Comment: I called the service department and the woman spoke to me like a dog.My forklift broke down.These guys were nice enough to rent one while they took 2 months to get the part.I got tired of being run around and went to NFLF and the fork was fixed with a brand new part the NEXT DAY!Terrible.They ripped me off.

Comment: Service was bad called first they put me on hold for about 15min I was transfered around until Ray picked up now that guy knows his stuff he apologized about his lazy coworkers he got me what I needed so that was cool he saved there behind cuzz now I just go directly to him everyone else was rude as hell except h and the guy he was training (Aria) something like that but as far as the company goes I give it half a star they should know were the problem is
