Comment: I rented a cargo van from Enterprise Truck Rental in West Sac for my move out of state. Every staff member I interacted with, both on the phone and in person, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, low miles, and drove very well. To top it off, great deals were offered. It honestly felt like a family run business rather than a commercial one. I would rent from this location again as well as recommend to friends and family. Comment: Great people, very trustworthy. My partner and I were in a bind, our car broke down 500 miles from home and we needed a pickup truck to tow it back on very short notice, right before NYE nonetheless. Tyler was wonderfully helpful, and hooked us up with a great truck that easily got the job done. There was a bit of a billing issue at the end where we were going to be overcharged, but Tyler sorted that out no worries. We even ended up paying less than we were originally quoted. So impressed and grateful for the folks here - they helped us through a very stressful situation. 10/10, highly recommend.

Comment: This location is great and super convenient. They were courteous, speedy and no nonsense. My reservation was for a High Roof Cargo Van. There was a mixup but that was quickly resolved, the staff made every effort to remedy, namely Francessca who handled my order. All in all, having this available versus some other known truck/moving rental options, Id choose Enterprise every time for my personal or business needs. I had a newer High Roof Promaster and it served me well and took care of my need.

Comment: Was stressed out about over priced mover prices. I had no furniture, just a few boxes, mult small med storage containers and other personal items. Enterprise Truck Rental had the perfect solution. Cargo Vans. Reasonable rate with 120 free miles. Patrick Stole helped with reservation and questions. He gets 5 stars as well.

Comment: Always professional and courteous staff, clean vehicles. Very good for my business as I only need to rent a dozen times a year. Would be MUCH more expensive if I had to own a vehicle and pay insurance, maintenance, registration etc. enterprise is the way to go!

Comment: There will always be problems. Nobody is perfect. Even a five-star rating does not guarantee that you will not be blind-sided by some unexpected events. The true measure is how quickly and completely the problem is solved. Last week I had a reservation and the rental did not go well, but these guys made good on the commitment. Its not the mistakes -- thats inevitable; its the follow through -- and these guys made it right.They seem to have fixed whatever problems they had. I can now recommend this team with very high confidence.
