10 minutes had to reschedule because they couldn’t do the full car in 2 hours. Informed them that I had to take work off to get there and did not care. Asked to do the back only instead, was then told “ oh it won’t make a difference”. Was also told I could reschedule one week prior. Very unprofessional
Answered all of my questions on Instagram before I even stepped foot in the store. Got in the store and they had all the parts I needed. Upon installing installing I had a minor problem, called them up and he got me situated and rocking out. Thanks guys!

They do a good job for the most part. Expect some of your interior panels to be covered in water spots if you have your tint done here. On my Cadillac, the interior panels are susceptible to staining from simple soap water and that did occur on my driver side door panel due to the soapy water they use sitting there until I picked the car up.They also do other custom work and anything car electronics related and havent had any huge issues with various car electronics being installed in prior cars, and my current car.
Buyers beware! Poor business ethics. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a remote starter for a friend and they did not need it. I tried to return this item and all they would offer is store credit. The owner says, Its store policy. As he shrugged his shoulders and pointed to a policy sign fully covered by a mat. They sold me the item as a gift card not as a normal bought item. Failing business trying to swindle every dollar they can before they go under. Watch out!
The best price that Ive seen for an LOC, amp, and sub install w/ a remote bass knob. Completed the job in less than 3 hours ( I already partially ran the 0/1 power wire). Relatively clean job, although they did leave wire shavings on the rear seat. Its been roughly a month and everything has been working as it should thus far.

Too many issues to focus on one. Took my car there for tint and a stereo. Showed them the picture of the exact stereo I wanted, the one installed was a cheaper model and works when it wants. Wiring is fudged up as the day I picked up both key fobs stopped working. Was told to “smack them” to get them to work. Had my other vehicle there on the same day for remote start... again wiring is not correct. Can start the vehicle with the fob and drive down the road without inserting the key. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
I only take my cars here when it comes to getting windows tinted, and it’s an hour away from home - worth it. Always end up getting some vinyl done too for getting rid of ugly chrome trim and personalize my car a bit. Great place and highly recommend.

Cody was instrumental in helping me make a choice for a remote car starter. I had him install a two way Clifford unit in my 2007 GMC Sierra Diesel. He went above and beyond in helping me understand the new addition and how the key fob worked. We ran into a small snag with the unit firing up quicker than my diesel does so I called Cody and asked him about it. He did his research and got back to me the same day about what was going on. Then he came to my job, picked up the truck, took it back to his shop to fix it, and returned it all before I got out of work. Excellent service and if I ever need anything in the future he will be my first call.

My son gifted my a window tint. They didnt explain a lot to me since they assumed my son would tell me everything (so not the best customer service there) tint is not 100% perfect

2021-05-21To Cody and your TeamI had two trucks done at Exclusive Sounds recently. My sons 86 Chevy 4x4 and my wifes Expedition. On my sons 86 we had a radio and speakers in stalled along with some rock lights. Great job, he loves them.And Great job on the running boards on my wifes Expedition. 2022-01-17They really have no idea what they are doing and will not take responsibility for their poor quality work. They installed a sound bar on a UTV. Cut the power wire during installation and then burned the circuit inside of the bar as a result. They claimed it was a manufacturer problem and would not fix the problem they created. Finally, the owner told me to leave and never come back with the problem unresolved. They are not a shop that I would ever trust my vehicle with.

I bought a subwoofer for my boat that they hooked me up on, as well!Super friendly staff and they were all very knowledgeable on the amplifiers and subwoofers.I would definitely recommend for all your automotive and boating accessory needs! 2020-03-02I got a box installed for my 2016 Sierra gmc truck. The seats rattle because the box isn’t small enough. This is a place that is suppose to specialize in audio and i don’t understand how you can’t install a sub box without making seats rattle. The seats do not come down all the way because box is to big causing them to rattle . I was referred to owner Cody to purchase a box from fox acoustic ... which i don’t understand how that’s my job since i pod good amount of money to get the subs installed properly not to hear rattling while driving down the road. I have had to make over 10 trips back to exclusive to not only get my subs fixed but to also get my vinyl wrap redone that they put on that peeled. I don’t understand how someone installs products but doesn’t test drive it to make sure it’s properly working and installed. Plain and simple you see a lot of negative reviews and people just complaining most of the time on google. This is an honest review that exclusive sound and Cody use cheap products, poor quality of work and just are inexperienced at what they do. There are plenty of other metro Detroit shops that do the same things that do much better quality and do it right, please don’t use them.UPDATE.As I am now going thru the system they installed this is how I found my tweeter wire shoved in the dash with no care. Bolt missing from seats and dash.
