The prices are somewhat reasonable however the customer service is highly lack luster. The prices are reasonable simply because the vehicles are not safely inspected before they’re put on the lot for sale. Bought a Jeep Patriot. Little did I know how awful it was going to be. Constant mechanical repairs from replacing studs, lug nuts, auxiliary transmission cooler, the headlights didn’t work properly had to be reground, there was no parking brake components had to rebuild, the subframe was rotten and also had to be replaced. Highly do not recommend buying from this dealership. Not trustworthy.

Oh my gosh am I so happy with my vehicle I purchased here. I came in looking at the Acadia and my eyes kept wandering over to the pretty Yukon Denali. Hubby says, no way we’ll get into that. Well, the salesman worked so hard and got us in it. Yes, we had a few minor repairs and thankfully for the extended warranty plan, it covered a major repair. I absolutely love my baby. My terrain I purchased new in 2017, now is my doggy mobile. We are also getting a new puppy and decided to name him, Denali. That way we can put our Denali in our Denali. Thanks guys.

Do not buy from this place. My wife got an equinox from here. Hugh vouched for and said he got it from a family member. My wife had that car for three months. The rear main seal on the engine broke. We told Hugh he said it was covered under the warranty. We took it to a shop they advised us the warranty was third party and didn’t cover anything. Hugh sent us to a shop in flint, that he once again recommended. We sent it 3 times and all three times it came back worst than before.Did I mention we had to pay for to be towed, he wouldn’t cover that. We end up trading it in at Labadie. Their inspection told us it was the rear main seal, timing belt and an intake problem. I repeat don’t buy from this place.

For every good review you will get 5 bad ones. Excel and their salesman Hugh did a great job at getting me into a vehicle i feel in love with. From letting my wife bring it to me because i was stuck in meetings all day right up to the end of sale. Helpful and understanding. A great deal, and couldnt be happier with my purchase

Buyers BEWARE! When you call and ask is there anything wrong with the vehicle make sure you ask Hugh when the last time he drove the vehicle was. I drove with my family 3 hours to look at a Tahoe. One in which I researched, called about warranties and asked Hugh specifics on. He stated there was nothing wrong. 30 second into driving the vehicle we hear a very loud and very obvious humming coming from the rear of the vehicle. We continued to drive it to see if we heard any other noises. When we went back to the dealership we asked about the noise and got the response well what do you want to do?I asked him why he said nothing was wrong and he claimed there was nothing wrong the last time he drove it. Thats a complete lie. You can clearly tell that noise didnt justppen from sitting in a parking lot. We made it clear that we were driving and wanted the truth before we wasted our time. Had zero interest in negotiating or fixing the noise. Complete waste of time.

If you buy from them make sure you get the vehicle inspected before hand. I bought a 2009 Subaru with 84,000 miles on it. The price wasn’t bad but after less than 100 miles post-purchase the car practically fell apart. The check engine light came on on and I later learned there’s an oil leak coming from the head gasket ($1,000 to fix). I later went though some old service documents left in the glove box. On one of service documents a mechanic writes, “oil leak - poss. from head gasket.”This is partly my fault for not being more diligent when buying a used car. However, there’s no way this dealership didn’t know the car was leaking oil when they sold it to me. All they did was power wash the engine compartment and clear the check engine (error) codes from the car’s computer hoping no one would notice.Furthermore, the car was advertised as having good tires. The tread was good, yes, but on the insides of the tire walls, was dry rot. The dealership clearly flipped the tires around on the rim in an attempt to hide this issue. It was successful for them.Moral of the story - don’t be like me. Don’t buy a car from these guys. If you do, have a mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection on it first. Don’t get scammed like I did.

Just got a car from here and wanted thank Hugh for the help.As a woman sometimes buying a car is a bit misogynistic. However not here, Hugh was very helpful informative and honest. The office was nice and clean, the deal went smoothly. I couldn’t believe it I’ve never bought a car like that. Thanks again.
