Comment: So I came across this place after canceling my policy with Adrianas Insurance because of all the continous problems. I was looking for insurance companies through Yelp and this one popped up. I called and Marty took my call. He started helping me out to get a quote on two of my vehicles. I must say he is a great person to have a conversation with. After asking me questions needed he found a very good quote for me. I ended up getting insurance with him and showed up to the office minutes later to sign paperwork. I must say I was impressed because he was able to find a lower quote for me than what we had normally spoken on the phone about. The place is super clean, the staff and Marty himself is friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and walked me through the whole process before leaving his office. We signed the paperwork and I am happy to say that I am pleased with my decision in switching companies. If you are looking for an insurance company that helps people rather than take your money and then blame others for their actions I strongly advice you to come see Marty.

You probably are!Most Insurance Agents Ive spoken with, they never really seemed to WANT to find the best deals for me, nor did they show interest in answering questions, but it was quite the opposite with Marty and Daniel!To sum up my experience, the entire process felt very comfortable. The way we were handled with Marty and Daniel was the kind of customer service I havent gotten from other Insurance Agents. They seemed to be very honest and considerate in how they do business, and they were very professional through the process.There is a certain level of fakeness or forced customer service that most professionals exhibit, but we didnt get that vibe. To me, it felt like I was getting the best deal that uncle Marty could get me. I didnt feel like we were a quota to meet, and the savings we got was a huge difference!I came in a stranger, but I left feeling like I want my family and friends to be insured only through them from now and forever.We felt respected and appreciated from start to finish!For an in-depth description of my experience, please read below:My first impression walking in felt homey. We were greeted like friends of the family, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.My family and I were serviced with Marty Hussein, and we were very pleased with the care he took in interacting with us. Right from the door to the table, it was all smiles and friendly customer service.We brought over our premium from our last insurance provider for them to take a look. Right away, I could see how professional and considerate Marty was as he went through all the numbers. Even without us asking questions, he was making sure we got the discounts we qualified for, all while matching our old premium.Marty really took his time to make sure everything was covered. He asked us questions other insurance agents didnt seem to care enough to ask, and he explained everything in an easy way to understand. There werent any questions we had that he couldnt answer, and not once did I ever feel like we were part of his next paycheckDuring the moments Marty was inputting information, there wasnt just silence. If we had questions, he answered them very politely, and when there werent any questions, he showed interest in us and engaged with small talk while he worked.As I sat through the process, I noticed quite a few of their clients come through. Marty was very attentive and greeted them at appropriate times, and with how they spoke to each other, it was evident that these were satisfied clients. I realized then that it wasnt just business, that it was also about building a good relationship with their customers!Being very thorough myself, I did ask quite a few questions. All of them were answered very patiently and clearly. At one point, another Insurance Specialist named Daniel came over and provided us with even more insight on a more complicated question I had, and the both of them were very efficient throughout the entire process.We left the office completely satisfied. All of my questions were answered, and there was nothing left that I didnt understand or felt confused about. We were thanked for coming by, and that our business was appreciated.Lastly, not to overshadow the excellent experience and customer service, but our savings are pretty impressive!

Comment: Very disappointed in prices and customer service.I’ve been with this company for several years, and lately I wanted to make some changes to my insurance policy. I explained twice what I need, specifying details, but the agent wouldnt pay enough attention. When I asked him to correct a mistake, he said it’s too much work for him and never called me back.So I decided to switch to another company, and it turned out that all these years I’ve been waaay overpaying for my car insurance.The new company gave me much better price and provided an excellent 24/7 customer service.

Comment: If you met Daniel at a party, you would like him. He smiles when he talks, radiates genuine warmth, and remembers people even after long periods of time. Normally when meeting someone this nice in an insurance office I’d say to myself “Watch out, this guy’s got an angle!” and then wait to be seduced into something I don’t need for a price I don’t want to pay. But Daniel and his staff have been my insurance agents for a decade now and if there was going to be “an angle” I would have experienced it by now. Instead I’ve only experienced honesty with a team that will break down everything you are paying without hiding fees or costs.4 days ago I bought a new SUV and took it into Extra to have it covered. Insuring me is challenging. I have DUI’s -plural– and while I’ve been sober awhile now they are going to be on record for years to come. That means I need full coverage car insurance PLUS an SR-22. Add to that my insistence on having “uninsured motorist” on my policy (a MUST for Southern California), rental reimbursement for up to 30 days, and a reputable insurance company who will be there for me with no hasslesI fully expected to be paying $400 a month. What did Daniel make happen for me? Less than $160 per month!!! I was floored! Thanks to my willingness to keep the deductible at $1000 that brought my payments way down and now I can be assured that my brand new Buick is fully protected.You could call all the top insurance companies yourself and shop policies for a week and you will never get the deals that Extra can. Do you personally know Flo from Progressive? Is that little gecko from Geico on your speed dial? I’m guessing not. You are just a regular person with no connections. Instead take your needs to Extra Insurance and let this team handle it while you get back on the road and enjoy your life.
