Do a very up personally know but I takeoff my diagnostics and then they updated me about the issue and alia called me when I was done and the price was very very very very reasonable and John Musa very accommodating and I’ll take care of the issue that I had and I won’t be able to meet a customer moving forward
I walked in this morning 1/7/22 seriously took 30 minutes to fix my MacBook Pro -I screwed up and my son helped. They gentleman was amazing! Definitely going back. They popped up on Facebook a couple years ago- and saved their informational-best 80.00 bucks I spent!
I’ve been there at least a handful of times and every time these guys have been helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Only place I take Apple products for repair. I’ve even traded up laptops there.
I popped in to get some software removed from my MacBook. Wanted to be sure it was completely gone and they removed it and didn’t charge me, so I’ll use them again in the future for any problems or maintenance.
Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to use them. Google listing said they open at 11:00 on Sunday but they’re closed all day. Wasted trip… Reply to owner: Should have added a message on your phone system. Phone just rang and nobody answered. Also would have been a good idea to post a note on your door. Either way, it was an inconvenience and I ended up going somewhere else. Thanks anyway.
Was looking for the iPad Mini 5 for a gift and it was really difficult to come across one now that the newest version has been released. Experimax was able to have one ready to purchase within a few days and even held it for me because I was out of town. Really happy with my experience. Thank you!
These guys were able to save my old Thunderbolt Display! Easy drop off and they were good with communicating about fixing an older unit. Repair was done quickly and my monitor is working as if it were brand new. Price was very fair and they even charged less than the quote! A+ rating and I’ll for sure be back.
Amazing experience here! My computer wasnt working and I had an exam to take on this computer the following day. Of course my computer perked up while I was there, but I wasnt pushed into buying parts that werent necessary. I was really worried of that happening, so I am extremely pleased! Will definitely be back.
I got my Mac from here a few years ago and its been pretty much fault-free since. The one time it shut down randomly, the Experimac team fixed it within a day at a cheap price. Then yesterday, I went in because I dropped my laptop on the ground and seemingly broke the AUX jack. When I brought it in, it magically just started working AND they put new screws in on the bottom (a few of the little screws fell out of the bottom).Overall, great place, great people. 10/10 would recommend.
Sold me a phone that was labeled as unlocked, the phone was actually locked into another carrier. Wasted a lot of time and no real solution or follow up to my problem. Instead of offering another phone or taking my number down when said phone arrived the two guys were mumbling under their breath assuming I wanted the phone for a lower price and wouldnt want to pay more. I wanted the phone because it still has a physical home screen button I dont care about cost I have another perfectly working phone.
So I never had issues with my MacBook in 10 years and then the battery suddenly exploded and mousepad and back panel got bulged. Instead of replacing the battery myself, I thought of getting it replaced by these experts at EXPERIMAX and my experience at this store was really good. I really appreciate Brandon for his kindness and politeness explaining me about battery replacement and mouse pad functionality and gave me a call back within an hour to pick up the MacBook after I dropped it off. It was pretty quick. Then I had a interaction with Owner John , really nice man gave me complementary anti-slip clip that I requested and was missing on back on back panel of the MacBook and Cleaned it nicely and made it look new :) overall it was nice experience at Experimax. I highly recommend this store for your MacBook/ Laptop/iPad repair as they have fast and nice service and their prices are affordable.

I cant believe how happy I am to have finally found a place where you can have Apple products - CHEERFULLY - serviced! I needed help setting up my new iPad Air and had a fantastic experience with them. While I was there, they also set up my new iPhone. They do all kinds of repairs and sell refurbished Mac products. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
My Husband and I had an great experience with this location. The owner was able to answer all of our questions. We were never rushed, all of our questions was answered. The gentleman pointed us in the right direction as to what we were looking for in our purchase, clarifying all the models and specifications for the Macbook we were looking to purchase. Not only that, my Husband went back to purchase a mouse and the salesman was kind to give him a mouse. I highly recommend Experimax Canton. The hard drive on my 2010 iMac (yes, 2010) malfunctioned, repeatedly shutting down half way through the boot up process. My Time Machine backup did not have the most recent grand baby photos from my iPhone. The Apple store diagnosed a “bad drive,” but they no longer service iMacs of this vintage. I dropped off the iMac at Experimax. The representative was forthcoming, suggesting a 50-50 chance of recovery (higher than I expected). Over the course of several weeks, multiple employees tried recovering they drive. In the end, they were unsuccessful. However, the relentless effort they exerted and the frequent phone calls (three times a day, sometimes) informing me of their progress testified to their single-minded customer service. Experimax is a “keeper” and I will definitely entrust them with service on my Apple products should the need arise.
Just stopped in for a minor repair on my phone and the technician was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of his area. There’s a nice selection of things to buy from iPads to computers to iPhones. Having someone to repair things in this area is wonderful and I highly recommend this place
Some of the best quality refurbished macs at a great price. Im always weary of refurbished technology but these are like new. Worth a visit of youre in the market for a new computer.
I took my MacBook Air in because I spilled creamer on the keyboard.... after going to the apple store and getting quoted almost $1,000.00 to repair it I took it in to John and they were able to get it cleaned out and repaired for only $100.00!John and his team are amazing! Fast service and great communication!
The owner John has made sure my experiences at their location have always been positive. The service is exceptional! I have purchased computers and tablets and the transactions have always been a pleasure. The staff is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. I brought my first generation iPhone SE in yesterday. I was having trouble charging the phone. Even when I could get it to charge (after placing it precariously in just the right position), the battery would only last two or three hours.The staff at Experimax were able to quickly identify the charging problem as lint in the charging port. They cleaned it for me free of charge. They recommended a new battery because my original battery was operating at only 44% original capacity. Two hours, and only $50, later I feel like I have a brand new phone!I highly recommend Experimax Canton if you would prefer to extend the life of your current phone for a fraction of the cost of buying a brand new one. I will be bringing my laptop in next to see if they are able to rejuvenate my MacBook Pro instead of purchasing a new laptop.
Took my 2011 iMac in to see about getting a solid state drive and what could be done to speed it up and clean it up. Within an hour, I had a new SSD, double the RAM, and a much faster computer (as good as brand new!) for a reasonable price. The salesman was extremely helpful and courteous. If I have any future issues, I know exactly where to go… Experimac in Canton!!

Thank you.The whole story:I came in with a very specific problem for my type of MacBook Pro. I had done my research and could tell them exactly what I thought needed to be done. Besides that, I needed the fix to be done well and quickly because I was about to return to my homecountry soon after.On Tuesday, I dropped by to ask about my options. They were willing to help me out and ordered the replacement parts. On Saturday afternoon (10 minutes before closing), I could drop-off my computer and on Monday, I could pick it up again. And, the price was even $ 70 less than expected!I am very thankful for your service and helpful approach regarding my issue. Since I am regularly traveling back and forth between Canton and my hometown, I can assure you that I will be back if I need another repair or am looking for a good refurbished computer (which I am planning to buy sometime next year).
Great, trustworthy place. Id never owned a MacBook before and they took the time to show me how to set things up and get my account going. Were very friendly. Im a senior in college and dont have much extra spending money - they were willing to work with me on the price, and gave me the confidence that I was purchasing a good product. Everyone who works here is GREAT! I took my Mac Book Pro in to get fixed and they were COMPLETELY honest with me, letting me know that my Mac had a recall. I then had to take my Mac Book Air in and again, honesty is what stood out! They beat other repair prices by half! Highly recommend!!

John, the owner himself runs the store. Very personable, courteous and professional. The work they did for my brutally cracked screen on my iPhone 6s Plus was outstanding. My granddaughter broke a piece of her charger in the charge port of her ipad. I found Experimax through google and brought it in 2-29-2020. The intake staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I didnt hesitate leaving the device in their care. I was notified in a timely manner that the device was prepared and ready for pick up. Thank you guys for being so nice and helpful. I picked up the pad today 3-4-20 and it was fixed, fully charged and i was greeted with a warm welcome. I definitely recommend this store.

My daughter has an iPhone 8 plus and she had cracked the screen a couple times. One day the phone just wouldnt even turn on.Was told by a Verizon dealer to check out this place. We went in and Conner was great. We knew he knew what he was doing right away.A couple hours later and $125 she has a new battery and a new screen. Its like a brand new phone. She was crazy that her iPhone didnt work and now she will take better care moving forward.Go see this place you wont be disappointed or feel ripped off at all!!5 STARS*****☺️

Great service. Experimac spent a long time working on my phone to get it fixed at a minimal cost. When it became apparent that the phone was broken beyond reasonable repair, I bought a used replacement from them at a very good price and they didn’t charge me anything for the 2 days of labor they spent on my old phone. I have used this location on 2 different occasions! The 1st time, my 1 year old daughter had drop my iPad and shattered the screen. I took it in, and had it back with in a few days like brand new!The 2nd time, my son’s iPad had the charger break off inside the port. I was nervous about digging it out myself. I took it in, waited about 5-10mins and they had it out and charging like it never happened!I highly recommend the Canton location!Thank you for being so quick and amazing!

THIS STORE IS GREAT. Im always so well taken care of by Mark. I break my phone about 3x a month so Im sure he loves me just as much LOL. I recently purchased a computer here. It was my first time visiting and they were so helpful! I brought my tech family member who had a grand time chatting tech stuff for about an hour with one of the sales guys. They gave me a great deal and so far I have been very satisfied. Experimac fixed my wifi-issue and replaced the hard drive in my 8-year-old macbook pro. Upon picking up my computer, I noticed several screws were not replaced properly and several scratches that resulted from the repair. After I called to inquire about the condition of my computer, I received a prompt phone call from the owner. She apologized and expressed that my experience was one she tries to avoid. She offered me a partial refund and an additional inspection of my computer. I was very pleased with how my situation was handled. My experience restored my confidence in this business. It is nice to see that there are some small businesses that care about client satisfaction
I went to Experimac in Canton from a referral at Verizon, it became apparent that Experimac is a specialist in phones and computers from Apple. Their tech Logan was sharp and easy to talk too, the owner, a fine lady was accessible when needed. Im a business owner and general manager and value service and competence. I got all of those promptly and it was refreshing! Glad Verizon referred me there

I met the co-owner, and she absolutely knows her stuff. All their models here are specd up, I couldnt find any other comparable refurbished classic mac pros anywhere. I was thoroughly impressed and walked out with the perfect mac pro I had been looking for.

Experimac Canton is a super place to have your MAC products repaired. We had an I Pad that went bad. Could not open or use at all. The friendly staff at Experimac Canton totally recovered all our data and programs. It only took two days. Extremely satisfied. Plus, they did it for a very reasonable cost. Try them. You will like them.

Went there to get wipe computer clean to place on line for sale. The guy was honest and told me that if he deleted everything I would lose my Microsoft subscription since I didn’t have the pass code. He warned me before hand. He told me I couldn’t transfer it to the iPad I wanted. He was extremely nice.
My Macbook Pro started running hot and making noise... took it into the shop where the Technician / owner... Cleaned and returned my laptop to me in just 20 minutes... NOW is quiet and doesnt heat up and he didnt charge me a cent for his services.... Cant ask for more than that.I recommend this establishment highly.
I went into Experimac with my MacBook Pro in need of a repair since my laptop would not turn on. I am a college student who has everything for school on my computer and was in need of my computer to be fixed ASAP. I believe Mike was the name of the associate that helped me out. As soon as I walked in he took a look at my computer right away and took my computer in for diagnostics. Typically that is suppose to take a day, however, I was fortunate enough to get a phone call back stating that my pro just needed a new battery. I had my computer back literally in the same day within 2 hours. Talk about amazing. I recommend Experimac to anyone, especially college students who need their MacBooks or any Apple product fixed for a very fair price and in a speedy amount of time.
I recently purchased a new MacBook Air and had an older iMac repaired by Experimac and Im so glad I went with them over spending and arm and a leg through the Mac store. The employees at the Canton location were honest and helpful when it came to my new purchase and were extremely fair in their pricing to repair my iMac. I will most definitely use Experimac in the future for my Apple purchases and strongly recommend others do as well.

Surprise Hidden Charge.First of all, want to shout out to this store for the top notched repair quality for a good price from the Groupon deal. However, when my wife went to pick up the repaired phone, she was slapped with an unquoted additional $30 for factory reset which was never part of the original estimate quoted, nor was the extra charge for the factory reset effort ever brought up during any conversation between us and this store. Perhaps the technician assumed the sales staff actually quoted and concurred, but there was never such evidence. My wife threatened to post a picture of discrepancy between the quote and the final bill online, then she was promptly offered by the store manager to have the $30 charge waived. My advise, if you want to use this place to repair your Apple products, make sure you keep all quotes, and do not pay anything that is not on paper. Perhaps they just didnt have adequate business training. I will give them a pass this time. Next time it will be a 1 star review.
Went in for a new battery for my MacBook. The staff was very helpful. Aside from the fact that my battery was replaced quickly and for a fair price, this seems like a great place to get a used Apple device. Ill be back!

Had prior positive experiences with this location until my most recent visit. The kid who fixed my iphone 7 ruined it and they now claim it was not their fault. Since I picked up my phone with a new screen, the phone speaker cracked for a day or so during use, then stopped working all together. The screen doesnt feel nearly as responsive or accurate as it used to. Only way to use phone is by using a Bluetooth device of some kind. Experimax refused to take responsibility for their poor quality work so now Im stuck. A simple google search brought up discussion forums from other repair shops running into similar issues where if this repair on iphone 7s is not performed correctly, this problem is created. Difference is, other locations seemed to be taking responsibility and fixing the issue for their customers. Buyer beware
I came in with my daughter needing to buy a computer. I had no Idea that I would have such an amazing experience! The owner, Karen, actually cares her employees do also. I was able to get the Mac I needed and my daughter said she felt like she was at home, really peaceful. Karen even took the time to teach my daughter about computers. I am having a hard time finding words to describe how excellent the entire experience was..

If youre looking for a quick fix for your screen, Id reccomend going somewhere else. It took longer than they said for my phone to be fixed. Another thing, the glass they use to fix the screen isnt real glass because my screen wasnt a clear reflection it was almost morphed and very vulnerable to fingerprint swipes. I think they use a cheaper glass, or maybe something that isnt even glass. BUT overall, if you want a professional place, then go here.
Terrible service.I had bought in my laptop to get checked out due to it not powering on. Caps lock button would light up and the f2 button thats it. I did my own trouble shooting prior to bringing it up there because I have a computer background just didnt have much time to fix it at the time. I tried all the basic things such as switching the power cord. Disconnect the battery and try to power up the laptop which failed. Did a hard reset etc. Tried different ram as well. Which none of these methods worked. I suspected bad motherboard and wanted experimax to confirm it was a bad motherboard with proof. I also wanted them to replace it and give me the new motherboard details. Moving fwd I received a call the next day from a young man who told me he thinks its the motherboard. I asked can you tell me how you know? He replies after trying a hard reset I couldnt get it to power up so thats all the trouble shooting you did? The gentleman told me he thinks it would cost me 400 dollars to replace and he will have to give it to another person at another location who does motherboard work. He told me he would have it sent out the same day. After saying okay I called a couple days later checking on status just to find out they havent sent it out yet at all. He told me to give it a week which I did. I called a week later and they still didnt do anything with my laptop. At this point I was frustrated and just went to go pick it up. I paid the 40 bucks that was worthless and left. The young man didnt even want to give me a copy of the diagnostic paperwork or anything. I had to request a copy and once I recieved paperwork there was nothing mentioning the motherboard I needed to replace it with. I asked over the phone to write that information down on paper so I can order and replace it. Bottom line very bad service and I would not recommend it. I have all the calls recorded to back up this review. They just cared more about 40 dollars than actually helping.
Great customer service, very reasonably priced. Love these guys! My phone was submerged in H2O for 3 days, sat on my counter for months, the big stores shook their heads and turned me away! All of my grandchildrens pictures were lost (1 day to 9 years). My son-in-law suggested Experimac. They recovered everyone of my pictures, transfered them and all of my apps to my new phone! They are Genius when it comes to Apple products! They sell many apple products too! Check these guys out!

Experimac is the best and cheapest place to get Apple products repaired! A piece of an over-ear headset broke off inside of the headphone jack of my iPad mini 4, and Experimac had it out in less than 20 minutes. I recommend Experimac to everyone!

This was my first time dealing with Experimac of Canton, they took the time to explain (Darius, the technition was particularly helpful) the differences of each computer that i had interest in. One problem was occured after i got home, the power cord was not packaged along with the computer, i called them up immediatly & got the problem solved to my satisfaction (without details, they went out of their way to make sure things were right again). A warrenty card took longer to get in the mail but in the end it was the Post Offices fault, not Experimacs, all in all a good experience & i would reccomend them to others.

My experience was perfect! I needed a new iPad for my son with special needs and Experimac got me just what I needed. We purchased an iPad Air 2 with 64 gb of memory for a great price. We dont live near the store so they shipped the iPad to us. It arrived fast (within a few days) and in perfect condition. The iPad looks brand new and works flawlessly. Went to see about a phone repair, and they told me itd have to be sent somewhere else, would cost at least $280, and that it would take at least a week. Took it to another shop down the road and had it done in five hours at a third of the cost. Will not be taking my business here again.

Do NOT go to them for a screen replacement. They will replace the original LED on your iphone with a dimmer, much cheaper LED.

2022-05-01I received excellent, fast and efficient service. I went in with my 2012 Mac Pro which was moving slow and after a nice conversation with Brandon on what can be done to fix it. The recommendation was to replace my hard drive and battery. The service was completed really quick and my laptop was back from the dead. Thank you Brandon for such a great service!

2022-05-05Our laptop had a virus and was stuck on a startup screen. I was on the verge of purchasing a new laptop when I stumbled upon Experimax. When I called Experimax inquiring about a repair I was told to bring it in any time. Brandon assisted me with repairing the laptop. He was super helpful, honest and was quick to communicate with me regarding the issues he found and the repairs that the computer needed. The price for the repair was extremely reasonable. 2022-02-16Have used Experimax service many times. All with good results.This last time - Feb. 2022 - took in my wife’s iPhone 6 that needed a new battery. Something happened upon battery install and phone no longer worked! They made sure I walked out of the store with a working phone. Although it didn’t have as much memory, a few days later they contacted me and indicated they have an iPhone 6s with 64G of memory - same as original phone.Brandon was VERY professional during this whole experience.One thing I recommend to anyone bringing in a device for any service: BACK IT UP BEFORE HAND! I was so glad I did.

2022-05-09Do not purchase from here, the owner and the workers are very rude and unprofessional. They are SCAMMERS!!! I purchased a mac for $750 the battery was useless off a 100% charge dying not even after 2 hours. I came to return it and was charged a restocking fee of $115. Which was never disclosed at the time of purchase and is illegal to be placed on a defective product. Do not make the mistake I did, take your money somewhere else and save yourself the hardship.

2022-04-14Brandon resolved my Apple iPhone screen issues in less than 20 minutes even though I arrived at the store with no appointment. This involved Brandon speaking with his supervisor as I was 10 days over the 90-Day Screen Replacement Warranty and yet Experimax Canton replaced my screen for free. Brandon went above and beyond. I couldnt be more pleased with their service.
