Comment: Used Exclusive Sedan for damily trip to Universal. RT service from airport and hotel. On time, clean newer vehicles, professional and very xourteous drivers. Would definitely recommend!

Comment: Over $800 for a 3 stop service?! The service did not arrive till 2 hours after first reserved pickup time. Driver did not assist with installing of Child Safety Seat in services vehicle. Exclusive Sedan Service did not provide proper pick-up information needed for client, reservationist provided all necessary information for, what was supposed to be, a smooth airport pick-up. Then Driver proceeded to NOT contact client when arriving at the airport, client had to call reservationist to locate driver.
