Comment: The service here was fantastic. My car was being worked on by the dealer, so enterprise made the entire rental process as simple and as painless as anyone could hope for. I had to extend my rental multiple times, and every time I called, I was able to talk to a person in the office within moments, who was able to assist me. The staff was incredibly helpful and quick. If I ever find myself in a similar situation, I will absolutely use the services from this location again.

Comment: I went to the car rental place. Always very busy. There is always about 15 min wait. At times cars are not ready, not washed or cleaned. Seems like behind the schedule. This is my observation during my visits. The team really tries to work fast. So thank you and support them. Be there for your appointment on time

Comment: Made a reservation online on the 23rd to pick up today. Received a phone call yesterday 6/30 to confirm the reservation and time, spoke to Logan and let him know yes - Ill be there in the morning. I arrive this morning, and after two gentleman looking for keys to a van, come to find out - there is no van. I was then offered to go into Sacramento or West Sacramento to rent a van. Also in the middle of trying to come to a resolution, my card was charged. Yet - I walked away with no vehicle. I ended up going to Uhaul and renting a van without issue in less than 10 minutes. Its disappointing that after so many good experiences Ive had with the many facets of Enterprise (car sales, rentals, referring members to car sales, etc) that this has completely tarnished my perception. I will not be giving them another dime of my hard earned money. Still waiting for a call to get a refund on my already charged card since I did not receive services. (Posted at approx 10:30am 7/1)Update (9:45pm 7/1): although ehi responded in 3 hours, and I sent an email to them per their request, I have still not been contacted to remedy as of 9:45pm 7/1. I guess they just like to look like they care.

Comment: UPDATE: 2/17/2022: After receiving a bill for my deductible owed (legit), I received a corresponding letter stating since I hadnt paid yet, I am now BANNED from renting from Enterprise, Alamo, and National Car Rental. Per law, you should not pay on a claim until your insurance has settled the claim to ensure you pay the correct amount. And after several MONTHS of waiting for Enterprise to get the right information needed to process my claim to my insurance company, something Geico was also calling me for stating Enterprise was not contacting them back either, they place blame on the customer. DO NOT TRUST THESE RENTAL COMPANIES. I will NEVER rent from these people again. It was horrendous from the start. Please read where the chaos all began, below.Horrible from the start. I will not be going back. First, the call center did not iterate that the truck rental (separate from the car!) Closes at 10am on a Saturday...the day I had scheduled to pick up. They left me no voice-mail or call about a pick up time. So here I am at 1030 rolling in ready to go. I ended up forced to change my leave date for a trip 2 days later when they reopened. This altered my trip in ways I am still not forgiving of.. Then, the hightop cargo I rented, was not even there!!! They had to now get one delivered AND CLEANED from another site. Delaying my leave yet again. Once on the road, electrical issues, a slow leaking tire, and no documents (or charges yet) from Enterprise. Unfortunately, a semi spit a large rock at me while on the road so I had to file a glass claim with my insurance and Enterprise. It took both me AND my insurance diligently trying to gather the still missing rental agreement in order to close the claim. There were several unauthorized charges on my credit card to which Enterprise did attempt to clarify after I followed up with several employees, but I still do not feel content. Their invoice is generated manually meaning they enter whatever they need to make it right and I feel as though Ive lost my deposit and was charged more than I received. Especially after the problems early on and now my distrust, I will not be returning or recommending. What an unnecessary mess.
