Comment: I am moving into this new storage facility because my previous one has horrible customer service. I went in person to meet with the person who called me I am horrible with names but I think her name was Beth but let me say she was amazing and even though she was training someone she was professional and they both were helpful in the process of showing me the storage units and looking for the best location for myself. It was fast and easy. It was nice to see that they actually care about customer service and helping the tenants who have storage units. Both staff members were great and even though it was towards the end of the day they were still smiling and helpful. Looking forward to moving my stuff to the storage unit!

Comment: The people who work here are very nice, but they did not explain that they can change the amount of your rent at any time. They wanted me to pay over 50% more after 2 months of renting the space. When I asked to move out, they then offered me a lower price but not guaranteed, so they could just raise it again the next month. It really feels like a scam. I had used them in the past and also had to move after they wanted to increase the rate by 300%. Its not a good long term (more than 1 month) storage option, and they obviously make their money off of the move-in and one-time fees. Really sketchy business practices.

She answers all my questions and concerns. Their team is just exceptional. There is al always someone there. I’m thrilled with the premises, as well as the quality of customer service that came with it. The place is clean and neat, and their hours are so convenient because you can go until 10 pm!! Temperature is nice. No issues with keypads/entry/exit. Best of all is the HOURS. 10pm!!!!!! go AFTER WORK!! absolutely amazing new take on storage. Been storing at public storage since the 80s and I dont think Ill ever go back. Pricing was fair and may not be the cheapest but with 10pm gate hours makes it worth paying almost double in my opinion. Will definitely rent from again as I had 0 issues taking them up on their no obligation hassle free first month free deal while I was moving. Absolutely won a life long customer here with how they handled everything. While your calling around getting quotes, please take a moment and think about how a 10pm access cutoff would change things. From the first call to showing up on property the customer service was more than what I have come to expect from businesses. Beth went over all the details of the property and the terms when I arrived, which she did so while on her lunch break and did it all with a smile. It says a lot about a place where their employees are genuinely happy to be there rather than appear to be...I felt absolutely comfortable and had no worries inquiring about anything. Beth even offered and attempted to help fix my lock that I couldn’t manage to reset. (Again while on her lunch break and personal time, something not required or expected but very much so appreciated. It’s nice to know that the pandemic hasn’t effected everything especially in the customer service department. Comment: I have been at Extra Space Storage since September 2017, I got an amazing online rate, first month free and great prices on the lock and insurance. The A/C is always blasting, any maintenance issues have always been resolved quickly, and the place is always sparkling clean with plenty of parking. I just got off the phone with Susie and Beth who were so kind and helpful in answering my questions about a possible upgrade. I cant say enough good about these guys, if youre storing your stuff somewhere else you are wasting your money!

Comment: Her Majesty Queen Susie!Ive had lots of storage lockers and Im not the easiest customer to deal with but Susie always goes the extra mile for me. Shes like The Burger King... Special orders dont upset us.I hate having to have a storage locker but they are a necessary evil in life. Susies bright smile and upbeat, can-do attitude make it much easier to deal with all my junk.Beth is pretty swell too, once you get past the New York accent. They should have cast her in Green Book. She wouldve fit right in.All kidding aside, they both know how to take care of business. I would recommend this Extra Space facility to anybody.

Comment: What a seamless process! Susie, the store manager was efficient and helped me with all the specifics needs I had. Gave me a heads up to ask for all the items I needed and gave me a quick and through tour of the facility and my unit. I could not ask for a better experience. She was personable and warm. Comment: I really love the staff there- Very friendly and nice! and how clean the office is! I use storage for years and this is probably the cleanest one i ever rent :)The second plus for me is possibility to recycle cardboard, which is very important for me.Im Very happy and will stay for longer!

Comment: The property was immaculate. I walked in and was amazed by the professionalism and compassion Susie & Maria had for me to make my overall experience amazing. I came in to inquire about Storage and packing supplies for a company I work for. They offered to show me the facility and even showed me the differences in sizes so I could know exactly how much space to obtain to fulfil our companys needs. He communicated very well with us and is genuine we were sold on the location even though there are a few locations not much further for just a bit less we chose this location because of Scott we went to public storage on this same road the service was not satisfactory. Comment: Recently my roommates and I had to move out of our house unexpectedly and decided to get one large storage unit to hold our belongings for a month. Philip (the assistant store manager) helped us to get set up quickly and without any problems. He was extremely helpful and made everything easy for us. After the month I still had belongings that I wanted to keep in storage, so he helped me find a smaller unit.On the day I decided to move my things from one unit to the other, I found a lock on the newer unit and started to walk towards the office in order to get him, but he had already seen me coming and was on his way to help me! He is so incredibly helpful, kind, and great at his job! I highly recommend this location!

Comment: Wendy and Ray manage this property extremely well, and I found them both professional and likable. I had nice chats with both of them. They take pride in the upkeep of the location. They were always eager to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot!), and returned phone calls in a prompt manner. The place feels very secure.When I left before my first month was up, Ray asked if there was anything they could have done better to keep me as a customer, and I quickly reassured him that they were great, but that I had found an apartment quicker than I anticipated. Comment: My experience with Extra Space Storage at 5825 Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood can be described in few words, great, seamless fantastic, professional and the best customer service I have had thus far with a storage facility!!! Wendy and Ray took care of my storage space needs from day one, took the time to explain the whole process and call me when I have deliveries. They always welcome me with a smile and make me feel right at home. In addition, I do not know if they work off commission or not, but they just recently gave me a recommendation to upgrade my storage for delivery convenience I felt that it was sincerely and genuinely for my best interest and not just to line their pockets. I would definitely refer this location to friends and family!
