Every location we spoke with had wonderful customer service, they were very delightful, even when we called the 1-800 number. She let us see the units before we signed anything, and even drove us to the units personally. I will be recommending Extra Space to anyone that needs a storage unit, and they’re prices were very comparable to other places, but their customer service was above and beyond.

Comment: Prices have definitely gone up which is so frustrating. However, renters beware, the unfortunate part of this location would be all the MICE. Be sure to store items in plastic containers with lids because if you use cardboard boxes, the rats will chew right through. Do yourself a favor and buy mice traps. Weve only had our belongings in storage for a few weeks and this is the 4th one our traps have caught.

I moved out of CA and taking my stuff out of the facility was easy and cancelling my account was easy as well. I never had any issues accessing my unit or issues with my auto pay. One time my payment didnt go through and one of the girls contacted me kindly and we were able to fix the issue. Comment: The ladies in the front office could (and should) teach classes on customer service to most companies. They were awesome from the minute we arrived, until we left. Smiles the entire time, and every question answered. This was the first storage place we visited since they were the closest to our house, and we had no desire to shop around after that (even if we couldve saved a buck or two). Great, and even just good, customer service can be hard to find these days. Great customer service lives here.

My continual stay to continue on as a tenant here, after three years of moving to Riverside; was a great choice. The unit was also very clean but they insisted they clean it again to make it perfect. Thank you so much to Daniel and Sam. And the unit was originally 45 and they gave it to me for 30.

Comment: I had my first major move today and it was so incredibly stressful and hectic. However, Extra Space Hemet made the unloading process so easy and smooth. Samantha helped me secure the unit I needed, reserved ahead of time and at a great price! I ended up needing more space so I reserved a unit the night before the move and had plenty of space for everything and the units were close together which was great!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I think they know me when I walk in.. They have been able to answer any questions I have had or any concerns. Several different easy ways to pay your bill. Comment: Jingle Bells! I recently got a space there and the customer service was outstanding. Michael Aunchman was the staff member who helped me. He was on his lunch break when I arrived. He immediately cut his lunch break and helped me. He showed me multiple units to makes sure I was taken care. This is the best storage company I have used. They are not about the money. They are about the customer. I recommend them to everyone.

Comment: This place is great. Facilities are very clean and easy to access. Ive been a customer here for a year and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is that the entrance is right next to a railroad crossing which can make it somewhat tricky to enter and exit from the southbound side of the street.
