I brought my nine-year-old son to the center because He was not sleeping. He had never been a good sleeper. But I knew that it was getting worse. He was waking up every 2 to 3 hours. I would hear him walking around all night. His lack of sleep was affecting his concentration and his mood. His lack of sleep also had a serious affect on me. My son started Nero Therapy there and Nancy recommend I work with her. My son finished his last appointment today. He currently sleeps through the night!!! He’s a happy camper. After working with Nancy I too feel so much lighter. I have gotten back my response time back. I’m no longer just angrily reacting. I have patience restored and am able to calmly respond to my children. Nancy and Kelly are a god send. I’m so thankful I called that day. I was tired,exhausted and frustrated. They’re such a blessing. I’m so thankful for the center.
I’m leaving this review to express my experience and talk about misconceptions about hypnotherapy. Before I ever went to see Nancy at Evolution Empowerment I had been following her for a year on Instagram. Ive always had this media idea that hypnotherapy was dark magic where someone would put you under a sleep spell and be able to control you which is probably what a lot of people imagine because we’ve all seen this perception on TV. Nancy got my attention because she talks a lot about the subconscious mind and it’s affect on us in our lives on Instagram and that really interested me. I felt stuck in alot of patterns and I wanted to move to this next chapter in my life but knew something was blocking me and most of it was unprocessed emotions, my past, and the way I felt about my own self. I reached out to Evolution empowerment and had a consultation with Nancy. Delightful human being she is and very serious about what she does. She allowed me to express everything that I was struggling with and then explained to me what hypnotherapy actually was and what we would be doing together in my treatment plan.She also suggested neurofeedback to slow down my brain waves because I was functioning like a broken record haha. She put my treatment plan together that day and after our consultation I did a neurofeedback session. I pretty much sat in a comfy therapy chair/bed by myself and had earphones put on me that played beautiful calming music during the session. I’m not kidding I just balled my eyes out during that session. I haven’t cried like that in years. I just released all of this emotion that was stuck in my body. I felt heard and held by Nancy that day. I felt like for the first time ever I had a space where I could release the way I felt. When I had my first hypnosis session with Nancy, she sat me in the bed/chair, I put a sleeping mask on and she told me to take a deep breath and would start speaking to me. She would use guided imagery to stimulate my imagination and I would create these scenes in my mind and create new programs all while my brain waves were in a theta wave state. I cried under the mask for most of my sessions because of what was coming up. She records sessions so you can listen to them at home while you sleep. My mental state has improved so much, my self worth, my boundaries have become stronger, and my business made triple of what it usually does. The only thing I would say that of you want to see and feel an optimal change you have to do the work outside of the treatment room as well as be 100% receptive and open to the process within the treatment room. Nancy gives you all the tools you need to feel and see the difference. I was self reflecting, being conscious of where my mind was wanting to go, being aware of my patterns, focusing on my wants, and listening to recordings every single night. I even did liver cleanse and heavy metal detox before starting the hypnosis sessions. I am more confident in my business, satisfied and have so much more self worth than I did before coming in to see her. If your on the fence, do it! I promise you, you’ll thank yourself for making the investment in yourself.
Our daughter has always been a confidant, strong and resilient young lady. After a bad experience this past summer, her personality changed significantly. She was doubting herself, had negative thoughts, and was even considering leaving her professional program, something she had worked so hard for years to accomplish. We, as her parents, were very worried.We sought out Lisa at The Evolution Empowerment Center upon the recommendation of a friend. We heard the hypnotherapy program was very effective and would help change her mindset as well as teach her new skills.The sessions with Lisa were strategic and tailored specifically to our daughters needs, not only to what happened to her in the summer, but also delved into her past experiences. It made her see what she can do differently going forward. Lisa helped her to realize her insecurities and how to overcome them. She helped her with personal self control and taught her how to deal with people by the way she chose to respond, to have a voice respectfully and to be above the situation.Truly its not cliche to say she empowered her, hence the name of this wonderful establishment. Believe in this new way of therapy. Hypnotherapy works.Our daughter returned to her professional program strong, confidant and resilient once more with new skills to make her successful for the rest of her lifetime. Thank you Lisa . My experience has been amazing and I am so happy my husband found Evolution Empowerment to help me with my anxiety. I not only have gained more confidence in my ability to be in social settings I also have gained a ton of confidence in myself. I was so skeptical of this….but it works. Hypnotherapy rewired years of negative thinking into a naturally positive demeanor with easy confidence. I’ve welcomed improvements to my life just in the last few weeks that I never would have thought I could achieve, just by believing and acting. I didn’t know I only had to open the door and walk through it to get where I wanted to go…it’s easier than you think! Nancy is wonderful!
As I was researching options for hypnotherapy (which was recommended by my doctor) I found these wonderful women. I was suffering from constant anxiety and digestive issues. Over the course of the 10 week program Nancy offers I found such great relief. I’ve now completed the program and have never felt more comfortable in my body and mind. I feel free. “Healing is a journey, many layers to shed” were Lisa’s words to me as i was perplexed why i was feeling so down and in a dark place. I still have my up and down days but overall so much better, as long as I’m being true to my self! I found NET sessions extremely helpful to bring out & clear stagnant emotions, i was always surprised what came up during the sessions. I listen to the recordings often and they always bring me calm and joy! I wish that everyone is able to experience the inner calmness.
Where do I start?! Right before I came to nancy, I was so lost, hurt, sad, confused and most of all angry. I have been through so many difficult events in my life that I never thought I would get over. As well as people in my life that have hurt me and thought I would never forgive.. but guess what? I have forgiven, forgot and really moved on in my life for the better. I really wish hypnosis is talked about more in society and how beneficial and not just a taboo thing. I never thought I would be so confident as I am today and practicing self loving. My main goal coming to therapy was to be a better wife, mother and person overall and just get over the generational trauma that has been passed on to us. What a perfectly named place where the services offered by Nancy, Kelly and Lisa have helped me evolve, have helped me feel empowered. My issues in my sleep journey are what brought me here but Ive come to know so much more about myself, to consider and become so much more aware of my feelings. I will forever be in their debt. Where do I start?My experience with hypno is mind blowing, I did therapy in the past and it helped, but I always felt like I needed to work so hard to preserve my energy, my sanity, my calm and always end up bursting with frustration, anger, resentment, it’s like the app for these feelings continued to run in the background, causing distraction, and filling my mind and soul with overwhelming feelings of disconnect( something that Nancy explained to me and I’m not sure how to put into words).And then came hypnotherapy with the amazing, loving, calm and caring Nancy.As she explains it, our mind is 5% Conscious and 95% Subconscious.Our day-to-day activities are mainly governed by the subconscious mind, things that we’ve learned that were “downloaded” into our minds from the last trimester when we were in our mother’s womb up through seven years old . Some of those beliefs are triggered when we find ourselves in similar situations in our current Iives. What hypnotherapy does is it goes to the source and it heals the emotion connected to the original belief.My experience with hypno was of a rebirth, I felt I finally found my lost self in the noise and the heavy crowds. I felt lighter as if I came back from an amazing vacation, only even better because I didn’t have to deal with any carryons or baggage as those were left behind me during my hypnotic session. The baggage of life experiences that was no longer serving me.Once the weight lifted, my energy changed as resentments melted away and got replaced with more appreciation for life, those who I love and love me got stronger.For those of you who are dealing with anxiety, carrying the heavy burden of life experiences, and struggling to have a balance or a sense of peace, and or are skeptical about doing hypnotherapy, just book your consultation with Nancy. Evolution Empowerment Center saved my life. I first started coming here in 2017, at age 17. At the time, even at that young of an age I was convinced that my life was over and had nothing to live for. I had been dealing with extreme anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD since age eight. I had absolutely zero confidence and had no concept of self identity or what being yourself was. Suicidal thoughts were constant. Initially, I was very skeptical because I had seen many medical doctors, psychiatrists, therapists, etc. and I could never find any answers to my problems. Within the first session of hypnotherapy, I knew that this form of treatment was different than anything I had experienced prior. With the help of Nancy, I managed to find those answers that I desperately looked for from within myself. Here I am five years later with more confidence than I ever could have imagined having. I look back and cant fathom that I was ever in that position. I do not recognize my former self, nor have association with the feelings I held prior to hypnotherapy. I truly cannot imagine where I would be if I never gave this place a chance. Hypnotherapy has completely changed my entire outlook on life, and I highly recommend Evolution Empowerment Center to anyone and everyone.
What Nancy, Kelly and the rest of the team here do is nothing short of miraculous. When I walked into Nancys office for my first visit, I was despondent, lost, and feeling incredibly uncomfortable & unsettled in my life. Family issues, career issues, body image problems, health crises -- you name it, I was carrying it with me into that initial consultation. During that very first session, Nancy almost intuitively named what was going and developed a treatment plan to help me live a lighter, more peaceful life. I believed that Nancy could help me -- I just could not, for the life of me, figure out how. Getting rid of these feelings in three months, the length of the hypnotherapy series I was recommended, seemed impossible.Over the course of maybe 3-4 visits, I began to feel inexplicably better. I could not put a finger on it at the time, but I felt freer, more resilient, more optimistic, and more empowered. I didnt realize the weight I was living under until it was gone. My life didnt magically change, but my mindset and approach to my life did -- and THAT was the catalyst for some serious life manifestations that I could not have dreamed of before hypnotherapy. I was searching for therapies that would help me get out of my own way when I came across hypnotherapy. After a quick google search, I found Evolution Empowerment Center was within walking distance of my house. Nancy is amazing. After just three sessions I found the block! The thing that made traditional talk therapy feel like I was spinning my wheels. I have a new outlook on myself and the choices I make. It is empowering.So transformative that I signed my teenage son up for sessions with Nancy. He looks forward to sessions. Never do I have to argue with him to go. Watching him become more confident and engaged with life is truly like watching a butterfly emerge.If you feel that you have been spinning your wheels or that your child could use a boost give Nancy a call. First of all, let me start off saying that doing hypnotherapy with Nancy was by far the most amazing decision I have ever decided to do for my life. I truly believe that my true happiness with myself and others has grown amazingly. Not only has my sessions helped me gain more confidence with everything around me, but allowed me to learn a lot more about myself and my feelings within. It is truly beautiful when you know yourself more. I think that anyone who was thinking of doing hypnotherapy now or in the future should definitely do it. You will not regret it, I promise!
Update 1 year later 7/16/2022: Ive accomplished all of my professional goals I had set in my empowerment plan. Woohoo🥳Thank you Lisa for helping me to change my life!!!!Ive been in traditional therapy on and off for 6 years. Hypnotherapy peaked my interest from YouTube. I found myself in a nothing to lose, but everything to gain type situation. Overall, this has been a great investment.Im free from crippling anxiety and depression. Im no longer binge eating and Im losing weight. I truly love myself; my self-esteem is through the roof. I can now verbalize my needs, wants, and desires to others- without feeling guilty. My memory and concentration have improved. Ive truly been able to forgive others since starting sessions. Im putting myself first for the first time ever.Thanks for everything! 💕😍-Jessica
Nancy is absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in her office. She’s helped me in so many ways I couldn’t have ever imagined. I feel a lot better after going to her and I have noticed some extreme changes in how I feel in general, how I react to situations and people in general. I chose hypnotherapy and it did me wonders! I would definitely recommend Nancy to all my friends and family.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! If you are on the fence about hypnotherapy, I promise you will not be disappointed with Nancy and Evolution Empowerment. My daughter was going through talk therapy for 3 years with very little change. We have seen a huge improvement in her overall mental state. She is happy, motivated, more talkative, and has a love for herself. She is off all antidepressants and mood stabilizers. I also took my 16 year old son to help with his confidence with sports. His improvement with confidence, communication, focus (at school and sports), and anxiety with sports has been tremendous! I can not say enough wonderful things about Nancy and her staff. They are so caring and genuinely want you to get better and succeed!
I received the gift of Hypnotherapy from a friend of mine during a hard-time in my life. It was the most thoughtful & most surprising gift to receive. I cannot thank you enough, Nancy! It was a pleasure working with you on my journey!I wanted to stop smoking and get help with weight loss. I decided to give them a call and schedule an appointment with Nancy. I signed up for 16 sessions. From the first consultation, I was elated and had this happy feeling the rest of the week. After the first three weeks I noticed a positive change in my mood. I was less anxious, worried feeling. I had less stress in my thinking and begun planning better. The things that I was procrastinating about, I had no immense sense of pressure to rush to get them done and then feel stressed if I couldnt; for the first time in a long time, I felt in control of my life and my thinking and actions. Eventually, leading me to stop craving cigarettes and junk food.Highly recommend Evolution Empowerment and Nancy if you are uncertain or having that my-life-is-out-of-control feeling. I absolutely loved coming to see Nancy! I was very hesitant at first, but I booked 12 sessions for my anxiety because I felt like nothing else worked. It took a few visits for me to start feeling better, but I slowly began to become less anxious. By my last visit, I was so sad that I was finished because I loved going in, that I continued to book monthly visits. Nancy is amazing, I’m so glad I came.

This review is after 15 sessions. All I have to say is that I have changed my behaviors and thoughts I used to have that made my life more difficult. Absolutely amazing !! You would not believe the things you discover while taking this journey! My biggest issue was how I reacted to things. My reaction to life was awful. This journey has taught it’s more than just the way I was reacting to things it’s deeper, into my childhood and how I perceive things! Family, friends, even my own patience and most importantly my husband have noticed the biggest difference! My husband constantly says it was definitely worth the time and money! You have to invest in yourself! This was the best investment I’ve ever made in myself.At least once a week I think God for Nancy! She is now a friend and someone I aspire to be. Lisa from Evolution Empowerment Center was an absolute God-send into my life. Before I met Lisa, I was struggling with my confidence in school and test-taking after a bad experience I had. Lisa directed me and encouraged me to appreciate and nourish myself as she travelled through my psyche. At the time, this was extremely important and necessary for me to be able to sit for the medical college admissions exam. Since my time with her, I have started medical school and have completely lost my testing anxiety! Whenever I feel myself feeling insecure about my capabilities in school or in myself in general, I listen to her recordings and my mind is instantly taken to a relaxing, serene place. I have done traditional therapy for a few years and, for me, the benefits of hypnotherapy were ones that directed and accentuated any progress that can be made in traditional therapy.My goal starting therapy was to overcome the trauma and experiences I have had in my life in order to become a healthier adult and future mother and physician one day--and that is what my hypnotherapy sessions have allowed me to focus on over the years. I’ve been going to Evolution since August and the only regret I have is that I didn’t go earlier. The amount of change I have experienced over the last several months has been amazing. My family & friends have noticed a change and I couldn’t be happier. I have also been doing neuro-feedback treatments and have noticed a positive impact within few sessions. I am more confident, less anxious, and very comfortable with who I am and the change that I have experienced. Visit Nancy and I promise you will only regret not going earlier. I highly recommend Evolution Empowerment if you want to change your life. I suffered from depression and anxiety my entire even as a young child. In 2020 due to the pandemic and other things I wasnt able to sleep, concentrate or stop worrying due to my anxiety. I went to several doctors and no one would prescribe me xanaz because of the opioid crisis. I knew I had to do something. I googled solutions and came across Nancy. She helped me with my anxiety and if I feel anxious she taught me a technique and it goes away. Even though I originally came for my anxiety it was so much more that I needed to work on. I had 10 sessions in 2020 and came back for 8 more in 2021. My therapist and doctor are amazed at how far I have come in such a short time. I have always had therapy off and on my whole life and on anti -depressants but I always felt something is missing because I would only feel a tiny bit better. This time in my life I feel great. I was just let go from a good paying job 2 days ago for workforce reduction and Im not depressed, worried and no anxiety. I shed a few tears for about 1 minute and I released all of it. If I had lost my job last year I would not have been as calm as I am now. I keep telling everyone I feel great despite the circumstances but I can show them better than tell them. I want to thank everyone at Evolution Empowerment for helping me Kelly, Lisa, Christine and especially Nancy. Please do not listen to the stereotypes about hypnotherapy if you are skeptical. Even if you dont think you need hypnotherapy try it because we can all use help being the best version of ourselves.

Where do I even begin? First off this place is amazing & changed my life for the better. I had extreme anxiety & panic attacks. I felt like I was going to have one almost everyday. Even after just the first session I noticed a difference. I had positive energy & positive feelings radiating through my body. I just knew this was going to work for me. After the third session I can honestly say I have not experienced a panic attack. Nancy is amazing. She gets down deep to the root of the problem. She definitely knows what she is doing. I have completed 9 sessions & I feel like a complete different person. I am so much more happy, I don’t think constant negative thoughts, I am not anxious & I don’t live in fear. I’ve heard so many great things about Evolution Hypno prior to checking it out for my self. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. I wish I tried hypnotherapy a long time ago. Although I’m not finished with all 10 of my sessions, I definitely see and feel a change within myself for the better since I first started going. I was always the type to bottle my feelings in but little did I know I struggled with anxiety. The past few years have been a struggle for me and I kept trying to overcome everything I was going through on my own. I tried going to therapy but could not find the right therapist. Every therapist I tried to push medication onto me and I refused to depend on any type of medication. A close friend of mine was a client of Nancy’s and told me about hypnotherapy. I witnessed the anxiety my friend had gone through and also saw the transformation she went through after doing hypnotherapy. I no longer have panic attacks, no longer feel that gut wrenching feeling, and honestly don’t even overthink anything anymore. I definitely feel more confident and am able to focus on the things I want in life as opposed to the things I don’t want occurring in my life. I don’t worry like I used to about the smallest things either. Even though I’ve been feeling so much better and feel the change I will continue to do sessions with Nancy even after my sessions are done. I highly recommend her services ! You won’t regret it ❤️
I was referred to Nancy by friends and family. I had to try it for myself and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Ill be the first to admit I was skeptical of the positive results I would be able to receive through hypnotherapy. I knew I had a few things to work on; (mainly my anxiety), but I just wasnt sure if it would work for me. After many friends kept singing Nancys great praises, I decided to give it a try. A little about my journey so far:I’ve been “in and out” of therapy for 7 years. I’ve made more progress with Nancy in a few sessions than I made over those 7 years. I’m not making the comparison to be critical of anyone or to imply that I’m looking to others to “fix me.” What I am saying is that Nancy’s added element of hypnotherapy truly makes a difference. When I met Nancy for a consultation, she explained how the subconscious works and the power of words. I realized that the understanding of the subconscious was what I was missing before. I knew something was blocking my progress, but I didn’t understand what.I felt my energy shift after the consultation. A shift in the sense that I believed I could change into the person I wanted to be. I noticed an improvement in my thoughts, words, and actions after each session. The amazing thing is that I would start to feel shifts in areas that we actively worked on in sessions, as well as things I wanted to work on but we hadn’t “officially” started working on. The tools that Nancy gave me to calm my anxiety work. The best part is—they work without me having to think about it. Not only did I get my life back—I upgraded. I’m thankful that I can now experience being out in public without being anxious. I don’t obsess over things like I used to. I can look at myself in the mirror, which is huge. I went to Nancy during a very critical turning point in my life. I always felt like a had something blocking me from being successful in business and my personal life. I also battled anxiety without even knowing it was anxiety. Nancy helped me overcome my anxiety and my fears, she also helped me gain a self confidence that I never thought I was capable of having. I worked with Nancy for the past 12 weeks and my life has been different ever since. When I went in went for my first consultation I was very emotional and somewhat depressed. I had pictured/envisioned my life different than when my current reality really was. My self confidence wasnt there and I was timid with everything I did. Anyone that is on the fence about getting hypnotherapy services, do it! I first heard about Nancy on channel 955 years and years ago Ive always wanted to try hypnotherapy for my anxiety and (suicidal) depression but I always thought I either didnt have the money or I didnt have the time or it was silly.. Ive been on medication and in counseling/therapy for over 20 years.. Getting help from Evolution has dramatically helped me the most out of everything else I have tried! If you’re reading this, then you are probably wondering what hypnotherapy is and if it will work for you. I can honestly say going in for the initial consultation at Evolution was the best decision i ever made for my self. From the moment i first met Lisa, she radiated kindness and empathy. It was so easy for me to open up to her. After the birth of my son, i dealt with horrible postpartum anxiety. It took over my life; i couldn’t enjoy being a new mom to my little boy. I was difficult to be around. My husband felt like he had to walk on eggshells around me 24/7. I was unhappy and irritable all the time. I spent over a year trying different forms of therapy and self help to get back to “normal.” My normal had always been a very calm, collected and patient person. I had become the complete opposite and i didn’t recognize who i was. I was so ashamed of the person i had become. I can honestly say that hypnotherapy gave me my life back. It is such a relaxing, calming and beautiful experience. It’s so easy to do! You literally listen to your sessions while falling asleep and your mind gets reprogrammed! I have tried hypnotherapy several times and I believed it was the greatest therapy. But recently I had a session with Nancy using neorolinguistic programming. My experience with this therapy was outstanding! I never thought anything would compare to my hypnotherapy sessions but this truly blew me away. One very important thing to note is that you do not necessarily have to have a problem you would like to fix. It is an amazing tool to simply take yourself to the next level. I have always believed in the power of meditation so for me, it wasn’t too far of a leap to give hypnotherapy a try. The meditative nature of the practice drew me in : closing my eyes in quiet place, the deep breathing, the visualizations – for me it became my favorite place to be. Before, I never took it seriously however I never dismissed the idea either. Through hypnotherapy, Nancy was able to go down to the source of my anxiety. It’s as if she was pulling the weeds out of my garden (of life) 😊 I decided to increase my therapy appointments to help mitigate the anxiety and get rid of the root cause so those darn weeds would not creep back up. After a few sessions, I started to get into the habit of immediately identifying and addressing my anxiety as soon as it was happening. I’m no longer afraid to ask for space, time for myself, and I’ve gotten really good at saying “no” when I need to. Nancy has better equipped me to meet my needs, and show others how they can meet them as well. Whether it’s a family or social gathering I’m unable to attend or a miscommunication in the workplace that requires clarification, my challenges don’t have the same power they used to have. Initially, I was very in denial about needing help and skeptical about evolution therapy. I have always been a very anxious person and I never knew I could actually manage my anxiety/problems. As someone with a background in Psychology and mainstream therapy, I knew enough to know that talk therapy wouldnt be it for me, but I definitely had my hesitations about trying out hypnotherapy. While Nancy blew me away and changed my entire perspective on life week by week, I wanted to make sure I waited until I graduated, tried out her recommended supplements, as well as had an NET session before leaving a review. If youre trying to lose weight, struggling with anxiety, are feeling overwhelmed or just going about life thinking that were all just dealt the cards were dealt at birth and that there is no alternative route, and that happiness/health/success etc simply werent in the cards for you - give this a try, take a chance on yourself and make this investment. While I can write pages about how hypnotherapy has changed my life, Ill just end this review with this note (a thought I wouldve previously not even known how to express): Prior to hypno, I unconsciously operated with the assumption that I was exempt from the human experience, by which I mean that I can try and try to do all the right things (eat well, exercise, work hard etc.) but because I had such low self esteem, I genuinely didnt believe I was allowed to reap the rewards of my efforts. I thought I was exempt from any positive result- other people may see results for sure and Im always first in line to support others... but just not me. She struggled for the longest time with her schoolwork. We literally dealt with anxiety and tears EVERY TIME she came home with homework. It was torture and extremely stressful for the entire family. This review is long overdue. The day before I met Nancy, I had completely lost all hope in myself. Nancy changed my whole life, and I say that with my whole heart. A special friend recommended Nancy to me last November. Hypnotherapy sounded too good to be true, but I was willing to try anything. I walked into Nancy’s office on my first day not knowing what to expect. Her office looks like a beautiful butterfly guarded, so warm and welcoming. I instantly knew there was no reason to be nervous. Thinking back, I was actually worried that losing my anxiety would cause me to lose my identity somehow! On the contrary, Nancy helped bring out the parts of me that I had missed so dearly. I learned that my anxiety was a message from my subconscious and all I had to do was hear it out. I have always loved to smile, it has always been what kept me going, but there wasn’t a day that went by when I didn’t fake it until I made it. Before I met Nancy, I was exhausted and empty inside, trying to reframe and think positively. I knew happiness came from within, but I didn’t know how to create it. Hypnotherapy was nothing I expected, and everything I always wanted. I know Nancy would be so proud of me today. My last session with her was in January, and since that day forward, I’ve evolved in ways I never imagined possible. She had me go face to face with all the parts of myself that I was too afraid to see. I think back to last November and don’t recognize the girl I was. I called my cousin one day, sobbing to her that I felt like the worst mother. I was referred to see Nancy for Hypnotherapy Services a while back by a very special friend. I thought about the idea, but then I decided to put Hypnotherapy on hold only because I had so much going on in my life. Ok first off, NANCY IS AMAZING!!!! Nancy changed my whole life. She made me a complete different person. I’m 16 years old and i’ve been diagnosed with depression since i was 13. I’ve been to 3 different therapists, on 3-4 different antidepressants and hospitalized twice. Yes the medications and therapists helped for a little bit but absolutely nothing like Nancy has helped and nothing long term. Nancy has help me so much more than they did and now i’m medication free (yay!!) and I absolutely love how much i’ve grown and changed. It was the best decision i’ve ever made to go to Nancy and taking me to her was the best thing my parents have ever done for me and I tell them all the time. I tell everyone I know to go to Nancy so if you’re second guessing it, here’s the other person to telling you to go because she is so amazing and wonderful and life changing. 10/10 recommend if you have a brain. I wish there was more than 5 stars because it’s that life changing and amazing!
Prior to meeting with Nancy I did not believe in therapy and was definitely not a believer in hypnotherapy. Going in I remember feeling very anxious and on edge because I did not know what to expect. As soon as I sat down with Nancy and started talking to her I felt at ease and knew that I could trust her. She was very open minded and accepting of everything that I shared with her. My first few sessions were definitely the hardest, however after the third one something happened and changed me completely. I felt like that was the session that changed my life and made me a new person. I remember having the worst week and as soon as I did that session I felt at ease and knew that things would be okay. The more I went the happier and less anxious I became. Everyone in my life noticed a difference in me and in my overall attitude. To anyone who is skeptical, please just go in and try it for yourself because it truly could change your life.
After dealing with loss and brokenness, I began seeing and feeling the physiological effects of my stress and anxiety (hair falling out, afraid to go out, terrible random thoughts, low confidence, fear based thinking). Where do I begin. I had the pleasure of working with Lisa for three months. I had a total of 12 sessions. When I first came into evolution hypnotherapy I was very skeptical about whether or not this would be right or ideal for me. I was very hesitant because of the misconceptions about the hypnotherapy. I was referred over by a few friends. At that point I would not go in. After running into Nancy her and I discussed a few things and she swore up-and-down that Lisa would be able to help me. I have gone to the point in my life where I am no longer anxious, very calm and have been able to let go of the past. There aren’t many things that seem to bother me anymore. Ive learned to let go and that a lot of things “Just aren’t worth it”. After my first session I was hooked! At the end of each session I couldn’t wait to come back. Lisa was also able to help me through my weight loss journey and I’ve been able to curve my cravings. In four months I lost 35lbs. Something I struggled with before in the past. Before I received hypnotherapy, I debated it for months! Would I be revealing more than I was comfortable with? Would I not be in control of what I said in a session? Would I waste my time and money? I have been dealing with claustrophobia for my entire life. After one hypnotherapy session with Nancy, I was cured. Two days following our appointment, I placed myself in a confined space with numerous people. Where do I begin, Seeing Nancy was the greatest thing that I could have done for myself. I went to her office thinking there is no way she could change how I feel and think. I have suffered for years with general anxiety and panic attacks. Over the passed year I began having panic attacks daily. Unfortunately, they often happened when I was alone with my two young daughters. My husband was leaving work frequently to be with me due to how terrified I was during the attacks. As you can imagine this was very disruptive. Generally I prefer natural methods over medication but I had become so desperate to rid myself of the panic attacks that I asked my doctor for an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medication. Before I filled the prescription I remembered that a friend had referred me to Nancy almost a year before. Nancy would be my last shot at getting my panic attacks under control before I started taking the drugs that I desperately did not want to take. After my consultation I felt hopeful but after only my second session my panic attacks were gone completely!! Nancy is my miracle and I will forever be grateful for what she has done for me. I can not stop telling people how truly amazing she is at what she does.

If youve ever doubted hypnotherapy and if it works, dont! I was recommended by a old coworker who also was a non-believer. It is real subtle changes that really add up to a huge change and they accumulate over time into something really life changing. I had moderate social anxiety and a lot of other issues I needed to wrestle with that became either eliminated or MUCH more manageable after hypno. If you dont like talking about your feelings, hypno is for you as you get to lay there and just relax and enjoy the session. I would definitely rec coming here. Nancy is also a gem and sweet and amazing.

I actually took my son to see Nancy as a last resort. My son began with depression and anxiety attacks at the age of eight. I took him to various psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, social workers, and finally a homeopathic doctor, with no successful results. We moved to Southeast Michigan in 2014 and my son was finally given a diagnosis of social anxiety disorder, ADHD, and OCD. Medication helped with the ADHD, but the anxiety and depression continued. As I was having a conversation with a school social worker, she mentioned that she had gone to a hypnotherapist. Immediately I started searching online and found Nancy! What a life saver she has been! After just two or three sessions, I could already see a change in my son. He was beginning to feel less anxious, more confident, and what he called more normal again. My son’s experience with Nancy was absolutely amazing and completely life-changing! This past Fall, my son was having an extreme case of sports performance anxiety. During practice, he was the star player on his football team. However, during games, his performance was quite the opposite. He would get anxiety leading up to each play, forget which play was called and what it meant, and when the play started he’d run the wrong way with the ball or miss his blocking assignment. After he did this during the 1st scrimmage and game, he lost his starting position on offense and his play was limited to defense. As a result, he got really down on himself because he felt that he was letting his team and coaches down. My wife and I felt terrible for him and started doing research and began taking him to a traditional counselor. When we asked about hypnotherapy, the counselor told us that they would try that if several weeks of cognitive behavioral therapy didn’t fix the problem. That’s when we found Nancy through some online research and scheduled his initial consultation. After my son’s first treatment the following week, my wife and I both noticed changes in his behavior. He was showing more confidence and speaking up/sharing his opinion more. As the weeks went by, he continued to show more and more confidence, seemed much more happy (even though he wasn’t playing back on offense), and displayed such a positive attitude. He was accepting of his role on the team and kept working hard. Towards the end of the season (roughly 10 weeks into treatment), the coach gave him another shot on offense, running the ball. He was nothing short of AMAZING! My wife and I couldn’t believe our eyes! He had a break-out game and performed at such a high level the rest of the season. I truly believe in Nancy’s work. The confidence and positive attitude that she helped my son achieve has carried over into wrestling, school, and his social life as well. Thanks Nancy, for everything! We are forever grateful!

Before my first session with Nancy, I was a prisoner of my own thoughts. After my last session, I was feeling free, motivated, light, and unbothered. That tight heavy feeling in my chest was completely gone and it’s such an amazing feeling. Any negative energy that comes my way is now instantly blocked, whether it be a thought or a person. I went in for different reasons but doubted she can help me because I am a cochlear implant user. I am not used to understanding speech without lip reading so she told me to give one session a chance with complete confidence that I will understand. Guess what? I did! My disability was my insecurity and not my actual “disability” she said. I feel great, mentally and physically. I am just so much more confident, stronger and unbothered by little things that used to take over my mind. During my last session we did another cleanse and I just didn’t see anything there to cleanse. It feels great to be free and exceedingly content :-) Everyone could use a little Nancy in their life.

I debated trying Hypno-therapy for two whole years, i am naturally very skeptical, i tried to deal with the issues i was struggling with myself. I finally took the decision to schedule a consultation, since i felt myself going in circles with my anxiety & other issues i was facing, like i was masking them effectively but internally i felt trapped. I don’t open up and struggled wih expressing any emotion, through life experiences & struggles i learned to walk about putting on a numb facade, but occasionally and more than i like these feelings would come up and hold me back from moving forward. I reached a point where I no longer wanted my insecurities to keep holding me back from living my life and full potential!My first round of sessions ended a few weeks ago, I’ve waited to write this review untill i can access how i feel better, i am now more open, more approachable, i used to notice people not wanting to engage in conversations with me and that has changed, i also find myself initiating small talk which i never did. Despite my very busy life, i can focus better. I am able to manage stress better, and be ok with not having the ability to do everything which used to bother me Alot. I also find myself coaching myself remembering techniques learnt with Nancy, & i am working on identifying areas i need to improve and see Nancy again. Please if you value Yourself, reprogramming your brain is a must . I am very grateful to have met both Nancy & Lisa, & can’t thank them enough for the change they are making in people’s lives.
Ive been wanting to write this review for a while but for some reason something always comes up while Im in the middle of writing it. The fact that I keep coming back in attempt to leave this review for others to read and help them make a decision to come to Nancy should be an indication of how life changing this is.To be honest, I had no idea what hypnotherapy was when I went into my consultation. I heard of guided meditation but I had no idea that this is infact what hypnotherapy is.I walked in to the office with depression, loneliness, lack of self love, a cloud over my head, and lots of condescending thoughts towards myself.After the first two to three sessions, I was questioning if this therapy is working or is it a waste of my money not realizing that others have noticed that Ive become lighter, calmer, and smiling more. I started to take care of myself again by eating healthy and working out not realizing the correlation. I started to allow me time and not feeling guilty about it.Session by session, that heavy cloud started to disappear. I became lighter, able to laugh, and I became me again. Im now the better version of myself for my kids. Im more present. I am strong and willing to take on any challenges that come my way. I no longer take BS from others. Ive created healthy boundaries. Ive learned when to say no. I now know that I deserve better. I can now see others fears and subconscious beliefs more clearly now based on their behaviors. I no longer take their actions personal.That being said, life sometimes throws curve balls at us. I now allow myself to feel the feelings, observe them and let go. If I ever need an extra push, I have my recordings to go back to and to help me get back up and float.I didnt realize how far Ive come, until I sat down with family that are still suffering from the traumas we encountered together.Im forever grateful for Nancy and how much shes helped me grow. I absolutely recommend her. Youll never want to leave her office because she makes you feel loved and so at ease!
This has changed my life. I had severe OCD, anger, anxiety and addiction issues. This has calmed me down extremely. I’m so calm and happy now and I never thought I could be like this until I started my hypnotherapy. I would recommend this to anyone. It helps with the body and mind. Nancy did an amazing job getting my young daughters self-esteem back on track. I went to see Lisa 2 months ago to see if she could help me overcome some anxiety issues with driving that had just reared its ugly head out of the blue. I am happy to say that she was fantastic. I first came to Evolution Hypnotherapy in October of 2015, skeptical and not prepared to open up and allow myself to reap the benefits of Hypnotherapy. I returned in the spring of 2017, ready to embrace the powers of hypnotherapy and the subconscious mind. I began with hypnotherapy and I was able to work through many issues that I developed in childhood that I did not even l know existed. We continued to work through certain beliefs that she helped me identify and as the weeks went by I felt better and better. After completing 10 Hypnotherapy sessions, I gave NLP a chance and I was mind blown. It was an amazing experience that helped me work through some false beliefs that I was internalizing from incidents that happened as a child. Most recently, I was lucky enough to try NET with Nancy and Lisa and I reached back into my subconscious mind as far back as conception to birth to identify a negative belief and release it. I have never felt better, physically and emotionally. This therapy is truly magnificent!

Nancy helped me let go of the past and all the negative energy that I had carried with me for so long. I was lighter and people started to notice that I always looked at peace even when something wasn’t going right. When i used to have issues I would let it control my life I wouldn’t get out of bed and was too depressed to go on with my day. But Hypnos changed this even with issues I went on and put the negative situation in a box where it didn’t affect me. I looked online for the phone number to make an appointment, and I had emailed her for more information, and she told me that we would begin with a consultation, and I immediately felt more comfortable at the thought. I made the phone call, and set up an appointment.There were things about myself I never knew I could change, until I met Nancy, to better myself. The feeling coming out of the sessions is probably one of the most powerful feelings I have ever felt in my entire life. Till this day, I keep from those sessions thoughts and feelings that changed me, and I believe every single person should experience this euphoric feeling of self love and self realization, whether it be in one session, or over ten sessions. I guarantee that this is something that one can never regret doing. The minute you build up the strength and courage to make the phone call, is the minute you are changing your life forever! Some may think they dont need it, or dont want to change anything, but trust when I say that nothing has to be going wrong in your life, to want to make it BETTER, and become the best version of yourself that you can be! Its hard to describe how helpful hypnotherapy with Lisa was, but I am so grateful I worked with her. She is kind, patient, and unjudgemental to whatever situation or emotions you are feeling. Life is not perfect and it is definately not fair. NET helped release emotions that I justifiably felt, but was ready and needed to let go of. Hypnotherapy does not change your situation, It changes you and the habits and defense mechanisms you build up in your own mind, and thats where your life begins to change. I highly recommend Evolution Hypnotherapy Services. For years I have suffered with debilitating sinus and seasonal allergies. Even after having a successful sinus surgery six years ago I was still battling seasonal allergies and sinus pain. I met with Lisa Cunningham at EHS and she suggested I try a session of NET with her. After just one session my allergy attacks and frequent runny nose have all but disappeared! I took my time to write this review. I wanted to see if the magic would disapate. The power has stayed consistent. I began therapy, without entirely understanding what the possibilities were. I had one issue I had hoped to overcome and instead am now rid of many more than one problem. My husband and I just returned from our best vacation ever. Hypnotherapy has helped me be mentally sharp at my job, be a better partner and more emotionally honest to my husband and a more emotionally available for my children. Let me start by telling you I’m a stage 3 squamous cell carcinoma patient with a tracheotomy and peg(feeding tube) basically vocal cord cancer. I lost 42lbs, became a miserable human, constantly fatigue, took my anger out on people I love &, hurting myself. I notice the change in myself and have seen Evolution in the past during my divorce.Let’s talk reiki and Bars therapy?! What’s reiki and bars? I wish I could explain this fully, but I’m gonna try my best. This is very lite touches to the body and head that I can’t even explain to fullest until you try it for yourself. This holistic approach helped me open chakra in my body and bring back the energy and positivity again. The psychiatrist was touching me and say very few words and my body was twitching as if I lost complete control. Few times my arms flew up and I’m grateful I didn’t hit her. When the sessions where complete I felt so alive. The reiki was more of a full release of tension within hand the Bars was like a feeling that would push energy through my entire body. At one point during Bars I felt as if there was a burst of energy within the center of my body and then it flowed to my finger tips and legs.Like I said this is very hard to explain and if you feel like you have a loss in energy within. This is where it’s at. YOU GOTTA TRY THIS FOR YOURSELF TO UNDERSTAND FULLY!!

Nancy,I came to you when I was broken. I had given up. My anxiety and panic took over my body, my mind, my happiness, and robbed me of fully living a happy and healthy life. I remember not being able to go out with friends because I thought something bad would happen to me. Or if I did go out, I would make sure I was near a hospital just in case I had a panic or anxiety attack. I lost relationships because of this- although nobody really knew why I was reserved and would walk away out of the blue. But it was because of my anxiety. I was afraid to live. I was afraid to go out. I would think hours or days before an event, “what if it happens again?”. I was miserable. I thought of my kids and not being able to be there fully for them broke my heart. Had a hard time dealing with my emotions and I was getting overwhelmed with anxiety. Every session Ive had with her I have become more self-aware and Ive become less anxious. She listens to everything and goes above and beyond to help her out. She really helped me out and I she was an amazing experience.

2022-05-04Hypnotherapy was a life changing event for me and Nancy has been and still is instrumental in showing me how powerful my mind is. Throughout my sessions with Nancy, i have witnessed an evolution in many aspects of my life. The knowledge that Nancy always seeks and shares with her clients is so empowering, she is inspirational! You have to experience hypnotherapy for yourself, initially you might be skeptical and maybe even have a negative stigma but trust the process and so many amazing events will unveil! I cannot recommend hypnotherapy enough but more so specifically Nancy and her team they are exceptional . I am forever grateful!

2022-06-20Absolutely love Nancy and what she does, one of my favourite people in the world. Over the course of several sessions, she helped provide me with tools to deal with anxiety and obsessive compulsive thoughts. By letting go of the past and working on self love and forgiveness she has taught me to be present and live in every moment of life right now while also feeling good about what is to come in life. Her hypnotherapy sessions are so relaxing and helped put me in a positive mood. She also made me feel comfortable with sharing my emotions, thoughts and feelings. The neurofeedback sessions I had were also very calming and almost put me to sleep every time. 2022-05-01This was the best decision I have ever made for myself and my family. Going into this, I had no idea what that I would gain so much strength, confidence, freedom, and most importantly healing. My intentions were always to just find happiness and ground myself when I made the decision to see Nancy. Not only did I love every session, even the ones that were difficult to process, I immediately loved being around Nancy. I felt safe, and heard in every single session. The discipline and structure that hypnotherapy has brought to my life has truly shifted every single thing in my life. I feel like I’ve gained control in all areas of my life while finding that things continue to line up for me as the days go on, I attract more of what I want and need while evolving my relationships to fit into those wants and needs. It has been a special journey to go within and see the WHY of who I was and then the possibility of who I could be. There is so much power in our subconscious and to feel it and know it has been the greatest experience. 2022-02-02As evidence by the other reviews, Nancy is truly wonderful. Being a bedside nurse during the covid pandemic really exacerbated my anxiety. I tried many alternative methods and was considering medication, but my fiancé convinced me to go see Nancy.During the sessions, Nancy really helped me by transforming the way I think. Instead of being down, constantly worrying, and helpless, Nancy held me accountable and taught me how to change my way of thinking. She showed me how to view myself - with love, confidence, and positivity. She also helped me be more present in the moment, as opposed to worrying about negative, predetermined outcomes that I had already set in my mind. Since completing my sessions, I feel tremendously better. I am confident, happy, and balanced. I have taken on tasks that I would normally shy away from, began meditating, and feel more confident when talking with patients. I truly cannot thank Nancy enough, I highly recommend her hypnotherapy to anyone. Your life will change for the better!

2022-07-22Evolution empowerment and Nancy have changed my life forever. Who I was and who I have grown to be now , are not the same person before I started hypnotherapy. The knowledge, experience, and wisdom I’ve learned about myself , are things I never knew existed within me until I experienced my sessions with Nancy. She brought out parts of myself I either spent my lifetime hiding or holding onto , and also parts I never knew existed within me . Through the tears , the laughs, the growth…it has all changed my life for the BEST. The way I handle situations now are nothing like I would have handled them before. My thoughts, feelings , and emotions have become balanced and aware and in the present moment. The confidence I’ve gained in my self was non existent before hypnotherapy. 2022-05-16Nancys hypnosis process was exactly what I needed to deal with anxiety and later process my mothers death. She has such a calming presence and genuinely wants the best for you! I still listen to my sessions to fall asleep and recharge. I also had a sound bed red light therapy session which was such a vibe and an NET session with Lisa to move through some emotional blocks in my relationship. I cant say enough good things about everyone who works here and the light and energy they bring !

2022-05-07I was going to be in town for one week and was interested in the sound therapy vibration bed. After Nancy assessed everything that was aliing me she put together a customized treatment program for the week. she even worked around my schedule. I didn’t think it would be possible to accomplish so much in one week but I was really amazed with the results. Once you put your trust in Nancy and her wonderful staff and open your self up to alternative treatments, the possibilities of mental emotional and physical well-being are endless.

2022-05-16Nancy worked wonders on my 11 year old son. He had issues with negativity and dislike for school. Many mornings he openly expressed his dismay going to school and preferred more introverted activities. After just one session Nancy was able to clear blockages in him. Literally overnight we were able to see a difference. He was more affectionate and positive. Normally he follows routines and rarely deviates. He did not complain going to school and is more open to new activities. It has been a few weeks now and things are still going great!!!
