I didnt give them full stars because the first car they give us for rent for $70 rate per day was very tiny plus one of the head light was broken. But the staff managed to replace it with a better one which i will post a picture in here. I wished they would have check the car first before they gave it us and hoped they got us a better car for the priced we paid like 70 bucks per day.
Mike and Jennie at the Sterling Heights store went above and beyond for me. Delivered a clean/sanitized rental directly to the body shop for a no touch transaction. Half way through our rental experience, we needed a larger vehicle for my wife to fit all 3 of our child seats. NO PROBLEM! Jennie the branch manager personally brought a brand new Tahoe to our home, again clean and sanitized along with exceptional attention put towards a no touch transaction. The return was just as easy, they allowed us to drop the rental at the shop. Received a call no more than and hour later reviewing charges and confirming my complete satisfaction. Picture perfect experience, you can immediately tell this operation has safety and customer service as their top priorities. Thanks again Sterling Heights team- made renting during a tough situation as smooth and safe as it can be!
Our trip was more relaxing by renting a vehicle.Five adults traveling for a relaxing 2 day trip which was made more relaxing and fun as we could all ride together comfortably in the rental.Pick up and drop off went quickly. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Five Stars 🌟
I rented a car there today and Kaitlin was the person who helped me. She was super professional and friendly. I was in and out in no time. She even cleaned the snow off of the car with a power washer. A true gem working for Enterprise. As a business owner - Id hire her in a second!
Both of my experiences with Enterprise have been great! They were even able to accommodate us last minute for a camping trip we planned. We were going to take my car but could not fit all of our gear in it. We called Enterprise that morning and they were able to get us an SUV within a half hour!! We were able to pack up and get on the road without wasting too much of our travel time. The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help you. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Enterprise!
I rent from this location all the time for business, and the customer service is just amazing. Never had a issue with a car, and even had the pleasure of getting upgraded for little of nothing. I definitely will recommend this location for any of your travel needs. All the young ladys and gentlemen that work there are great at what they do, and will do their best to get you the best deal.
This is the last time I ever rent a car from this place!! The car they rented me broke down and I was stranded on the side of the freeway for almost 6 hours. I called their “roadside “ assistance was told they’d have a replacement van picked up and brought out to me, ETA 1-6 hours so hold tight. At the 5 hour mark I called for and update only to be told that the tow company had tried to pick up the vehicle 4 hours ago and Enterprise would NOT release it until the “disabled “ vehicle was brought to them! So how’s that supposed to happen when it’s BROKE DOWN??!!! Nobody ever contacted me to let me know that nobody was coming & when I began to ask questions as to “why?” the woman said she didn’t have to take that from me and hung up!! Are you kidding me?you don’t have to take me asking why you left me stranded for 5 hours?? I called back and was told that “they don’t exchange the car out like that” and “unfortunately because it’s now 4 o’clock and a holiday we cannot bring you a new car but we can tow that one you’ll just have to find a safe way home for you and your family”.....wait, what??!!!!! Let me get this straight, you give me a BAD vehicle, it breaks down, your workers are incompetent and don’t know their job leaving me stranded with young children &senior citizens in 85degree weather for 5 hours and I have to find my own way home?? Oh and the best part of this story, the rental has expired plates!!! Thank you to the police officer that did NOT give me the ticket for this. I do not want a branch manager to call I want the CEO this is unacceptable...
The customer service in this location needs lot of work. I initially booked in my regular location on 14 mile and Van Dyke. My reservation was moved to this location without my knowledge. I got a call from enterprise a few days before picking up to confirm my reservation. I was not told that: 1) my reservation has moved here 2) enterprise is not offering pick ups anymore. I went to enterprise on 14 mile and Van dyke on day of pick up, found out the location is closed for the time being. I had to call enterprise to find out my reservation moved here and no pickups are being offered. I had to get a ride to come here to pick up the vehicle. Now, I booked an SUV. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was given an SUV which may be slightly upper class. I did not ask for an upgrade, not did I request an upgrade. I assumed this was the only SUV available and the rental agreement given to me after pickup had the original rate. This has happened before at other enterprise locations. The vehicle ran fine btw. After I returned the vehicle I was charged for an upgrade. When I called back, the lady on the phone told me I have to call back the following day as I have to talk to the guy who helped me as on their end they are seeing I got an upgrade. I do not know why I have to do that but I called back the day after regardless. This time, the guy who picked up was more helpful and gave me a refund that was supposedly the difference between original rate and upgraded rate. After I subtract the refund, I am still paying slightly more than what I was quoted for. I will let this go as I have better things to do. I would suggest renting from the enterprise on 14 mile and Van Dyke when it reopens or 11 mile and Van Dyke as I got much better services there.
I’ve rented from this Enterprise many times and I have never been disappointed! They have exceeded my expectations of what quality customer service truly is. I highly recommended them, they make it easy to rent and make you feel like family! This Enterprise location exceeded my expectations all around in the rental car process. Not only were all the employees properly trained, but they were all legitimately great customer service people. Its hard to come by an establishment where the staff actually does there job above and beyond, with a smile on their face and positivity radiating.Whoever is managing this location is doing something right! Five stars all across the board; give your awesome sales people raises! Especially the two men that took care of me earlier this month - thank you guys so much for getting me in the pretty black charger for my work event :)

Quick service. Friendly staff. No hassle experience.I had both of my personal vehicles die on me in a 48 hr period and needed a rental in short order to save our family trip up north. I was out the door in 5 mins with a Jeep Grand Cherokee that fit the need perfectly. Thank you for the great service!
We started out with a keyfob battery dying. We switched to a different car, then got stuck in the Enterprise parking lot trying to leave because the plow service hadn’t removed snow. One of their team members had to shovel us out. Then we were charged for 10 days, only had it for 8. Had to make two phone calls to get an adjusted receipt.
Very friendly staff and the best customer service I’ve received with a car rental company (and I travel a lot). While on vacation, they picked me up from my family’s home and drove me to the Enterprise location to pick up the rental car. While driving there, I was given thoughtful recommendations to sights my kids would enjoy during the holiday season. When I arrived, the staff changed my rental timeframe and drop off location per my request, with ease. I was given a free upgrade on top of that, which I didn’t request, but received gratuitously. Thank you to the staff members at the Enterprise for a great experience. I won’t rent from any other company when in Shelby Township, Michigan and will go out of my way to rent from Enterprise in the future. Thank you - Andrew De Zorzi
You can reserve a car on their website but even though it says it’s available doesn’t mean when you drive all the way there that it actually is. They don’t even have the same class of vehicles available. Might be nice to tell people what is available and what isn’t before you waste our time. Also, what’s with all the Nissans and Toyota’s?? Your in the heart of the motor city with a Ford factory across the street and a Chrysler factory a mile away.....it’s a slap in the face to the people in the community around you which almost ALL survive on the American car industry.
My experience was a pleasant one both On-Line making my reservation and being PICKED UP to get my vehicle and at the Enterprise Lot. All the personnel were exceptional. The car rented was also a very nice one even though there was a shortage of cars due to to very high number of rental requests due to a bad weather situation in my area causing a lot of people to need cars while theirs were in shops being fixed. Enterprise rules.
My first experience in renting a car was excellent. I reserved a car online. All 3 employees that I interacted with were very nice and helpful and offered great customer service. The car was in great condition. The rates seem competitive. When I returned my car, an employee immediately drove me back to the dealership where my own car was being repaired. Ill be back next time I need a rental.

They work very hard to make sure that your experience is great. They understand all of the reasons people need vehicles and will work with you and your situation.I highly recommend this site.Team Members change because of new opportunities because they are successful and promoted from within.I will continue to do business with them as long as I need vehicles.A great team!
Car was fine. One male (mgr type) when we were writing up our order was awesome should have gotten his name. Another female associate seemed clueless as he had to help her with everything. Said to bring the car back on empty since it wasnt filled up. Daily insurance allowance wasnt communicated correctly tried to go up there to see what we could do and another male mgr type was very short and rude w/ his responses. Anyway not sure if I will go back to that location unless I get the first person I worked with who was the best one at this location hands down.
I wish I knew the gentleman’s name that took care of my return for me. He was slim, Caucasian that had glasses. He took care of my car return very swiftly when I was in a hurry. He even personally shuttled me over to suburban Ford himself. He was super pleasant to work with, and was very nice to his customers prior to myself.The girls were all great too when I first came in, they worked fast and got me what I needed.I’ll be back to this location specifically next time.
The Enterprise website says that they do pick-ups, yet after making a reservation, I found out that wasnt the case, with the excuse being covid-19. That alone is worth 1 stars. Further, whatever they used to clean these things has a smell that gives headaches and gets on clothes. Also, they gave it to me on empty, and had to immediately go get gas. If that wasnt enough, one of the cars rear tires lost a lot of air and had to be filled multiple times. I picked this place in case I had to walk home after a drop off but Id rather walk miles for some other company.
Zach and the rest of the staff at Enterprise has been very helpful in helping me get into a rental that fits my needs at an affordable price. If you request a pick up they will drive within five miles to bring you to their location, and they offer to drop you off at the end of your rental as well. I went to a competitor because they initially offered a lower price, but when i arrived they said the car wasnt avaliable. Also, during the walk around the competitors representative failed to point out some major marks. Enterprise was honest. The rentals are clean and in exceptional condition and the entire process was explained and executed clearly. There were no loopholes in renting from enterprise. Very honest and trustworthy!
Sammy, Jorge and Zach did a great job of taking care of me, they were quick, had great customer service and made it a smooth transaction. This branch is a model for how others should operate. I had an unexpected business trip come up, and they were able to spring into action and locate a large SUV for me in a hour, they picked me up and had the SUV pulled up and cleaned when I got there. Thanks again for the help
I love this location. Ive been here several times and its always a good experience. The staff is always pleasant and professional. They get you in and out and the prices are always reasonable. Matt and Jennie are the best! They make sure Im taken care of and are always able to answer any questions I have. This is my favorite location. Great job, folks! Thanks!
Sterling Heights location has always been good. However, after i rented a car recently I experienced a flat tire causing me to stop at the Kalamazoo office. This office is terrible, the people there did everything they could not to replace my vehicle because of the next day rentals, this is the wrong approach and everyone at that location should be written up for this behavior. Once I told them I did not need an SUV and a car would work, they suddenly had a car available, which I received dirty and smelling of smoke and had burns in the seats.
Incredible customer service. I forget two pairs of sunglasses (my favorite ones too). Unfortunately the car was rented out an hour after I turned it in. They contacted the person who rented the car and found my sunglasses.Happy customer here and will make sure to rent from here in the future.Theyre open even on Sundays, unlike most other places.
The vehicle we chose was perfect for our trip. Enterprise was very helpful in finalizing our choice. The vehicle was clean. Enterprise associated was informative . It all work out well for us. The were also up the street from our home. Saved time, saved money. Good day all around. Thank u Enterprise.
The team there was great. Tim was awesome at helping me even though I was not in the system for a rental that day. My car went in the shop at the last minute and they had no problem getting me into a vehicle. The team on 18 mile and Van Dyke is AWESOME!!! Yes I will use them again.
Someone hit my girlfriends parked car, forcing us to take it to the body shop nearby. Enterprise works closely with the repair shop and were just awesome. She was very upset and Lamonte (sp?) was very kind and easy to talk to. He came to pick us up and transport us to the lot and fill out some paperwork. The employees behind the counter were even cheerful and welcoming. We ended up taking a 2018 Ford Expedition that our insurance paid for and it had some rear camera issues. It was a mild inconvenience but we took it back to the car lot and Jacob, who I believe is the branch manager, was super understanding. He took a look at the rear camera, apologized for the issue, and switched her over to a 2018 Cadillac Escalade and sent us on our way. Were very appreciative of the quick and wonderful service. Thank you Enterprise for making an upsetting situation so painless!
I reserved a vehicle yesterday at this location and today when I went to pick it up the location was empty (as in closed down). So I called the same number I had the day before and spoke with a female representative who told me there were no car rentals available. She then lied to me saying they tried contacting me on a number that was one digit off, even though they have all my information on file as Ive rented from there before (And caller ID HELLO!). Im a veteran and just wanted to take a family vacation up north for the 4th of July and now I cant. Thanks for the huge inconvenience and waste of my time. Enjoy the holiday that men like me provide.
Rented a 15 passenger van for our family vacation. Upon initial inspection found some crumbs in the back seats, white paint brush streaks on some seats/side doors. Mike stated he didnt know how long it would be for them to re-clean and my schedule didnt allow a long wait so I left. i got the van home to vacuum what I thought were a few crumbs and found cookies, chewed gum, candy papers and a used covid 19 mask!!! As a healthcare professional I was furious enterprise would ever allow a vehicle like this to be rented out Especially during a pandemic! I did speak with Mike who was apologetic and I came up with a resolution. Ive used enterprise in the past and never had any issues. I did deep clean the van myself considering I have children and elderly coming along on our vacation. Next Time I guess I will have to get up in the van, search under every seat and allow extra Time in my day in case they need to re-clean!
Dropped my friend off to pick up her rental. The process was quick and easy. She was met outside by a rep, they got the car and then showed her around (obviously) and how to use some of the features. Car was so fancy she didnt know what half the symbols/things it could do.
Transportation is an important privelege in my every day life and there is a lot of frustration that comes with choosing, renting, and paying for a car regardless of the reasoning behind it. The service at this location was absolutely phenomenal and quick. Jacob, Manny, Zack, and Emily all contributed to my experience. Do not hesitate to ask them questions because they will always be answered honestly and professionally. Thank you all for your outstanding services!
Was in an accident, they wouldnt come pick me up, so when I got a ride to their location, they wouldnt give me any options on vehicles. The one car they wanted me to take, I wasnt comfortable with. Very disappointed with this Enterprise location.Will be talking to my insurance company about how Enterprise treats their partners for emergency rental needs.
The staff at the Enterprise location on 18 and Van Dyke is friendly, welcoming, and as accommodating as they can be. I am giving 4 instead of 5 starts, because the car I picked up this morning had a busted wiper, and needed air in all four tires. It was also less than half full of gas. I ended up stopping at two Belle Tire locations (which have a contract with Enterprise, and could not have been nicer!), and everything worked out well. It just added about 45 minutes to my time getting where I needed to go.
They are pretty good here for the most part. The only issue that I had was the first couple times we rented with them they allowed us to use a company credit card but our third rental all of a sudden it wasnt ok anymore. When we asked why the gentleman wasnt very nice about it and said the other agents shouldnt have accepted it. No apology for the inconvenience.
Im giving 5 stars because first it starts with the customer service. I was help with my future reservations by Manny and he was patient, displayed courteousness, knowledgeable advise, and professionalism. This is the reason I enjoy referring Enterprise Rental Car over other competitors
All was good, but I believe I was overcharged, Since I booked the totally 30 days for around 600, but when I returned the car after 10 days I was charged 350 which doesnt make sense.My reservation was on hot wire, I am not sure if this matters or not.The total as shown on hot wire is 649.96 as 21.67 per day !! So how I was charged 358.8 for 10 days !!
I have used rentals from them several times without any issue. Today was a different story. Do not book online apparently. My wife came back with a smaller car than reserved and it cost us more than quoted for the larger car. Im very unhappy since we usually get better than we expect, not much much worse.
They lied and were not helpful at all, not even the manager. Ed failed in every area of customer service except speedy checkout. He gave me a phenomenally fast botched check out! Then he seemed bothered because I called the warranty company and asked him to talk to them. He did and still screwed it up...Thanks!
I was so disappointed with my experience at this location. The vehicle I rented was not ready by my reservation pick- up time. I had to wait for them to clean it and then when I got inside my associate told me that the crumbs and soda stain all over both doors was basic wear and tear. The back windshield wiper was broken completely and could not see anything during my 9 hour drive. It took me 4 days to get my Drop Fee corrected and to change my drop off location. Every time I called back this location, the lady I spoke with told me I was confused.. To say the least, I will not to returning to this location. I have NEVER had an issue with Enterprise before this. Be conscious when deciding to use this location.
Pros: Good customer service. They picked me up at my place of residence. The process of getting a vehicle was very quick.Cons: Limited selection of vehicles. I wanted a car, but they only had mini vans, suburbans, or trucks. Also, the mini van I used indicated that it used E-85 fuel on the gas cap. I couldn’t find a gas station that had E-85 fuel. When I returned the vehicle they said I could have used E-87. I wish I would have known that, otherwise I would have filled my gas tank up to avoid the additional fee prior to returning the vehicle.
The tire pressure light on my current car went on for 2 days. I checked tire pressure , everything looked fine. Thinking it might be some sensor or mechanical fault, I should switch the car. After making a phone call, explaining the detail and making an appointment ,I stopped by Enterprise at location in Sterling heights and had the terrible experience ever. There are 3 agents in the office at that time. One lady turned her head, looked at me , dont bother to greet or ask anything and turned around keep talking to her co worker name Jacob. Another African American looked at me awkwardly and nice enough to help me. As soon as we started the conversation, Jacob overheard it and recognized that I called and requested the vehicle to be switch before. He , then offerred to take care of it by telling me that Enterprise didnt have any compact car available right now. All they had are trucks or van. I spent 20 mins on phone before I had to leave work one hour early , just to find out that there is no car available m. And by the way, Jacob also informed that the other closed by office does not have compact car available. I left then placed reservation online at that time for compact car, surprisingly available. How about that!!! Such a terrible experience!!!
All the employees in Sterling Heights Enterprise were stellar in their jobs. They all were extremely graceful and knowledgeable. (and quick). We used them the last time several years ago and although theyve moved into a bigger place across the street they still came through with flying colors. Very Happy.
Zach and his staff at Enterprise have always been very friendly and helpful; they set a good example for customer service. My only suggestion for improvement is that ALL Enterprise locations follow the same fuel policy that the Enterprise locations at airports use, that is, return your car with a full tank of gas. Trying to not under-fill or over-fill to match how you received the vehicle is the only hassle Ive had renting from Enterprise.
Absolutly the best service from beginning to end I felt like i was a person and not just a number like at other places, even tho i was changed out of a couple different choices they were always friendly ,kind and understanding about the situation. It was alright. They picked me up from Ford to get me into a car. When I returned the car, with a full tank of gas and just as clean as it was sent to me, they didnt offer me a ride to Ford so I had to walk in the snow. So morning crew was alright, but the night shift sucked. They werent even nice about it; not sure what Amandas problem was.-from Rosie-
Make sure to take picture BEFORE you take the car. We rented a minivan and after we returned it, they found 2 damages we did not see when we checked out. One was about 2 feet long but very thin crack on front plastic airdam below the bumber. The other was a fold on the edge of driver side door. The car was black and you really cant see these until someone points them out to you.Strange thing is the inspection process. When we returned the vehicle outside of their lobby, the manager looked at it, then drove it to the parking lot out of our view, then came into the lobby, asked us to follow her and see the damage.It is impossible these damages took place while they were in our possession. My wife only used it for our daughters commute to school (Google location tracking proves this) and she only curbside parked. Never parked unattended and only parked inside our garage. But they are claiming it to my insurance and Ill have to pay the deductible.Edit: I have filed dispute with the Enterprise and after extensive exchange of emails, I have proof they are trying to defraud their customers. The damage was ON THE CAR before our rental and they were trying to push the cost of the damage they missed onto next customer!!! The person who initiated this scam was Branch Rental Manager Jennie Piccarreta.Then the Area Rental Manager Jeffrey Hernandez was stupid enough to tell me that the car was in repair before our rental and they have pictures of the car being clean. I asked for those photos and never got a reply. I then contacted their Damage Recovery Unit and then body shop that repaired the previous damage to acquire the photos and THEY HAD THE DAMAGES THEY WERE PUTTING ON US! So Jeffrey Hernandez and Jennie Piccarreta were LYING!!! DO NOT TRUST ENTERPRISE!!! There was no way this was mistake as 3 of their employees refused to acknowledge the obvious pre-existing damages. These people are criminals! Their children will grow up to be same criminals. Shame of the society.Edit2: Now theyre just playing dumb LOL. Area Branch Manager Jeffrey Hernandez is acting like he didnt know the damage area being disputed. Disputing the damage without knowing the damage being disputed!!!Edit3: So Jordan-Klein Barnett from Enterprise Damage Recovery Unit asked me to call him because he didnt like emails leaving record. His email had Missouri address and Missouri is one party consent law so I recorded the conversation. Then he told me what he told me on emails were just speculations! I told him Im recording the conversation and he panicked. He then threatened me to stop recording because hes actually in Florida and Florida has two party consent rule. Too bad, he shouldve indicated his actual address on email.Edit4: I went to the body shop that repaired current and previous damage Maaco. When I asked for high resolution pictures, manager probably thought he was being clever by saying he cant disclose them to anyone but Enterprise. But I was only trying to confirm existence of high res pictures which was confirmed. And when I showed the damage being disputed, he said Yea thats the damage. But when I told him that was picture from prior claim, he said Oh... I dont know then Dont trust Maaco either.Edit5: Today I got email from Risk Management Supervisor at Enterprise (dont know why it went to Risk Management?) saying they will not pursue this claim.
Made my reservation through Costco Travel website. The car reserved was not on premesis. I was offered an upgrade, but it wasnt compatible with Sirius/XM radio which I requested. So I had to downgrade. All things being equal I guess all was good. I wouldve preferred my actual reserved car, but other than that all was fine.
I was called by Enterprise and told that I needed to return my current rental because it needed to be serviced. When they gave me a replacement vehicle, it smelled like weed and there was a beer bottle left in the back seat from the previous renter. Not a pleasant renting experience.
Very bad on Hall rd. I felt like they were playing games. On my way to pick up rental i recieved a voice message saying no vehicles was available and i was riding in a uber !!! On top of that when i approached the counter and the girl pulled up my reservation she adked a male co worker what should she do he said go ahead they then went in the back she asked him what to tell me. She came back and said i need to see the card you was going to use !! He then said he left me a voice message stating i need 250 deposit which he did !!! I was then told they did not have a 1800 #. Just overall horrible experience
I have been using Enterprise location for my business travel for well over 10 years and every year the service and the vehicle quality has deteriorated. I rent a vehicle from them a couple times a month.The mileage on the vehicles they rent continues to get higher and higher every year. Also the size of the vehicles are smaller and smaller. I dont know where you would call a Ford Focus a mid-size car, but Enterprise does. When I travel to different cities I use other rental car companies. The only reason I continue to use this enterprise is that they are the only one that is conveniently located for me. The turnover of people at this location is ridiculous. It appears every time I go to this location there are new people.
I’ll start off by saying Jennie the manager was completely rude and not helpful at all. As I was standing there I watch her get upset about the phones ringing so she picked up and put them on hold without saying anything over and over again. She was very short and not willing to actually do her job. I would not recommend this location as long as she is the manager here.. Poor management equals no business.
My experience with Enterprise is directly related to my trade as a music teacher/musician. When my car is need of maintenance or repair, having a Enterprise office close by is vital. I am married with one child in a one car family. To make a transition to a rental quickly cuts down lost time and income. Thank you Enterprise. Upon receiving the car a few days ago from enterprise it looked like it had not been cleaned since the last person rented the car. There were crumbs inside the middle console and what looked like greased finger stains all over the driver side door. Along with that the smell of the car is disgusting and with it being so hot outside it makes the smell even worse. To top everything off driving home from enterprise a spider started crawling down my rear view mirror. Had I not needed a car while mine was in the shop I would have taken the car right back.
Was in a hurry one day last year and went in to rent a vehicle from the standard group. Expecting a Chrysler 200, I watched as the guy stared at the wall of keys and looked concerned; I was scared I was going to be stuck in some tiny clown car. He said he was totally out of standard vehicles but asked if I would be okay with getting upgraded (no extra charge) to a Camaro instead. Who wouldnt be okay with driving a Camaro for a week at the same price of a 200?! How cool. For that reason, I give this location a thumbs up. Ive been to other locations, but this one is obviously my favorite so far!
I originally went to the one on 11 and vandyke and I needed a rental for a day but they are closed sundays and was told to drop it off here when I got there they guy (RED BEARD WITH GREY AND BLACK STRIPS IN BEARD) tried to tell me there was a long dint in the car starting from UNDER the DOOR HANDLE and refused to take the car unless I let him File a claim when it was never a dint on under the door handle it was a Nissan Versa a very small car it’s almost impossible to do that with NO scratches OR NO marks in that area terrible place to do business I cannot believe they let people conduct themselves like that scamming off peoples hard earned money in furious and I’m going back to get his name to file a complaint
The staff at the Van Dyke/18mile rd location is very friendly and very helpful in making my rental experience stress free...they are very courteous whether in person or on the phone.They keep me coming back whenever im in need of a rental..Keep up the Good work..Satisfied Customer!.
It was a bit confusing and frustrating while on the phone to get a car, but once I got to this location, everything went great including the customer service...did not know that I was talking to a call center with one of my phone calls and not directly to this location, my car was clean and drop off went well too.

2022-04-22The company was great to work with but I wasnt overly happy with the Vehicle. I was getting my Lincoln Nautilus repaired so I wanted another SUV. I had to pay an additional $8 a day which was fine, the repair was suppose to take a week. When we were going into the third week I called Enterprise and asked to trade down vehicles. I wasnt sure how much longer the repairs would take and the $8 a day was adding up. They didnt have any other vehicle to give me so they told me to just keep the SUV and they would stop charging me the extra $8 a day, now in my opinion, that is excellent Customer Service. I wasnt quite as impressed with the Chevrolet Equinox that I rented. My biggest issue was the fact that it was a 2018 and did not have a lot of the options that I was use to with my 2021 Nautilus. I would absolutely rent from Enterprise in Sterling Heights again, I just might request a newer vehicle next time.

2022-06-25I had a reservations to pick up a four door Sedan on SAT June 25th, 2022 at 11:30am and also reserved for Enterprise to pick me up at 11:00am. The drive from my location to theirs would have been 20 minutes. They never picked me up. They false advertise “Pick up” option! Enterprise locations have miscommunication with Enterprises operators. Very unprofessional and made me miss my event!

2022-01-07My entire experience was positive. After dropping off my rental when the service was completed on my personal vehicle, my wallet slipped out of my purse between the passenger seat and the door. I received a voicemail from Stephanie Burnham stating she has found my wallet and assured me it was going to be left in a secure place until I picked it up. I was able to get my wallet the next day with all of my items including cash, and credit cards untouched. Thank you Enterprise and especially Stephanie!!!!!!

2021-12-07Picking up the car was a breeze. Girl who did the paperwork for my husband noted previous damage in the vehicle and wrote it down on the contract. Well my husband was not able to return the car so I took it back in.Upon returning the car a woman named Emily a manager who seemed very nice at first came in after looking the car over and went behind the desk for about ten minutes. I finally told her the shop where my car was us about to close In 30 minutes and we needed our ride there. She then said we werent going to get a ride to our car until I paid her $500 for damage on the vehicle. I told her we didnt cause any damage I was aware of and my husband hadnt told me the first girl noted prior damage so I was upset. She held me and my special needs son hostage refusing us a ride. When I complained she told me to be quiet so other customers couldnt hear about it. I told her they should hear it because they also may be blamed for damage they didnt cause. A huge rainstorm began. I told her she has all my insurance info and copy of our license. So she finally relented and told a car porter to give us a ride. The collision shop was closing as we got there. I went to pay my $1000 deductible and found no money in my account except $30. She had illegally charged our debit card without my permission at double what she had said the deductible was for. When I came back to demand my money and an apology the woman completely ignored me. No apology, nothing. Another woman handled my refund and said it should not have been charged at since the damage was already on the car. Still no apology!

2021-10-26From the day I picked the vehicle up to the day I returned the vehicle, I received excellent service. I had an accident the day before I was supposed to be driving from Michigan to Ohio. My husband called and Enterprise allowed me to pick up a vehicle the very next day and I was able to still make my trip. Thank you Enterprise in Sterling Heights.

2021-10-29I rented a van for 5 days and was treated extremely well by KATIE. She was very knowledgeable about the car and all its features. I had a minor problem when I got the bill on my email and went in to see KATIE and she explained it was a computer problem and she corrected it. Very good person to deal with at Enterprise on Van Dyke in Sterling Hgts.

2022-02-14This used to be my go to car rental service for 30 plus years but the last time they blamed us for damage to the car that was noted by the rental employee on the original paperwork and then when I refused to pay the deductible they debited my account $1000 even though they said their deductible was $500. They caused me to not be able to pick up my own car for repairs and even held me hostage in the office till I paid them $500 which I refused to do. The girl who wrote up the original paperwork was not there and it was around closing time and this girl named Emily just wanted to get out of the office at closing time and did not look at the original write-up. She held me and my child hostage in their office by refusing to give us a ride to our repaired car during a huge rain storm until I paid $500. Upon returning the next day to demand she put the money back in my bank account she completely ignored me, never even said she was sorry and took no responsibility for literally robbing my bank account and using my debit card illegally without my authorization. Before you drive away make sure you and the person writing up your rental go over the car with a fine-tooth-comb take pictures yourself that are date stamped. These people ruined an important weekend for my son and left us broke by taking our whole pay and more. It took 5 days to put the money back in our acct!I dont know what to think of the response given by Enterprise. They still take no responsibility for an illegal debit of my bank account on payday of more than my pay for the week leaving my family broke for an entire weekend and more and again no apology given. Just more lame corporate mumbo jumbo. Never again!
