Comment: I reserved a 16 box truck online, then Sat 7am, I arrived at Enterprise Truck Rental on Auburn Blvd. I was greeted by a lovely young woman, Briana. She simply lit up the room with her smile, her energy & her enthusiasm to ensure that I was thoroughly taken care of. I was treated better than any other rental agency, and the reason lay square in Brinas feet of Brianas court! Excellent in following instructions, has poise and common sense. And a great smile! Briana recognized my rental was considered Commercial therefore a credit card, not an ATM Visa could be used. I must have looked upset when she chimed in with good news. I could rent a regular all enclosed moving van similar in sq footage, and best of all, it was less money, super comfortable and I would be the first person to drive it, brand new! After we got the contract handled, I asked if she had any moving blankets I could rent, and a step stool so I could get into and out of the van. Im crippled and can barely move. She quickly returned with a brand new lightweight 3xstep stool, a couple moving blankets, protecting my furniture and the floor of the van. Then she presented me with a roll of wide tape, a heavy duty box cutter! All done on an honor system, and you bet I brought everything back. Even called to confirm it.Briana was, simply put, ideal at customer service, and Im willing to bet that shed make a pretty fine Director of Sales or be a producer of advertising, focussing in on the dawn of a new era of car and truck rentals. Enterprise used to be considered cheap, and you got exactly what you paid for: a tiny car that usually worked .With this new direction Enterprise Truck Rentals has taken, investing in a fleet of brand new vehicles and hiring a star like Briana, you can count on me being a lifetime dedicated customer!****Go Briana!******Keep up the great job, Enterprise!**5***** RATING!

This time I want to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience at this storage facility.On November 20th, I visited the facility with the intention of securing some valuable equipment. To ensure the safekeeping of my belongings, I customized my insurance policy accordingly.Regrettably, I discovered the hasp provided on my storage door is outdated and cannot accommodate the heavy-duty padlock I wish to install. I feel this is a vital issue that needs the management’s immediate attention. I have previously experienced theft at another location when relying on the disk padlock. Consequently, I have reservations about using such lock mechanisms again.Contrarily, I was charged for an unrequested disk padlock and was under the impression that there would be a prompt replacement of the hasps. However, I was informed today that this might not happen until next year. This delay can potentially compromise the security of my stored items.Due to these concerns, I now find myself in the predicament of having to explore alternative storage solutions that provide the level of security I require. Despite the facility appearing secure, I am cognizant of the unfortunate incidents that have occurred there in the past.

Facility was getting a new coat of paint and the unit numbers were replaced with little strips of blue painters masking tape with numbers scrawled onto them with a sharpie . I was not able to read them from the confines of my vehicle and had to get out to read them. I got frustrated and went to the office. There I met Jordan he wonderful and very eager to help, explained to me what was happening and did everything he could to help 🙏

I was in his office for a total of 15 minutes, and he accelerated my needs so that I wouldnt have to pay for additional relocation expenses. Comment: I showed up in desperate need of a temporary storage unit and was accompanied by a “pay by the hour” ($130 ) moving company. Jordan was phenomenal. He was more than accommodating and had a unit available right away. He expedited my needs so as not to incur additional moving charges and I spent a total of 15 minutes in his office. I didnt know that would be happening so it made me a little nervous but the whole experience has been wonderful! Josh is very very helpful and always goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. The property is cleaner and I feel very safe leaving my belongings there. Easy entry and exit and they always answer the phone even! Who actually does that nowadays? Josh does. I have been bothered and given rules regulations verbally that arent totally the opposite of what I was told before I rented. The worst non-professional. Nothing but lies, harassment, disrespect, threats. I would never recommend anybody to use this place this business. These complaints to the same all over the country. They dont care about their customers, they wont give you any paperwork, there are no rules and regulations except not to follow someone else out without using your gate code, yet they make up the rules as they go along. I say rules, they change the terminology from Rules regulations guidelines even a dress code.Are threatened with eviction. Additionally the access to the storage units is very narrow today. There was three storage for 4 with stuff completely blocking everything and blocking me in. When I try to talk to a manager or CEO or anybody in the company they passed the buck. They change the name of the manager and say, Oh thats the manager from the other building the other unit. Its not worth wasting your time dealing with these people. This company, the employees and management are absolutely horrible after you pay.It will not provide paperwork for my rules and regulations. Even if you asked all they will give is a receipt. Stone end up getting played by these people or this business Extra Space Storage. There should be a class action lawsuit or I will file a lawsuit myself. I have recorded their rudeness also threats also have video. Peoples claim for a lawsuit against this company. Its not just hardship when you leave. But the total lack of giving accurate information guidelines receipts that in itself is not legal. Not alone threats and intimidation harassment and the upset, its unbelievably HORRIBLE!

Comment: I was moving and realized at the last minute that I would need to rent a storage unit for a couple months. It was 2am when I rented the unit online. I stopped by shortly after they opened to find the unit and make sure it was ready (they tell you that the unit will be available in 24 hours and it had only been about 6 hours). They didn’t have a lock at the unit yet but asked when I’d be back with my stuff. When I got back an hour later, the unit was ready for me. They were very helpful making sure that the unit was available for me ahead of their 24-hour setup window.I was able to drive up to the hallway leading to the unit making it very convenient to access. The unit was clean. The area seemed secure.They send payment due reminders, which I would think is standard but I had another unit with a Extra Space Storage in Washington state and they did not send reminders or monthly bills.When I closed the unit, they made it really easy so close it.The few times that I interacted with the employees, they were just nice and helpful. I would recommend them and would do business with them again.

Comment: The manager Frank and the employee Beverly are trash. Beverly had an okay attitude but accused my mom of cutting the hinges off with pliers ? When I asked for video surveillance, there was none proving it was my mom. They said they know what day and time it was around. Frank was the reason Im writing this review . Once we walked in he accused my mom of loitering in the storage unit that she pays for, he didnt even welcome us, he just asked what we wanted . When I asked for his name, he refused and was being hostile. He started to visibly get angry, asking me why I wanted his name. Finally, he gave his name and said I can call and complain to whoever I want. Im giving three stars because of one employee, unfortunately, I do not know his name but Ive dealt with him before and he is very nice and welcoming. If I could give zero stars for todays experience I would, but Ive had good experiences here in the past but not with the two mentioned above.

Comment: At the auburn blvd location i had THE WORST experience. I rented a uhaul on 3/7 and had a return time of noon on 3/8. Unexpectededly my grandmother whom i take care of passed away the morning of 3/8 and for obvious reasons we were not able to return the truck until around 3pm. We called the office to let them know about the return situation and, after multiple attempts, we left a message. When returning the keys to the office, the employee, Frank, he was not only disrespectful, but showed absolutely no empathy for our loss. He then proceeded to charge me for an additional day and an eighteen dollar fee for not refilling the gas but did not let me take the truck to fill the tank and use it for the additional day he was charging me. This is, by far, the worst customer service I have ever received. Frank is not only unprofessional, he lacks the people skills required to work with the public. On the other hand, Jerry, the employee that rented the truck to me, was very customer friendly and very professional.The encounter with Frank was appalling and unexeptable. I would like to bring this to the companys attention and need some sort if resolution to this matter.
