Comment: Do not rent vehicles from this place, there customer services an absolute joke. I was told I had a rental vehicle set up and I did not . I ended up missing work several days. I do own a business and it costs me thousands. They still have not contacted me 48 hrs later, no email nothing. They follow up with a comment of your review.

Comment: Customer service is great, if they dont have what I need they do there best to try and find it for us. They have stayed late after they were supposed to be closed for day because I was getting there late, they never complain.

Comment: Two excellent experiences with staff at the Santa Maria offices of Enterprise Truck Rental over the past couple months. I found it most refreshing to be treated like valued customer rather than like a middle-aged, 5-foot/2-inch tall female customer renting a 24-foot stakebed with Tommy rail gate lift... No questions, no trying to talk me into a smaller vehicle, no unsolicited advice. Enterprise staff gave me succinct instructions as to the lift mechanism, handed me the keys and I was off. 2 minutes later my female co-worker and I decided that we gotta get us one of these! Awesome truck, comfortable and fun to drive with a killer lift! My 85-year old mom rented the high-roof cargo van last month. Enterprise conducted business with her as if she were a 45-year old male contractor who rented from them regularly ... all straight-forward business with apt respect. Have rented several box trucks from other local agencies in the past. I would no longer consider renting from anyone other han Enterprise! Great prices, great vehicles, great service!

Comment: Rosanna, Erik, and Antoine are all excellent employees! I call ahead/reserve and rent trucks regularly from this location for my business and they make my experience very nice. I refuse to work with any other company but Enterprise now...Thank you all for making this process streamlined. 5/5 stars, 110% customer service.

Comment: Bad customer service .I pick up my rental in Santa Maria California, I return the rental in Barstow California. When I got to Barstow in the morning to return the rental the manager at that place was really rude. She was there right before 9 am and she wouldnt take back my rental because it wasnt 9.We called home office to complain and they didnt do anything about it. Its amazing how a company this big and they have that kind of service.Ps never i will take my business to th his people again.

Comment: I rent from this location fairly regularly. The front office staff are wonderful to work with and always make sure you are taken care of. Usually, Im pretty pleased with the trucks I rent from here. They are always clean...one thing Ive noticed other Enterprise locations lack. However, this last truck I had from them was absolutely disgusting on the inside. Food and other trash under the seats.. some type of sticky substance on many surfaces throughout the truck.. sand throughout the entire truck. I had to spend a couple hours of my own time cleaning it once I got it home. Hopefully this wont be the new norm for this location.

Comment: Kyle & Megan gave me a great deal and were so helpful & patient that I shall use them for all my future truck rentals.They had no idea when I called that I would be a frequent customer but they treated my little piece of business as if it was their most important transaction of the day
