Great service! Ryan was amazing to work with. Some issues with insurance coverage and timing had come up, potentially leaving me without a vehicle, but Ryan was so helpful and did everything he could to make sure my needs were met and wasnt stranded without a vehicle! This location is super handy when I visited my Mom and wanted to take her to a family reunion in Detroit. Much easier than renting at the airport! And the price was very competitive. The staff was helpful and easy to work with. And the toll free support staff helped me when I was rushing to fill the car with gas and couldnt figure out how to open the little door to access the gas cap. All in all a great experience!
So Ive gotten three cars from enterprise recently 1 in saginaw and 2 from the midland location.. now I know saginaw Is a lot bigger city but dang it was was so much easier and quicker here!! The man and a woman who helped me were do friendly and nice and walked over the car an made sure any marks were put down ( that never happened in saginaw) and it was just a great easy pick up ... Ill be back in. No time
This was my first time renting and I’m under 25 so I was expecting a hassle. It was the easiest process I imagine possible. Car was cleaned and detailed before I received the keys. Social distancing and masks were used during check in & out. Definitely will be renting here in the future.
Absolutely terrible service. If I could rate it less, then I would. Reserved a 15 person bus for my WEDDING DAY. At 9am the day of my wedding I received a call saying that a person did not bring it back. Now I am without transportation to photos/wedding for the bridal party. Talk to a manager, he stated that there was nothing they can do. They said they would give me a few dollars off an 8 person van which does not help whatsoever. So to sum it up I had a reservation for a vehicle and they just let someone keep it and screw my wedding day. Try explaining that to a soon to be bride on her wedding day when shes already stressed to the max. Please, if youre smart find somewhere else. I dont want anyone to go through the same experience I had too.
I had this rental vehicle while my jeep grand Cherokee was being repaired. There is nothing particularly wrong with the rental vehicle However I wish they would’ve verified the fuel level properly when I left the lot The vehicle only had a quarter of a tank however the representative claimed it had 5/8 of a tank so I had to pay the difference, I know it seems petty but I thought all rental vehicles were supposed to be full when you picked them up.
I have rented a car many times here and have always had great experiences! The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I always feel welcome and well taken care of when I walk through the door! Very happy with their service and would absolutely recommend them!
@@@Horrible customer experience!@@ I called the Midland location to rent a car for a week. I recieved a quote for the amount for the rental from Sky. I wanted to commit to the rental but first I needed to know if they would deliver the car to me. She did not have the answer to this question. So I asked for someone to call me back so I could get my question answered. She insisted that the only way that anyone would call me back was for me to give my debit card information that was linked to my bank account.I told her that I would be glad to do this but I needed this one questioned answered first. She insisted she would NOT LEAVE MY NUMBER FOR SOMEONE TO CALL. SHE DID NOT TAKE MY PHONE NUMBER! I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, THERE WAS NOT ONE AVAILABLE. SHE SAID SHE HAD NO OPERATOR #. HER NAME WAS SKY.THIS WAS SATURDAY JULY 11, 2020 AT 9:35AM.
First time renting with them after a car accident I was not at fault for. They offered a coverage protection plan for a small additional fee in case I was in an accident. Well after 11 days waiting for my car in the body shop I received a small yeah right $262.00 bill on top of what my insurance covered. I was then short about $300.00 as I was dropped off by them at the body shop and couldnt pay the body shop the $500.00 I owed for my car repairs. Thankfully I was able to borrow some money from a relative to bail me out and not call for help to pick me up as the repair shop literally would not give me my car until the whole bill was paid. Never Ever accept any offers from the sales people at Enterprise unless you make them explain in detail every offer they suggest to you, never just agree to anything better yet find an alternative renting solution otherwise you will be left stranded high and dry.
Do not do business with Enterprise! There reservations department will book a vehicle for you without checking the location to see if they actually have the vehicle on their lot! This is absolutely ridiculous! I wasted an hour driving one way, only to have the local lot call me and tell me they did not have the vehicle I had reserved. This is last time I will ever do business with Enterprise. They were zero help to me and wasted my time and gas.
Enterprise has been a great company to help with the transportation needs of our smaller teams (such as golf and tennis) to get to their destinations for their competitions. It is a cost savings to not have to use a full sized bus for these trips. They are always friendly and helpful!
First time I have ever tried to rent a car. They called me I told them I was out of State. They said its okay as long as you had a vaild driver license and a debit or credit card. So I got a ride which was an hour away to get there and they wouldnt rent the car to me cause I was out of state. I had my bank card which was debit or credit card and kept telling they couldnt rent it to me since I was out of state! Like thats the whole point of renting a car if you out of state!
My experience wasnt a very pleasant one. I got there at my arrival time the car had not yet been cleaned, waited for that. The man literally cleaned the outside with a brush an bucket an that was it, nothing in the inside was cleaned. Car we received had a dent on the driver side, an a chip in the windshield. I tried to call the office about the chip in the windshield several times and would ring and then hang up! Then when I dropped the car off I had to put down a $250 deposit, when I returned they charged me the $250 plus the fee for the car, when I called an inquired why, they said I will get a return in 1 to 3 business days! Good thing I had enough money to cover other items coming out! Needless to say, I wont be using the one in Midland and will make the extra trip to MBS to use a different service.
My experience was horrible. The vehicle was nice, however when in returned with the vehicle, I had left my RCA tablet in the back seat. It took me about 10 minutes to get home from enterprise. I immediately called to let them know that I had forgotten my tablet in the vehicle. They said they would check and give me a call, at no time that day did I receive a call back regarding my loss. I called them the next day and they said that the person who cleaned the car did not find it in the vehicle. I asked could they contact the person who rented the vehicle after me, they said they would.Again, I did not receive a call back. I then called them and asked when was the vehicle to be returned so I could look for myself. I went to enterprise to look inside the vehicle and no tablet. At no time during my use of the vehicle my tablet never left the vehicle. So, someone at enterprise stole my tablet. Enterprise did not reimburse me, nor did they do a through job questioning their employees about left behind items. I was very displeased with enterprise and will not be renting from them again.
This is my fourth or perhaps fifth time this year Ive rented from this office for one day trips. The cars are always immaculate. The staff is super friendly and even know my name, although the rentals each were months apart. I recommend going to the web site to reserve the size car you want. No payment is due - just reserve the style (compact, midsize suv, standard suv etc.....) and it WILL be there for you. Ive even left my car there for the day Im renting. I recommend this office on Washington St. in Midland, MI

2021-09-28I dont rent vehicles very often and had heard many stories about people booking a certain vehicle only to find out that the rental company didnt have it at the lot on the pickup date. I was a bit skeptical, but Ryan at Enterprise was great to work with. I booked a fullsize truck three weeks in advance, and much to my surprise, the correct truck was waiting when I picked it up. We did get a flat tire (no fault of Enterprise), but Enterprise Corporate was a pain to deal with. The local branches, however, are much better in my limited experience.

2022-02-09The vehicles are always ready for me, the staff is exceedingly friendly, and I am always treated well whenever I need to rent a car from Enterprise at this location. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the need of a rental vehicle.

2021-09-20I have been a repeat customer of enterprise and had no issues before until now. I called and made a reservation last week Thursday. At the beginning of my call I specifically told the rep that I needed to be picked up and I told him that I recently moved but still in town and the reps response was that is not a problem and certainly will pick you up and even confirmed my new address to know where I needed to be picked up.Im a home healthcare worker and need to see patients today so I booked my reservation at 8am. And today, I called Enterprise to ask when will I be picked up? To my surprised and disappointmemt, I was told that my reservation is NOT for pick-up and was told I cannot be picked up till 10:30am as there is ONLY one person at the counter today and their guys are busy cleaning cars. 10:30am came and I called again only to be told that their guys are still busy cleaning and now cannot pick me up till a little after 11am. I called customer service line to complain and seek assistance and I was transferred to a supervisor who just asked me whats going on and that was it. They did NOT offer any resolution or a way to help with the situation and no compensation for the inconvenience this has caused.

2021-08-03Made a reservation for later today in the app because my car is in the shop. Received a call 30 minutes after I made the reservation and some rude woman named Ali stated they were unable to accommodate my last minute reservation because they were sold out for the day. I made the reservation at noon with a pickup time of 4:30pm, it wasnt last minute, they had more than 4 hours notice. I guess I should have asked my car to start having problems when it was convenient for them? When I called back to ask why my reservation doesnt show cancelled in the app and why it still shows cars available, nobody answered the phone. Just got some weird Enterprise ad that sounds like its a mile away. Called back and finally got Ali on the phone, complete with continued attitude. Apparently reserving a vehicle online or in the app means nothing. Yes, I reserved a vehicle, but Enterprise doesnt know what they have in the lot and they have nothing. If thats the case then your location shouldnt allow online reservations, period. I always book Avis through their website or app and have NEVER had a problem with getting a vehicle. I only chose Enterprise because I live in town and its more convenient to get to, never again.

2019-02-13Marah picked me up during the snow storm in a 4x4 suburban. Was pleasant and helpful. She actually gave up the suburban so I could take it during the storm. I will always prefer to go back to Enterprise in Midland because of the great customer service.

2021-07-26Ali provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the time I picked up my rental ( I was going to be arriving just after closing and she agreed to stay open to accommodate my busy work schedule) & was very professional & friendly & processed my rental super quick & also my return! 2020-12-21They have been amazing to deal with while vehicle has had to go back to shop on three different ocassions. Customer service is exceptional. 2016-04-26I agree with another review that the $250 security deposit is not something I was aware of until I was there to pick up my rental and they told me about it. Making sure that is known to potential renters before hand would have been nice. Last minute I was having to move around money between accounts to cover the cost of the rental plus the deposit. Thankfully I had the extra money. Not everyone would be so lucky though. The deposit was returned to my account in a timely manner after I brought the vehicle back so it wasnt a huge deal in the end. Overall I liked my experience though. Everything was pretty fast and convenient. They really worked with me to get me into a vehicle quickly. The vehicle I ended up with was pretty fun to drive and I enjoyed having it. Dropping the vehicle off was even quicker than picking it up. Employees I interacted with were very nice. I will absolutely use this place again when in need of a rental.

2020-12-10Attention to sanitation and safety standards amid covid. Also they didnt have the car I had requested so they went to the airport to get one for me last minute. They are very kind and attentive too. Ill definitely use their services again!

2019-10-01I wanted to rent a car for a summer trip, but I dont have a credit card and wasnt sure how the process worked. I tried going online and calling the general question number and wasnt getting a lot of guidance so I decided to go to the local branch .The two young ladies working there - Sarah & Mara - were absolutely the best. They were incredibly kind, very sociable, they answered all of my questions and helped to provide the best car that fit my budget and took care of all my concerns. They even looked into how the toll system worked in the northeast so that I wouldnt be caught unaware.I highly recommend using this branch, and going in person. Theres a lot of things you cant do on a computer that you can do face to face.
