Easy and polite staff. Vehicle was clean. Overnight drop box was convenient. Overall a nice local rental company for occasional larger or fuel efficient road trip options.

I have been working with Enterprise Wixom for about 6 months now and I must say these guys have their stuff together. They are really customer focus and safety come first.
The location tried to accommodate my time change, but the truck had not been returned. Lesson learned, reserve the truck earlier then needed.

2022-03-05Had to rent a cargo van unexpectedly to move furniture and got one with a days notice. Process to reserve was so easy and staff at Wixom location were so accommodating. The van was in excellent condition and I felt safe driving such a large vehicle due to how well it was maintained.

2022-04-12Reserved a truck a week in advance. I got a call two days prior to tell me that they werent sure theyd have one available. I called them back the day before the rental and they still didnt know and wouldnt know until the morning of my rental. I had people and plans in place depending on this rental. Only giving 2 stars because the folks on the phone at the location were polite and apologetic, but their website shouldnt allow rentals that wont be available.

2021-09-24We rented a high top van to move furniture. Very happy with the customer service and vehicle. We reserved it 2-3 weeks in advance. The staff was accomodative and friendly. The van was very clean, functioned exactly as needed, had good fuel economy, and most importantly ... was ready when promised. Very good experience. Will use Enterprise Truck Rental again.
