Comment: Since my work is seasonal, I’ve been renting from Enterprise for over 10 years. Anywhere from 3 to 6 months a year. I have learned that they have zero loyalty to the repeating clients. Their trucks have gone down in quality. Forced to shop around as they were overcharging me, Penske was able to offer me a better truck for half the price. $100 a day vs enterprise $185. I regret the years of business I’ve given them.

Comment: I’m giving three stars based on one issue. My van wasn’t ready for pickup when I arrived. The clerk said they tried calling me but the number they had was off by one digit. No one tried to find my number through any other means and that was annoying. Not on time meant I had to rearrange my plans for the entire day. No offer of a discount for this inconvenience. Other that this issue I would have given five stars

Comment: I was so pleasantly surprised at the ease of renting a beautiful Ram 3500 Cummings diesel truck from Enterprise Truck Rental in Ventura California. The people working at the Ventura office were so nice, extremely accommodating, and just made for a pleasant experience all the way around!! Comment: BEWARE! I rented a moving truck and upon return was told that I dented the roof. I did not hit anything, nor did I go into a gas station with a low roof. This is a complete scam, and they are billing me $2300.00 to replace the entire roof! Do NOT rent from them. Attached in a picture of the truck with the supposed damage right before I returned it

Comment: Nothing but good things to say. From start to finish, easy and professional experience. Took a cabover 16’ with a gate lift, and honestly why the heck would anyone bother with UHaul when Enterprise is an option? I’ll look for Enterprise in the truck rental area again 100% based on this experience.

Comment: I wasnt happy to find out that even though it says that this location rents a truck for one way moves. When l got there l was told that they dont do one way Truck Rentals like the website says they do! It really needs to be fixed so people arent given the wrong information on line!
