exited the vehicle a group of Mexican men were shouting that they were being robbed. It was a bit of a frenzy, they gave pursuit on foot attempting to catch the old Toyota Tacoma pickup that stole all their equipment comprising of an old vacuum for cleaning cars. My father and I were a bit taken aback, having never witnessed such things renting a car.We finally walked into the Enterprise facility and we waited a good ten minutes before anyone helped us into a car along with three other separate customers. There were two male associates who were doing their best to appear busy, one was just sitting on the phone staring off in one direction and the other was an odd looking fellow who was literally just walking around the office with his hands behind his back. The odd fellow got the bright idea to finally help a customer. Then the lady who drove us to the location finally assisted us with getting a rental.The rental they provided us with, a 2014 Chevy Cruz, looked as if someone had just returned it, it was filthy inside (filled with French fries) & out, the vehicles emblem was missing, and the cars gas tank was empty. Never, have I ever been to such shanty place of business as this one that would dare give anyone disrespectful service as this. Considering that they didnt have any other options, we took the vehicle and proceeded to the nearest gas station.The Chevy Cruz claims it gets up to 42 mpg, its sad that Chevrolet is misrepresenting the true mpg it gets, which is no more than 28 mpg. The engine is WEAK. The vehicles cabin is more cramp than a Smart car. As if that were not enough, the vehicles seats are extremely hard like an electric chair. Enterprise should not rent such terrible vehicles to its customer, this is beyond bad for business.Lucky for me, my car was fixed the next day. I couldnt wait to get my car back. Its a 2004 but miles better than that Chevy crap. I left the car at the body shop as the first associate we dealt with suggested that I do. They place a hold on my fathers card until Saturday in which he had to call in for them to finally release it amidst giving him irrelevant explanations as to why they were holding his card for so long.Just dont go here, just dont do it to yourself unless you enjoy giving your business to poorly ran establishments.
