Comment: State Farm is a solid company and Esther Nelson’s group has been very responsive to our needs. Esther recently reached out to us about the impact of rate hikes in California and spent a good amount of time reviewing coverage levels to consider in order to save money versus levels that would not be wise to cut. It was very individualized to our situation and took into account events that could be financially catastrophic to us versus hits that we could afford to take in the event of an accident. It has given us a lot to consider and the information to make the best choices for our needs.
