Comment: Dwight at the San Bernardino Enterprise office is a freakin ROCK STAR! Even though they were having computer issues and I had to bring back the rental they initially gave me, Dwight made it RIGHT. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely want him to be my customer service rep the next time I need to rent a car.I will say, this location does seem to have a lot of technical/computer issues that should be resolved ASAP by Enterprise so that their staff can do their job properly. Any issues we had were due to the computer system, NOT the staff.

Comment: Dwight from San Bernardino Enterprise, who served as my representative, exemplified professionalism throughout the rental process. His caring attitude and informative approach ensured a smooth transaction. His efficiency in handling the paperwork made the experience seamless. Overall, Dwights dedication to providing exceptional service made renting a car an stress-free and pleasant experience. However, this branch looks unorganized, and I would not recommend doing business with this location. It would be nice if headquarter would coming to supervisor how the day-to-day interaction is handle by some of the other employees. If it was not the above employee, I would have given this location 1 star.

Comment: Everything was easy. The people were friendly and the car was fine. A bit dirty inside and out but thats just cosmetic. I am an Enterprise customer and glad to be one.Revised 3/9/2024I just returned a Toyota Corolla Cross after a week and it couldnt have been better. 34 miles to the gallon, in and out, the price was right and the service was exceptional. Mina and Jackie are just the best help available anywhere.Im so glad I chose Enterprise!

Comment: Drove 1 hour to pick up a rental, they said I was a few people away, so I waited an hour, nothing, someone drove up, they gave them their rental quickly, I went inside, one person was at the counter helping one person, manager and another employee sitting down on their phones, made eye contact, and continued to type on their phones. Honestly, I couldn’t believe: I left: 30 minutes later, they call leave a message, where did you go? I wouldn’t rent a car from here, if it was the last day on earth.

Comment: Zero stars if possible.This location does not offer services to customers without round-trip flight information as stated by the young female manager. While she makes these claims on behalf of the company, it is not stated ANYWHERE in emails or on their website (as confimed by external customer service reps).It also seems the manager is comfortable harassing and threatening customers and fellow customer service reps while being uninterested to resolve issues created by themselves. It is quite unfortunate she is not knowledgeable for someone who is condescending.Would NOT recommend to others to use this location unless you are interested in horrible customer service or ghetto rhetoric and ghetto behavior.Even on Yelp they have very poor ratings.Save yourself time and money, and find services at a different location.

Comment: I will give this location a one-star rating based on the staffs handling and response. Initially, it felt like they were implying a favor by presenting limited options and adopting a take it or leave it attitude. If they are low on inventory, customers shouldnt have to endure such treatment from the employees. If the staff cannot handle customer pressure, it is essential for the management to provide better training. Additionally, I forgot my Fast Track transponder, and upon returning for it, I was informed that it was not found. It is disheartening for organizations to have employees who behave in this manner.

I was greeted with open arms, they are always nice, polite, and friendly, and they accommodated all of my needs and requests in a short amount of time. Dominique made sure I was in a car that best suited my needs, and Mina made sure that upon returning my rental, everything was taken care of. Whenever I want to rent a car, I will always make sure to talk to those two people. They made the experience wonderful!

I rent from here very frequently and Jackie is usually the one to check me in or out and she is just amazing at her job! Comment: Worst experience ever! I go get my rental this afternoon after taking my car to the shop. I was told over the phone that the deposit will $50, I get there and they tell me deposit is $100! They said it used to be $50 but now it’s $100. I say ok that’s fine they get my initials and I’m ready to pay. It was pouring outside and the lady runs my card on her tablet and says it was declined. I’m confused because there’s funds in my account. I ask if they can run it again and they tell me they cannot, I have to wait 24 hours to run my card again. I call my bank and there is no declined transaction on file. I have work to get to tomorrow and my kids need to go to school what am I suppose to do? I try to talk to the manager and she says there’s nothing they can do.. how is it my fault that the girl ran my card in the rain ? That’s probably why my card wasn’t read right and it was declined. I then asked the manager why they charged me $100 when they had said it was $50? And she said sometimes we honor it and I asked why didn’t she honor mine? She says that after the fact my card was denied. So I called my insurance and they got me a reservation at Hertz and was in and out within 45 min. Never dealing with enterprise again!!!

Comment: Came in about 8-10 minutes before my pickup time and I was not out until 47 minutes later. This can be a busy place and they only had 1 person in the front so the line was 3-7 lining up to be checked in/out and 3-6 people waiting to finally get their car (after checking in). This was the whole time while I was there. At least the people working there were very courteous and apologetic without an attitude seen in many other rental places.Their car selection however sucked. Since I was there for a while I had plenty of time to somewhat look around. The cars in the lot all looked like they have seen better days. They were older, well used, with plenty of scratches. My car was not super clean and smelled with strong fragrance to cover up the cigarette smell. They gave me two options for what class I reserved. 1 had 35k and the other had 63k but both looked like they had at least 120k on them.I hate to say it but the place looks like ghetto while located in a ghetto place and the cars were ghetto. But at least all the people working there seem to be nice and courteous

Comment: This location never fails at being slow. Come prepared to wait over an hour to get a rental. Most cases Ive waited over and hour and half, and thats if they have a vehicles available. I highly recommend AVIS in Redlands, make a reservation before hand and your guaranteed a vehicle. Takes less than 5 minutes. The Redlands Enterprise also has bad service times and customer service.

Comment: Im currently using this facility to rent a car from my insurance. I should have followed my gut and gone somewhere else. They gave me a dirty and damaged vehicle, Im debating if I should return the vehicle already as I just picked up today. I dont feel comfortable driving this around and when returning Im worried that they will try to pin this on me, while I have video and photos I still dont want to deal with the drama of it. A lady who was renting today also made a scene because I guess they were trying to give her a dirty and messy vehicle I thought maybe she was tripping but I thought it was suspicious when they gave me the car wet and wanted me to check for scratches so they can make it. It was hard to see but when I got home and I dried the car myself I saw what I felt like they were trying to hide. I took pictures and videos immediately because this was how I received the car and I did not want to be force to pay for something I did not do. I highly recommend going to rent else where. I understand these rentals will not be in perfect condition however when it comes to documentation and being upfront about what damage is on the vehicle I highly believe they failed and it makes me believe that this is how they scam people if their not being honest about damage vehicles and noting that.

Comment: Customer Service by the branch manager Gracie was beyond rude. On 8/4 I had a reservation for a van to attend an out of state funeral service. I showed up on my scheduled time to pick it up and she said we don’t have any you call other branches. I asked if she can help to look some up she said no we can’t and she was just rude bout it with a bad attitude. 2hrs later after I’m still waiting in hopes that they can help me find a car. Mina steps in and finds a van for us. I checked the car throughly after work and noticed it had no Jack and no emergency tire kit in which the car comes with. I went all the back to the branch to let Graci know and she’s like well we don’t have anything and nothing we can do about it. I’m like how do you rent a car with no emergency kit. She’s like I told you I don’t know what you’re gonna do. On our way up to Texas we kept getting a slow leak In the tire. We get there after continuous stopping to put air. We call on Sunday to notify enterprise and they swapped us into a van in which is making a horrible noise sounds like axel is going to break. Do better enterprise. I will be contacting higher ups .

Comment: I had been doing business with this location for years. This is first time I was really upset with their services, especially the branch manager. Long story short. I made a reservation at 4 pm. Due to the traffice, I was late for about 20 mins. They kept telling me the car is on the way. Because of the nearby event, the car is stuck on the road. By 6 pm, I checked with the staff again. He told me the car is 30 mins away. Around 6:30, he came to tell me the car is on the way but he can not process my payment because it passes business hour. The system wont allow him to do that. I told him I dont belive that and would like to talk to the manager. He said he is the manager on duty. So I asked him to contact his company. Several minutes later, he told me he can take the payment and said it will be another 30 minutes if I am still willing to wait. I told him I can wait. 15 minutes later, the manager showed up and told me he can not rent a car to me becuase it passes business hour and they can not process the payment. I told him Your manager on duty just checked and told me it is not the problem and the car will be here in 30 mins. What the manager said to me was a shocking response. He said I do not know why he said that. We closed at 5:30pm. You have to go to Ontario Airport to get a car. You have to leave now. I was mad and can not belive what I heard. I asked Why dont you tell me at 5:30pm. Now it almost 7pm. I was sitting here for over 2 hours. Now you just came over to ask me to leave.Any way, I was kicked out around 7pm. I do not get a rental car I made a reservation but kicked out the office. I ended up taking a bus to get out downtown area then get a uber home.The worst branch manager I have in that branch.

Comment: First time I came was back around December 19. I got a rental due to car insurance and what I got was a vehicle that reeked of tobacco. I let it go and didnt mind it since I wasnt going to be using it for long and if I needed another car I was just going to go someplace else. When I returned it, the assistant branch manager was really apologetic and gave me his card with a free upgrade for next time, I didnt ask for it and only mentioned the smell so they could air it out for the next person but it was a nice gesture to get the free upgrade.Today(Jan 27) while my car is still at the shop I decided to give it another shot at this location since Mina Salib won me over only for the card to not be honored by another worker and being a bit of a smart mouth to me. I do understand why he gave me attitude since they had no cars available and he was juggling a lot so I dont blame him.Still feels pretty bad for me too, so if you guys get promised something I wouldnt hold a light to it. Both times Ive been there theyve had really low availability of vehicles so if youre in a hurry maybe go to the bigger riverside location

Got there at 845 to check in and they let me know it would be 30 minutes to get a car because they didn’t have any . After almost 20 minutes I was able to get my rental that I scheduled more than a month in advance for and they gave me an “upgrade” which was the same size as the car I requested . They did let me bring the car back on E when it was at a quarter tank for the inconvenience.

They kept saying that the car would be back in five or ten minutes but after close to half an hour, it wasn’t back so they offered a lower class car with some minor problems. The problem with that was they tried to offer other cars but said most of the cars were reserved. Was not my car reserved?I must commend the manager for trying to remedy the situation. She sent a text the next day so I could change cars but situations wasn’t good for my return. She was very apologetic and very cordial. It was she that kept the review from being three stars.

Coming from a platinum member who use to rent all the time from Enterprise.1- vehicles that I reserved was not there so I had to get a smaller vehicle.2- vehicle I got was unwashed and smelled horrible inside.3- when returned fuel was right at the line where I received it and the rep tried to charge me for a 1/4 of a tank additional at their usual marked up rate.4- when I expressed my concerns and issues to the rep, he stated he would give me a 10% discount which I never saw.In all the time renting from them, there is just no excuse for such a bad experience, when you take into consideration how much is being spent. $100 a day and put 200 miles on the vehicle. Needless to say I will NOT be renting from Enterprise again, nor do I recommend them.

Comment: The location was in an area that did not feel safe.The staff at the desk who checked me in was unhelpful and rude and told me to go sit back down when I asked (once, after 30 min of waiting & I wasnt sure if I was supposed to be doing something differently) if I needed to do something else to check in.Despite having reserved a car for a specific time, a car was not ready until an hour after that reservation time. This caused me to be late to an appointment.The type/class of car that I reserved was not available, and I was forced to take a major downgrade in size & quality of the vehicle.The car I was given was poorly maintained, and had a very loud squeaking front seat.When returning the car, a staff member asked me how my experience was. When I told her my concerns, she argued with me and tried to say that because Id been a couple minutes late for my pick-up time (barely), theyd given my grade of car away and thats why I didnt get the type of car Id reserved. This was pretty obviously not the case, as it wasnt busy when I arrived, and a different service person had told me that actually, they were just unloading the truck with incoming vehicles and they were clearly behind in getting them cleaned/turned-around. Annoying to not get the car you reserved, but unacceptable to be given a rudely-delivered LIE for an answer.I have frequently rented cars all over the country & world, and this was easily the worst experience Ive had. The whole location seemed disorganized, and there was clearly not a stream-lined process in place.There was one helpful person named Zeek (or Z?). He deserves 5 stars.

Comment: If I could do a negative score I definitely would. Do not rent from this place. My son came there to rent a car thru his insurance while his car was in the shop. The staff left for the day with my son and his brother (including his brothers car) inside and locked the gates. I called customer service and couldnt reach anyone due to them being closed as a whole company. I called the roadside assistance number and explained what was going on and they stated they couldnt reach anyone and advised us to call the police to get them out. We called the police twice and were told they would be there when they could because they were dealing with life and death situations. I called an enterprise car sales office that was still open and was told they dont have any numbers either to call someone to get the gate open and was told to call the police. They jumped the fence when their dad got there and left my other sons car in the lot. When I returned this morning to let them know I was upset because of what happened last night the manager Jessica and staff were combative stating they left after 6 pm and no one was there. I kept trying to explain that they were and had picture to prove it. My son told them to pull the cameras and at that point I was told they were refusing to rent to my son and leave. I drove to another location and was told that the account was blocked and couldnt rent from enterprise. I asked for the regional manager number and was told to call 800 rent a car and if the complaint was warranted they would escalate it up but wouldnt give me any other numbers. I have filed a complaint and now am waiting for Joel Lujan the Regional manager or Shawn Twyman the Regional VP to contact me. I was told I would get a call within 48 hours, but that the email sent to them they would receive immediatly, so if they are checking their email I might get a call sooner. Horrible customer service at this location!!! Do not rent from this location unless you want to risk getting locked in with no one to contact. Im disappointed that the customer service line doesnt even have a call center to answer after hours to help with off situations like this.

Comment: I needed to rent a car for the weekend. I have used Enterprise previously, so I chose to use them again. I am Soo happy I did! They picked me up from my hotel, and took me to their south E st. location. I told the front desk staff at my hotel that it would probably be an hour or more before I could return and check in.I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! They let me a SWEET 2021 Nissan Sentra. My car broke a coolant hose and I needed something for two days while my car was being repaired in San Bernardino at Franks and Kits.The staff was very thorough with explaining car controls and cleanliness.After checking the car in the whole office said good by when I walked out.

I always allow myself plenty of time when picking the car up because Sometimes it can take a while. This Enterprise location was a pleasant surprise. The process of picking up my rental car was FAST & EFFICIENT! I was in and then on my way in just a few minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offering cold water bottles on the hot summer day. The car was clean and ran well. The return was just as easy. I will definitely use this location in the future.

Comment: I was very dissatisfied with the whole experience. I rented for a weekly rental. The first week for me to pay $313.00 I called to make a payment no answers . The phone would not let me get thru. Days went by I though money had been taken out but it wasn’t. This backed me up in payments . I didn’t have the money to afford to laps in payments. This went on for a few weeks that I soo desperately need the rental. I’m into ministry and the rental from enterprises was bad for me . The customer service was the worst ever and I was shut down and treated very badly with awful remarks. No one would take ownership of the mistakes while I was forced to pay for days out from as a higher pace, less days for more money . This ruined my chances of saving money with the rental. I was hung up in and talked to like a animal all the time. I was expecting different from enterprise . One person named Joel of San Bernesino branch was understanding to my cause and helped me try to get back to a weekly rate I was familiar. But the whole time I stressed ans lost money a lot,, paying 400 dollars for three days was absolutely crushing. I would not rent at enterprises anymore nor will I refer anyone to rent a car here. Bad experience

Comment: I rented a car here after getting mine totalled. I had a reservation for 11 did not actually get a car until 11:50; when I asked the employees they said they were getting the car ready. They basically clean the cars as they come in and hand them off to the next person.Like a prior review said it was 3/4 of a tank... At the time of dropping off it was $5.65 per gallon to refuel. Same story returning the car had one person helping everyone. Had to wait to get assistance as multiple employees were running around. Employees are dressed so casually you cant tell who is an employee. Overall this location ruined me booking another car with Enterprise.

Comment: The Enterprise location in San Bernardino did not properly clean the car. It was really dirty. As a retired government employee (and veteran) I have rented many vehicles while on detail or orders but this was simply the dirtiest vehicle I have ever rented. The gas tank was only 3/4ths full? How do I return a vehicle with 3/4ths of a tank when I do not know what it takes to filled it? How could truck be sanitized when it was so dirty? Something is wrong here (I will not rent from this location again). I have rented from this location before and never had this type of negative experience. I would recommend some type of quality assurance inspection to prevent this from costing you a loyal customer. I was driving across three states and when I checked I was alarmed because I realized they had removed the spare tire and jack. I was just lucky I never got a flat and needed to change the tire.

Comment: So, I went online and made a reservation for a car at 12pm. That was the default time the online site gave me. I called ahead to ask about billing, and then I head down. I get there and I am just waiting. I look at the hours and realize they closed at 12pm. So, I dont know if they closed early or the online registration just made a mistake. Someone could have said something over the phone. Like make sure you get there early, because we close early on Saturday. I missed the open house I was supposed to go to. Now I am out a car, and probably a place to rest my head now too. Enterprise is closed tomorrow on top of it all. In the past I always had good experiences here...

I rented a car from San Bernardino, Ca location and Reserved it a week in advance. I reserved a full size car. When I arrived 30 minutes early they didnt have any cars available. I had to wait over an hour for them to wash a car for me. When they brought it out it was a Dang Camaro! I am 6 4 and I do not fit into a darn Camaro! I sat in it and couldnt even straighten out my neck. My head was smashed against the roof! Camaros are not full sized cars! They are sport cars with stupidly small interiors. I ended up taking a Toyota Corolla instead because it had a great deal more room in it. The car drove terrible. but, it got me home. I will not be using this location again.

Comment: My bank put a fraud stop on my card when I tried to pay and I lifted the stop but Enterprise wouldnt rerun the card for 24 hours. A terrible policy that got me, disabled, stuck in a bad part of town. Update: They contacted me. They gave a scripted apology, again. Nothing else was done. It was a waste of time replying to them. Ill never do business with them again. Ive had to go without food and medicine because I couldnt rent a car as planned.

So they gave me an upgrade cool... It worked out. But when I got home to pack, noticed how dirty it was. With small child handprints covering, more than one windows inner side. Comment: I rented this past weekend. I was patient with the long wait times for pick up and drop off (due to distancing etc.?) not going to complain there.However returning the car was a nightmare. The lot was filled, and there is no street parking, all the customer parking spots were filled with rental cars (There were only 2 other customers there with us, and you can tell since no one is allowed inside and their lot is small). There was no where to park my personal car (my ride home lol) and after another 35/45 minutes of waiting they were finally looking at the rental and about to sign us off so we can leave, after all the waiting a man named Terrance tells me to move my personal car to join the other cars blocking the driveway between their front and back lots (not a parking space) I told him we were about to leave and there wasn’t anywhere else to park. He continued to escalate the issue getting an attitude (telling me I can circle the block etc, having nothing helpful to say) he was clearly upset because I didn’t jump up to do what he wanted right away, he also claimed to be a manager? 2 minutes later my husband was done with the return and we’re about to leave but Terrance is still there hassling me. This upset my husband who went to talk to the real manager who basically shrugged his shoulders admitted he was Terrance’s boss and had nothing helpful to offer about the situation.We left, won’t be back.I do not recommend them.They were also trying to initially get me to rent a car that was on Empty (red light, said 10 miles left, yeah). I turned that one down... so they just didn’t do great from beginning to end.

Comment: I rented a car this past Thursday. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When they didnt have the car that I had ordered, they offered me an upgraded car but at the same rate. When I turned it in early (only needed it for one day instead of four) they only charged me for that one day. A pleasant surprise! Last year I needed to rent a car for a medical emergency with my son. I had paid for 2 days but when I turned it in after 1 and a half days, and they found out about my family emergency, they were nice enough to only charge me for 1 day! Wow! Like I said, a great staff! I happily recommend this Enterprise location.

Comment: This location has hard working staff that try their best to get you into your rental vehicle fast and professionally. Its not a large facility so the vehicle we reserve online is usually not available and for some renters this may pose a problem. We usually end up with a no-charge upgrade so its not a big deal. I have rented everything from a 4x4 fullsize truck down to a mid-size car here and have never had an issue getting a satisfactory vehicle. However if you need something very specific you should call the location directly first as the online reservation system is far from perfect. Plan on spending about 15 to 20 minutes from arrival to departure with an existing reservation. Drop ins without reservations may take a lot longer and I advise calling first to make sure they have vehicles available.There is a bus line dividing lane that prevents you from making a left turn into the parking lot when heading south on E street. Its much easier to plan on heading north on E and make a right into the facility from the get go. Otherwise you have to drive past the entrance and make a U-turn and double back.

Comment: I am giving two stars rather than zero because the location was able to pick me up from work to get the rental, and the driver was great. My experience soured from there.My husband scheduled the rental for me through their reservation line. During the reservation, he was told that if I were to use a debit card to secure the rental, a $200 refundable deposit would be assessed. Otherwise, I could present a credit card, and avoid the additional hold.While completing the reservation, I was surprised to learn that the hold would still be applied to my account, despite using my credit card. Curiously, when I inquired about the charge, the manager asked for my address, then informed me that the additional hold would still be applied. I mentioned the hold again to a separate staff member during the vehicle inspection, and was told that ”that´s how ít´s done in the city everywhere in California”. I relayed the exchange to my husband, who again called the reservation line. He was again advised that we should not have the additional hold applied.TL;DR: The national and local offices are not on the same page about what the customer should be charged for a rental. Apparently if you rent while “in the city”or do not reside in a preferred zip code, you should expect an additional hold.Just an aside, the vehicle itself was filthy. I was grateful for the full tank, but with food crumbs and spills in the console and trunk, it was apparent that they don´t clean between clients. I´ve never been overly enthused with Enterprise in general, but FWIW, I would avoid this location. YMMV.

Comment: By far the best experience I’ve had in 20 years of renting any vehicles here or abroad. I am from out of state working on a couple of projects out here and have had the rental for 6 months now and I think I have forgotten to come back in on the 30 day almost every time since time is just flying by so Christian and his team always take care of me setting me up on weekly rates until I can make it back in to do the paperwork again. Actually the last time it was all paperless and much quicker so even better. I have always been met with outstanding customer service and they are just a great team so I would highly recommend them if you are up in the air on car rentals. It’s a shame all other rental car companies aren’t this great and they could definitely learn a thing or two from this branch!

Got a follow-up call the next morning to confirm reservation, also received more details about my rental. Upon pick-up, discovered my insurance would not cover my rental. Being on a tight budget at the time, Angel, Victor & her team came thru for me & still got me in a car in less than 30mins. And was told I get an upgrade for the same price because (I think) I was the first reservation of the day, or something. LOL! The vehicle was super clean & with first rate performance. Comment: Great staff here!Everyone was happy, smiling, funny and genuine. I rented a mini van for the day to take my daughter and friends to the beach. From the time I arrived right when they opened they were friendly and made sure things went smoothly. I never felt like just a number. I left my car in their lot overnight and picked it up the next day.There were other customers renting whom did not have credit cards, and Ive been in that situation before too. I felt like they were treated with respect and welcomed. It took some time for them to notify me of this minor issue, however, I did get a good deal on the downgraded vehicle they offered me. Surprisingly the vehicle was super comfortable. I like the fact that they will take you home once you turn in the rental. 3 and a half stars. I would like to give them more, but I waited a little too long to get the vehicle, and the downgrade didnt help matters. Easy to fix next time though. I would recommend them and will use them again.

However I disliked the car that was given to me everything was manual except for the gears, and I waa using the car for a road trip. My reservation was for first thing in the morning, if I didnt have to leave to get my documentation Im sure I would have received a better car. When I asked if there was something more up to date I was told if I had the time I could take it to the airport but I didnt so I was stuck with the car for four days. On my return another manager did help me by discounting one of the days but when I looked at my receipt she only discounted the day but she didnt remove the taxes and insurance for that day just the car. The gesture was appreciated but it doesnt make since to pay for insurance and taxes for a day i wasnt even charged for right?

Comment: I have rented from this particular branch in the past and have found their staff to be extremely helpful and patient. The professionalism of the staff when working with difficult customers is outstanding. I personally Witness a customer who did not have the proper documents to rent and became outraged with the agent who kindly explain the policy and showed great patience with the customer even though the customers stormed out. Kudos to their staff in handling difficult customers

Comment: I made a reservation in advance to pick up a car on Saturday morning at 930am. I called the Thursday before to confirm the reservation and request a pick up for Saturday morning because it said in the reservation I need to schedule it at least 24 hours in advance. They said I would just need to give them a call Saturday morning and they would come and get me. I called the office first thing when they opened at 9am on Saturday morning. When I chose the option for pick up I was put on hold and then the phone would start ringing and ringing but no one would answer until it went to an automated good bye answer. I called for 30-40 minutes straight just trying to get someone on the phone. I ended up just pushing different options trying to get someone to answer. After I finally got someone on the phone and asked for a pick up the employee asked if he could put me on hold for a minute. I said it was fine but then he didnt and I heard his entire conversation with the manager/supervisor about another unhappy customer. After he was done talking to his co-worker some how he connected me to another customer calling in and she and I had a great conversation about how horrible our experiences were. We ended up hanging up and I tried calling again. I finally got someone again and they said they were sending someone out to get me. They picked me up and took me to the office. They told me there was 2 other guests in front of me and I would be next. I wasted an hour of my life in the enterprise office waiting for someone to help me. When I went out to go through the inspection they gave me a mini van rather then the small car I had reserved. It was after 1130am before I was able to get the car and leave so I just took the van and left because I was tired of dealing with everyone. The only good thing was the people were fairly nice and not rude but the entire situation was just unacceptable. For a first impression Enterprise failed miserably, I cant say I will ever use them again unless I am left with no other choice.

Comment: Jesse took real great care of me. I was charged for a gps unit i didnt get and he took the charges off. He made sure I was comfortable and understood all charges before he applied them to my card. Great customer service and car was a joy to drive. I WILL be back!!!!

Comment: Reserved a vehicle at 12 pm. Didnt get a rental till 4pm. Lack of communication. Instead of telling me from the start, I walked in and they got my info down like I was Gona get my car instantly. Not till after they got my info down did they tell me they were already booked and looking for people returning cars for me to ultimately get my rental. I like enterprise but Ive had better days.

Comment: I went online and did a same day rental. The reservation was sent to the location but no vehicle was ready. I made the reservation about 3 hours before I came. There was an hour or so wait til a vehicle was ready. The staff was nice and professional. I got a great vehicle and had no problems returning it. I would use company and this location again.

Comment: Excellent customer service. The staff is efficient, friendly and very professional. They are quick to accommodate your needs and provide discounts without prompting. It is evident they know what good customer service can do for the company and assure returning customers. I would highly recommend the San Bernardino enterprise location to friends and family for their rental car needs.

Comment: I went maybe five hours early for my appointment they accommodated me with no problems I drove my personal car home and I asked them to pick me up and they were on time picking me up. I was upgraded to a beautiful vehicle something better than what I picked. The service at that location was exceptional I was so impressed I will definitely definitely go back again

Comment: I have rented cars from this location several times over the last few years. I am surprised at the bad reviews I see on this site. I am always treated kindly, and professionally at this satellite location.They are frequently backed-up with customers, so supply & demand may mean youre waiting awhile, but they have always made me feel they go out of their way to fulfill my needs.It used to be the vehicle turn-around was so rapid that you didnt get a clean car, but the last few times I picked one up there, they were washed. Most of the time the inside glass needed cleaning.They only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is they never have Mustang GTs to rent...

Comment: This company is the worst to deal with. They dont care about their customers or the appearance of customer service.We made a reservation online and called yesterday to confirm they would have the vehicle at 9 like they said.So we get there this morning and nope, no vehicle and they give us some number that we havent had for like 6 or 8 years and are blaming us for putting it in the system when our confirmation shows that we entered our current number.And what is worse, the guy at the counter could have cared less.I asked if there was another location that might have one we could get now and his response was I could call but there wont be any.Really? We have proof your system isnt updating or using the correct information and its our fault?! Especially when we called YESTERDAY to confirm it would be available?How can you do business of you cant have vehicles available when they are needed by your customers and you had promised them to your customers and confirmed they would be there?And not only did the person at the location not care that there was nothing he could do, the company customer service line doesnt care either.Well... I will NEVER rent from enterprise again and I will always tell all my friends/family anyone who is considering renting not to deal with this customer unfriendly and uncaring company.

Comment: Made a reservation for a customer around the block from this location at 11am, spoke to Arthur who said hed make the reservation and send someone to pick up our customer. They were backed up but would be able to pick him up within the hour. During lunch a member of our staff was placed on hold for a half hour with no answer, another member called and got Caleb who put them on hold for another half hour. During this hour we Hertz took our reservation and picked up our customer. We then called Enterprise back to cancel the reservation we made with them. We were hung up on twice and put on hold again. Calling from a new number, Caleb answered again. I explained to him what happened and that we needed to cancel the reservation. No explanation or reason was given, and hardly an appology. He sounded disingenuine and hollow, you could really tell that he frankly didnt care. I never had such a difficult time with them until now. I personally and professionally can not rely on them and can not subject my customers to their lack of service.Go elsewhere.

Ron assisted me and there were a few hiccups with my reservation but he was calm and extra nice and made sure everything was handle in a professional manner. I would highly recommend this to anyone if your looking to be taken care of and hassle free.

Comment: I am waiting for my car to get fixed currently and farmers had scheduled a car pick up for me. I went down there, they were so nice when I had gotten there! I got a nice car rental easily and very quickly. Most people at work now and days are impatient and Rude. Buy these guys are so nice and cool. I dont know why there are some bad reviews...

Comment: I made the mistake of getting a pickup on a Friday afternoon when everyone else wanted to rent a car. So I was not surprised when there were delays to my pickup (it happens,I should have known better). Other than that, from the moment of pick-up to the time I got the keys, I can say that the staff was Awesome! (Friendly, cheerful) Fast process too, maybe because I had already made an appointment online but I didnt have long to wait. I dont usually give reviews but since this is my 2nd location Ive tried (the other one is in Redlands, also great!) I realized the service and professionalism is standard practice for any location.
