Booked reservation online with email confirmation for friday noon pick up. 4 hours before noon got a call informing me that they had no cars available and they would set me up for a car in jackson. After 2 hours with no call back or email, called jackson office and was informed that they werent contacted and they were sold out. So now im left scrambling to find a car on friday before a holiday weekend. Complete incompetence from the adrian location.
We were in need of an emergency rental due to an accident with our car. Xzavier, the Adrian, MI manager, handled our situation with excellent service, support and kindness. We could not have been more pleased!
Easy to reserve online, pickup and drop off was less than 10 minutes each and it was my first time. Will definitely do it again

I wish I could leave zero stars for this one. Was told I would be driven home when I returned the car. I even told the person what city and that it was about 20 minutes away. When returning the car Im told no they only go up to 10 miles and my house is 15 miles from them. I get sorry the person that told you that is new, sorry he misspoke. Even their corporate escalation department gives me the same scripted response. I end up having them take me the 10 miles and get to walk the rest of the way home in the rain. Never ever again enterprise.

My experience with Enterprise was pleasant for the first part of the process - picking up the car. I withhold commenting on the total experience until the completion of the rental process.
Ive tried to rent cars from the Adrian Location on several different occasions.. they never have a car available.Today, they told me they had one available for my customer, called to pay for the car to be told, they dont currently have any inventory in Adrian.Drove my customer to Ann Arbor (Huron Street Location) after calling and CONFIRMING with Robin that they had a car available, drove my customer an hour to Ann Arbor to be told there are 5 people waiting ahead of me, and wont have a car until this afternoon.UNACCEPTABLE. Will NOT refer any of my customers to Enterprise in SE Michigan EVER again.COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
Great service! Each employee has been very helpful and professional. Although sometimes very busy in the morning, the flow to rent one car to the next is steady and timely. I appreciate the calm relaxed atmosphere.

Picked up a rental car in Adrian, MI after moving my daughter into college to drive back home to Missouri. The agent in Adrian, MI did an amazing job with getting me in a great car and on my way. Very similar experience in St Charles, MO upon returning the car, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use again!

When we were in an accident I called first thing in the morning needing a specific type/size of vehicle. By the late afternoon they had made it happen. Thank you we greatly appreciate the assistance.
If I could rate no starts I would. They promised us they would hold a vehicle for us and they rented it out the very morning we were going to pick up. We were left stranded without a vehicle to transport our family. Never doing business with them again. Atleast not from this location.

RESERVED A CAR ON FRIDAY FOR MONDAY MORNING 6-25-18! SCHEDULED IT ONLINE RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION. WHEN I WENT THERE TO PICK IT UP THEY HAD NONE OF MY INFORMATION IN THERE COMPUTER AND WAS TOLD TO CALL FOR RESERVATIONS . THEY WERE BUSY AND WERE TRYING TO GET ME OUT THE DOOR REFUSED TO HELP ME! 2022-06-28Last night my friend got stranded at the airport. No rentals available there so I went and picked him up so he could stay at my place for the night. We booked a rental here for the morning so he could drive home to Grand Rapids MI one way.When we arrived at 10:00 am, I made a joke about how as rough as his trip home has been let’s hope this isn’t a repeat of the Seinfeld episode with the rental car… yeah bad timing. We were told “we tried to call you.” Which was true. Once in the morning with no voicemail left.“All thirty of our cars are rented by a corporation today so we have no vehicles for you.” No explanation given on why tee were able to book, no apologies but a sorry and a shrug. They mentioned going to Jackson or Toledo to get a car, and checking for us. Kind of defeated the point as I still had to get to work, work which was gracious enough to let me drop my friend off at his car rental before coming in.Out of desperation, we call enterprise Ann Arbor and Jackson to see if we could possibly get a car there. We were then told that all Enterprise was not allowing any one way rentals to go out, it was round trip only. A direct contradiction with their website and policies, not to mention booking options.If we had been made aware of this by the website, we could have got up early and drove somewhere with a bus ride or train ride to Grand Rapids instead.So all in all;We did not receive our rental.We did not receive a solution.We did receive a phone call, but no Vm or second call.They did not offer to cover my fuel costs for driving my friend.They were not helpful.In the future I will not be seeking rental cars via enterprise, as it is obvious they only care about big corporations and do not value paying customers.

2022-04-28Husband went to pickup a vehicle Tuesday April 26th 4:30pm. I had previously called and spoke with a lady that told me she had 2 SUV available if we came right over. I called my husband who was already in town and he went immediately to Enterprise. When he got there he stated his wife had just called and was told there was a 2021 jeep Cherokee available. Very rude the lady said I told her there where 2 vehicles available and you will get what you get and she gave him an older model SUV. I was referred to this Adrian Michigan Enterprise by my insurance company 😒 I will be calling my insurance company to inform them of the service my husband received.

2022-03-24If you ever have the pleasure of returning your rental to the enterprise in Adrian on 223, I hope you get to meet Exavior or it might be spelled Xavior. He went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. He was so nice and was able to get me a ride back to the dealership so I wouldn’t have to walk in the rain. I watched him work with several customers and he was willing to help in anyway he could with many varied problems and circumstances. Truly a wonderful person and it will be where I rent my cars from now on.

2022-01-11Had to have a rental for about a week. Picking up was fine. Dropped off at 8am. Said they open at 8, but nobody around!! Waited intil 10 after before I had to put keys on drop box and leave. Took pictures of vehicle and left. Would be nice if they actually went by posted hours.

2022-02-15Called to get a qoute, woman who answered could not have been more rude. When I asked why they dont allow a drop box for people that want to drop their car off on the weekend, she said, Thats why we give you the airport location if you need to do that! Nobody in Adrian MI is looking to call a local car rental to pick up or drop off in Detroit. Your attitude sucked, and as the face of the company who people talk to first, youre losing them $$ because some of us are local business owners ourselves and tell all our patrons who we recommend or dont. From the looks of reviews below, I shouldnt have been surprised. Will also be telling everyone my expierience.

2021-05-03Communication between my car insurance, Enterprise and ourselves was real good. We had to wait 3 days for a car. A second employee at the office window would be good. Although there are stickers inside the car saying no smoking it smelled like someone covered up both cigarette and joint smoke with air freshener. We were offered a different car but we didnt want to cause more work and thought the skunk smell would dissipate, which it didnt. Security deposit was returned quickly after we returned the vehicle. Personal was friendly.

2020-11-12I had a very good experience with Enterprise In Adrian Mi. My rental agent was an awesome gentlemen. He made the process go very smoothly and was very professional. I wish I could remember his name so that I could mention him in this review. I appreciated the fact that the same agent was there when I returned the vehicle. All around great experience.

2021-04-10If I could give it zero stars I would. It started with them not informing us that the 4x4 vehicle we rented wasnt available to us until we got to the office. We were told the only other vehicle was a truck so we took it. We were lied to about it being a 4x4 as we were going on vacation to a 4x4 beach. We immediately got stuck in the sand when entering the beach. Had to pay a $320 tow bill to get us unstuck and $85 park fee so the truck wouldnt be towed to impound. The Adrian office didnt think twice about lying to us knowing what we were doing. Not one, but two employees lied straight to our faces. They did nothing to help us find another vehicle around the area. Our vacation was ruined as we had to find rides on and off the beach. I would never recommend this place and I will go out of my way to make sure everyone knows how terrible this place is

2020-12-30My first experience going through Enterprise was amazing! Xavier had great customer service and did everything he could do including staying after work for half an hour just so I could get my rental car to take my kids to Florida! I will be a returning customer!!
