Comment: Eric showed up in minutes after we got off the phone. Once there, he had my car running in less than an hour. He solved an issue I had with a rat getting into my hood and chewing the wiring. I had been lead to believe by a few mechanics that it was gonna be an expensive procedure so I had my car sitting for over a month, while I considered selling it instead of fixing it. Thankfully Eric came through and got my Buick Park Avenue back on the road. I definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a mobile mechanic!

Comment: I found Erics number last night on google in a desperate search for a trustworthy mobile mechanic. I reached out to him the following morning and he was ready to meet me at my vehicle location in Escondido, CA. Eric was there in 20 minutes at 9:54 AM. The time was then 2:00 PM and my 2006 Honda Civic Ex was up and running once again. Eric changed my front Struts along with Arm Controls. He also gave me some suggestions on other parts that I could easily change myself and save a few bucks. Eric rescued me from my situation and worked within my budget. Comment: Eric is a true God send! Yesterday evening after my last drop off my wheelchair bus stopped running. I was led by Google to Eric and thank God because he is the most knowledgeable expert and honest mechanic i have ever met! He tested every fuse, relay, wire and some more things for me. At 7pm he changed my fuel pump and fuel filter and hoses. A couple hours later i still had 3/4 tank of gas and my bus was better than ever! How did he work with almost full tank,probably over 45 gallons of gas? He is good! I RECOMMEND YOU KEEP THIS NUMBER ! ! i wish i took better pics... one is of bus back in its parking spot 🙂

Comment: Called Eric due to a Honda Odyssey not running properly. He came within 20 mins. Watching him diagnose the problem you can tell he takes pride at trying to figure out the problem. He will do small steps to figure out the problem first. He cleaned out the throttle body and reset the computer. He also showed me on his device no bad codes. He even followed you as you test drive the vehicle to make sure no further problems or if you get stuck. Vehicle works like a charm after he fixed the problem. Super Honest Mechanic and not many like him. He is the real deal. Thanks Eric! I’m a person who does simple oil changes and easy maintenance so I really choose good people to fix my car. Anything for vehicle this guy is the guy you want. Give this man a call!

Ill even say hes a car doctor with the stuffs he pulled out of his van. When he pulled out a stethoscope like device to properly hear the knocking coming from my car, I knew I called the right mechanic. Afterwards, he saw a mistake from a previous mechanic and that fixed majority of my issues. I was planning on selling my car after all these issues popped up but thanks to Eric, I will be able to keep my dream car and Im extremely grateful to him. Comment: Oh my goodness Eric is a car god! I had a 2017 Chevy Cruze that had low oil pressure and timing issues. Didnt want to drive it because of oil pressure and some oil leaking. I called one mobile guy came out hardly looked at it and said get oil changed and then call me and I will come back out. Well had friend come out and change oil. Called the and text daily for 5 days never even responded that he didnt want my business or was do busy! Completely ghosted me! So now it is the weekend again and thank God a neighbor recommended Eric! He was so professional and kind! Called Saturday afternoon and he was at my house by 6pm! Very thorough. Being a woman I so appreciated he was very respectful and honest. Explained everything clearly. Spent almost 2 hours diagnosing my car in the DARK even. So appreciate him his honesty and time. West Automotive immediately told me my warranty for my alternator was out by just a few months. Was quoted just under $2000, and I knew I’d lose my car for a week.Eric, came by within the first hour I was talking with him. Picked up the alternator, and worked with my budget. Unfortunately the radiator on my other truck blew up and he was kind enough to meet me in the side of the freeway. He jumped right into action, patched the radiator, and was able to help me get it to a safe location. The following Wednesday he met me in the morning and worked on the truck tirelessly. The man is a Moto wizard. I’m kinda handy with some things mechanically but this was a massive repair he seemed to fly right through it. He’s worth every penny. Comment: I have a MBZ. The battery died and the trunk where the battery was, was locked! Eric worked many different angels troubleshooting the electrical system to get the trunk open. Comment: I needed to replace the starter on my RV.Chevy 454/7.4 gas engine. Turns out the old one had a cracked solenoid housing and the previous owner had done some weird wiring to make it work. Comment: Had an absolutely amazing experience with Eric. The very same day I called he came out and diagnosed my car an hour after I called. It was a 2004 Nissian maxima and it needed a lot of work done to it. He came over the very next day and got it all done in one day for a very very good price. Comment: My truck didn’t get moved for a while due to not being used, engine wouldn’t start anymore. Went online Was looking for a good mobile auto mechanic, found Eric mobile mechanic. Had great reviews, spoke with him on the phone. He came by the next day as he was able to fit me in his schedule, diagnosed the problem efficiently and effectively. Long story short this guy was amazing! He truly is a master of his craft. Great customer service, honest, hard working. Fair prices! He delivered results; got it done. He did spend a lot of time @ $100/hr, however I dont think AC was in his wheelhouse and he should have been up front that he did not know much about AC. Another hard lesson learned by my husband, do not google a mobile mechanic and not check their credentials.

Comment: Everyone please read this review. THIS MAN is thee GUY to call. He is extremely nice, understanding, and patient. I called 12 locksmiths to help me with a problem my key was stuck in my ignition while my car was ON... I drained most of my gas because I was waiting for 3 hours. While I was on the phone with all these locksmiths assistants not 1 called me back. Im still waiting for a call back from a technician. I called triple A they got the key out but now my car wouldnt start. I told Eric my problem he said it was his day off but he will help me anyways because he knew I need help. I TOLD ALL THESE OTHER PEOPLE I NEEDED HELP NOT 1 HELPED ME. Except triple A guy named Omar he was nice but couldnt figure out why the car wouldnt start. BUT ERIC he came right away got my problem fixed. He is a hero. 10/10 recommended this man and will now be using him for all my car problems. Thank you Eric. Comment: My axle bearing went out. He got that fixed no problem. But when put back together my brake pedal was falling to the floor. He bleed the brakes and still no improvement. He told me it was the brake booster was bad. But I listened to gut and said I would wait. I took it to another shop which fixed the problem and it was not the booster (brake booster for my car is like $500) the reason I gave a 3 stars was I live in an apartment with newly paved blak top. So when he was bleeding the brakes he was just letting the fluid drip all over the car and the floor. And told him ND all he said was buy the kitty liter to pick it up. Which I would assume would be his job since he made the mess. So I was stuck with that mess that has not been easy to remove.

Comment: My 4runner was down 2 days wouldn’t turn on also my dash wasn’t lighting up and people couldn’t diagnose the issue, Eric came in such a short notice and with in 30 min he had diagnosed it showed me the issue and then fixed it and gave me a run down that it was caused due to bad electrical wiring for my radio he fixed it and cleaned up they mess today is day 3 car is starting with no issue love the fact that he stated once I buy the fuse I can reach out to him for any other question or help which I appreciate Eric really goes the extra mile will definitely be the only person working on my 4runner and other cars

Comment: My husband James found Eric on Google maps and I thank The Lord that he did. He asked us what was going on with the car and then patiently listened to our tale of woe that seemed to go on forever. Ever since we bought this car weve had one problem after another with it. So it had a multitude of problems that Eric very professionally diagnosed. Over the course of two visits he was able to diagnose and repair a check engine light, a timing belt misalignment, and a faulty distributor. Both visits were after hours and he stayed well into the night both times to make sure the repairs were done right. As I watched him working on the car I felt all my trepidations disappear. I could just tell that he knew what he was doing. The car has run like a cream puff ever since. When he presented us with his bill that was the icing on the cake. We both felt Eric was more then fair with what he charged us. We are so glad to have found him. Thank you Eric!!!

Comment: Eric Mobile Mechanic is an amazing find. He was at my house within 30 minutes of being contacted. He arrived ready to troubleshoot my car, and listened carefully to what I had already attempted. Once he discovered the problem was a brand new badly wired fuel pump he rewired it properly and tested it in no time at all. I watched the entire repair process and has satisfied with the care he used with my car and the extra distance he went to make sure the repairs were perfect. Comment: Somewhat suddenly I became very aware of the sound of my engine, so it was running much louder than usual. I am really busy and didn’t have time to take it in to a shop for evaluation and I found Eric’s mobile services online with all the great reviews so I contacted him. Comment: Searched online for a mobile mechanic that could fix my passenger side window that was stuck open. I called Eric around 6:50am and he didnt answer. I called a few other mobile mechanics and none of them wanted to do the job. Eric called me back within an hour and accepted the job. He worked efficiently and was able to show me the problem within 30 minutes of arriving. He ordered only the parts i needed for my GTI and fix the problem before the rain came that evening. Comment: Amazing Mechanic! He went above and beyond to make sure that everything on my car is working in perfect order. My car overheated and stalled on the freeway and wouldn’t start back up and I wasn’t sure what happened to it. I thought I blew the head gasketI called Eric and he came the next morning to diagnose it and found out that the valve cover gasket was blown and leaked oil onto the spark plugs and was preventing them from igniting. While working on this he also took off the intake manifold to double check the head gasket and found out that my fuel injectors were bad as well and also the thermostat which lead to the overheating. All in all he replaced the valve cover gasket, thermostat, spark plugs and injectors. However my car computer tripped up during this whole ordeal so I was still having issues with it starting. He came back the next day, checked all the relays and fuses, reset the computer and determined that my battery was bad also because my car wouldn’t start even with a jump. I took my battery to O’reillys to try to get it charged but they confirmed it was bad as well and so I bought a new battery. I came back and installed the new battery and tried to start it but had no crank, I texted Eric and he told me the different things that can possible be wrong with it and came back the following morning to check everything and determined the starter was bad. He pulled the starter and I got a new one and installed the new one and now it cranks and all is well.Most mechanics in these situations would have charged multiple charges and would have just done the job without offering any advice or to let you know what is wrong with the car so that you can potentially replace the part yourself (eg. battery). However Eric only charged me once through this whole process and never charged me additional charges for coming out again multiple times and all the text messages we exchanged for advice. He promised to fix my car and get it running and although he did not charge me an arm and a leg for it up front or even for the additional work, he followed through with his promise that he would get it to run.I would definitely recommend Eric because he’s a good hearted and loyal person that keeps his word and most importantly charges a very reasonable rate for his services. He won’t abandon you and charge you for each little job. Most importantly he will make sure your car is running again and let you know if there’s anything that should be replaced outside of the job he is already focused on doing.

Comment: After all the fluff of advertising, I found Eric mobile mechanic and his number. That was all I needed. Plain and to the point. Eric gave me a time and was there on time. I appreciated that.
