Comment: Want to have your vacation destroyed in less than 24 hours? Rent from Enterprise! These mouth-breathers waited until the night before our departure date to tell us that the every model of the vehicle we reserved months beforehand was suddenly unavailable. Since were towing a trailer, the only vehicle that we can use is a truck. And since they waited this long to tell us they were going to screw us, theres nowhere else to rent from at this late hour. They made no attempt to make it right, made no apology, and we got stuck paying for a roundtrip Lyft to the rental spot since, again, no truck. The day these useless specimens go out of business, Im throwing a party.

Comment: If youre looking for a truck or a van right across from dodger stadium off of the 5 freeway.Book ahead of time youll find what youre looking for especially for production or moving furniture or whatever youre moving. Staff is very nice they take care of their customers.

Comment: Good place for truck and cargo van rentals. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I only wish they were open on Sunday so I don’t have to pay for an extra day’s rental because I have to wait for Monday to return.This place is a good option if you’re putting a decent amount of miles on.

Comment: First-time I got a good deal. $110 a day, 200 miles. Second time they wanted $140 and 100 miles included only. A deal breaker. Other than that they check everything, included gallons of fuel in the vehicle. Not just the dash. towing is extra-cost.

Comment: I stopped in without an appointment because I needed a truck to pick up a dresser. The staff was universally kind and I was in and out super fast. The truck was clean and easy to drive. Lovely!

Comment: They dont allow after hours pickups and will not help you with a discount if something comes up and you cant make it when they close at 5pm. Even if you drop it off right when they open. They just charged me $130 for the truck to sit over night. Great customer service!

Comment: Had our day planned on a tight schedule, had the reservation, made the 15 min drive to pick up truck and Ryan the “ manager” says “umm we don’t have one, the guy was supposed to drop it off last night, sorry “ isn’t that the purpose of a reservation?Aren’t they supposed to check the returns to see if they are attached to another reservation for the next day ? Hey I have a great idea how about a courtesy call ? Poor and all I got was a sorry ?You have less than 20 rentals in this lot, you can’t keep track ? So aggravating that people don’t take the time to do their jobs right .

Comment: All the vans are good, clean, low mileage and ready to go at short notice. If you need to do miles then this place is way better than anything else locally, in my opinion. All front of house crew, top notch. Recommended.

Comment: I have been a long time enterprise customer, however this was my first time renting a cargo van from truck rental department and was pretty much scammed and overcharged. Misleading information led to unnecessary overage charges that when questioned was given “oh well” as well as the “receiver” making fraudulent insurance claims, taking advantage of me opting for coverage of the vehicle.

Patrick was a trooper, persistent in making sure we got the vehicle reserves in time to make our scheduled meeting in spite of technical issues. Thanks for going extra mile, giving discount due to the delay. Be back any time we need a truck or car rental!

Comment: Our rental had a suspension problem on our way too LA. The original person who rented us the van just insisted on us going to Pepboys but they were jammed and we had a schedual too keep. After speaking to the our local branch again they came up with squat no vans in all of LA(doubt he called more than one location). Thought were were done... BUT PAT CAME THROUGH pulled a van outta nowhere quick ready for us by the time we clanked that POS that we originally rented.

Comment: Service has always been fast and friendly here. Vehicles are clean and well-maintained. Parking may be a little limited if you arrive at a busy time, but theres usually street parking nearby.
