She held the car for me and when I got there, Juan helped me get everything in order. I live an hour away and I only use this company because they are so unbelievably accommodating. Comment: I got a call yesterday from a worker name Tarantino,Stating that I need to turn their small Toyota Corolla\rental back in after I returned it 2 weeks ago . My car was service through Mercedes Benz Service in West Covina, First mistake on their part. Secondly I got an email with a bill for $93.87, I called the rental company to inquire and Jessica said that I was being charged for gas. I got the small Toyota Corolla on half a tank so I returned it on half a tank. But was lied to that they gave me the car on full tank of gas, I went to pull up paper work and all of a sudden things changed. I was told they will waive the charge.I was also told that They charge $12.99 a gallon Where they charge that much for gas? This company is very deceiving. And the Manager Beatrice is very rude. All I did was try to be nice from the beginning of receiving the rental and dropping of the rental. This company is not a good place to rent from. She has a stank attitude. Check your credit card that this company has on file periodically. Because they will try to charge you for something . My Benz is a bigger car And I use 91 at the gas station. And it dont cost 93.87 to fill the tank. But a small Toyota Corolla on half a tank is 93.87. Straight Frauds. They have Poor Customer Service . The Manager is very Passive Aggressive.

Comment: First, I’ve had the worst experience with my Mercedes Benz . 7 months into the car and I have gone to the dealership twice! The last one needing a whole cylinder head replacement! It has been so frustrating and just over all exhausting since I have a family to take care of and I am in need of arranging mine and my husband’s schedule to deal with my car problems .The only thing that has made my whole experience a 5 star is Juan Contreras from their Rental company Exec.The first time we encountered him, he was very welcoming, accommodating and just over all caring for my family needs in such stressful circumstances .Then the second time around, I didn’t get Juan unfortunately and they gave me a small Camry which was way too small for family (I expressed my concerns and was ignored). I called Exec two days later and Juan was working, I expressed that I needed a bigger car for my family and he assured me that he would provide me a car more comfortable for my kids.The fact that he went above and beyond on our initial encounter really just put some better energy into our situation.This world is in need of more people like Juan, specially when you are providing a service . Thank you again for taking those extra steps, I’m 100% in not the only customer pleased with Juan’s hospitality!

After an initial horrible service department experience I vowed to never go to West Covina Mercedes for service ever again. However due to a recent emergency I had to go to WCM service. I needed a loaner vehicle and was fortune enough to be assisted by Juan. He was great, pleasant, professional, and I can tell he loves his job which I appreciate. Thanks to him I have no problem going to WCM if needed! Thanks again!

Comment: I had to bring in my car for a safety recall. I qualified for a loaner so I went to the Exec Rent A Car desk. It was an early Thursday morning and there was already a wait. I was second and I waited about 15 minutes. The process was fairly quick. Tarrant Vinciguerra was super efficient and made the whole process easy. It was a few signatures, review your insurance and your drivers license. The paperwork took 10-15 minutes and then I was given a new black C300. I had the car for two whole days and I got the deductible coverage at $9.95/day. Returning the car was even easier. Left the keys in the cup holder, told Tarrant the car is in the driveway and I was on my way. Thanks for everything!

Comment: Be prepared to have the following when you rent from this place:1. Proof of income. Yes. Bank statement or paycheck.2. Insurance. Policy number isnt enough. They have to see the expiration dates.3. Be prepared to use your email. Thats where you will eSign your contact.I didnt see friendliness from the customer service when I was there. but I wasnt there to look for friends.With places like enterprise theres no need for any of those. And they will pick u up and drop you off to your house. Im giving it a 1 star because the car i got had sticky fingerprints all over the touch screen from the former renters. You could imagine it wasnt sanitized at all coz you wont miss those things. . The car was good though.Oh and if you book online, give them a call too.. you may not get the one you did online.

Comment: Worst service ever. We have used this company and location a couple of times giving them the benefit of the doubt. Our car gets serviced at the Mercedes service department and when they keep it we get sent to this company for convenance. It never fails we always get offered a Toyota as a rental which we have no issue using but when the white couple Infront of us gets offered another Mercedes instead of a Toyota I think not. And once that was brought up to there attention we where than offered a Mercedes. This time around was the last straw seeing as how something was said last time we got a rental we where subjected to a 4 hour wait to get a rental. There excuse was they have to move vehicles to retrieve a Mercedes rental. Which apparently takes 4+ hours. Keep in mind They are located in a Mercedes service department where 90% of the people coming in have Mercedes and your offering Toyotas to your colored clients only. Please make this make sense.

Comment: Totally ruined my plans. I went online and choose this company because of their positive reviews. I proceeded to book my car online and received my confirmation email. I had to ask around to get dropped off at their location. Once I checked in with the employee behind the counter, he let me know that he could not release the car to me because I booked less than 24 hours before. Even though I had an email with all of the corresponding dates, times, and location. If this was so, why would they send me a confirmation email with a pick up time? The employee called their supervisor and they showed no sign of concern. I was left stranded with ruined plans.

Comment: My experience with the car rental company affiliated with West Covina was highly disappointing. Despite initially being told my car service would take a week, it ended up taking three weeks. I rented an electric car for a week, but the Mercedes-Benz service delayed the repair and suggested I wouldnt be charged extra. However, when I picked up my car, they billed me for 10 days. When I called the rental company, the manager was unfriendly, claiming no responsibility and insisting on the extra charge. It was a frustrating experience with poor service and an uncooperative attitude.

Comment: I am leaving a 4 star review because of the terrible start of my rental experience here. When I first walked in I was not greeted right away, which is fine I figured she’d acknowledge me at some point . It wasn’t until about 5 mins later I walked up to the desk and realized she was on her phone. She seemed agitated that I was there although it was not busy. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt, but it seemed as if I was bothering her and interrupting her from further scrolling on the phone. I ultimately thanked her for her time and was going to take my business elsewhere when her I think her boss Ashely came in from bringing some cars around . She looked a little red in the face like she’d been running around but that didn’t stop her from immediately greeting me, asking if I need assistance and offering to grab me a water. It was like night and day. (I assume that’s why she’s the boss .) I proceeded to ask her questions on pricing and how their rental contracts work. She was very informative and knew just what to say to turn my terrible experience into a memorable one. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and put me in a rental the best suited my needs for travel. I can’t thank her enough for the amazing turnaround and really 5 star customer service .. I’ll be returning and referring everyone I know to Ashley .. For those of you wondering who was not personable or welcoming I believe her name was Lina or Leanna or I think Leah, to be honest I’m trying to forget. Well a million thank you’s to Ashley if she not a manager she deserves to be!!!
