Comment: Customer service is a+ I was given a car that had mechanical issues. Check engine light came on a warning light. I called Enterprise and then took it to the Hemet store they checked my tires and they were fine.They dismissed me and I told that I would not drive a car that had unknown issues. They were going to dismiss me until I told them that I will not take the car back from them the lady told me to call Temecula and see what they could do because she could not do anything. After calling Temecula and insisting they replace the car the same day I was finally offered a car that was too small for a wheelchair.So I told her that I gave her the keys so I need her to check the car in so that I can leave.She tried to give the keys back to me and I said no. I was finally able to leave the car in Hemet. They were not thrilled by it. I called the Temecula store in the morning to get it all fixed. I like Temecula Enterprise way better then Hemets.

Comment: I had set up to have a car reserved and be picked up at auto repair shop at 9 am. The repair shop called Enterprise at 9 am. They said they would be there in 15-20 min. They called back at 9:15am., said they were too busy to come pick me up. So the repair shop person took me to Enterprise, 3miles away. When I got to Enterprise I was checked in. Then had to wait while people came in after me were given a car. I was told a person was gone to pick up more cars. While I was shown a car right outside, that might be available. I finally got a car at 10:36am. I had told the man I needed to be at an appointment. I was running late, but was able to be seen. NOT HAPPY! With the service from this location!!

Comment: Terrible place! I spoke with OMAR the assistant manager here and he would not let me rent a car. He was going out of his way to make up new reasons why I couldnt rent a car there. Main reason he didnt let me rent the car was I didnt have 2 utility Bill statements on me. When have you ever needed a bill statement to rent a car? And then one of them was past due, he looks at it and says,oh it cant be past due! Like are you kidding me. I also went out of my way to even find my bill statement online for him to then say it couldnt be past due. I wasted a couple of hours here to walk out with NO CAR RENTAL. I then ask Omar if they need my bill statements for their records and he says, no I just need to see them. I was furious and got the managers name which is Kevin and left hours after I had went to this pathetic location. Funny thing is I had just left the banning location and they didnt ask me for utility bill statements. When I mentioned that to Omar he had nothing to say. OMAR is completely rude and I would NEVER even think of returning to this location.

Comment: Went in to pick up a car I had reserved online about a week prior. Unfortunately at the time of my arrival due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle wasn’t there at the time. Omar, the employee on duty at the time of my arrival, as well as the other on site staff and all others I interacted with that day busted their butts and were making calls non stop to get me a vehicle. After several hours, a vehicle was acquired for me.The entire office and all staff I dealt with that day were professional, courteous and 100% transparent on the entire situation. Car was clean and obviously had been sanitized and wiped down when I got it. 10 out of 10 would use them again.

Showed my available balances but since the bank wasnt recognized as a Chase Bank I was told I had to have a MAJOR credit card. I was told I could try opening a bank account at Bank of Hemet to get a card in my name. This is at 5:30pm. Why a $200 deposit on the same car I reserved 2 weeks ago n needed a $500 deposit? Comment: I Tried to rent a truck and a SUV on 3 different occasions at this location. Each time I made the reservation online or by phone, only to be contacted after the reservation and told there are no vehicles available. On one occasion I waited 3 days for a truck that I never got.(1) Fix your website, because obviously this location is not in sync with your inventory. This hasnt happen with any of the other 3 locations I frequent.(2) If you are going to inconvenience me as a customer, at least offer a discount, upgrade, free gas or something. I had a 430pm reservation, only to be told upon arrival I need to go to another location for the rental I reserved via phone. 30 minutes later, I arrive at the 2nd location only to be told there will be a 40 minute wait which turned into more than an hour. So by 6:15 I finally received a rental.In my 30 years of renting from ERAC, I have never experienced such bad service. At this point, I will never consider doing business at this location ever again. Three strikes and you are out!

The smell was so bad that it gave me a headache and I couldnt even stand to drive the car. This is very disappointing, since I specifically asked that the car be smoke free and I was assured that it was. I called customer support to resolve this issue and was informed that I had to take it up with the location I rented the car from. This will be so much fun, since I enjoyed the first go round with this locatIon....NOT.

Please be safe, check the doors of your rental cars for yours and ur family’s safety!Sooo, Update! They are charging me for damages they clearly are responsible for! This is a downright outrage!! However, the policy of not allowing my sister visiting from Michigan permission to drive the car because she didnt have a credit card left her driving an unsafe car to the mountains. She had several debit cards insured by Visa. Merchants accept Visa cards for all other purchases because visa guarantees payment. (Credit) Requiring a credit card was met. I believe your business should contact a banking professional so that can be clarified with you. Credit is credit. There are no levels of credit with a visa guaranteed, only available balance. When a purchase is made that amount is subtracted from the account and guaranteed to the merchant. That makes that purchase amount unavailable for any other purchase. Thats absolute. The allowance to bring a money order instead is ridicules. We cancelled our rental car. My sister is now on the road, driving an old car with known safety issues. I will never rent any car from your company again. I was a loyal customer with Enterprise for about 30 years. Your company has put my family in danger. Shame on you. I even offered to pay cash in advance. Rejected.

Comment: I am giving it 3 stars because if I wasnt so alert they would have ripped me off. I asked them if I can get the car about 30 minutes earlier. They said it was fine. When I checked the charges they actually charged me $20 extra for picking it up 30 minutes early. Unbelievable. They said the only way to adjust this is to change the drop off time by 30 minutes. Comment: Well I was told I would be picked up by noon. I called and was told the the driver had already been at my house and called my phone. I was home and I did NOT receive a call. Too bad I have to use them for now because I am going through my insurance or else they would have just lost a customer. So now I wait another hour or so. 🤔Update: after I was picked up I asked the enterprise employee if they make phone calls to customers with a private phone number and she said yes. So, I never answer private phone calls due to previous experiences that most private phone calls are telemarketers and if its actually someone with an important message or in this case your enterprise driver then maybe they would leave a message. My suggestion is maybe assign a company phone so they dont have to be calling from their personal phones with a private number.

Comment: Enterprise accomplished a retaliation or get you back with us for a legitimate BBB complaint filed in Feb 2018. Still in disbelief that a major Corporation executed this and had no problem doing so knowing we HAD to have a car for family matters, not entertainment.AAA reserved a 9am car with a 9-10am pick-up. 9:45, no call, no pick-up. Got to Enterprise@10:40 (took @1 hr to walk there). Rep stated he let my reserved car go.@9am because I wasnt there @9am. I stated I would have been here @9am if your pick-up guy showed up or at least, called me to say he couldnt make it.Called AAA for answers. AAA reserved another car @11am, @10 miles away (15 min drive/@4 hrs walk). Spoke with that AAA and they stated I have until 11:15 to get car. They DONT LET CARS go out past 11:15am, Corporate policy for many years.My son didnt get his 17th Birthday gift (promised for 3.0 grades, wife was late to new Doctors Office cleaning & paid @$34 taxi, I missed a Realtor for.@$1000 job rental flip in Menifee and so on.Hope everyone at Enterprise is proud of themselves, just cuz of a Feb BBB complaint (they overcharged $26 and wouldnt refund it after @3 weeks.of many calls/emails). BBB got the overcharge back to me @5 days. This office has some real issues.....

Comment: I planned to meander towards orange county. Have my gallbladder checked out.Then maybe another meeting in La Jolla. Just some time to in beautiful California before heading back towards Canada.I showed up to the East Hemet location with my reservation number I made on-line.I was judged on my appearance upon arriving and told the policy was that cars cannot be rented without having a physical America address???They said they wouldnt give me a car.I had just left backpacking the Pacific Crest Trail. So I looked like a backpacker.I offered to rent a room from my phone but was told I wasnt getting a car.I phoned head office escalations twice (Kenya 1st call disappeared without a reference number) second call to get the reservation honoured took an hour and a half. Head office instructed this location to honour my reservation.Escalations claimed they have a policy in which they need to know where the vehicle was...hence the need for an adress.I suggested they all cars have GPS. I kept pressing for it and finally they caved. It was a farce.Will (assistant manager employee number e911s0) for some reason, takes his calls to his manager ( German Moren ) on his cell in the parking lot away from the service desk. I cringe to hear what he might be saying.They have a long way to go to understanding social awareness:( asked me for names and numbers of 3 additional people and work history. Current adress history. And charged me an surprise $200 deposit!Cassandra (also needs customer service training) was asked by Will for her password after I swiped my card. I hope he doesnt pin the interaction on her :(In the lot Will showed me to a smaller car . I said thats not what I ordered. Then came the dirty Nissan Sentra that had someones possessions in it. Not what I ordered but at this point I wasnt surprised. Stained seats.So very disappointed :( Shame.I usually only post positive but in this case I hope my post encourages Will and this location to improve.I mean look at the stains 😬 grossUPDATE...1 WEEK LATERThe photo of the stained seat was removed from my review by google I suppose and the rep Tosha has not followed up with how they might avoid this in the future. Oh well here is the photo again to see if its taken down again.

They pick me up when I need a car and take me home when I return a car which is a great added service. Had an issue with a rental car once and they switched me to another one fast. This is the only rental car agency I will use and Ive tried others.

They made me drive from far, promising that they had the vehicle I needed. After I waited for an hour and being charged. They told me they couldn’t rent me the vehicle, because it was being sold. How in professional is that!!!! The lady manager doesn’t even know what the hell she is talking about and didn’t apologize. Don’t waste your time here.

Absolutely none in the lot and had to wait until customers returned one to get mine. Also, they were understaffed and couldnt pick me up and had to have a neighbor take me to Enterprise. The company took one of the computers away and had only one to help a line of customers when returning.

Comment: I reserved a car here. I called to make sure I had everything they require. After calling several times and getting hung up on, They told me that I was good to go and everything was ready. They never mentioned the extra fees and a deposit or how much it was. I showed up and my bill went from 150 to almost 400. The personnel was polite, but when you dont have a car is difficult to make other arrangements for transportation in short notice. It would have been nice to know all this when I called so I would have time to make better arrangements for transportation.

They were ready to hang up, when I stopped them and gave them the address. An hour later, no car.Called and got excuses. They promised the car was coming. 40 minutes later, I called again. They said the address was wrong. I repeated the address, and they said is that in San Jacinto?YesWell, that was the problem. Well send the car right out.First: no call to check the address. Second: there is no address in Hemet the same. Input the address in the city of Hemet, it still sends you to the right place.15 minutes later, I called a cab to take me to a different car rental co.The cab took 13 minutes and arrived first.They didnt want my business.I dont want theirs.

My husband and I were denied a rental because we have AZ license and live in CA. I have rented a car from you on average every 3 months in the last year and spent about $300+ every time and have never been denied a rental. I am so upset that you can just implement certain rules and policies whenever your managers feel like it. This is my first bad experience and it was a horrible one. I may I will be needing to rent a car in November and I will probably not be using this company. How dare you when your competitors are less expensive!ISSUE RESOLVEDSo after talking to the actual manager I see that policy is policy and they were gracious in remedying the situation. I will continue to use this company because they care about their customers.
