Comment: I really needed a car to rent, and no other company had any due to the upcoming holiday. But I found a hidden gem, Exec rent-a-car.Billy Gonzales took really good care of me. Nice and very patient in explaining the contact. And when I returned the car, he even came out with an umbrella to make sure I would not get wet coming into the office. He was fantastic and will defiantly come back and already recommended them to my family.

Comment: Tesla keep broke left me strained in the middle of the night 5 hours finally got someone to take me and my kids home the second I get home after trying. All to get help I get threatened And told I am going be sued for leaving a car I called every number left voicemails instagram message. They are the worse company stay far away. Billy has a ego problem

They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and to make us feel we were taken care of. Alicia and her coworker helped us so much! Their customer service is amazing

Comment: I usually don’t leave reviews,But I had to share the incredible experience I received from Exec Rent a Car, Amanda (kind, helpful and knowledgeable) helped me with all my questions and went beyond. I had to rent a car at last minute and Erick the manager did not bother waiting for me even after hours to get at truck, once there he walked me into what a call a great experience when it comes to renting a car (you will find out). They really make Enterprise and Hertz look like armatures in the business or renting a car. Thank you for going beyond! It’s not just about the car, the process also matters

Comment: I have rented a few times in the past and Im pleased to say that Amanda, Ana and Eric assisted me with a rental vehicle due to a service on one of my own vehicles at Norwalk Toyota which are conveniently next to each other and they were very efficient finding the vehicle with the right posture for my needs, very professional and creative with the payments options so I decided to upgrade from a Rav4 to Tesla and it seems like they carry mostly or maybe all brand new vehicles. I would definitely recommend them! 👍🙂
