Comment: I’ve been waiting a few months to write this just to confirm my initial experience I just want to thank Erika and her team for their professionalism. I just left my parents house to live on my own and with that comes liable responsibilities. I gave this office a call to request a quote and as I mentioned to the person there, I was calling multiple offices and they were the upmost professional and kind out of all 3 insurance companies I called; somehow they made insurance sound exciting. Although other offices were nice, the service was no way near what I experienced in this office. I come from the medical field so I understand customer service and they set the standard even for us in health care. As I mentioned before I waited to write this just to make sure the experience was always going to be similar and I can assure you it was. Someone always answer, no robots or machines, always a human that I can explain my concerns to. Having reassure that my dumb questions are not dumb, there is no limit to questions being asked, and of course being heard is very important. Call in even if it’s just for a quote!

Hoping that this time around the experience would be different with Erika and her team, and it sure was. I used the State Farm app to file the claim and within 5 minutes I got a call from her office. The gentleman on the phone, made sure I was okay and offered assistance. He transferred me right away to the claims people and they got me all set up with getting my car fixed. Luckily I had car rental. I have never had a smooth claim process in my 6 years of driving. I should have moved with Erika sooner!

Although life is bringing me down a different path, I MUST share my journey….My experience as a policy holder at other insurance companies consisted of dialing an 800 #, pressing the prompts and speaking with a different representative every time after waiting on hold forever. The service this office provides is personal. Someone ALWAYS picks up the phone and immediate and caring assistance is provided. I have so much to say about this guy man but to keep it short he definitely went into extensive detail about every single life insurances State Farm offers and he guided me in the right path on witch one suits me better.
